National Review Says Pick DeSantis or Haley Because They’d Be Cool With ‘Losing’ a Stolen Election.

The establishment National Review magazine concedes it is an “understatement” to describe Donald Trump as the front-runner in the race for the GOP nomination, but is pleading that it is “not too late” for Republicans to choose Nikki Haley or Ron DeSantis instead. The outlet claims the pair would be “quite likely” to defeat Joe Biden, but would be better “for the party and for the country” even if they lost because they would not try to fight a stolen election.

While the Review admits that Trump “notched some important conservative wins and even forged some creative victories” as President, citing the Abraham Accords, they insist he “disgraced” himself by “trying to deny the results of an election.”

“It’s impossible to imagine Ron DeSantis or Nikki Haley, whatever their other flaws, engaging in such grotesquely selfish behavior injurious to our republic,” the Review states, arguing their willingness to submit to a potentially rigged election makes them “vastly preferable to Trump.”

“When a mob, fervently believing Trump’s lies, fought its way into the U.S. Capitol to try to end the count, Trump did little or nothing to try to stop it,” they add, falsely.

Nevertheless, the Review had to admit that “the electability argument [against Trump] has been rendered null and void by his strong polling in a hypothetical matchup with President Biden.”

Fauci Admits Lab Leak Not Conspiracy Theory, Social Distancing Guidelines Not Based In Science.

Anthony Fauci, former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, is reportedly distancing himself from previous COVID-19 policies and positions he once advocated and has admitted the lab-leak theory of COVID-19’s origins is not a conspiracy theory, according to Republicans present during Fauci’s testimony to the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic this week.

Fauci acknowledged during his testimony that the COVID lab-leak hypothesis is not a conspiracy theory and also revealed that the 6-feet-apart social distancing recommendation was likely not based on any real data and “just sort of appeared.” As the official X account for the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic pointed out, Fauci was involved heavily in the “Proximal Origin” paper that sought to disprove the lab-leak hypothesis and portray it as an outlandish conspiracy theory.

Fauci, who is reported to have answered “I do not recall” to over 100 questions, also expressed skepticism that school shutdowns negatively impact student learning, despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary. “He says he’s still not convinced that there was learning loss — that in his view, that’s still really open for discussion,” Rep. Michael Cloud (R-Texas), who sits on the panel, said in an interview with The New York Post.

Federal Court Rebukes DeSantis Over Suspension of Elected ‘Woke’ Judge.

A federal appeals court ruled that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis violated the First Amendment rights of former Hillsborough County State Attorney Andrew Warren. In a unanimous decision, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals three-judge panel — including an Obama appointee and a Trump appointee — found that DeSantis, who described Warren as a “Soros-backed” prosecutor, lacked probable cause when he suspended Warren in 2022 for “neglect of duty.” Warren caused controversy by signing a letter indicating his reluctance to prosecute anyone who violates state abortion restrictions or prohibitions against certain types of gender-transition treatment for minors.

The panel stated DeSantis would need to prove that Warren’s actual performance or policies, rather than his expressed intentions, were the cause for the suspension. DeSantis “lacked probable cause to believe Warren neglected his duty or was incompetent,” the court said.

Warren sued DeSantis following his suspension, claiming that it was retaliatory. “This is what we’ve been fighting for from the beginning — the protection of democracy,” Warren posted on X following the ruling. “We look forward to returning to the district court for the relief that has been denied to me and all the voters of Hillsborough County for 17 months: reinstating the person elected by the voters.”

A Tallahassee judge already ruled in January that DeSantis used the issue to benefit his presidential campaign. Trump appointee Judge Kevin Newsom further explained this week:

“The First Amendment is an inconvenient thing. It protects expression that some find wrongheaded, or offensive, or even ridiculous… But for the same reason that the government can’t muzzle so-called ‘conservative’ speech under the guise of preventing on campus ‘harassment,’ the state can’t exercise its coercive power to censor so-called ‘woke’ speech with which it disagrees. What’s good for mine is (whether I like it or not) good for thine.”

READ: Judge Engoron’s SHOUTY ALL CAPS E-MAILS to Trump Lawyers, Warning Former Prez to Leave AG Alone or Be Removed From Courtroom.

A bizarre tranche of emails was quietly released on Wednesday, showing the crooked New York Judge Arthur Engoron appearing to play favorites for the New York Attorney General Letitia James as well as ranting in all caps at former President Donald Trump’s lawyers.

In the string of messages, Engoron – who employs far-left activists as his court clerks – demanded that President Trump adhere to a set of ambiguous rules if he were to be allowed to address the court today for closing remarks.

I will consent to let Mr. Trump make a closing argument if, and only if, through counsel by 1/9/2024, and by himself, personally, on the record, just before he speaks, he agrees to limit his subjects to what is permissible in a counsel’s closing argument, that is, commentary on the relevant, material facts that are in evidence, and application of the relevant law to those facts. He may not seek to introduce new evidence. He may not “testify.” He may not comment on irrelevant matters. In particular, and without limitation, he may not deliver a campaign speech, and he may not impugn myself, my staff, plaintiff, plaintiff’s staff, or the New York State Court System, none of which is relevant to this case, and all of which, except commenting on my staff, can be done, and is being done, in other forums. If Mr. Trump violates any of these rules, I will not hesitate to cut him off in mid-sentence and admonish him. If he continues to violate the rules, I will end his closing argument and prevent him from making any further statements in the courtroom. If he violates the current gag order against him, I will immediately direct court officers to remove him from the courtroom forthwith and will fine him not less than $50,000.

Finding objection from Trump’s lawyer Chris Kise, Engoron went on to deny President Trump a delay due to the death of his mother-in-law this week, adding late Wednesday morning: “I won’t debate this yet again. Take it or leave it. Now or never. You have until noon, seven minutes from now. I WILL NOT GRANT ANY FURTHER EXTENSIONS.”

The news underscores the weight of the bias against Trump in the Manhattan case, with the Attorney General, judge, staff, and media all playing against him in the courthouse, both misrepresenting the facts of the case, and spinning the narratives for the general public at the end of each trial day.

You can read the chain of emails here.

WATCH – Kassam Cautions ‘Populism Is In A Dependent Ascendency’, Needs to Be More Than a Protest Movement.

The National Pulse’s Editor-in-Chief Raheem Kassam cautioned supporters of populist movements across the globe that their movements are often too dependent on globalism as a mirror, creating a political symbiosis. Appearing on Stephen K. Bannon’s War Room, Kassam warned populists against complacency, especially as the 2024 environment feels increasingly like 2015/16.

TOO DEPENDENT ON GLOBALISM.

“Globalism is being routed. It is being routed intellectually. It is being routed morally. It is being routed by the public will,” Kassam said, adding, “but populism itself is kind of in this what I think is a symbiotic relationship right now with globalism. It is a push and pull. And they both kind of leverage each other.”

“The reason I think you have what is a dependent ascendency – if it is an ascendency at all – rather than an independent ascendency is because it really doesn’t have its legs. Populism, still, has been carried kind of on the back of a few figures the last decade,” he added.

VULNERABILITY WITHOUT ACTION.

The lack of formal political apparatuses, according to Kassam, has left many populist movements around the globe vulnerable to political persecution and law-fare actions by globalists. He pointed to the new globalist Tusk government in Poland ordering the arrest of populist officials in Andrzej Duda’s previous right-wing administration, as well as Jack Smith’s law-fare prosecutions of Donald Trump in the United States, as examples of globalists striking back.

In addition to threats posed by globalists, the lack of political infrastructure has also exposed populist movements from within. Kassam, responding to Bannon’s examples of grassroots protests against globalism as a sign of the movement’s strength, said: “You point to protests and truckers and all of that, and I’ll just point to Giorgia Meloni and Mike Johnson.” Both were initially hailed as allies of right-wing populism but have since proven to be weak leaders who have caved to globalist political pressure.

“These people cannot be in charge of populist parties with populist bases,” Kassam said.

MORE THAN A PROTEST MOVEMENT.

Kassam also warned that many populist political movements become too complacent with being just a “party of perennial protest” –  stuck in permanent political opposition. “Here’s the crossroads that MAGA is at right now – America First, the global populist-nationalist movement writ-large… are you going to be parties of protest for the rest of your lives? Or are you going to be parties of government?” Kassam said, challenging populist political activists before adding: “Because if you’re going to be parties of government you can’t have Meloni in charge, you can’t have Jonson in charge. You can’t have Ronna McDaniel in charge. You actually have to take those reins of power and use them.”

“They’re giving you a choice. You can shut up and go along with it [globalism] or you can do something about it,” Kassam concluded.

House Judiciary Holds Hunter Biden in Contempt of Congress.

The House Judiciary Committee approved a resolution on Wednesday to hold Hunter Biden in contempt of Congress for ignoring a Congressional subpoena related to the impeachment inquiry of his father, President Biden.

The Committee’s decision, approved by a vote of 23 to 14, puts the case forward for a full House floor vote — which could occur as early as next week — and could see the lower chamber recommending Hunter Biden for prosecution.

The House Oversight Committee also met to consider a similar resolution Wednesday morning, however, it has not yet been passed by the committee.

The Judiciary Committee’s passage of a resolution to hold Hunter Biden in contempt of Congress came after both committees recommended such action be taken following the first son’s failure to respond to a subpoena requiring his presence at a Congressional deposition related to President Biden’s impeachment inquiry.

Trump Blasts AI As ‘Very Dangerous’ Threat to U.S.

Former President Donald Trump has warned that artificial intelligence (A.I.) is “very dangerous for our country” in a post on Truth Social. Trump’s comments came after AI-generated, fake images of Trump and Jeffrey Epstein surfaced online, peddled by Hollywood “celebrities” attempting to deflect attention from the habits of their own friends and colleagues.

“This is what the Democrats do to their Republican Opponent, who is leading them, by a lot, in the Polls. This is A.I., and it is very dangerous for our Country!” wrote Trump. “I was never on Epstein’s Plane, or at his ‘stupid’ Island. Strong Laws ought to be developed against A.I. It will be a big and very dangerous problem in the future!”

Trump’s comments were posted along with an article from the Daily Mail about Mark Ruffalo, who reposted fake, A.I.-generated images of Trump on Epstein’s plane on X and criticized X CEO Elon Musk for allowing such material to proliferate on the social media site.

Although Trump’s name appeared in court documents related to the Jeffrey Epstein case, the documents revealed that Trump never traveled on Epstein’s plane nor visited his private island. Virginia Giuffre, an Epstein victim whose lawsuit led to the ongoing unsealing of names of the convicted sex offender’s associates, testified that she never witnessed Trump commit any wrongdoing.

Epstein Victim Virginia Giuffre Saw Clinton, Gore on ‘Pedo Island’ – Court Docs.

Unsealed court documents related to dead pedophile Jeffrey Epstein contain allegations that both Bill Clinton and his former vice president, Al Gore, visited Epstein’s private island of Little St. James, better known as “Pedo Island.”

Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre reported seeing Clinton on Little St. James on two separate occasions. An unsealed deposition shows she also reported seeing Al Gore on the island with his wife Tipper.

Clinton has admitted to flying on Epstein’s private plane, dubbed ‘The Lolita Express,’ multiple times, but denies setting foot on Pedo Island.

Epstein associate and convicted child sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell has also denied that the 77-year-old Democrat was ever a guest on the island.

Prominent Democrats who are confirmed to have visited Little St. James include Reid Hoffman, the billionaire LinkedIn founder.

Hoffman is a prolific donor to the Democratic Party and has also put money towards the legal defense of Trump-Russia hoaxers Fusion GPS, and neocon GOP candidate Nikki Haley, all in hopes of damaging the 45th President.

Marjorie Taylor Greene Warns AGAINST Ouster of Speaker Mike Johnson.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., has expressed opposition to possible attempts by fellow GOP lawmakers to unseat House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., amid conservative uproar over a recent spending agreement.

On Tuesday, Greene responded to House Freedom Caucus Chair Bob Good (R-VA), who suggested a motion could be introduced to force out Johnson, describing it as “the dumbest thing that could happen”. Greene pointed to the turmoil following a similar attempt by Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla) to unseat Speaker Kevin McCarthy last fall, which culminated in McCarthy’s removal as Speaker.

In criticizing a potential move against Johnson, Greene highlighted the stagnation in House activity following McCarthy’s ouster. “We haven’t passed any more appropriation bills since they threw out Kevin McCarthy. We have expelled a Republican member of Congress, we’re reducing our numbers,” she observed.

“I’m kind of sick of the chaos. I came here to be serious about solving problems, not to produce clickbait,” Greene concluded.

UPDATED: Crooked Judge Engoron Revokes Permission for Trump to Give Own Closing Arguments at NY Trial.

Former President Donald Trump was expected to deliver his own closing arguments in the politicized New York trial against him and his company this Thursday. In an update that came after the publication of this original story, the far-left linked Judge Arthur Engoron rescinded the right of Trump to do so, according to the Associated Press.

Trump, along with several associates, stands accused by Democrat New York Attorney General Letitia James of falsifying the value of The Trump Organization’s assets on key financial statements to fraudulently receive tax and insurance benefits.

The former president’s plans to deliver the closing arguments were initially approved by Judge Arthur Engoron, who now appears to have bowed to political pressure, again, to stop the move.

Letitia James’s office is asking Engoron to force Trump to pay nearly $370 million and to issue a lifetime ban on his doing real estate business in New York. She is also asking for a five-year ban on Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump from operating in the New York real estate industry.
