Britain’s New Leader Plans to Unleash 40,000 Prisoners on the Public Early.

Labour Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer is expected to use emergency powers to release as many as 40,000 prisoners early in the first days of his premiership. Sources at the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) say they are facing an “immediate” and “severe” overcrowding crisis, with fewer than 700 open spaces in English and Welsh prisons.

Officials have advised Justice Secretary Shabana Mahmood that prisons will reach full capacity by August 1, with early release on license for criminals 40 percent of the way through their terms being the top-rated option for dealing with the crisis.

Currently, most prisoners serving non-life sentences receive early release on license halfway through their terms. Mahmood’s Conservative Party predecessor, Alex Chalk, sought permission from then-Prime Minister Rishi Sunak to implement mass releases, but Sunak refused.

Prime Minister Starmer is “expected to authorise emergency measures” so prisoners serving under four years are released earlier “this week,” according to The Times.

Overcrowding was a perennial argument for weaker sentences under both the previous Conservative government and the previous Labour government. Longstanding claims that expanding the prison estate would be too expensive have been undermined by Britain’s illegal immigration crisis, with billions of pounds being found to host tens of thousands of boat migrants in hotels and other locations seemingly overnight.

Prime Minister Starmer has already improved the situation for illegal aliens, scrapping a plan to transfer boat migrants to Rwanda, despite hundreds of millions of pounds having been invested in the scheme already, on his first day in office.

Report: WH Aides Close to First Lady Formed ‘Protective Bubble’ Around Biden.

A group of White House aides who either worked for or are close with First Lady Jill Biden allegedly formed a “protective bubble” around the 81-year-old Joe Biden, tightly managing his schedule and the amount of access other staff had. White House Deputy Chief of Staff Annie Tomasini—who maintains a close relationship with Jill Biden—is one of the aides, along with Jill Biden’s top adviser, Anthony Bernal, and long-time Biden staffer Ashley Williams.

“Annie, Ashley, and Anthony create a protective bubble around POTUS. He’s staffed so closely that he’s lost all independence,” a former White House staffer said in a recent interview. They continued: “POTUS relies on staff to nudge him with reminders of who he’s meeting, including former staffers and advisers who Biden should easily remember without a reminder from Annie.”

These three aides are almost constantly at Joe Biden‘s side. Concerns by other White House staff who observed these memory lapses were often dismissed, but last month’s presidential debate—where Biden appeared cognitively impaired to the point of being unfit for office— has left some believing the First Lady and her aides were involved in a cover-up.

A senior official at the Democratic National Committee (DNC) painted a bleaker picture regarding the level of staff control of and intervention with Biden. “Everything else feels like ‘Weekend at Bernie’s’ by his inner circle to prop him up,” they said.

Biden spokesman Andrew Bates dismissed the allegations, telling Axios: “These are standard processes for any White House, regardless of president or party. The claims about these individuals—whose professionalism and character are respected across the administration—are inaccurate.”

MIGRANT CRIME ROUND-UP: War Criminals, Traffickers, and a Chick-fil-A Double Murder.

While Joe Biden’s poor debate performance and mental decline are dominating the news, the migrant crime epidemic Donald Trump warned against in February continues apace.

CHICK-FIL-A SHOOTER.

Authorities have charged Oved Bernardo Mendoza Argueta, 37, with capital murder for allegedly shooting and killing two workers at a Chick-fil-A in Texas.

The El Salvadoran told authorities he crossed the U.S. border unlawfully, but he did not specify the time or place of entry. Mendoza Argueta states he is married and has a child who is a U.S. citizen. This puts him in a category of illegal alien Joe Biden says he will protect from deportation.

The shootings took in the Dallas suburb of Irving and claimed the lives of Brayan Godoy, a 31-year-old father of four, and Patricia Portillo, a 49-year-old grandmother.

WAR CRIMINALS.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has been straining its resources to locate and arrest 11 foreigners who “fraudulently entered the United States in an attempt to escape justice” for violating human rights in their homelands.

According to ICE, these include:

  • Three people from Central America implicated in a variety of human rights violations against civilians and political opponents, including extrajudicial killings, enforced disappearances, intelligence gathering for violent regimes and attacks against civilian infrastructure.
  • Three people from Africa implicated in extrajudicial killings, rape, recruiting child soldiers and committing atrocities on behalf of governments in addition to supporting persecutor groups.
  • One person from Asia who admitted to targeting women for forced abortions and sterilizations, as well as physically abducting women while working on behalf of the ruling political party.
  • Two former members of paramilitary groups — one in Asia, another in the Caribbean — known to have committed serious human rights violations through violent repression and arresting people without cause and extorting civilians by use of force.
  • Two people from the Caucasus who admitted to organizing violent clashes with opposing political factions and targeting religious minorities for abuse.

ICE required the support of the Human Rights Violators and War Crimes Center of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) for the operation, showcasing the burden of dealing with the world’s war criminals and human rights abusers being in the U.S. thanks to lax immigration controls.

HONDURAN PEDOPHILE.

Honduran illegal Junior Manuel Dubon Benitez, 18, has been charged with sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl in Iowa. Benitez is charged with sexual abuse in the second degree, according to Iowa court documents.

Dubon Benitez entered the U.S. illegally via Hidalgo, Texas, in April 2022.

HONDURAN HUMAN TRAFFICKER.

Another Honduran, Dora Patricia Flores Canales, has been deported for “aggravated human trafficking in the form of commercial sexual exploitation.”

ICE suggested the foreign fugitive posed “a significant threat to our nation.”

DOMINICAN DRUG TRAFFICKER.

Dominican illegal Jose Abel Polanco-Ramirez, 23, has been detained by ICE after being charged with “trafficking cocaine, distribution of cocaine, possession of cocaine and carrying a dangerous weapon” in Massachusetts.

“Jose Abel Polanco-Ramirez is charged with peddling poison while carrying a deadly weapon on the streets of our Massachusetts community,” said an ICE spokesman. ICE also noted they issued a detainer against Polanco-Ramirez after he was initially charged, but local authorities ignored them and let the illegal loose among the public again.

WANTED CHILD RAPIST.

Also in Massachusetts, ICE detained an unnamed Ecuadorian illegal who first entered the U.S. in 2021. He has been wanted in Ecuador for the rape of a minor and invasion of privacy since at least May 2023.

“This Ecuadorian fugitive is facing some very serious charges, but instead of facing the justice system, he fled and attempted to take refuge in Massachusetts,” said an ICE spokesman, adding that the illegal “posed a significant threat to the children of our communities.”

CONNECTICUT KILLER.

Manuel Fernando Alejandor-Martinez, 23, has been taken into custody by ICE following a conviction for manslaughter in Connecticut.

The Guatemalan illegal, who killed a Connecticut resident while driving an uninsured vehicle, had been released to a halfway house by the Connecticut Department of Corrections in August 2023 in defiance of an ICE detainer.

SHOCK French Exit Poll Shows Far Left Bloc Winning; Right-Wing National Rally Takes Third.

The far-left New Popular Front (NPF), a leftist coalition, appears to have emerged victorious in the second round of France’s parliamentary elections on Sunday, with the right wing National Rally (RN) securing third place, initial exit polls have claimed.

Preliminary results indicate that the NPF has gained between 170 to 190 seats in the 577-seat National Assembly. President Emmanuel Macron’s centrist Ensemble bloc is anticipated to take 150 to 170 seats, placing it in the second position. The RN is expected to win between 135 to 155 seats.

The interior ministry reported a voter turnout of 67.10 percent. Higher than the first round held on June 30 and the highest since 1997. Despite the notable turnout, no party achieved an absolute majority, signaling forthcoming political uncertainty in France.

The snap election, announced by Macron on June 9, responded to significant gains by RN in the European elections that saw 373 million citizens from 27 EU countries vote for the 720-seat European Parliament. The French turnout in that poll was below 50 percent with Macron labeling the results a potential “danger” to France.

This election is considered one of the most pivotal in France since World War II, featuring a contest between RN’s anti-mass migration, law-and-order stance and the NPF, consisting of La France Insoumise, the Socialist Party, Les Écologistes, the French Communist Party, Génération.s, and Place Publique. The Ensemble coalition includes Macron’s Renaissance, Democratic Movement (MoDem), Horizons, En commun, and the Progressive Federation.

Macron has committed to remaining in office until the end of his current mandate in May 2027, although the lack of a parliamentary majority casts doubt on the extent of his governing power.

Traditional Archbishop Vigano Excommunicated by Vatican.

The Vatican has announced the excommunication of Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, the former papal nuncio to the United States, following his refusal to recognize Pope Francis and the authority of the Second Vatican Council. The decision was confirmed in a bulletin released on July 5, citing Viganò’s public statements and actions as grounds for schism.

Viganò, who had previously acknowledged being charged with schism by the Vatican’s Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith on June 20, opted not to cooperate with the process. Despite a directive to present himself and respond to the accusations, he chose not to comply, viewing the charges as a mark of distinction.

The Vatican’s decree, issued on June 11, outlined the consequences of non-compliance, stating that if Viganò did not respond by June 28, he would face a sentence in absentia. On July 4, the Congress of the Dicastery concluded the penal process, formally announcing his excommunication the following day.

According to a Vatican statement, Archbishop Viganò was informed of his excommunication on July 5, with the decision now resting with the Apostolic See for any potential reversal. His excommunication underscores his stance against the Pope’s authority and the teachings of the Second Vatican Council, marking a significant development in his ongoing dispute with the Vatican.

Viganò became well-known in the United States after penning a letter to President Donald J. Trump in 2020, describing the “Deep Church.” He has spoken out against the Great Reset and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and alleged Pope Francis was aware of the sexual abuse perpetrated by former Cardinal Theodore McCarrick but refused to act.

His excommunication comes after the Vatican removed conservative Bishop Joseph Strickland from his post in Tyler, Texas, and defrocked noted pro-life priest Frank Pavone last year.

New York Times’s Editorial Board Member Op-Ed: ‘NATO Must Be Less Dependent on America.’

The New York Times‘s Editorial Board member, Farah Stockman, has published an op-ed in the Grey Lady calling for European nations to do more for their own security and end the military dependence on the United States. The lines are straight out of a long-standing Donald Trump complaint list about how the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) functions, and even repeats critical parts of Trump’s messaging.

“It is now becoming increasingly clear that Europeans need to shoulder more responsibility for their own defense,” Stockman writes, alleging that NATO’s first Supreme Allied Commander Europe, President Dwight Eisenhower, would regard the project as failed, today.

“The United States simply can’t do everything everywhere all at once, by itself. The future requires well-armed, capable allies. The indispensable nation has to be a bit less indispensable,” Stockman continued.

Sounding even more Trumpian, Stockman says: “So why does this dependence persist? Part of the reason is human nature. Why would allies invest in defense if Uncle Sam always picks up the tab?”

President Trump has been responsible for dozens of European nations increasing their NATO defense commitments and spending despite being roundly mocked by the political and media establishments since 2016 for suggesting that European nations do so.

Parkinson’s Expert Has Visited Biden White House AT LEAST 9 Times In the Past Year.

White House visitor logs have revealed a multitude of meetings between President Joe Biden’s personal physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, and Dr. Kevin Cannard, a Parkinson’s and deep brain disorder specialist, since July 2023. The news comes on top of existing public scandals about President Biden’s health, as well as Washington, D.C. chatter about Biden’s use of his Delaware home to mask other medical treatment.

The latest meeting to be added to the visitor logs took place on January 17 at 5PM and lasted up to seven hours. The White House visitor logs are not updated in real time, so more visits could be hidden from the American public ahead of the November election.

Parkinson’s specialist Dr. Cannard has over twenty years of experience at Walter Reed Medical Center. He has also been supporting the White House Medical Unit as a neurology specialist since 2012. Dr. O’Connor became Biden’s primary physician in 2021 and maintains daily contact with the president.

The logs note that President Biden was present in the White House on the day of the meeting, as he hosted House and Senate leaders to discuss additional funding for Ukraine. However, the White House has not confirmed if Biden participated in the meeting with the healthcare specialists.

The announcement of the meeting comes amid increasing scrutiny regarding Biden’s mental health, especially following the first debate with former President Donald Trump. Biden, aged 81, has faced questions about his cognitive health but continues to affirm his intention to run in the upcoming November election. In a recent ABC interview, he emphasized, “Look, I have a cognitive test every single day,” referring to his daily tasks and responsibilities.

Dr. O’Connor previously issued Biden a clean bill of health, ruling out Parkinson’s disease during an annual exam in February. Despite these assurances, questions about Biden’s cognitive abilities persist, with some Democrats urging him to consider stepping down after a challenging debate performance and an ensuing interview that did little to quell concerns.

NYC Allocates Millions for New Pre-Paid Debit Cards for Illegals.

New York City is expanding debit cards pre-loaded with cash for migrant families staying in hotels funded by taxpayer money. Mayor Eric Adams‘s administration plans to give these cards to over 7,300 migrants over the coming six months, at an estimated cost of $2.6 million. This is a significant expansion of an earlier pilot program that initially provided cards to about 3,000 migrants.

Mayor Adams defended the initiative, labeling it a “cost savings measure” that temporarily replaces the existing system of providing non-perishable food boxes to migrant families. The program is a collaboration between the Adams administration and Mobility Capital Finance.

According to reports, a family of four with children under five can receive up to $350 per week, or approximately $18,200 annually.

However, critics including New York Council member Joseph Borelli argue that the debit card program is “fundamentally unfair” to the city’s working poor, who do not receive similar benefits. Borelli and other Republicans warn the city’s right to shelter law and its ‘sanctuary’ policies are attracting a record number of migrants to New York.

Conservative lawmakers also complain the weekly $350 provided to migrants surpasses the average monthly $291 given to low-income, elderly, and disabled U.S. citizens through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).

Over the past year, more than 183,000 asylum seekers have arrived in NYC amid a surge in illegal immigration under Joe Biden. The Big Apple is reportedly set to break $10 billion in spending on migrants.

New York City has spent vast sums meals for migrants each month, but thousands end up thrown away.

Trump Asks Judge Cannon to Rule on Constitutionality of Smith Appointment as Special Counsel.

Former President Donald J. Trump‘s legal team is asking U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon to rule on whether Department of Justice (DOJ) special counsel Jack Smith‘s appointment is constitutional. The attorneys cite concerns U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas raised in his concurring opinion on presidential immunity.

“Highlighting grave separation-of-powers concerns, Justice Thomas suggested that 28 U.S.C. §§ 515 and 533 do not establish ‘by Law’ Jack Smith’s position under the Appointments Clause,” the filing submitted on Friday reads. Trump‘s attorneys continue: “By extension, these statutes are not “other law” under the relevant appropriation, and these ‘essential questions’ should be addressed ‘before proceeding.'”

The National Pulse reported Monday, following the high court’s ruling that Trump is protected from prosecution for official acts, that Justice Thomas also raised whether Jack Smith‘s appointment by Joe Biden’s DOJ was lawful.

THOMAS QUESTIONS SMITH.

“In this case, the Attorney General purported to appoint a private citizen as Special Counsel to prosecute a former President on behalf of the United States,” Justice Thomas wrote in his concurring opinion. He continued: “But, I am not sure that any office for the Special Counsel has been ‘established by Law,’ as the Constitution requires.”

“By requiring that Congress create federal offices ‘by Law,’ the Constitution imposes an important check against the President—he cannot create offices at his pleasure,” the justice noted, adding: “If there is no law establishing the office that the Special Counsel occupies, then he cannot proceed with this prosecution. A private citizen cannot criminally prosecute anyone, let alone a former President.”

Justice Brett Kavanaugh has raised concerns similar to Thomas’s in the past while also noting that the appointment of a private citizen to the Office of Special Counsel without Senate confirmation likely violates Article II of the U.S. Constitution’s Appointments Clause. Jack Smith did not hold a Senate-confirmed position prior to his appointment by Garland.

Government Report Supports Trump: Illegal Aliens Do Impact Black Employment.

U.S. government data backs up former President Donald J. Trump‘s charge that illegal immigrants are impacting job opportunities for black Americans. The America First leader blasted Joe Biden‘s open border policies during the first 2024 presidential debate, stating the “20 million people” people who have entered the country illegally are “taking black jobs, and they’re taking Hispanic jobs.”

Leftist critics in the corporate media, as well as supporters of Joe Biden, claim Trump‘s remarks are racially charged. However, a House committee last year heard testimonies indicating a significant impact on the workforce from an estimated nine million illegal alien workers. The Center for Immigration Studies presented findings that U.S.-born, working-age individuals not in the labor force had risen to 44 million by April 2023, almost 10 million more than in April 2000.

A 2008 report by the United States Commission on Civil Rights supported some of Trump’s assertions, finding illegal immigration increased the low-skilled labor supply, which disproportionately affected black males, many of whom have high school diplomas or less. This led to reduced wages, lower employment rates, and higher incarceration rates among black Americans.

Critics, including MSNBC writer Ja’han Jones, labeled Trump’s phrasing “racist and dehumanizing.” Jones argued that the notion of “black jobs” was offensive and inaccurate. The Washington Post suggested that immigrants stimulate economic demand, leading to job creation rather than displacement. However, the publication acknowledged a decrease in black workers’ presence in lower-wage sectors, such as leisure, hospitality, and retail.

The National Pulse reported in February that Biden‘s so-called jobs recovery had been almost entirely driven by illegal and legal immigrant labor, with native-born Americans still being sidelined post-pandemic.
