Yes, You Still Need a ‘License’ to Watch TV in Britain. Farage Says He’ll End It.

Brexit leader Nigel Farage, whose Reform Party is outpacing the governing Conservatives ahead of a July 4 snap election, says a Reform government will scrap the TV license that funds the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC).

By law, every Briton who watches live television is required to purchase a TV license for £169.50 (~$215.25) a year—£57 (~$72.40) a year for the handful of people who still only have a black-and-white set—even if they do not watch any BBC content.

The state enforces the license fee through criminal fines for non-payment. Failure to pay such fines can result in imprisonment.

Conservatives and populists argue the BBC harbors institutional bias despite its legal obligation to be politically neutral. The broadcaster often slants public discourse in favor of mass migration and multiculturalism and injects woke ideology into educational and entertainment content.

In August, The National Pulse reported how BBC News repeatedly doctored a report on homosexual pedophile Andrew Way, removing references to the fact he is a Pride organizer and drag queen.

Farage believes the compulsory license fee is out of date and unjust. He argues the BBC should transition to a subscription-based model and allow television viewers to choose whether or not to fund it.

He has also argued that scrapping the licence would relieve financial pressure on British households and incentivize the BBC to offer content the public actually wants to see rather than content serving an ideological agenda.

Tommy Robinson Schools Journalist

Tommy Robinson is Being Hauled Before the Courts AGAIN.

Independent journalist and anti-grooming gangs activist Tommy Robinson is facing contempt of court charges. The Conservative Party-controlled Attorney General’s Office (AGO) has initiated potential contempt proceedings after the far-left ‘Hope Not Hate’ group – the UK equivalent of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) – funded by George Soros, alleged he violated a court order.

In a libel case concluded in 2021, Syrian migrant Jamal Hijazi sued Robinson. He had repeated claims Hijazi had assaulted girls at Almondbury Community School in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, in October 2018, resulting in a lawsuit. The courts sided with Hijazi, ordering Robinson to pay damages and legal costs and imposing an injunction prohibiting him from repeating the allegations.

Hope Not Hate, which also targets Raheem Kassam, Editor-in-Chief of The National Pulse, presented a dossier to the AGO claiming Robinson has repeated the allegations. The High Court will hold a hearing on potential contempt proceedings on July 29.

The state previously imprisoned Robinson for contempt of court after he filmed Muslim men accused of exploiting young girls outside a courthouse in May 2018, breaching a reporting ban. Jurors subsequently convicted all of them.

This latest attempt to drag Robinson in front of the courts follows a case brought against him by the Metropolitan Police, collapsed in an embarrassing fashion. The London police force arrested and pepper-sprayed Robinson after he refused to comply with an order to leave a march against anti-Semitism, claiming his mere presence in public was “likely to cause harassment, alarm, and distress to others.”

Police bail conditions after this arrest included a near-total ban on entering London, but a judge ultimately determined officers had no lawful order against Robinson when they detained him.

Bannon Faces Harsh Prison Conditions Alongside Violent Criminals.

War Room host Stephen K. Bannon begins his prison sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut, on July 1, according to CNN. The facility, which houses violent offenders, is not the minimum-security setup most were anticipating.

“Not at all what Steve Bannon was wanting here,” gloated CNN reporter Katelyn Polantz in conversation with OutFront host Erin Burnett, noting that Bannon’s legal team had expected a less restrictive environment due to his non-violent status and lack of prior convictions.

The federal judge assigned to Bannon’s case ordered the more stringent conditions. Polantz says the prison is “behind ‘The Wall,'” indicating a higher level of confinement than minimum-security camps.

“It’s different than a camp. It has more confines for the inmates that are kept there. Also, violent offenders can be kept in a low-security prison like the one Bannon is going to,” Polantz stressed.

Bannon faces another court proceeding in New York in September. If these charges proceed while he is in custody, there is a possibility he could transfer to Rikers Island, currently experiencing “historical levels of violence and death,” according to Democrat City Councilmember Carlina Rivera.

DOUBLE STANDARDS.

The authorities are treating Bannon differently from criminals like the late Jeffrey Epstein. The pedophile could leave prison six days a week after receiving a 13-month sentence for procuring child prostitutes, with a private limousine transporting him between prison and his home and workplace.

Bannon received four months in prison for contempt of Congress for not complying with the corrupt January 6 Committee.

Raheem Kassam, Editor-in-Chief of The National Pulse, believes Joe Biden’s Justice Department and its allies are attempting to remove Bannon from the chessboard ahead of the November election because the former Donald Trump advisor is someone who “actually gets people up off their couches, up off their seats; helps them to register for precinct strategy; helps them to register for canvassing and campaigning.”

“It’s his catchphrase: ‘Action, action, action’—and that’s what they want to stop,” he added.

Illegal Who Was Deported 16 TIMES Kills Colorado Man.

A Mexican national, previously deported from the United States 16 times, has been charged for causing a fatal vehicle crash in Colorado. Ignacio Cruz-Mendoza, 47, faces charges including vehicular homicide, vehicular assault, reckless driving, and driving without a commercial driver’s license. The charges stem from an incident that resulted in the death of Scott Miller, 64, from Bailey, Colorado.

The Colorado State Patrol reported that Cruz-Mendoza was operating a semi-truck for Monique Trucking, based in Indio, California, on Highway 285 near Conifer, Colorado. The truck veered off the road, causing the pipe and angle iron it was carrying to spill onto five vehicles. Miller was in one of those vehicles and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Another driver sustained serious injuries during the incident and is currently recovering in a local hospital.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirmed that Cruz-Mendoza is an illegal immigrant who has been deported to Mexico 16 times since his first deportation in May 2002, following an arrest in Oregon. Despite multiple deportations over the past two decades, he has continually re-entered the U.S., allegedly through the southern border.

ICE officials have also issued a detainer on Cruz-Mendoza, which requests that he be handed over to their custody if released from police custody in Jefferson County, Colorado.

The spike in violence and deaths of American citizens at the hands of illegal immigrants has fueled a backlash against the Biden government among voters. Immigration and the border crisis have routinely ranked as a top issue for Americans heading into the 2024 presidential election. The National Pulse reported on Tuesday that recent polling has found two-thirds of voters support mass deportations of illegal immigrants.

Biden Sent $2.8 Billion in ‘Humanitarian Aid’ to the Taliban.

The Biden regime’s humanitarian aid to Afghanistan appears to be ending up in the hands of the Taliban. During a recent House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee hearing, Rep. Brian Mast (R-Fla.) lambasted the poorly overseen State Department expenditure.

The Biden regime, Mast observes, has “sent more than $2.8 billion to Afghanistan since the Taliban took power in August of 2021.” A federal inspector general’s report shows “tens of millions of dollars of that money going directly into the hands of the Taliban.”

“It is unacceptable for any U.S. funding to benefit the Taliban,” agreed Rep. Michael McCaul (R-Texas), who chairs the House Foreign Affairs Committee, demanding Biden “take immediate action to prevent U.S. taxpayer dollars from going to the Taliban.”

McCaul cited findings from the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) showing that the Taliban had indirectly received at least $10.9 million from U.S. taxpayers. However, SIGAR warns this is likely only a fraction of the Taliban’s indirect U.S. taxpayer funding through taxes, fees, and other means.

Mast also criticized the State Department for a $500,000 grant to “promote atheism in Nepal,” which is predominantly Hindu, raising a broader problem of reckless federal spending.

Waste also plagues U.S. aid to Ukraine. U.S. taxpayers are not only providing and paying for weapons for Volodymyr Zelensky’s forces but also paying the salaries of Ukrainian government workers, subsidizing Ukrainian businesses, and purchasing supplies for Ukrainian farmers.

U.S. investigative journalist Seymour Hersh estimates Zelensky, his government ministers, and commanders have embezzled “at least” $400 million in U.S. aid in 2022 alone.

A Staten Island Church Is Being Converted into a Migrant Shelter.

A plan to establish a migrant shelter within a Staten Island church has drawn sharp criticism from local officials. Authorities announced on Monday that they plan to set up 15 beds inside the Faith United Methodist Church on Heberton Avenue, Port Richmond, to serve as an overnight refuge for single adult men seeking asylum in the United States. This decision has been met with opposition from various community leaders, including Staten Island Borough President Vito Fossella.

At a press conference held outside the church, Fossella expressed frustration, claiming that local officials were only informed of the plan last week. He believes the initiative will negatively impact the community. “This approach is hurtful to the community and its people,” Fossella remarked.

Other prominent figures, such as Councilwoman Kamillah Hanks and Councilman David Carr, joined Fossella. The political leaders stood united in their opposition, emphasizing that the residents were not adequately informed about the shelter‘s establishment. Hanks argued that such decisions undermine community trust and stability. “The residents of this district are tired of waking up to find decisions made behind their backs, impacting community safety and cohesion,” she stated.

Hanks also raised concerns about the church’s suitability as a shelter, citing potential health and safety risks, including poor ventilation and fire hazards. “Faith United Methodist Church lacks the necessary infrastructure and facilities to safely and comfortably house occupants,” she noted.

This isn’t the first time Staten Islanders have protested against a migrant shelter. In October, residents celebrated the removal of migrants from the St. John’s Villa Academy shelter following a fire hazard declaration by the FDNY. Earlier this year, plans for a 57-bed migrant shelter at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Rosebank were abandoned due to pushback from groups opposed to illegal immigration.

Biden to Announce Policy ENCOURAGING Sham Marriages for Illegals.

Joe Biden is set to announce protections for illegal aliens married to U.S. citizens, benefiting up to 500,000 migrants. Biden will outline the details of the pro-illegal policy at the White House during an event marking the 12th anniversary of Barack Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

The new policy will shield illegal aliens with U.S. spouses from deportation, gift them work permits, and offer a pathway to citizenship. It is likely to encourage more sham marriages.

Marrying a citizen is already a route to citizenship, but those who enter the country illegally without a visa must currently leave the U.S. while they pursue green card applications.

The Biden regime’s initiative will be one of the most expansive unilateral actions by a U.S. President to gift legal status to unlawfully present migrants since Obama implemented the DACA program. Biden also plans to introduce new measures to assist DACA recipients, or “Dreamers,” in gaining access to work permits.

A majority of Americans—54 percent—believe the 81-year-old Democrat is “encouraging” illegal aliens to enter the U.S. en masse to “create a permanent majority” for his party over time. It is projected that illegal immigration during his current term will equal all legal immigration via Ellis Island from 18992 to 1954.

DATA: 2/3rds of Hispanics Wants Illegals Deported.

A CBS News/YouGov poll conducted earlier this month reveals significant support among the American electorate for a national mass deportation program. According to the survey, 62 percent of registered voters back the deportation of all illegal immigrants currently living illegally in the United States, while just 38 percent oppose their removal.

The survey results show even more surprising trends within certain demographic groups traditionally associated with Democratic leanings. Notably, 58 percent of women and individuals holding at least a four-year college degree supported such a deportation policy. Additionally, 53 percent of Hispanic voters indicated their approval of the measure. This figure is slightly less than the 67 percent—over two-thirds—of white respondents.

Only among black respondents did support fall below 50 percent. Just 47 percent of black respondents said they support mass deportation.

The growing popularity of mass deportation among voters coincides with a trend that shows former President Donald J. Trump gaining traction among Hispanic voters. CNN data and election analyst Harry Enten noted that Trump commands considerable trust in issues of border security and immigration within this demographic. Enten highlighted that 49 percent of Hispanic voters trust Trump more on these issues compared to 24 percent who trust Joe Biden, marking a significant shift from the 2020 election when Biden won this group overwhelmingly.

These findings align with broader voter concerns about the situation at the southern border, which has become a pivotal issue in the upcoming election. The National Pulse reported that during Trump‘s recent rally in the Bronx, New York, minority voters turned out in mass to see the former President while chanting: “Build the Wall.”

Judge May Strip Rudy Giuliani Of Right To Control His Finances.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Sean Lane is considering whether to strip America’s Mayor, Rudy Giuliani, of control over his finances. On Monday, the judge heard two hours of arguments from attorneys representing Giuliani and his creditors, though the court declined to issue an immediate decision on the matter.

The former New York City mayor filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy after a jury in December awarded two Georgia election workers an absurd defamation verdict. Ruby Freeman and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss were awarded  $148 million over allegations they were defamed by Giuliani over claims the two engaged in a ballot fraud scheme in Fulton County, Georgia, during the 2020 presidential election.

“There are reasons to be very concerned here. I’m not going to beat a dead horse,” Judge Lane said before adjourning the court with no decision on the matter. The two women contend Giuliani‘s bankruptcy filing does not discharge him from paying the defamation award. However, the filing does allow the former federal prosecutor and New York City mayor to remain in control of his financial interests.

For several months, Giuliani‘s creditors have accused the Republican politician who led New York City through the 9/11 terrorist attacks of hiding his financial interests and using the bankruptcy filing to delay payment. At the Monday hearing, an attorney for the Freeman and Moss crassly accused Giuliani of conspiring to avoid payment: “He’s not a doddering 80-year-old. He is a shrewd and manipulative man. His reports are false, inconsistent, and late. His deadlines are ignored.”

Giuliani’s attorney, Gary Fischoff, contended that a full evidentiary hearing is needed before the judge can make any final decisions. He argued that the payment situation was improving and that current expenses were being paid through Giuliani‘s own money and not that flagged for creditors.

Secret Service Agent Robbed At Gunpoint During Biden’s California Fundraising Trip.

A member of the United States Secret Service (USSS) was robbed at gunpoint in Orange County, California, on Saturday and discharged their firearm during the incident. It is unclear whether the agent involved was a member of Joe Biden‘s traveling security detail.

“A member of the U.S. Secret Service was the victim of an armed robbery in Tustin, California, late Saturday when returning from a work assignment,” the USSS said in a statement following the incident. They added: “The employee discharged their service weapon during the incident but unknown if the assailants were struck. We are thankful that the employee did not sustain any injuries.”

The Tustin, California Police Department says the investigation remains open and ongoing. Meanwhile, the 81-year-old Democrat incumbent, Joe Biden, was in Los Angeles for a fundraising event on Saturday. Biden, along with a number of celebrities, gathered at the Peacock Theater. It is reported that Biden had already returned to his hotel room by 9:00 PM, half an hour before the armed robbery incident.

This marks the latest unwanted publicity for the president’s protective service. The National Pulse reported in late April that a member of Kamala Harris’s Secret Service detail was involved in a physical fight with her superior. It was subsequently revealed that the agent in question, Michelle Herczeg, had thrown menstrual pads at other agents and had a concerning history of mental health incidents. Agents within the service had raised numerous concerns regarding Herczeg’s erratic behavior and history.
