CA Gov Newsom Lowers Consent Age to 12 for ‘Gender Counseling’ Without Parents ‘OK’.

Democratic California Governor Gavin Newsom has signed a bill into law that permits children as young as 12 to reside in government-funded “residential shelter services” to undergo mental health treatment or counseling for their gender identity without parental consent or even being informed by doctors.

The bill, known as Assembly Bill 665, allows 12-year-olds to consent to such treatment if they are considered “mature enough to participate intelligently in the outpatient services or residential shelter services” and if they are the “alleged victim” of incest or child abuse who poses a risk to themselves or others – no proof of genuine harm is required.

The bill, signed by Newson over the weekend, further states that medical professionals must consult with the minor to determine “whether involvement of the minor’s parent or guardian would be inappropriate.”

California lawmakers justify this imposition into parental authority by claiming children identifying as LGBT often face parental rejection, harassment in school, or wider societal stigma, therefore, “obtaining parental consent for a youth who needs support is complicated by the parent or caretakers’ beliefs and stigma about mental health care.”

The law caused a stir among California’s GOP before it was even passed, with Senator Ochoa Bogh writing to Newsom last month to argue, “[b]y removing the requirement that a minor must experience extenuating circumstances to consent to mental health services on their own, we ignore the right of parents to make informed decisions regarding their child’s health.”

Newsom’s California has become increasingly radical on LGBT issues, recently implementing a law that requires all schools to have gender-neutral toilets by 2026 and threatening to fine schools up to $1.5 million for not teaching about gay pedophile and “LGBT rights activist” Harvey Milk.

EXC: Trump to Blast Biden on Iran Empowerment & Israel ‘Betrayal’ in NH Speech Monday.

President Donald J. Trump will open a new front on the wilful incompetence of the Biden regime in remarks set to be delivered on Monday afternoon in New Hampshire, The National Pulse can reveal.

Against the backdrop of a new war in the Middle East prompted by Hamas terrorism, Trump will blast Biden for “betraying” the State of Israel and emboldening the Mullahs in Tehran.

“When I was Commander in Chief, we reduced the Iranian economy to rubble, I withdrew from the disastrous Iran nuclear deal, imposed the toughest-ever sanctions on the regime, and imposed a strict travel ban to keep Radical Islamic Terrorists the hell out of our country,” Trump is expected to say.

“Joe Biden undid all of it, and gave billions of dollars to the world’s top sponsor of terror, tossing Israel to the bloodthirsty terrorists and jihadists.”

The news comes as Biden and his aides partied in the White House on Sunday night, drawing further criticisms of being out of touch with ordinary Americans and failing to meet the moment on the world stage.

In a policy announcement, Trump is expected to state: “We will cut off the money to Palestinian terrorists on day one. And we will re-impose the travel ban on terror-afflicted countries so that the bloodshed and killing we saw this week will never reach American soil.”

The former President is due to speak at 12pm in New Hampshire.

POLL: Americans Overwhelmingly Support McCarthy’s Removal.

A strong majority of Americans from both political parties – 60 percent – support the move by Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) and his colleagues in the House of Representatives’ decision to remove Kevin McCarthy (R-Ca) from the Speakership, according to a CBS News poll.

Exactly three-quarters of the 2,155 U.S. adults surveyed told pollsters they approved of the decision because McCarthy “wasn’t effective” as House Speaker. A total of 54 percent of conservatives approved of his removal, with 70 percent of liberals concurring.

The two predominant reasons why the public disapproved of McCarthy was because he “prevented a government shutdown” at 59 percent and it “disrupted Washington” at 54 percent. For the new speakership, 64 percent of the American electorate believe it’s important that the new Speaker tries to “cut federal spending.”

Representative Matt Gaetz‘s motion to vacate followed the House passing a temporary funding measure to avoid a government shutdown last week. Republicans are expected to meet this week to discuss McCarthy’s replacement, with House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-La) and Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) seen as favorites.

Afghan Earthquake Death Toll Rises to 2,500

The death toll from two 6.3-magnitude earthquakes that struck Afghanistan has reached over 2,445, according to the Taliban’s Ministry of Disasters. Many people are still trapped under the rubble in Afghanistan, but despite the increasing death toll, foreign aid and volunteers remain limited.

Governments overseas remain reluctant to deal with the Taliban after they seized full control of the country during Joe Biden’s botched withdrawal. Aid agencies and NGOs have appealed to the international community for support, but only a few countries, including neighboring Pakistan and China, have offered assistance.

People in the affected areas are facing multiple challenges, including a lack of medical infrastructure, food, shelter, and clean water. Another earthquake in Afghanistan in June 2022 took the lives of at least 1,000 people.

Israel Orders ‘Complete Siege’ of Gaza.

Yoav Gallant, the Israeli defense minister, has ordered a “complete siege” of the Gaza Strip, vowing: “Thre will be no electricity, no food, no fuel, everything is closed.”

“We are fighting human animals and we are acting accordingly,” Gallant said.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) believe as many as a thousand Hamas terrorists entered Israeli territory on Saturday, with military and other officials as well as ordinary civilians massacred at scale, hostages dragged back to Gaza, and a number of towns occupied.

Hamas took longer to dislodge from these areas than expected, but the IDF reported it was back in control of all border towns on Monday morning, though it was “possible there are still terrorists in the area.”

Israel confirms around 700 of its citizens were killed during the incursion, although this could rise as more information emerges from the targeted areas.

The fate and total number of the hostages taken by Hamas also remains unclear, although at least some have already been murdered.

BREAKING: EU Suspends Palestinian Aid.

The European Union (EU) has suspended its foreign aid payments to Palestinian territories following Hamas’ terrorist incursion into Israel this weekend. The bloc announced it would be putting €691 million ($728 million) worth of humanitarian aid “under review” on Monday morning.

Oliver Varhelyi, the European Commissioner for Neighbourhood and Enlargement, took to X (formerly Twitter) to explain that in addition to all EU payments being suspended, all ongoing projects would be placed under review, all new budget proposals will be postponed, and an assessment of the “whole portfolio” will be undertaken.

The move follows the decision of the German government to cease aid payments until there has been a “comprehensive” examination into how the money was being allocated by the Palestinian regime.

The Austrian government announced a similar move, with Foreign Minister Alexander Schallenberg telling a national radio station, “The extent of the terror is so horrific . . . that we cannot go back to business as usual.”

The EU has provided aid to Hamas for a number of years despite labeling Hamas, the organization governing Gaza, a “terrorist organization.”

Oil Prices Are Now Rising, & Biden Already Drained The Strategic Petroleum Reserve.

Global benchmark Brent crude futures soared to $87.20 per barrel on Monday morning, while West Texas Intermediate futures in the United States landed on $85.7 per barrel, having initially passed $86. This represents an increase in oil prices of over 3.1 percent globally and over 3.5 percent domestically, as the markets react to Israel declaring war over the weekend in response to an armed incursion from Gaza.

The United States is particularly exposed to the price surge. President Joe Biden drained much of the nation’s Strategic Petroleum Reserve last year in an effort to hold down the price of gas, after the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) openly snubbed him and cut production despite his begging them no to do so.

Worse still, in August, the Biden regime delayed plans to restock the reserve, hoping prices would fall.

U.S.-led efforts to embargo or cap the price of Russian oil in order to starve Moscow of revenue, which have proved unsuccessful, have also left America and its allies more exposed to price shocks caused by events in the Middle East. Anti-energy independence policies such as the cancellation of the Keystone XL pipeline and pauses on gas and oil leases, too, have undermined national resilience.

Analysts believe the current spike in prices may just be a “knee-jerk” response to the attack on Israel, and markets can recover – but this could change if Iran is drawn into the conflict, disrupting oil shipments through the Strait of Hormuz.

A 23andMe Data Hack Appears to Target Ashkenazi Jews.

Hackers have obtained a vast list of individuals with Ashkenazi Jewish ancestry from the genetic testing service 23andMe and have shared it on the internet.

The database, titled “ashkenazi DNA Data of Celebrities,” contains the information of 999,999 alleged users of the service, including their names, gender, and the evaluation of their ancestral origins provided by 23andMe. Despite the title of the database, it primarily consists of non-famous individuals and seems to have been filtered to include only those with Ashkenazi heritage.

23andMe is treating the leak as genuine and is currently investigating the incident. A spokesperson for the company states that it does not believe it was directly hacked. Instead, it suspects that the hackers obtained some users’ passwords from other breached sites, which were then used to exploit the fact that 23andMe allows users access to extensive genetic information from other users. Earlier this week, a hacker on a prominent forum claimed to have a larger database of users for sale, although it remains uncertain whether the individuals who filtered the list by Ashkenazi heritage are the same as those who initially compiled it.

MSNBC’s Mehdi Hasan is Amplifying Anti-Israel Content Right Now.

Far-left MSNBC presenter Mehdi Hasan is amplifying anti-Israeli sentiment and content on social media by sharing multiple videos and posts on X (formerly Twitter) that seek to downplay Hamas aggression in the region.

Hasan reposted a number of posts that sought to shift the blame from Hamas to Israel, including, one that read: “unprecedented failure of israel intelligence—the most important component of the country’s national security…utter desperation of gaza palestinians, with many seeing no options for their future but the launch of a suicidal war.”

Hasan shared another condemning the same video’s “apocalyptic language,” adding “The scale of Israeli war crimes in Gaza is likely to exceed anything we have seen before.”

He further shared another post that blamed everyone other than Hamas – an internationally acknowledged terrorist organization – for the attack:

“This is a colossal intelligence failure by Israel for sure. But it is also a massive political and moral failure by the US, EU and the rest of the int’l community who have been content to maintain the status quo as long as it was mostly Palestinian that paid the price.”

Hasan spent a vast amount of his time in the UK deriding non-Muslims as “cattle” and “animals” before landing his position as a presenter for MSNBC in the United States. He also infamously stated at an Oxford debate he would not “take lessons in anti-Semitism from someone who’s here to defend the Judeo-Chrisitian values of a continent that murdered six millions Jews.”
