UFC’s McGregor Blasts Globalist Irish Govt for Giving Foreigners the Vote.

Conor McGregor, the number one draw in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), has blasted the globalist government of Taoiseach (Prime Minister) Leo Varadkar in his native Ireland over a “scheming attempt” to shore up his party’s support base by giving all foreigners the vote.

The former two-weight world champion was responding to a video in which Varadkar, the son of an Indian migrant, reminded foreigners “everyone resident in Ireland” can now vote in local elections “regardless of nationality or visa status,” adding: “Your voice matters, and your vote is important, and every vote counts.”

“Imagine a mega power nation allowing this absolute foolishness!!” railed McGregor. “This is the most preposterous, ridiculous, scheming attempt at gaining votes this government has attempted yet.”

The mixed martial artist said the episode was “[a] real showing of the lack of care [the government] have for the common Irish citizen,” concluding: “As it stands they do not have my vote. Shame on them!”

Republican Elected Charleston Mayor, First in Almost 150 Years.

The results of a closely contested runoff mayoral election in Charleston saw incumbent Mayor John Tecklenburg defeated by Republican challenger William Cogswell. Tecklenburg, seeking his third term, conceded defeat to Cogswell, a 48-year-old real estate developer and former Statehouse representative, after a hard-fought campaign. Cogswell secured his victory with 51 percent of the votes across the city, gaining substantial support in Berkeley County and the Cainhoy area, which ultimately resulted in ballot advantage of 569 votes, enough to avoid an automatic recount.

Shortly after Tecklenburg’s concession speech at his Election Night watch party, Cogswell expressed his excitement for the city’s future. “The people have spoken and we’re ready for a new direction,” said Cogswell, who will officially take up the mayor’s office in January, commending the outgoing mayor for his dedication and service to the city. Despite his defeat, Tecklenburg remained optimistic, thanking his campaign and city workers, and encouraging his voters to support Mayor Cogswell, stating that when “Mayor Cogswell succeeds, Charleston succeeds.”

The race was closely contested, with Cogswell and Tecklenburg often trading the front-runner position throughout the night. The election hinged on several major issues that could shape the city’s future; included flooding, public safety, tourism, and how to handle the city’s growing population. The city’s official transition of mayoral power will take place in January, ushering in a new era under Mayor William Cogswell – the first Republican to secure the Charleston Mayor’s office since 1877.

Utah

Republican Celeste Maloy wins Utah House Seat.

Republican Celeste Maloy has defeated Democrat Kathleen Riebe, a state senator, in the special election for Utah’s 2nd congressional district. UT-02 encompasses a broad area including parts of the more Democratic-leaning Salt Lake City as well as large rural regions, and gave Donald Trump a double-digit victory in 2020.

Maloy, a congressional aide to the district’s former representative, Chris Stewart, said she consciously avoided “red-meat issues that people get wound up about,” in her campaign, and that she hoped Republicans would learn “you can still win running on the issues” from her example.

Maloy’s opponents tried to stop her from even running in the election, as she wasn’t registered to vote as a Republican in Utah when she filed – but these efforts were defeated in the courts. She is the first woman to join Utah’s congressional delegation since 2019, and only the fifth woman in the history of the state’s congressional delegation.

Thanksgiving Terror Panic As Car Explodes on U.S.-Canada Border.

A vehicle crossing into the United States from Canada on the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls, New York has reportedly exploded. All four New York international crossing between the United States and Canada are currently closed as the incident is being investigated. Sources initially told Fox News the incident was a terrorist attack and the vehicle was packed with explosives. This now appears not to be the case, with details of a stolen car crashing into a checkpoint still developing.

Both state and federal officials are said to be monitoring the situation and the FBI is on the scene. K9 units have been dispatched by law enforcement on either side of the bridge as a precaution. Media reports indicate at least one male has been taken to the hospital with injuries sustained in the blast and at least two individuals in the vehicle are dead.

WATCH: Ex-Obama Advisor in Wild Xenophobic Rant.

Former advisor to President Obama, Stuart Seldowitz, is facing backlash after remarks towards a food truck vendor were caught on film. Seldowitz was recorded accusing the vendor of being a “terrorist” and making derogatory comments about his lack of English proficiency, as well as threatening him and his family with detention by the Egypt intelligence services.

Seldowitz, previously employed with the National Security Council South Asia Directorate and the U.S. State Department’s Office of Israel and Palestinian Affairs, also said to the vendor in the video: “If we killed 4,000 Palestinian kids, you know what? It wasn’t enough.”

The former Obama staffer then asked the vendor: “Did you rape your daughter like Muhammad did?”

When the vendor responded that he did not speak English, Seldowitz retorted, “That’s why you’re selling food in a food cart, because you’re ignorant. But you should learn English, it’ll help you when they deport you back to Egypt and the Mukhabarat wants to interview you.”

Gotham Government Relations, for whom Seldowitz has worked since November 2022, announced it has “ended all affiliation” with him following his actions, which the organization called “vile, racist, and beneath the dignity of the standards we practice at our firm.”

Californians Scramble to Recall Their Soft-Touch, Soros-Backed DAs.

Multiple counties in California have either recalled or are attempting to recall their Democratic, soft-on-crime District Attorneys (DAs) as communities seek to address the Sunshine State’s skyrocketing violent crime.

Residents in Alameda County, which includes the cities of Oakland and Berkley, have collected over 70,000 signatures to oust the far-left, George Soros-backed Pamela Price, less than one year into her term as DA. The organization responsible for the attempted removal, Save Alameda for Everybody (SAFE), states it requires only another 3,000 to get the motion on the ballot in June 2024.

“Here’s the thing, I’ve been in Oakland my whole life, I grew up in the village, single parent … and we’ve always had crime, we’re always going to have crime, but the crimes that’s going on now is nothing near close to what we have experienced in the years,” explained Brenda Grisham, one of SAFE’s principal officers.

Those living in the county have had to deal with a sharp increase in criminality over the past several years, including  motor vehicle theft increasing by 51 percent, burglary by 39 percent, armed robbery by 38 percent, and shootings by six percent. Crime in Alameda County has even affected Price herself, as she had her laptop stolen in a car burglary outside the Oakland Family Justice Center last month.

Los Angeles residents have also attempted to recall their DA, George Gascon, from the position earlier this summer after collecting more than half a million signatories. A large number were, however, rejected by the county. A lawsuit has been filed challenging the verdict.

Both campaigns follow San Francisco voters successfully recalling former DA Chesa Boudin last year. Similarly to Price, both Boudin and Gascon have accepted large donations from George Soros.

Child Rapist Arrested In Martha’s Vineyard After Illegally Entering US to Avoid 14-Year Prison Sentence.

A Brazilian man convicted of raping a five-year-old child in his home country in 2019 has been apprehended by law enforcement in Martha’s Vineyard after he illegally entered the United States to avoid his 14-year prison sentence.

Saulo Cardoso Ferreira, 37, was arrested by Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston officers – a division of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) – during a routine traffic stop on the island last Thursday. His whereabouts were unknown after he went into hiding to avoid his sentence.

U.S. immigration officials reluctantly admitted they did not know when or how the convicted child rapist entered the country. Worse still, ICE said Ferreira has entered the U.S. illegally multiple times dating back to 2007.

“This undocumented Brazilian national represented a significant threat to the inhabitants of Martha’s Vineyard,” said ERO Bostons Field Office Director Todd Lyons in a statement. “We will continue to apprehend and remove anyone who attempts to use our New England community as a refuge from justice.”

In the 2022 fiscal year, ERO arrested a staggering 46,396 foreigners who entered the U.S. with criminal histories, including 8,164 sex offenders, 1,112 kidnappers, and 1,501 people convicted for homicides, according to ICE data.

House Investigators Subpoena DOJ Official Accused of Thwarting Biden Probes.

A subpoena has been issued to Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf to give a closed-door deposition at an investigation led by House lawmakers. The investigation centers on the allegation that the Justice Department may have suppressed an inquiry into President Biden and his son, Hunter Biden. Wolf, the subject of whistleblower complaints, is accused of steering the FBI and IRS away from thorough investigative actions towards the Bidens. Republican Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, who signed the subpoena, appealed to Wolf’s unique knowledge of the circumstances and suggested the investigation’s completeness depends on the information she can provide.

The whistleblowers’ claims against Ms. Wolf hinge on her leadership role in Delaware U.S. Attorney’s Office. Wolf is implicated in obstructing their efforts to fully investigate Hunter Biden on tax fraud charges and pursue evidence potentially implicating President Biden. Specifically, Wolf is accused of blocking investigators from further pursuing a potential influence-peddling scheme. The complaint lists actions, including alerting Hunter’s legal team about a potential search warrant and objecting to its execution.

While the Justice Department has allowed other top officials to testify, special attention lies on Wolf due to her direct involvement in the day-to-day supervision of the investigation. The whistleblowers claim that Wolf played a key role in thwarting the investigation into Hunter Biden’s alleged tax fraud and possible involvement of his father. Meanwhile, the Justice Department denies any protective measures taken for the Bidens, and Democrats have called the GOP’s investigation as unfounded and wasteful.

The New York Times’s ‘Conservative’ Lawyers Aren’t Conservatives At All.

The New York Times is elevating a slate of ostensibly ‘conservative’ jurists as an alternative to the center-right Federalist Society. Writing in the Times, anti-Trump Republicans George Conway, Barbara Comstock, and J. Michael Luttig argue the Federalist Society has “…conspicuously declined to speak out against the constitutional and other legal excesses of Mr. Trump and his administration.”

In response the three are announcing the formation of a new legal non-profit, Society for the Rule of Law Institute, they say will “rebuild a conservative legal movement that supports and defends American democracy, the Constitution and the rule of law.” In reality, the new group has less to do with promoting conservative legal theory and more with lobbying and pro-corporate deregulation.

George Conway, the infamous ex-husband of Trump advisor Kellyanne Conway, is a former partner at Wachtell Lipton, a lobbying firm with deep ties in the defense and airline industries. His co-authors, Barbara Comstock – a lawyer and former anti-Trump Republican Congresswoman – and former U.S. Appeals Court Judge J. Michael Luttig both have close ties corporate interests as well. Comstock has lobbied on behalf of Carnival Cruise Corporation, the fin-tech industry, and serves as a senior advisor to the K Street firm Baker Donelson. J. Michael Luttig left his cushy judgeship for the lucrative job of general counsel for Boeing – a position he held from 2006 until 2019.

The legal scholars being promoted by the three anti-Trump lawyers and their new legal group have just as equally concerning corporate and political ties. Former federal appellate judge Michael McConnell, a legal scholar the group says is a “model for a new and more responsible conservative legal movement” clerked for Supreme Court Justice William Brennan who led the high court’s liberal-wing. McConnell, far from a conservative, holds a fairly hardline libertarian view of the law – often ruling against government attempts to regulate corporations – and was vocally critical of the Supreme Court’s Bush v. Gore decision.

Another former federal appellate judge named by the group, Thomas B. Griffith, has a long track-record of liberal legal decisions that led then Sens. Barack Obama and Joe Biden to support his 2005 nomination to the federal circuit court. At the time, the Washington Post praised Griffith’s nomination noting he is “widely respected by people in both parties.”

The last legal scholar the group names is Princeton political scientist Keith Whittington, another libertarian-leaning legal theorist who appears to be overly concerned with the issue government regulation of corporations. Whittington is an occasional guest writer at the libertarian legal blog, Volokh Conspiracy.

It appears the only ‘conservative legal tradition’ the new group founded by Conway, Comstock, and Luttig aims to reclaim is the tradition establishment Republicans passing off pro-corporate policies as foundational to conservative ideology.

Israeli Govt Says Resettling 2 Million Gazans Overseas is ‘Win-Win Solution’.

The Israeli government is ramping up its public pressure campaign to resettle Gaza’ population overseas, with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Minister of Intelligence, Gila Gamliel, arguing the conflict with Hamas presents “an opportunity for Israel in the midst of crisis.”

“One of the issues on which my office has been working diligently is how to proceed the day after Hamas has been defeated and annihilated,” Gamliel wrote in the Jerusalem Post.

“We will still have around two million people in Gaza, many of whom voted for Hamas and celebrated the massacre of innocent men, women, and children,” she continued, describing Gaza as “a place devoid of hope, stolen by the genocidal terrorists of Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and other terrorist groups” – and arguing it would be better for everybody if the Gazans were resettled elsewhere.

“It could be a win-win solution: a win for those civilians of Gaza who seek a better life and a win for Israel after this devastating tragedy,” she said, insisting restoring Palestinian Authority rule once Hamas is deposed is not an option.

Gamiliel did not specify where Gazans should be resettled, but other Israeli politicians have been clear they see the West as their final destination, with two Knesset members arguing in The New York Times that America and Europe have “a long history of assisting refugees fleeing conflicts.”

The Palestinians’ Arab Muslim neighbors have been equally clear they will refuse to take the Gazans in, with the King of Jordan calling this a “red line” for his country and Egyptian officials warning they will send “one million” Gazans to Europe if they are displaced to Egyptian territory.
