Explosive Device Detonated Outside Alabama AG’s Office Following IVF Ruling.

An explosive device detonated outside the office of Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall on Saturday. The incident came a day after Marshall’s office said it would not prosecute IVF providers — or families who receive IVF treatment — following an Alabama Supreme Court ruling that IVF embryos are people.

“Thankfully, no staff or personnel were injured by the explosion,” Marshall said in a statement released Monday. “The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency will be leading the investigation, and we are urging anyone with information to contact them immediately.”

Last week, the Alabama Supreme Court ruled that embryos created during IVF treatment are legally children under state law. Despite the ruling, Marshall’s office announced on Friday that it would not prosecute those who provide or seek IVF treatment. The Alabama Attorney General’s Office “has no intention of using the recent Alabama Supreme Court decision as a basis for prosecuting IVF families or providers,” said Chief Counsel Katherine Robertson in a statement released Friday.

Following the Alabama court ruling, several clinics suspended IVF services for fear of legal retribution. Last week, President Trump defended the practice and called on Alabama lawmakers to do everything in their power to preserve access to IVF treatments for Alabama families.

Foreign-Born Workers Surged Under Biden, Account for 1/5th of Labor Force & Still Growing.

Foreign-born workers now account for roughly 19 percent of the U.S. labor force, an increase from 17.3 percent when Joe Biden took office, according to figures from the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. The number of foreign-born workers reached an all-time high last year.

That number will grow even larger due to the Biden regime’s lax border policies. A recent analysis by the Congressional Budget Office projects that the number of foreign-born workers will increase by a further 1.7 million this year due to the surge in illegal aliens crossing the border.

The figures paint a sobering picture of the extent to which the Biden regime has allowed the border crisis to fester. Since Biden took office, well over 3 million illegal aliens have been released into the country.

A recent Gallup poll shows immigration is now Americans’ top concern for the first time since 2019, and a majority of Americans believe that the crisis at the southern border constitutes an invasion.

READ: Bizarre ‘Trump Force One’ Death Threat Delivered Alongside White Powder.

A bizarre terror threat, along with an unidentified white powder, was mailed to the home of Donald Trump, Jr. on Monday. Emergency responders and a hazmat team were seen at Trump Jr.’s home after the former President’s son opened the envelope containing the threatening letter and powder.

Test results for the powder came back inconclusive, but authorities do not believe the substance to be life-threatening, according to a spokesperson for Donald Trump, Jr. The letter in the envelope, however, contained a detailed threat against former President Trump and his family.

“Again, how many lives will be ruined before the psychopath Donald Trump is silenced,” the letter begins, before continuing: “Lee Harvey Oswald’s grandson must complete his contract.” The letter continues making crude references to the members of the Trump family and insists they have applied for citizenship in the “Soviet Union” — which the unknown author insists still exists.

Lee Harvey Oswald, the man who assassinated President John F. Kennedy in 1963, has two grandsons, though neither appears to be connected in any way with the threat. The descendants of Oswald, including his 82-year-old widow Marina Nikolayevna Oswald Porter, have generally shunned publicity.

The letter also references former President Donald Trump’s niece, Mary Trump. She has been a frequent and harsh critic of her uncle. “It’s time for Mary to hear that Donald and his family have gone up in smoke when the ‘Trump’ plane dives into the Atlantic Ocean,” the letter reads.

Jupiter, Florida police — along with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s department — said they are working with the U.S. Secret Service regarding the threat. The Secret Service has not provided public comment on whether there are any suspects or leads as to the source of the letter and white powder.

WATCH: Biden Wears Ukraine Flag Pin on ‘Late Night With Seth Meyers.’

The 81-year-old American President, Joe Biden, appeared on the Late Night With Seth Meyers talk show on Monday night, sporting a Ukraine-U.S. flag pin on his lapel as he took shots as his presumptive opponent Donald Trump, and defended his record on the U.S. southern border.

Attempting to pin the blame on the invasion of the United States on House Republicans, Biden made the claim that Donald Trump was somehow blocking a border funding bill, without addressing why he failed to secure the border when the funding was there over the past three years.

Biden also used the appearance to peddle the false claim that Donald Trump called his wife Melania “Mercedes” during the recent Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Maryland. In reality, Trump was addressing Mercedes Schlapp, in the audience, praising her for a testimony towards his wife Melania.

“Mercedes, that’s pretty good!” Trump said in response to Mercedes Schlapp’s organization of the event.

Zelensky Attacks America First Senator J.D. Vance, Says ‘Millions Will Be Killed’ Unless U.S. Hands Over More Cash.

President Volodymyr Zelensky has attacked Senator J.D. Vance, a leading America First voice in Congress, for saying that handing Ukraine $60 billion is unwise, partly because it is “not going to fundamentally change the reality on the battlefield.”

“I’m not sure that he understands what’s going on here, and we don’t need any rhetoric from people who are not deeply in the, you know, in the war,” Zelensky told CNN.

“So, to understand it is to come to the front line, to see what’s going on, to speak with the people, then to go to civilians to understand what will be with them, and then what will be with them without this support [sic],” he continued.

“And then [Senator Vance] will understand that millions [of] people been killed [sic] – will be killed,” he added.

“Of course he [doesn’t understand it], God bless, you don’t have the war on your territory.”

Frontline soldiers leaked to the U.S. press that they had suffered extremely heavy casualties shortly before Russian forces captured Avdiivka, a fortress town contested since the first phase of the war began following the Euromaidan in 2014.

Vance argues another massive transfer of funds to Zelensky cannot reverse these losses or even replenish the Ukrainian military’s acute shortage of munitions, as the U.S. and Europe lack the industrial capacity to produce sufficient stocks. The Ohio senator has also argued that rather than preventing millions of deaths, a continued war between Ukraine and Russia will needlessly cost more lives.

Trump Blasts Biden Border Policies for Laken Riley Murder.

Former President Donald Trump has weighed in on the murder of 22-year-old nursing student Laken Riley by an illegal Venezuelan immigrant. Trump laid the blame squarely at the feet of President Joe Biden, whose open border policies allowed the suspected murderer — 26-year-old Venezuelan Jose Antonio Ibarra — to illegally enter the United States in 2022.

“The horrible murder of 22-year-old Laken Riley at the University of Georgia should have NEVER happened! The monster who took her life illegally entered our Country in 2022…and then was released AGAIN by Radical Democrats in New York after injuring a CHILD,” Trump said in a post on Truth Social earlier today, continuing: “When I am your President, we will immediately Seal the Border, Stop the Invasion, and on Day One, we will begin the largest deportation operation of illegal CRIMINALS in American History!”

He added: “May God Bless Laken Riley and her family!!! Our prayers are with you!”

Laken Hope Riley, 22, was found dead this past Thursday after she had gone for a jog on the University of Georgia campus. The Augusta University College of Nursing student is believed to have died from blunt force trauma after having been struck by Ibara. He has been charged with seven felony counts — malice murder, felony murder, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, kidnapping, and concealing the death of another. He was also charged with two misdemeanor counts of hindering a 911 call and failure to appear for a fingerprintable charge.

NBC Claims, Without Evidence, that Russia is Interfering in 2024 Election.

NBC News has published an article claiming Russia’s 2024 election interference has already begun despite offering no evidence over the course of almost 2,000 words on the topic.

“Russia is already spreading disinformation in advance of the 2024 election, using fake online accounts and bots to damage President Joe Biden and his fellow Democrats,” the article opens, attributing the claim to “former U.S. officials and cyber experts” while going on to quote a 2016 Obama State Department intern, Bret Schafer, alongside current Biden national security advisor Jake Sullivan.

Schafer, who now works at the Soros-and-EU-funded German Marshall Fund think tank, alleged – also without evidence – that Russia has an “incentive” to hurt Joe Biden at the upcoming U.S. election. Russian President Vladimir Putin recently admitted, however, that his work has been aided by Biden’s weakness, calling him “better for Russia.”

Amidst fearmongering over “deepfake” audio, video, artificial intelligence, and hacks or leaks, NBC offers only the following justification for peddling the updated Russia hoax:

Accounts from one pro-Russia campaign that Meta, the owner of Facebook, cracked down on late last year, an English-language news influencer persona called “People Say,” are still live on other platforms, though some are dormant.

A “People Say” account on X is still visible, but it has only 51 followers and hasn’t posted in almost a year. Its counterpart on Telegram, which has become a home for some Americans on the far right, is still actively posting divisive content and has almost 5,000 subscribers.

The article offers no further evidence for the headline claim that “Russia’s 2024 election interference has already begun.”

Bombshell New York Times Report Uncovers CIA Spy Bases in Ukraine Operating for Over a Decade.

The New York Times admitted on Sunday that the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) established a significant role in Ukraine over a decade ago, precipitating the war with Russia as explained by then-Breitbart London Editor Raheem Kassam back in 2014.

In addition to training Ukrainian forces and supplying the Ukrainian military with critical intelligence, the agency also constructed a network of 12 clandestine spy bases along the Russo-Ukraine border.

The report also reveals the U.S. has been financing technological command-and-control spy centers and training Ukrainian intelligence officers and elite commandos. Prior to the Russian invasion, CIA officers remained in the country to assist Ukraine in its war effort even after the Biden regime ordered the evacuation of U.S. personnel.

“Without them, there would have been no way for us to resist the Russians, or to beat them,” said Ivan Bakanov, who was then head of Ukraine’s domestic intelligence agency, the SBU.

The New York Times report indicates the CIA was pivotal in modernizing Ukraine’s intelligence, transforming the former Soviet state into one of Washington’s key intelligence partners against Russia.

The source behind these revelations, Gen. Serhii Dvoretskiy, answered, “One hundred and ten percent” when asked if the CIA was behind Ukraine’s clandestine military operations.

The revelations validate Russian President Vladimir Putin’s assertions of U.S. involvement in Ukraine. Perhaps the most damning revelation is that this active relationship between the CIA and Ukraine dates back ten years to 2014, the same year that saw the ‘Maidan Revolution’ — which many observers believe was a CIA-orchestrated coup d’état — overthrow the legitimate, democratically-elected government of Ukraine and set the stage for the nation’s current conflict with Russia.

‘A New Category of Crime’ – Is Trump Right About Migrant Crime? Looking Back Over the Last Week.

“We have a new category of crime, it’s called migrant crime, and it’s going to be worse than any other form of crime,” Donald Trump warned during his latest town hall.

Last month, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested 171 illegal aliens over the course of a two-week operation, convicted or charged with crimes including first-degree murder and child rape, indicating the former president is right to suggest mass migration is increasing crime in the United States.

Often, migrant crime can fly under the radar. Sometimes, this is because it is confined to local and regional news and does not reach a broad audience; sometimes, this is because media outlets consciously choose not to report a suspect’s immigration background and will describe an illegal alien based in Columbus, Ohio, as simply a “Columbus man.”

This does not mean migrant crime is not happening, however. Here are some examples from reports published the last week:

BLOOD ON THEIR HANDS.

The most-reported migrant crime of recent days is the murder of 22-year-old Laken Riley in Georgia. The suspect in the nursing student’s killing is  Jose Antonio Ibarra, a 26-year-old illegal alien from Venezuela. He crossed the border at El Paso, Texas, was briefly detained by officials, and then, like countless others, released into the country with no meaningful oversight.

Georgia’s Mike Collins (R-10) is in no doubt about who is responsible for this deadly carelessness: “The blood of Laken Riley is on the hands of Joe Biden, [Homeland Security Secretary] Alejandro Mayorkas, and the government of Athens-Clarke County.”

STABBED IN TIMES SQUARE.

Times Square, the scene of several altercations involving migrants in recent weeks, including a high-profile attack on police officers,  saw another on Thursday.

During a brawl reportedly involving “dozens” of people, ending with a 17-year-old boy being stabbed in the lower back.

“I saw someone running… and there was blood coming from his back, coming from everywhere,” said one eyewitness.

An unnamed 22-year-old and three migrant teenagers were arrested following the attack.

BITING THE HAND THAT FEEDS.

Still in New York City, migrants Dugleidy Gonzalez-Riera, 28, Yefferson Prieto-Galviz, 23, and Morelis Blanco-Cineros, 41, were arrested for stealing “clothing, shoes and fragrances” worth over $5,300 from a string of retail locations.

The trio, who initially gave false names to police, were also found to be in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, and the car they were driving had bogus license plates.

The migrants carried out their crimes while living in the Roosevelt Hotel at taxpayers’ expense.

MOB MENTALITY.

Randall’s Island, which hosts a tent city shelter for migrants, almost descended into riot earlier in the week as police officers attempted to arrest a migrant vigorously resisting arrest.

Fellow migrants grew restive, first heckling the officers and then pelting them with water bottles, backpacks, and other makeshift missiles in an incident captured on video.

AN AVOIDABLE TRAGEDY.

One of the saddest incidents in recent days involved the death of a 10-year-old boy, Alex Wise, in Texas.

Rogelio Ortiz, 50, who was in the United States despite having been removed from the country on six previous occasions, has been charged with mowing the boy down in a hit-and-run.

Ortiz also faces charges for driving while intoxicated.

SAFETY LAST.

An illegal alien from Guatemala, charged with molesting a child, has been released by a judge in Rhode Island despite being wanted by immigration authorities.

State Attorney General Peter Neronha expressed fury at the situation, as his office had “argued that the court should order the defendant held without bail on the grounds that he posed a danger to the community and was a flight risk.”

ICE confirmed the alleged pedophile reached the U.S. interior “without being inspected, admitted or paroled by an immigration official” — a reminder that the migrant “encounters” logged at the southern and northern borders are just the tip of the iceberg in terms of illegal entries.

THE CHICAGO STRANGLERS.

A final example, Venezuelan migrants Fernando Loyo-Rodriguez, 22, Wilker Gutierrez Sierra, 21, Carlos Carreno-Carreno, 20, and Yonnier Guasamucare Garcia, 18, were arrested in Chicago for attacking a 49-year-old man on a Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) train,

The attack did not take place in the very early or very late hours, but at 4:30 p.m., and saw the victim beaten, strangled to the point of unconsciousness, and robbed.

Like some of the other migrants on this list, the suspects are all confirmed to have been “staying in area shelters” on the taxpayers’ dime.
