Former acting Attorney General Jeff Clark was raided by police under a warrant with no explanation and subsequently pursued both criminally and by the DC Bar Association over a 2020 election memo to Georgia lawmakers that was never even sent.
The documentary “Fearless Point of Attack: The Jeff Clark Story” details Clark’s experience, first as a member of President Donald J. Trump’s Department of Justice (DoJ) to his concerns of voter fraud in Georgia and subsequent persecution by the deep state and the Biden-Harris regime.
Clark, a well-known and respected administrative lawyer, was appointed Assistant Attorney General during the Trump administration, where he became concerned about potential voter fraud in the November 2020 election.
THE UNPUBLISHED LETTER.
Clark holds that irregularities in Fulton County, Georgia, around postal voting, including supposed mailed ballots that appeared not to even have creases in them (i.e., they were never mailed), motivated him to pen a draft letter to Georgia lawmakers on December 28, 2020.
The draft letter, which was never formally sent to the Georgia state legislature, called on lawmakers to investigate the irregularities in voting reported. The mainstream media, meanwhile, alleged that the letter intended to overturn or “subvert” Joe Biden’s election.
“The letter was quite modest,” Clark states, adding that it simply indicated the Georgia legislature could enact a special session to look at reports from their own senate subcommittee and determine if the slate of electors for Joe Biden was correct.
In the final days of the Trump administration, Clark was made Acting Attorney General and said that lawyers around Trump threatened mass resignations if the 2020 election would be investigated further or if Clark continued in the role.
PERSECUTION.
Following the events of January 6, 2021, Clark was subpoenaed to testify before the hyper-partisan Jan 6 committee, with neocon Liz Cheney demanding Clark be held in contempt. Unlike Stephen K. Bannon, who was imprisoned for refusing to testify before the Jan 6 committee, Clark was able to avoid jail.
However, the deep state was not done with Clark, raiding his home in 2022, with members of the DoJ and local law enforcement in Fairfax County initially refusing to even show him their search warrant.
When they did, the warrant referred to an affidavit as justification, but Clark was not allowed to see it, and to this day, no one has ever seen the claimed affidavit.
Georgia District Attorney (DA) Fani Willis pursued criminal charges against President Trump and several other officials, including Jeff Clark and America’s mayor Rudy Giuliani, in 2023, forcing them to report to the Fulton County jail.
The DC Bar Association also came after Clark, seeking his disbarment, a tactic successfully used against Rudy Giuliani this week.
FIGHT FIRE WITH FIRE.
Several lawyers and others defend Clark in the documentary, including law professor Robert Destro, who stated, “Jeff is being persecuted, I would argue, because he gave legal advice that he thought was good faith legal advice.”
Stephen K. Bannon stated, “They know if they can take out a Jeff Clark, they can take out anybody.”
Despite the Biden-Harris regime’s persecution, Clark concludes, “In a word or in a sentence about what could be done? It would be to fight fire with fire. Because until fire is fought with fire, the Republicans are going to be attacked by this lawfare, and Democrats are going to dance around with glee that they are not facing any consequences for perverting the justice system.”
