Texas Lt. Gov. Mulls Kicking Biden Off Ballot.

Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick hinted at removing Joe Biden from the Texas ballot “for allowing eight million people to cross the border” after the all-Democrat Colorado Supreme Court removed Donald Trump from their state primary ballot for “insurrection”.

“Seeing what happened in Colorado makes me think – except we believe in democracy in Texas – maybe we should take Joe Biden off the ballot in Texas for allowing eight million people to cross the border since he’s been President, disrupting our state,” Patrick quipped.

The Colorado Supreme Court justified its ruling against Trump, in a case brought by plaintiffs supported by a George Soros-funded organization, on the basis that the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution bars anyone involved in “insurrection” or “rebellion” from high office. Despite the Colorado justices ruling 4-3 that the 45th President was culpable for Jan 6, however, he has not been convicted of any crimes related to insurrection or rebellion.

Lt. Gov. Patrick has also been taking a stand against anti-America First actors within his own state party, warning Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan, who facilitated the failed impeachment of Attorney General Ken Paxton, that his non-compliance with an audit of the sham investigation could result in prison time.

Hamas Sympathizers Defile D.C.’s Lincoln Memorial With ‘Free Gaza’ Paint.

The National Park Service (NPS) spent their Wednesday cleaning the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, which were found defaced with red paint reading “Free Gaza”. The United States Park Police discovered the act of vandalism surrounding the monument and the Reflecting Pool, according to a report from a D.C. Fox affiliate. NPS conservators, tasked with preserving the national monument, were brought in to deal with the graffiti, as officials indicated that several treatments might be required across multiple days to completely erase the rogue messages.

This act drew immediate attention due to the ongoing tension surrounding the conflict between Israel and Hamas in Gaza. Notably, the incident occurred following acts of violence on October 7, wherein Hamas insurgents invaded Israel, resulting in approximately 1,200 deaths and 240 kidnappings. An Israeli military response ensued, leading to the Gaza Health Ministry reporting nearly 20,000 fatalities, a figure that doesn’t differentiate between military personnel and civilians.

Law enforcement agencies are actively investigating the incident at the Lincoln Memorial. The U.S. Park Police are calling for the public’s assistance, encouraging anyone with information to reach out via a dedicated tip line at (202)379-4877 or through the email USPP_tipline@nps.gov. The defacement coincides with a wave of protests and scaled-up acts of vandalism across the United States in support of Palestine amidst the escalating conflict.

DeSantis’s ‘War on Woke’ Ranks LAST as Policy Priority in AmericaFest Straw Poll.

The Turning Point USA 2023 AmericaFest Straw Poll had little good news for Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. Among conference goers, securing the border, preventing election fraud, and dismantling the deep state ranked as the top three policy priorities – with border security being overall the most intensely important issue. The policy fight of the least importance for attendees at AmericaFest was ending Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Critical Race Theory (CRT) programs in government – an issue set which has been a core component of DeSantis’s bid for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination.

When the DeSantis presidential campaign launched in late May of this year, the Governor’s ‘war on woke’ and handling of the COVID-19 pandemic took center stage over more kitchen table issues like the economy, immigration, and trade. Jeff Roe, who until his recent resignation served as the chief strategist for the pro-DeSantis SuperPAC Never Back Down, had convinced the campaign and PAC the path to primary victory was in relitigating the pandemic and leaning in to the culture war. Some inside the DeSantis campaign viewed this strategy as an attempt to ‘Out-Trump Trump.’

Unfortunately for Gov. DeSantis, Republican primary voters have by-and-large moved on from COVID politics – poll after poll of Republican primary voters show immigration, inflation, the economy, and national security being the top, most intense issues. In most surveys, COVID-19 barely registers a result.

In hindsight, choosing to build a presidential campaign around two low-intensity policy issues explains a high degree of DeSantis’s inability to gain traction among Republican primary voters. The Florida Governor’s campaign has experienced a steady and unrelenting decline in popularity since his late-May announcement.

Toppling of Arlington Confederate Memorial Resumes After Court Ruling.

The toppling of the Confederate Memorial in Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) resumed on Wednesday, after an attempt to halt its dismantling in the courts failed.

Federal judge Rossie D. Alston Jr rejected a bid by the Defend Arlington group to stop the desecration of the memorial, which doubles as the grave of its Jewish designer, Moses Ezekiel.

“I hope you would understand that the illustrations on that memorial may be difficult and hurtful to some people,” Alston said, declaring: “We should not be celebrating slavery – that’s what some people believe.”

The memorial was designed in 1914, long after the abolition of slavery, and was designed to represent peace and reconciliation between North and South, while providing the dwindling number of Confederate veterans and their families with a place to honor their fallen comrades and relatives.

The Biden regime set its sights on toppling the memorial early on, with a so-called Naming Commission established to purge various historic monuments branding it “problematic from top to bottom”.

NeoCon NeverTrumper Says Lawfare and Ballot Bans Will Ensure His Re-Election.

NeverTrump Mediaite columnist Isaac Schorr is fuming about the latest Colorado ballot ban against former President Donald Trump, admitting such measures improve Trump’s chances of ending up back in the Oval Office.

“You incorrigible idiots,” he starts his latest op-ed for Mediate, “You’re so sure that you were put on this Earth to save the country from Donald Trump that you’re willing to gamble it all to have the chance. And you’re going to lose.”

“The Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to try to kick Trump off the ballot on Tuesday was the decadent, spurious, irresponsible, inevitable, and logical conclusion to the longstanding practices of the Resistance, which for six years has been the former president’s greatest asset.”

“Trump couldn’t just be a vain, self-serving charlatan willing to seize upon every advantage available to him. He had to be a Russian asset since the 1980s and/or blackmailed fetishist with a secret video ready to drop at any moment.”

Schorr, clearly agitated by the behavior of his fellow NeverTrumpers, goes on to assail his fellow travelers on their border policies, as well as their refusal to investigate the origins of COVID-19, being too distracted because Trump said “China Virus.”

“How many man-hours were devoted to searching for the pee tape? What were the cable news splits on coverage of the substantive issues at the border versus Trump’s comments about it? Were Jonathan Chait or Kamala Harris ever held responsible for their reckless conspiracy theorizing?” asks Schorr, before going on to explain how the indictments and ballot rigging will only help Trump across the country.

“A colorable case that he is being unjustly persecuted, combined with Biden’s dismal performance in office, will in all likelihood be enough to return Trump to the White House,” he concludes.

LISTEN: JD Vance Blasts AP Reporter Over Trump Hitler Comparison, Says Biden’s Open Border HAS ‘Objectively and Obviously’ Poisoned America’s Blood.

Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) made it clear he stands with former President Donald Trump in opposition to the Biden government’s open border policies. When pressed by an Associated Press reporter on Capitol Hill regarding Trump’s claim illegal immigrants are “poisoning the blood of our country” Vance fired back: “First of all he didn’t say immigrants were poisoning the blood of this country. He said illegal immigrants were poisoning the blood of the country, which is objectively and obviously true.”

The Ohio Republican noted the increase in fentanyl overdoses linked to the crisis at the U.S. southern border. “I think just one observation about the press as an organization,” Vance continued. “You guys seem far more upset about the guy who criticized the problem than you do about Joe Biden who’s causing this problem.”

Undeterred, the AP reporter again tried to stitch-up Vance. Insinuating Trump’s word choice was reminiscent of language heard during World War Two, she pressed Vance: “I’m sure you’re a student of history, you’re well aware of what that kind of language represents in historical context.”

“You just framed your question implicitly assuming that Donald Trump is talking about Adolf Hitler,” Vance fired back. “If you watch the speech in context and you look at what is going on, it is obvious that he was talking about the very clear fact that the blood of Americans is being poisoned by a drug epidemic.”

Vance continued: “You’re allegedly a journalist. You’re supposed to speak truth to power, and yet you’re trying to circumscribe and narrow the limits of debate on immigration in this country.”

The Associated Press infamously was able to maintain press access in Nazi Germany during the 1930s by taking an openly cooperative role with Adolf Hitler’s government. The AP signed on to the Schriftleitergesetz, the Nazi ‘editor’s law’ under which publications agreed not to push news items “calculated to weaken the strength of the Reich abroad or at home.”

Dissenting Judge on CO Supreme Court Says Trump Denied Due Process, ‘Like Nothing I’ve Seen in 33 Years’.

Dissenting justices on the Colorado Supreme Court have warned the court’s decision to remove Donald Trump from the state primary ballot for “insurrection” risks sowing “chaos” throughout the country, and that the 45th President did not receive a fair trial.

Despite the fact every top justice in the Centennial State was appointed by a Democratic governor, there was only a 4-3 decision to remove Trump, with Chief Justice Brian Boatright, Justice Maria Berkenkotter, and Justice Carlos Samour dissenting.

“The decision to bar former President Donald J. Trump… by all accounts the current leading Republican presidential candidate (and reportedly the current leading overall presidential candidate) from Colorado’s presidential primary ballot flies in the face of the due process doctrine,” warned Justice Samour.

“There was no fair trial either,” Samour continued, expressing particular concern that Trump had never been deemed guilty of insurrection by a jury of his peers. “I have been involved in the justice system for 33 years now, and what took place here doesn’t resemble anything I’ve seen in a courtroom,” he stressed.

“[M]ost other states don’t have the Election Code provisions we do [and this] will inevitably lead to the disqualification of President Trump from the presidential primary ballot in less than all 50 states, thereby risking chaos in our country,” Samour added.

“This can’t possibly be the outcome the framers intended.”

WATCH: Unbelievable Scenes as THOUSANDS of Migrants Invade U.S. Border.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is reporting a record-breaking number of border crossings, with at least 12,600 migrants breaking into the country on Monday alone. The crisis is particularly acute in Eagle Pass, Texas, where an estimated 4,000 migrants broke through.

Border officials and reporters with long experience of the frontier said they have “never seen anything like this,” sharing footage of huge crowds of migrants awaiting processing, as hundreds more continued to wade across the Rio Grande.

The crisis is so bad the CBP has taken the extraordinary step of shutting two major railway crossings at Eagle Pass and El Paso, another migrant hotspot, as many illegals have been riding railway cars to the border.

The move could deliver a significant blow to Joe Biden’s faltering economy, with Union Pacific complaining that “45 percent of all rail cars moving to and from Mexico cross through El Paso and Eagle Pass” and begging the government to reopen the crossings.

The surge comes as Texas Governor Greg Abbott has signed a new law making it a state crime to cross the border illegally, stating President Biden has dismantled the strong immigration policies implemented by Donald Trump and left Texas to “fend for itself”.

Whether or not the new law can be effectively implemented and serve as a deterrent remains to be seen, as Democrat-led El Paso County, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), and the Texas Civil Rights Project have already sued to try and overturn it.

Texas Congressman Tony Gonzalez estimated an even higher number of total crossings than the CBP on Tuesday morning, saying over 14,000 migrants had crossed the border illegally – “the HIGHEST in U.S. history.”

He predicted Christmas Day will be even worse, lamenting: “President Biden has abandoned border communities like mine.”

Xi Tells Biden: Taiwan ‘Will Be Unified’ With China Through Diplomacy or FORCE.

Chinese Communist leader Xi Jinping ominously warned President Joe Biden that mainland China would be unified with Taiwan during their recent summit in San Francisco. The purpose of the summit was, ostensibly, to lower tensions between the United States and China. Instead Xi used it was an opportunity to push China’s agenda South-East Asia in the face of a weak U.S. president.

TENSION IN SAN FRAN.

According to reports, Xi bluntly told Biden it was his preference to take Taiwan peacefully, but the Chinese military would be used if necessary. The Communist leader told Biden the predictions of U.S. military and intelligence officials stating China would move against Taiwan between 2025 and 2027 were incorrect, and his government had no timeframe yet for unification through diplomacy or through force.

Prior to the San Francisco summit, Chinese officials had demanded President Joe Biden acknowledge and back the peaceful unification of Taiwan with the mainland communist state. The Biden government rejected the Chinese demands.

TAIWAN’S ELECTIONS.

The Chinese Communist insistence on unification with Taiwan comes at an extremely dangerous time. On Saturday, January 13, 2024, Taiwan will hold a general election to choose its next president. The current Taiwanese president and leader of the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), Tsai Ing-wen, is term-limited. Lai Ching-te, Tsai’s vice-president, has been tapped as Tsai’s DPP successor for the island nation’s top office.

Lai’s competitor for the presidency is the Kuomintang’s (KMT) Hou Yu-ih – a former police officer and mayor of  New Taipei. Ko Wen-je, the former mayor of Taipei, is the Taiwan People’s Party (TPP) nominee and rounds out the three-way race.

Outside observers believe a victory for the DPP could result in an escalation of tensions as they are the least favorable party to the communists in Beijing. The KMT, on the other-hand, has backed more pro-mainland positions and is the most likely party to ease tensions with the communists.
