ICYMI: Tucker Warns Biden Is ‘Done,’ America in ‘Legitimate Danger’ if Panicking Dems Jail Trump.

Tucker Carlson has declared Joe Biden is “done” after his disastrous debate against Donald Trump, as “Too many prominent Democrats have suggested he’s brain damaged.”

“They can’t walk that back. They have to remove him, and they will,” said the former Fox News host.

“The only question is when. If they’re smart, they’ll do it immediately. If Kamala’s going to be the nominee, she might as well be the president first,” Carlson continued. “That leaves the question of Trump, and his sentencing on July 11. Biden’s collapse makes this a much more perilous moment than it was. At this point Trump is not just the Republican candidate, but effectively the presumptive president,” he suggested.

“If you’re going to put him in jail, it had better be for a very serious crime that everyone agrees he committed. Otherwise you risk destroying the system completely and forever. We’re in legitimate danger,” he warned, adding, “Democrats need to pull back.”

Flaws in the Democrat-led Justice Department’s handling of a classified documents case against Trump, the recent Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity, and the collapse of Democrat District Attorney Fani Willis‘s RICO case against Trump in Georgia mean he is unlikely to be tried for anything beyond Alvin Bragg’s Manhattan case before the election.

The Manhattan conviction is highly dubious and some legal analysts predict it will be reversed on appeal. Still, it could result in significant prison time if compromised Biden donor judge Juan Merchan chooses to be vindictive.

However, the Manhattan sentencing date Carlson references has already been pushed back to September. This follows Supreme Court rulings that have thrown the conviction into jeopardy.

Trump’s Sentencing Has Been Delayed – Here’s The New Date.

The July 11 sentencing of former President Donald J. Trump is being delayed until September 18 after two U.S. Supreme Court decisions. In a letter sent to Judge Juan Merchan on Tuesday, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg said his office was not opposed to a motion by attorneys for the former president asking to delay the sentencing hearing.

Trump‘s legal team asked the judge late last night for leave until July 10 to file a motion to set aside the verdict based on the Supreme Court’s ruling in Trump v. United States. According to the high court, official communications between a president and government officials—pertaining to official acts—cannot be used as evidence against them in a criminal trial. This would effectively rule some of the evidence presented by Bragg in the New York trial inadmissible.

“Although we believe defendant’s arguments to be without merit, we do not oppose his request for leave to file and his putative request to adjourn sentencing pending determination of his motion,” Bragg states. He adds: “We respectfully request a deadline of July 24, 2024—two weeks after defendant’s requested deadline—to file and serve a response.”

Judge Merchan responded late Tuesday that former President Trump’s sentencing hearing would be moved to September 18.

ERLINGER.

In addition to its ruling in Trump v. United States, the Supreme Court‘s decision in Erlinger v. United States could also impact Trump’s conviction.

In Erlinger, the court reaffirmed that a jury must be unanimous in its findings on a criminal conviction, even on underlying predicate crimes. Before former President Trump‘s conviction in late May, Judge Merchan had instructed jurors that they did not have to come to a unanimous decision on the underlying predicate crimes that allowed Bragg to revive the 34 counts against Trump for allegedly falsifying business records.

New York Disbars America’s Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

A New York appeals court has disbarred former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani. Affectionately dubbed “America’s Mayor” following the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, Giuliani reacted on X (formerly Twitter), stating, “Judges, like [Juan] Merchan and [Arthur] Engoron in NYC, are selected by local Democrat bosses. These judges, just like in a one-party Communist dictatorship, are not really elected but selected by the Democrat local bosses and often run unopposed.”

In their ruling, the appeals court contended Giuliani made false claims regarding the 2020 presidential election results while serving as Donald Trump’s attorney. The National Pulse has previously reported on the mounting evidence that allegations of 2020 election fraud are not without merit.

The move by the New York court comes nearly a year after Giuliani was arrested and booked in Fulton County, Georgia, after being accused of interfering in the 2020 presidential elections in the state. Since his initial arrest, Giuliani has faced a litany of challenges, including being ordered to pay two Georgia election workers an astounding $148 million after a federal judge ruled that he had defamed them regarding alleged ballot fraud.

Republican establishment billionaire John Catsimatidis canceled Giuliani’s radio show in May after stating the mayor had broken an agreement not to discuss 2020 election fraud on air.

Last month, Giuliani faced yet another legal hurdle when U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Sean Lane said he was considering stripping the mayor’s right to control his own finances.

World Economic Forum Accused of Sexual Harassment and Discrimination.

Klaus Schwab, the globalist leader of an international body known as the World Economic Forum (WEF), is accused of fostering a ‘toxic environment’ that enabled sexual harassment and discrimination.

What is the WEF? It’s an organization of global leaders and executives of major corporations that meet every year in Switzerland to make plans for the future of civilization. Seriously. These are the freaks who want you eating bugs, driving electric cars, and having open borders.

The details: According to internal complaints, emails, and interviews with dozens of current and former WEF employees, Klaus enabled an environment that was hostile towards women and minorities.

  • Sexual harassment: A half dozen reported sexual harassment by senior managers and VIPs at Forum events.
  • Racial Discrimination: Black employees reported incidents of racial slurs by white managers and being overlooked for promotions.
  • Pregnancy discrimination: Six female staffers faced career setbacks during or after maternity leave.
  • Age Discrimination: Schwab directed the head of Human Resources to fire employees over 50 to lower the WEF’s average age. When the HR chief refused, he was fired.

Back up: In May, reports surfaced that the 86-year-old mega-globalist would be stepping down from the group he founded.

Big picture: For an organization that fancies itself a progressive utopian vision for a multi-ethnic future, these allegations, if true, would be incredibly hypocritical.

WATCH: Hysterical Rachel Maddow Says SCOTUS Has Authorized Trump’s ‘Death Squads.’

Rachel Maddow, the MSNBC host and arch-Russiagate conspiracist, is claiming the Supreme Court has authorized Donald Trump to send “right-wing death squads” after his opponents with its ruling on presidential immunity.

“Donald Trump and his counsel asked for this 100 percent absolute immunity thing, which was insane. I would say they got 105 percent of what they were asking for,” she said of the ruling, which guts the lawfare prosecutions Joe Biden’s Justice Department is bringing against the America First leader.

“This is a death squad ruling,” Maddow alleged. “This is a ruling that says that as long as you can construe it as an official or quasi-official act, you can do absolutely anything—absolutely anything—and never be held accountable, not only while you are President, but forever,” she added, claiming Trump has previously “activated pro-Trump paramilitary groups.”

She concluded, “If you have somebody who is a criminal or is authoritarian-minded when they get in there armed with this ruling, there is nothing they cannot do.”

In fact, the Supreme Court ruling is clear that a President only has a presumption in favor of immunity from prosecution when “exercising his core constitutional powers,” which do not include sending “death squads” after U.S. citizens.

Presidents also remain accountable outside the regular court system through constitutionally proper impeachment proceedings in Congress.

Mail-In Voting Calamity Hits UK 2 Days Before Election.

Issues with mail-in voting are already undermining Britain’s July 4 snap election. Royal Mail failures have resulted in many voters not receiving their ballots on time in over 90 constituencies (electoral districts).

Anas Sarwar, who leads the Labour Party in Scotland, complains, “One person disenfranchised is one person too many.” He notes “several cases… of people who have left to go on holiday and didn’t receive their postal votes on time.”

John Swinney, the First Minister of Scotland and leader of the left-separatist Scottish National Party (SNP), is complaining that the debacle could affect the election results.

Mail-in or postal voting in Britain was previously restricted to people with disabilities, soldiers serving overseas, and other select groups. However, the previous Labour government introduced postal voting for any voter on demand. Fraud has been plaguing British elections ever since.

In 2005, a major fraud scheme involving Muslim Labour candidates saw the courts overturn municipal elections in Birmingham, England’s second city. Ordinary citizens brought a case to court after the elections regulator and the police failed to intervene, exposing a scheme involving corrupt mailmen, child ballot thieves, a warehouse described as an “electoral fraud factory” where ballots were altered, and bags of ballots arriving late to counts.

Judge Richard Mawrey KC ruled the then-Labour government was presiding over “electoral fraud that would disgrace a banana republic.” He would later warn mail-in voting in the U.S. is subject to even greater abuse ahead of the 2020 election.

Conservative governments have made no meaningful changes to mail-in voting security. However, in-person voting now requires photo ID.

July 4 will be the first general election to require ID—and possibly the last. Labour, likely to win comfortably, are signaling they will abolish it.

Cops Intimidate Voter Over Sign Supporting Farage’s Reform Party

Police visited a voter who was displaying a sign in support of Nigel Farage’s Reform UK party on his home after authorities received a complaint from a neighbor of the man.

The X account “Voice of Wales” posted a video of a police officer visiting the home and displaying the sign. The officer explained that he was taking photographs of the sign after receiving a complaint.

The account added that the complaint may have come from a charity that bought a home next door to the man, stating it intended to house migrants in the home.

The video also shows the police officer photographing a “Lest We Forget” flag, which honors those who served in the British military.

Nigel Farage and Reform UK have made mass migration a central pillar of their election campaign heading into the UK General Election on July 4.

Farage called for a policy of zero net migration when kicking off his campaign in Clacton in early June, stating that Britain should not take in more people per year than those who leave the country.  “We cannot go on as we are. We have to limit numbers,” Farage told the BBC.

According to polling, Farage’s and Reform UK’s policies have struck a note with voters. The polling suggests that the party could win as many as 18 seats in the election, while the leftist Party is expected to win one of the largest majorities in nearly a hundred years.

BIDENOMICS: John Deere to Lay Off Hundreds in Midwest as Production Moves to Mexico.

John Deere, the leading global seller of tractors and crop harvesters, announced another round of layoffs last Friday due to a collapse in demand and a slowing U.S. economy. The company informed approximately 610 production staff in its Illinois and Iowa plants that their employment would end by the end of the summer. According to John Deere, all layoffs will take effect on August 30.

The agricultural equipment supplier attributed the layoffs to reduced demand for its products manufactured at these locations. Despite reporting $10.166 billion in profits last year, the company cited rising operational costs and declining market demand as reasons for these changes. “We can confirm Deere leadership recently communicated that rising operational costs and declining market demand requires enterprise-wide changes in how work gets done to achieve our goals and best position the company for the future,” a company statement reads.

This month, the company also announced plans to transfer the production of skid steer loaders and compact track loaders from its Dubuque facility to Mexico by the end of 2026, citing rising domestic manufacturing costs in the United States. In October, John Deere laid off 225 employees at its Harvester Works plant in East Moline. This was followed by layoffs at other locations, including 34 workers in May at its Moline Cylinder Works factory and 150 more in March at its Ankeny, Iowa, facility. Approximately 500 employees were let go at its Waterloo plant in Iowa earlier this year.

Lower crop prices have led to an excess of unsold tractors and combines, resulting in some equipment sellers offering discounts and suspending new orders. The Department of Agriculture forecasted a 25.5 percent decline in farm income to $116.1 billion this year compared to 2023 levels.

ICYMI: Bannon Bulldozes Corporate Media on Jan 6, Election Integrity.

War Room host Stephen K. Bannon bulldozed ABC News’ Jonathan Karl in an interview ahead of his imprisonment for defying the corrupt January 6 Committee, turning the tables on the corporate media hitman as he asked him to tell Donald Trump supporters to “respect the results” of the 2024 election.

“Have you asked a Democrat this question?” Bannon demanded. “Yes or no? The answer’s no,” he said, before repeating the question to a dumbfounded Karl.

“Have, uh, have, have, I haven’t seen, I haven’t seen Democrats storm the Capitol to try and stop an election,” stammered the ABC journalist, a partisan actor who has authored anti-Trump books, such as the prematurely titled 2021 tract Betrayal: The Final Act of the Trump Show.

Bannon pressed Karl on extreme statements by Democrats such as Jamie Raskin, prompting Karl to cut in with a testy, “I have no problem asking Democrats if they’re going to respect the election.”

“Then why don’t you do it?” Bannon asked. “The only reason you’re gonna have to is we put a pitchfork to your back and said, ‘Why don’t you ask Democrats?'”

“Here’s the bottom line,” Bannon concluded, rolling over Karl’s feeble attempts to interject again. “When this is adjudicated and reviewed, if they are certifiable, chain of custody ballots and votes from American citizens, then hey, whatever that outcome is, is totally fair. Until the time that we get that, all bets are off.”

Surveys suggest around a fifth of mail-in ballots in 2020 were fraudulent.
