Muslim Shot Dead While Setting Fire to Synagogue.

A man who set fire to a synagogue in Rouen, France, has been shot dead after approaching responding police officers armed with a knife and an iron bar. French Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin said the incident occurred on Friday morning, and that the unnamed suspect “was not French, he was of Algerian origin.”

Darmanin implied the attack was terroristic, describing it as an “antisemitic act against a place that is sacred to the republic” and an “unacceptable, despicable” attack on Jews.

Rouen Mayor Nicolas Mayer-Rossignol said the synagogue was heavily damaged after the Algerian “climbed up the synagogue and threw an object, a sort of Molotov cocktail, into the main praying room.”

Jewish community leader Natacha Ben Haim described the incident as “catastrophic,” adding she was personally “very upset.”

France has the largest Muslim population in Europe as well as the largest Jewish population in Europe, measured in sheer numbers. It has faced significant internal tension since the onset of the Israel-Hamas war in Gaza. The MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs) in 2023, scheduled to take place in Paris, were scrapped amid fears of a terror attack.

Islamists have also targeted Christians in the Normandy region where Rouen is located. In 2016, Islamic State jihadists seized several hostages at the Church of Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray during a morning Mass. Father Jacques Hamel, 85, was later killed by having his throat slit at the church altar.

Indigenous Riot Over White People Voting.

Security forces have been sent to New Caledonia, a French overseas territory, following indigenous riots against more people of European descent voting. The riots have claimed four lives, and hundreds have been arrested.

“Reinforcements will arrive massively, immediately (and will be) deployed to control the areas which have escaped our control in recent days… to reconquer all the areas of the urban area which we have lost,” vowed High Commissioner Louis Le Franc.

New Caledonia sends representatives to the French legislature and votes in the French presidential elections. In 1998, the French government struck a deal to appease the indigenous Kanaks, restricting the franchise in local elections and referendums to people already living in New Caledonia before that year.

Over time, the number of people prevented from voting by this deal has increased to around one-fifth of the electorate. These are primarily people of European descent and their children, as well as non-Kanak Polynesians.

Nevertheless, the restricted electorate voted against independence from France in 2018, 2020, and 2021. The French government granted voting rights to more non-Kanaks this year, causing hardliners angry at the Kanak vote being “diluted” to riot.

There are no restrictions on citizens of foreign heritage from voting in Metropolitan (European) France.

Soros And Dem ‘Dark Money’ Groups Are Advising Election Officials and Bankrolling Poll Workers.

Democrat-aligned ‘dark money‘ groups are increasing their efforts to interfere in the 2024 presidential election as former President Donald J. Trump pulls further ahead of Joe Biden. Some of these ‘dark money’ organizations have received millions from left-wing billionaire and globalist George Soros.

The group Power the Polls has unveiled a new advisory council dedicated to training and fielding an army of pro-Democrat poll watchers ahead of the November presidential election. Power the Polls, founded in 2020, received its seed money from the Open Society Foundations — the primary vehicle for George Soros to distribute his vast wealth into U.S. political operations.

Power the Polls’ advisory council lacks bipartisan representation and is spearheaded by two prominent anti-Trump activists, actress Kerry Washington and former Congressman Adam Kinzinger. The group has even secured a partnership with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R).

More concerningly, Power the Polls is tied to Work Elections, a project of the Fair Election Network. Convoluted layers of financial and political ties are often used by Democrat-aligned ‘dark money‘ groups to hide their controlling organizations and funders. In this case, the Fair Election Network is a subsidiary of the New Venture Fund, a non-profit foundation controlled by Arabella Advisors.

The National Pulse has reported extensively on Arabella Advisors, a for-profit consulting firm with deep ties to national progressive Democrat leaders. Since the Citizens United Supreme Court decision, Arabella has built a vast network of non-profits and non-government organizations (NGOs) that act as clearing houses for vast sums of donor money for a myriad of left-wing causes. Arabella has funneled at least $10 million to pro-Hamas protestors and is currently involved in an effort to take over state and local media networks to push pro-Democrat propaganda.

Trump Team Plans UK-Rwanda Inspired Deportation System.

Donald Trump could send migrants to safe countries overseas to receive asylum. The plan is inspired by a deal the British government has struck with Paul Kagame’s government in Rwanda, diverting migrants seeking asylum in Britain to the African country. It is believed sending migrants to safe third countries like Rwanda, instead of hosting them in the West, will discourage “asylum shopping” and bogus claims of persecution by economic migrants.

Outside advisors to Trump’s team have “started identifying countries in South America, including Panama, and in Africa” where asylum seekers could be sent, according to the Wall Street Journal. Trump struck a deal that diverted around 1,000 asylum seekers from El Salvador and Honduras to Guatemala in 2019 so they could seek asylum in that country instead of the United States.

The Anglo-Rwandan deal dates to 2022 but has been mired in constant delays by activists bringing lawsuits before left-leaning judges. The British authorities only sent their first migrant to Rwanda — who went voluntarily — towards the end of April. Raids have been launched to detain further migrants for forcible removal pending further lawsuits.

However, a deal to divert asylum seekers from the U.S. to third countries could work more effectively than the Rwanda deal. Australia, which used to experience significant issues with migrants making dangerous voyages to its territory by sea, struck a deal to remove any seaborne migrants to third countries in the Pacific for processing in 2013. Even if found to be genuine refugees, these boat migrants would be hosted in countries other than Australia — lowering arrivals to nearly zero for many years.

House GOP Introduces ‘Let Trump Speak Act’ to Protect Free Speech Rights Against Gag Orders.

House Republicans are introducing the ‘Let Trump Speak Act’ to stop judges from gagging the former president and other criminal and civil defendants in most circumstances. The bill stipulates that “No judge of the United States or of any State may issue a gag order to the defendant in any criminal or civil proceedings except to prevent the disclosure of confidential information provided in discovery, to protect the privacy of minors, or as part of a plea agreement.”

Compromised judges overseeing Trump cases use gag orders to stop Trump from exposing their inappropriate ties to his political rivals. Arthur Engoron, overseeing Democrat New York Attorney Letitia James‘s civil lawsuit against Trump and his business, banned him from discussing his “co-judge” law clerk Allison Greenfield’s ties to James and Biden. Juan Merchan, overseeing Democrat Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg‘s prosecution of Trump, uses gag orders even more aggressively. He wants to prevent the former president from talking about his daughter, Loren Merchan. She is cheering openly for Trump’s imprisonment. She also has extensive financial links to the Biden regime and the Democratic Party more broadly.

FIRST AMENDMENT. 

“We have watched for years as a politically-weaponized Department of Justice and Democrat activist judges have gone after President Donald J. Trump,” said Rep. Andy Ogles, who introduced the legislation. “There is no right more sacred to Americans than the right to speak freely, as guaranteed in the First Amendment,” he added, arguing that “activists within the justice system are attempting to strip President Trump of this right for the sake of their own political agenda.”

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, who has put forward a resolution to award Trump the Congressional Gold Medal, is co-sponsoring Ogles’s bill. “We have seen how our institutions have gone after President Trump to try and forcibly silence him,” she said. “This vital American value must not be corrupted, especially by those driven by political rivalries.”

BOOTS ON THE GROUND: NATO Wants to Send ‘Trainers’ For 150,000 Troops Into Ukraine.

As Ukraine’s prospects in the current Russo-Ukrainian war worsen, NATO allies are considering a potentially significant escalation that could drag the U.S. into a hot war with Russia. NATO members are discussing deploying troops to Ukraine to train Ukrainian forces and address systems shortfalls.

Ukraine‘s situation remains precarious; manpower shortages have hit a pinnacle point, and Russia continues to exploit these weaknesses. Ukrainian officials have now requested assistance from NATO allies to help drill 150,000 fledgling recruits for swift mobilization.

On Thursday, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Charles Q. Brown Jr. said that the deployment of NATO trainers seemed inevitable. “We’ll get there eventually, over time,” he said.

The Biden government maintains a steadfast stance against deploying American soldiers, including trainers, to Ukraine. An administration official reiterated this position on Thursday. The regime has further implored NATO allies to refrain from sending troops.

However, earlier this month, French President Emmanuel Macron said he is “not ruling anything out” and would consider sending in French troops should the Russians achieve a significant breakthrough. Last week, Lithuania’s foreign minister indicated his country’s willingness to send in trainers. This week, Estonia’s national security adviser said the country was considering sending troops to assume rear support roles.

In recent weeks, Russia has made a series of significant advances across the war’s front. Russia is also amassing over half a million troops on the frontlines, and the “outlook for Ukraine is bleak,” according to one expert.

Justice Department Moves to Reclassify Marijuana in Historic Shift.

In a landmark decision, the Justice Department officially announced its intention to reclassify marijuana as a less harmful substance, marking a significant change to decades of U.S. drug policy. The proposed alteration, announced on Thursday, acknowledges the potential medicinal usage of cannabis and admits it possesses a lower potential for abuse compared to some of the country’s most dangerous drugs. However, it does not entirely decriminalize marijuana for recreational purposes. Attorney General Merrick Garland approved the plan.

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) will entertain public feedback on the drafted proposition to move marijuana from its present classification as a Schedule I drug, along with substances such as heroin and LSD. The proposed change will shift marijuana to Schedule III, placing it among substances like ketamine and specific anabolic steroids.

The reclassification follows recommendations from the Department of Health and Human Services, which initiated a review of marijuana’s status in 2022 under the direction of Joe Biden.

The proposed reclassification of marijuana, although it remains a controlled substance under Schedule III, indicates a growing acceptance of its usage. However, critics believe the DEA change is unnecessary and can lead to unwanted consequences. A total of 38 states have already legalized medical marijuana, further highlighting the nation’s shift in attitude towards the substance.

However, as the U.S. is set to liberalize its laws regarding marijuana, some countries have gone the other direction. Earlier this month, Thailand announced the reclassification of marijuana as a narcotic.

Lefty Media Continues To Run Cover for Zuckerberg’s Election Interference.

The Democrat-aligned corporate media is continuing to push a revisionist history when discussing Mark Zuckerberg’s election interference operation. Zuckerberg has come under fire on numerous occasions for blatantly meddling in American democracy through his contributions to the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL). However, the corporate media has continually claimed Republicans “weaponized Mark Zuckerberg’s donations,” among other things.

On April 2, 2024, Wisconsin voters moved to ban the private funding of elections — effectively ending Zuckerberg’s ability to influence state ballot regulations through groups like CTCL. This sparked a bevy of “Republicans pounce” style narratives from various media outlets. In reality, the Democrat-aligned media was fretting about CTCL’s loss of control of election policy, especially in Democrat jurisdictions where ballot fraud and other election abnormalities have become a concern.

A USA Today story, published shortly after Wisconsin voters passed election changes, suggested that the electorate was the victim of “misinformation” regarding the Facebook CEO’s contributions to CTCL. The newspaper claimed that Zuckerberg had given more to pro-Trump election jurisdictions than those that went for Biden. However, USA Today omitted essential details from FEC data, which shows that 90 percent of CTCL funds went to Democrat-controlled election jurisdictions. The Trump jurisdictions received just a fraction of the funding.

Despite numerous state bans, CTCL continues to operate clandestinely in many U.S. states. Through a series of publicly available webinars, CTCL has continued to provide training on topics like working with leftist fact-checkers, lobbying elected officials, and building relationships with selected journalists. The National Pulse reported in April that Zuckerberg’s Facebook is alleged to have already interfered in U.S. elections at least 39 times since 2008.

Govt Pays Obese Men $400+ to Lose Weight.

In an effort to combat obesity, the UK National Health Service (NHS) has initiated a pilot project known as “Game of Stones,” offering participants £400 ($430) cash incentives to lose weight. Under the scheme, men receive daily text messages with tips—such as suggesting alternative routes home to bypass fast food outlets—to promote healthier behaviors and encourage weight loss.

The trial involved 585 participants from Belfast, Bristol, and Glasgow. According to the results presented at the European Congress on Obesity, the motivational messages helped participants lose an average of 4.8 percent of their body weight within a year.

Additionally, participants had the opportunity to receive cash incentives up to £400 as rewards for losing weight, prompting accountability and providing motivation for sustained change. However, cash was deducted from this amount if participants did not achieve their weight goals.

Professor Pat Hoddinott from the University of Stirling, who led the trial, shared that men often feel reluctant to join traditional weight loss programs, suggesting that incentives have proven popular and effective among participants.

The NHS trial, funded by the government health investment body National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR), has been celebrated as a potentially low-cost and effective solution to male obesity management, requiring a minimal number of weight check appointments and aligning payouts with successful results.

Like many Western nations, the UK is plagued by an obesity epidemic. Last year, a research paper predicted that an estimated 1.3 billion people will have diabetes by the year 2050.

Queer Black ‘Doctor Who’ Gets Terrible Ratings.

Ratings for Doctor Who, the iconic British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) sci-fi show that has been running since 1963, have crashed following the introduction of the first “openly queer” black Doctor, played by Rwandan migrant Ncuti Gatwa.

Ratings have plummeted by around 50 percent since Gatwa’s debut episode and are near the all-time low viewing figures set in 2022. The BBC, funded by a television license fee all Britons are compelled to pay if they watch live programming — even if none of it is BBC content — insists this does not account for viewers who watch on streaming services. However, the new series has already thrown away much public goodwill, with Gatwa having told viewers unhappy with the show’s woke direction: “Don’t watch. Turn off the TV. Go and touch grass, please, for God’s sake.”

Showrunner Russel T. Davies, a gay man, has declared it is his “job to open doors and let the next people through and to let trans and queer stories through,” setting the tone for the direction of the publicly-funded series.

It is not an entirely new direction, however, with Davies having suggested that, in the future, straight people will not exist when he first revived the show in the 2000s. His successor and now predecessor, Steven Moffat, also said they had an agenda to insert ethnic minorities into British and European history during time-traveling stories to promote the narrative the West has always been diverse.

“We’ve kind of got to tell a lie. We’ll go back into history and there will be black people where, historically, there wouldn’t have been, and we won’t dwell on that,” Moffat explained.

“We’ll say, ‘To hell with it, this is the imaginary, better version of the world. By believing in it, we’ll summon it forth,'” he added.
