‘Local’ Left-Wing Groups Funded by D.C. Dark Money Operation, Tax Forms Reveal.

An analysis of tax filings shows left-leaning groups significantly benefiting from the Sixteen Thirty Fund, a Washington, D.C.-based dark money entity. The fund distributed over $18 million in 2023 to organizations aiming to sway elections in critical states.

Operating as local advocacy groups, recipients of these funds reportedly focused on election influence campaigns, digital messaging, and voter mobilization efforts. Key states receiving substantial investment included Alaska, Arizona, and Wisconsin, all of which hosted crucial elections on November 5. These elections involved both presidential pathways and congressional races pivotal to legislative control. Arizona was the primary target, receiving nearly $4 million. Advancing Arizona, a political group self-identified as a grassroots coalition, used this funding to oppose Republican policies and candidates.

The fund also directed attention towards New York, anticipating its potential impact on House control. Empire State Voices garnered about $3.5 million, which was utilized for aggressive ad campaigns against GOP Representatives Marc Molinaro and Anthony D’Esposito.

In Virginia, the Sixteen Thirty Fund, alongside other liberal financiers, contributed around $1.4 million to sustain Democratic power.

Despite reduced fundraising and spending compared to previous years, the Sixteen Thirty Fund’s role in financing Democratic-aligned super PACs and organizations remains significant. Controversy surrounds the fund’s backing, being linked to contributions from Swiss billionaire Hansjorg Wyss, raising concerns over compliance with federal laws on foreign donations.

“Federal law prohibits foreign nationals from contributing to PACs in the United States, [but] the Sixteen Thirty Fund contributes millions every year to Democrats-aligned PACs,” commented Capital Research Center analyst Parker Thayer.

Top Democrat Litigator: Cases Against Trump Should Be Dropped.

A top Democratic Party election lawyer and Supreme Court litigator who served as counsel to Vice President Al Gore during the 2000 presidential election recount in Florida argues that his colleagues should end the legal cases against President-elect Donald J. Trump. Thomas Goldstein, who now publishes the legal commentary website SCOTUSblog, echoes an argument made last week by former U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr, contending that the 2024 Election serves as its own verdict on the prosecutions.

“Democracy’s ultimate verdict on these prosecutions was rendered by voters on Election Day,” Goldstein writes in an essay for the New York Times. The long-time Democrat litigator continues: “The charges were front and center in the campaign. The president-elect made a central feature of his candidacy that the cases were political and calculated to stop him from being re-elected.”

He adds: “Despite the prosecutions, more than 75 million people, a majority of the popular vote counted so far, decided to send him back to the White House.”

DUBIOUS LEGAL THEORIES.

Goldstein contends that the two federal cases against Trump “are history” as Biden-Harris Department of Justice (DOJ) special counsel Jack Smith has indicated that he intends to resign from his constitutionally questionable appointment. Interestingly, Goldstein contends that the two state-level prosecutions against the President-elect in New York and Georgia “invoke legal strategies that had never been used to criminalize the behavior that prosecutors charge.” He notes both cases “…carry the stench of politics and, if pursued, could lay the groundwork for political prosecutions of future presidents.”

A THREAT TO DEMOCRACY.

The SCOTUSblog publisher also agrees with Trump’s legal team’s contention that the “prosecutors’ legal theories were and are unusual” and that they “are fundamentally federal, not state, concerns.” Additionally, Goldstein argues that the continued pursuit of the charges would threaten the U.S. Constitution and American democracy.

“Inviting prosecutors of the opposing political party to pursue these kinds of charges in the wake of a presidential election can only make things worse,” he states.

Don Lemon Is the Latest Leftist to Leave X in a Huff.

Former CNN anchor Don Lemon has deleted his account on Elon Musk’s social media platform X (formerly Twitter), joining an ever-growing number of leftist public figures and organizations fleeing the platform following President-elect Donald J. Trump’s landslide election victory last week. Lemon, now claiming to be an independent journalist, was fired by CNN in April of 2023 over allegations of misogyny, flagging popularity among viewers, and clashes with his colleagues at the network.

Before deleting his account on X entirely, Lemon made a video post and wrote a lengthy letter announcing his decision to leave the Musk-owned social media platform. Lemon claimed that the primary cause of his departure was changes in the Terms of Service, including the requirement that litigation be brought in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas or state courts in Tarrant County, Texas.

“I’ve loved connecting with all of you on X, but it’s time for me to leave the platform,” Lemon wrote in a now-deleted post on Wednesday. He added: “I once believed it was a place for honest debate and discussion, transparency and free speech, but I now feel it does not serve that purpose.”

Numerous users chastised Lemon for the drawn-out departure, replying to both his letter and video with posts suggesting he “just leave already.”

A bevy of leftist celebrities, journalists, and nonprofits have deactivated their X accounts in recent days. The National Pulse reported yesterday that MSNBC host and BlueAnon conspiracy theorist Joy Reid left X, as did author Stephen King.

Joining them in leaving the platform is the anti-Musk nonprofit Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH), a United Kingdom-based nonprofit group that purports to combat online hate and misinformation.

Biden’s DHS Sec Mayorkas Is Drastically Lifting Visa Caps on His Way Out.

The Biden-Harris Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is announcing a drastic increase in the H-2B Visa cap for the Fiscal Year 2025. H-2B visas are granted to temporary non-agricultural immigrant workers. In an announcement by DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas on Friday, the department says it expects to make available an additional 64,716 visas on top of the current cap for the next year.

According to the department, the increase is necessary to meet the demands of American companies specifically operating in the “hospitality and tourism, landscaping, [and] seafood processing” industries. The National Pulse has reported extensively on the replacement of native-born American workers with cheap foreign labor under the Biden-Harris government, and the DHS visa cap announcement is set to exacerbate the problem.

“The Department of Homeland Security is committed to further growing our nation’s strong economy,” Mayorkas said in a statement announcing the move. He added: “By maximizing the use of the H-2B visa program, the Department of Homeland Security is helping to ensure the labor needs of American businesses are met, keeping prices down for consumers while strengthening worker protections and deterring irregular migration to the United States.”

BIDEN’S CHEAP, FOREIGN LABOR.

Employment data indicates that most of the jobs created under Joe Biden have been taken by foreign-born labor. According to a recent jobs report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), an estimated 1.3 million native-born American workers lost their jobs in August. Meanwhile, the number of foreign-born workers increased by 635,000.

Additionally, Congressional Budget Office (CBO) numbers reveal that labor force participation among foreign-born residents is at nearly 70 percent. Meanwhile, the rate among native-born Americans remains below pre-COVID-19 pandemic levels.

The last-minute decision by DHS appears to be aimed at hampering any attempt by President-elect Donald J. Trump to reduce America’s reliance on cheap immigrant labor and rectify the lack of employment for American citizens.

FLASHBACK: Rubio Worked with Hillary’s Running Mate to ‘Trump-Proof’ NATO.

President-elect Donald J. Trump’s efforts to recalibrate America’s one-sided relationship with NATO face hurdles because of Senator Marco Rubio’s (R-FL) efforts to “Trump-proof” U.S. foreign policy. The Florida neoconservative worked with Senator Tim Kaine (D-VA), Hillary Clinton‘s 2016 running mate, to pass legislation banning the U.S. President from exiting NATO without a two-thirds majority vote in the Senate or an authorizing Act of Congress.

Rubio, controversially nominated as Secretary of State despite his anti-Trump history, co-authored the law with Kaine to hamstring any moves by a restored Trump administration to pull out of NATO, a military alliance that requires members to wage defensive wars on each other’s behalf, but depends overwhelmingly on U.S. forces.

Trump strengthened NATO during his first term, largely by threatening to withhold U.S. protection if “delinquent” members did not begin paying their fair share of military spending, rather than relying on American taxpayers—who enjoy substantially fewer social and healthcare benefits than their Canadian and European counterparts—to shoulder the burden.

ALL CARROT, NO STICK.

Vice President-elect J.D. Vance has also emphasized that U.S. protection should come with “strings,” warning European NATO members that they will lose American support if they pass anti-free speech regulations targeting U.S. social media firms, for instance.

However, Rubio’s legislation will make it much harder for Trump to extract maximum value from NATO by giving America’s notional allies the sense that they can safely ignore any administration threats to withdraw from the alliance—however much they abuse U.S. generosity—because Democrats and Republican war hawks will block it.

The Floridian has past form in terms of undermining Trump on foreign policy. He claimed in 2016 that the America First leader could not be trusted with the nuclear codes, and he also gave cover to Robert Mueller’s hoax Russiagate investigation into the non-existent links between Trump and the Kremlin.

Whoopi Goldberg Just Lied About a Local Bakery REJECTING HER to Gain Political Sympathy.

Hollywood actress and far-left host of The View Whoopi Golberg claims a New York bakery refused to take her order for a birthday cake because of her political views. Goldberg made the claims during the Wednesday episode of The View as she and her co-hosts celebrated her 69th birthday. However, the allegations have proven questionable at best, with the bakery owner publicly refuting them just days later.

“It’s a sponge cake with whipped cream and a cherry on top. I should tell you…the place that made these refused to make them for me,” Goldberg said on Wednesday while she and her co-hosts enjoyed the cake on-air. She added: “They said that their ovens had gone down, but folks went and got them anyway, which is why I’m not telling you who made them. It’s not… because I’m a woman, but perhaps they did not like my politics.”

A BOILER ISSUE.

However, the bakery in question, Holtermann’s of Staten Island, is pushing back against the accusation leveled by The View co-host. Jill Holtermann, the bakery’s current owner, says she informed Goldberg that she could not fulfill the order because of a boiler problem. The owner says she explained that the bakery is in a 130-year-old building and that she could not commit to having the cake done on time since she was unsure how long it would take for repairs.

Holtermann insists her initial denial of Golderber’s order was not because of politics but rather the simple fact she didn’t know whether she would actually be able to bake the cake. She notes that the order was completed after the boiler was quickly repaired.

Goldberg has a long history of making bizarre claims on The View. Recently, she suggested Trump will deport mixed-race couples and admitted she frequently defecates in her pants.

Lesbian Lover of Trans ‘Woman’ Murdered Dad with Ice Pick in Election Night Freakout.

Corey Lizette Burke, 33, is in custody at King County Jail on first-degree murder charges. According to Seattle police, Burke admits to killing her father, Timothy Burke, at their home in south Seattle, Washington. Police reports state that officers found her at the scene, soaked in blood and expressing satisfaction over the slaying, which she described as an “act of liberation.”

Court documents say that on the evening of Election Day, November 5, Burke allegedly killed her 67-year-old father using an ice pick. Her actions included strangling, biting, and repeatedly striking him with the weapon. Burke, a lesbian program manager at Jeff Bezos‘s Blue Origin, is married to Samantha Leigh Allen, the transgender editor of the LGBT magazine Them.

Public records indicate that Burke cited distress over President-elect Donald J. Trump‘s projected victory over Vice President Kamala Harris as a factor in her actions. A disagreement with her father over turning off the lights reportedly escalated the confrontation.

Upon police arrival, Burke allegedly expressed happiness and was seen clapping inside the home, with blood visible on her face. She surrendered to the authorities without resistance. During an interrogation, she reportedly whispered a confession to an officer.

The court has set her bail at $2 million.

WATCH: Dems Admit to Breaking Law to STEAL PA Senate Race.

Democrats on the Bucks County, Pennsylvania election board are attempting to include the tabulation of mail-in ballots where voters failed to sign one of the necessary boxes. The five-to-two Democrat-controlled State Supreme Court ruled prior to the 2024 election that these types of ballots were not to be counted.

Despite the court ruling, the Bucks County Election Board is including the disqualified ballots in their county over the objection of its one Republican member. Led by Diane Ellis-Marseglia, the board appears intent on breaking the law to push incumbent Senator Bob Casey Jr. ahead of his Republican challenger Dave McCormick. Numerous media outlets have declared the latter the winner, and McCormick currently leads by over 25,000 votes.

“I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country,” Ellis-Marseglia declared at Thursday’s board meeting, apparently referencing the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent decision to overturn Roe v. Wade. She added: “People violate laws any time they want. So, for me, if I violate this law, it’s because I want a court to pay attention. There’s nothing more important than counting votes.”

The actions taken by Ellis-Marseglia and her fellow Democrats in Pennsylvania—possibly under the guidance of Democratic Party election lawyer Marc Elias—appear to be a flagrant attempt to undermine the law and U.S. election results. Notably, in Arizona, Michigan, and Georgia—among other states—President Donald J. Trump and his allies have faced prosecution over attempts to substitute slates of state electors. The latter is arguably legitimate and legal under the color of law, while Ellis-Marseglia and the Bucks County Election Board openly admit they are intentionally breaking the law.

Vax Stocks DOWN Amidst RFK HHS Fears.

Shares of major vaccine manufacturers fell in premarket trading following the announcement of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as the prospective Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) under President-elect Donald Trump. Kennedy, known for his commitment to ending America’s chronic disease epidemic and skepticism of mass vaccinations, is causing panic among Big Pharma executives.

Prominent pharmaceutical corporations such as Moderna, Novavax, and BioNTech showed declines exceeding two percent in early trading in New York. Across the Atlantic, European companies like Sanofi and GSK experienced similar downward trends. Analysts attributed these declines to concerns over Kennedy’s potential to disrupt established ties between Big Pharma and government agencies. Kennedy has led initiatives questioning the integrity and effectiveness of federal agencies in vaccine oversight.

While there is now a Republican-majority Senate, speculation remains about Kennedy’s confirmation prospects. Some, like Rick Weissenstein of the TD Cowen investment banking corporation, believe he might not be confirmed, though a recess appointment could be possible.

Despite media hysteria over Kennedy’s vaccine skepticism, outlets such as POLITICO once touted the former Democrat possibly joining Barack Obama’s administration. In 2008, it was reported that his appointment to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) would please then-Senator Hillary Clinton, given his background as an environmental lawyer fighting for clean rivers and other improvements.

Only ‘Queer, Trans, & Latiné’ Need Apply According to Staffer in D.C. Mayor’s Office.

A Washington, D.C. city government employee in Mayor Muriel Bowser‘s office is pushing specifically for “queer, trans, and Latiné folks” to apply for government jobs—seemingly excluding heterosexuals and others. Alexis Vida Rangel, the Director of Operations for the D.C. Mayor, made the potentially discriminatory remarks in a post on the professional networking website LinkedIn.

“Queer folks, trans folks, and Latiné folks in DC: If you or someone you know is looking for work, please consider District government,” Vida Rangel wrote, adding: “With a workforce of more than 37,000 people, there are all kinds of positions available and new postings all the time. Whether on the political appointments side or the career service side, I’m happy to share resources, help navigate what’s available, and sharpen your resume & interview skills.”

While not explicitly discriminatory, as Vida Rangel’s post does not appear to be limiting applicants overtly, it is still concerning that a government employee is seemingly attempting to circumvent equal opportunity employment provisions. Additionally, overt political posts by Vida Rangel on LinkedIn—co-founded by anti-Trump billionaire and Epstein Island guest Reid Hoffman—are fairly common and raise concerns about impartiality.

Following last week’s 2024 presidential election, the D.C. government employee wrote: “The next few years are going to be devastating for people me, with WH and Senate leadership focused on demonizing my communities. My eyes and my hopes are on the remaining House races. The House majority will tell us exactly how bad this is going to be.”
