Biden Orders 3,000 Army Reservists Ready for European Deployment.

President Joe Biden issued an executive order late Thursday that orders ready 3,000 U.S. army reservists in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve, which “provides rotational deployments of combat-credible forces to Europe” especially related to the 2014 Russia invasion of Crimea.

The operation has been designated a “contingency operation”, according to Army Lt. Gen. Douglas A. Sims II, Joint Staff director of operations.

“This new designation benefits troops and families with increases in authorities, entitlements and access to the reserve component forces and personnel,” Sims said.

“This [executive order] reaffirms the unwavering support and commitment to defend NATO‘s eastern flank in the wake of Russia’s illegal and unprovoked war on Ukraine,” Sims said.

The full order from President Biden can be read below:

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including sections 121 and 12304 of title 10, United States Code, I hereby determine that it is necessary to augment the active Armed Forces of the United States for the effective conduct of Operation Atlantic Resolve in and around the United States European Command’s area of responsibility.  In furtherance of this operation, under the stated authority, I hereby authorize the Secretary of Defense, and the Secretary of Homeland Security with respect to the Coast Guard when it is not operating as a service in the Navy, under their respective jurisdictions, to order to active duty any units, and any individual members not assigned to a unit organized to serve as a unit of the Selected Reserve, or any member in the Individual Ready Reserve mobilization category and designated as essential under regulations prescribed by the Secretary concerned, not to exceed 3,000 total members at any one time, of whom not more than 450 may be members of the Individual Ready Reserve, as they deem necessary, and to terminate the service of those units and members ordered to active duty.

This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

JOSEPH R. BIDEN JR.

DeSantis’s Hamptons Crisis Meet Features World Economic Forum, CCP-Linked Mega Money.

The committee for Governor of Florida Ron DeSantis’ $3,300-per-ticket Hamptons fundraiser in Southampton, New York, will feature donors such as Sergio Galvis and Howard Cox, who have ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and the World Economic Forum (WEF) respectively, The National Pulse can reveal.

The event – which may represent somewhat of a “crisis” talk with donors – is set to take place on July 20th, 2023.

Howard Cox.

Venture capitalist Cox is a long-standing board member of the WEF’s Young Global Leaders Program, founded by chief globalist and fellow board member Klaus Schwab in 1993, with a view to training corporate-backed political leaders. The project’s alumni include Mark Zuckerberg, Leana Wen, Ibram X. Kendi, Pete Buttigieg, Jacinda Ardern, Dan Crenshaw, Alex Soros, and even French President Emmanuel Macron.

Cox, the brother of New York GOP Chairman Ed Cox, is a frequent and large donor to establishment GOP candidates, indeed including his own brother. Cox is also a senior trustee at the establishment Brookings Institution, and chaired John McCain’s New York campaign operation.

Sergio Galvis.

Corporate lawyer Galvis’s connections to the CCP are well-established. The 64-year-old led the state-owned firm, China Three Gorges, with its $1.39 billion acquisition of a Peruvian power plant. The move was designed explicitly to stymie U.S. influence in the Western hemisphere, with firm itself listed among the 31 Chinese companies that are “owned or controlled” by the Chinese military.

Galvis has also been involved in the CCP-owned petroleum giant Sinopec, working as a representative in their $385 million acquisition of another Latin American firm, OCP. Sinopec is the same firm linked closely with Hunter Biden, whose private equity firm invested $1.7 billion in 2015.

Galvis has previously donated to leading establishment figures including Mitt Romney, Jeb Bush, Lisa Murkowski, George W Bush, and even top Democrats Chuck Schumer and climate huckster John Kerry.

Ron DeSantis’s Wisconsin fundraiser earlier this week was hosted by a leading Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio, and Paul Ryan donor, who twice served as chairman of Goldman Sachs. Donors to the Governor of Florida are yet to see a return for the millions they’ve provided, however. DeSantis is currently at an all-time low in delegate support across the country, with some supporters, including the Murdochs, contemplating going elsewhere.

Biden Declares Victory in Ukraine, With 20% of The Country Still Under Russian Control.

President Joe Biden claims Russia’s President Vladimir Putin has “already lost Ukraine,” though Russian forces continue to occupy around a fifth of its territory, and a much-anticipated counter-offensive has produced minimal gains at the cost of many Western weapons systems which were supposed to be “game-changing”.

“He thought that if he invaded Ukraine, first of all, he’d get a welcome by every Russian speaker, they’d say, ‘Come on in.’ Secondly, he thought what would happen is that NATO would collapse, NATO would not to do anything, they’d be afraid to act,” Biden said, adding: “Go down the line, none of that’s happening.”

The backwards declaration of victory may end up being somewhat of a Bush-style “Mission Accomplished” moment for Biden, as the U.S. and NATO continue to be drawn into the conflict with very little to show for it.

Biden’s bar for success in war may be fairly low, however. The President previously hailed his Saigon-style withdrawal from Afghanistan, which saw dozens of American soldiers killed or injured by a suicide bomber – and an Afghan aid worker and seven children murdered when he authorized a retaliatory drone strike on the wrong target – as an “extraordinary success”.

WIN: Paxton Impeachment Transparency Delivered Following National Pulse Report.

Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick has imposed a discovery order on the state’s House of Representatives, demanding they reveal they basis for the impeachment of Attorney General Ken Paxton. The order came mere hours after The National Pulse pressed the matter in a scathing piece of analysis by Editor-in-Chief Raheem Kassam.

It has been almost two months since the impeachment vote, but the House has still told neither Paxton nor the Texas voting public why they voted to impeach him, or what evidence they have against him.

Acting in his capacity as President of the Senate and Presiding Officer of the Court of Impeachment, Lt. Gov. Patrick has now instructed House impeachment managers to hand over all the reports, documents, and statements used to justify their investigation, and to allow Paxton’s counsel to inspect all the evidence they expect to bring against him in his Senate trial.

Patrick has warned the managers that failure to comply with these instructions may result in evidence being excluded from the trial, or even contempt of court proceedings.

While the Texas House is controlled by RINO-style Republicans, the impeachment efforts against Paxton have been spearheaded by Ann Johnson, a Democrat, in a classic episode of uniparty collusion.

Kassam said of the matter, Thursday: “Hundreds of The National Pulse’s readers sprang into action on the basis of our report yesterday, and I’m delighted it has led to more transparency for Texans and American tax payers at large. We will continue to report the truth, no matter who tries to stop us, and we are eternally grateful for the help our of audience.”

China Has ‘Aggressively Penetrated’ Whole of UK Economy, Admits Govt.

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has successfully penetrated every sector of the United Kingdom (UK)’s economy as a result of the government’s willingness to accept Chinese money without asking questions, so says the UK Parliament’s Intelligence and Security Committee in a report published Thursday.

The CCP has “prolifically and aggressively” targeted Britain’s industrial and energy sectors as a means of gaining control and influence over the British nation and its interests. It has also been “particularly effective” at using its money and influence to buy up universities and academia to ensure criticism of the party is suppressed and that Chinese values and narratives are pushed “at the expense of the West,” the report states.

The UK is one of China’s main targets due to its close relationship with the United States as well as the UK’s position as an “opinion former,” claims the Intelligence and Security Committee’s chairman, Julian Lewis.

The UK government has done little to counter the threat, instead choosing to take Chinese money while turning a blind eye to “China’s sleight of hand.” The report explains:

“The lack of action similarly to identify and protect UK assets from a known threat is a serious failure, and one that the UK may feel the consequences of for years to come.”

The UK is now “playing catch up,” but “[t]here is no evidence that Whitehall policy departments have the necessary resources, expertise or knowledge of the threat to counter China’s approach,” the report adds.

WATCH: FBI Boss Chris Wray Suggests Biden Is Under Investigation.

Chris Wray, the director of the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), seemed to admit that President Joe Biden is under investigation for allegedly accepting Ukrainian bribes while testifying before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday.

Wray was asked by Republican Congressman Tom Tiffany (WI-07) whether Biden had ever accepted payments from Burisma – a Ukrainian holding company for a group of exploration and production companies – or any other foreign companies while he was Vice President, President, or a private citizen.

“As you may know, there is an ongoing investigation being by the US Attorney in Delaware, Mr. Weiss, appointed by President Trump in the last administration, that our Baltimore field office is working with,” Wray responded.

Wray then refused to confirm whether Biden was the subject of the investigation when pressed in a follow-up question from Tiffany, who doubled down on the point, asking Wray, “so [Biden’s] not under investigation?”

“I didn’t’ say that either. By long-standing department policy and practice, I’m not going to be confirming or denying who is or isn’t under investigation,” Wray explained.

This follows the revelations that an executive of Burisma told the FBI he would have to pay “$5 million for one Biden, [and] $5 million for the other Biden.”

Germany to Scrap Up to 200 Million COVID-19 Vaccines.

Germany has thrown away 83 million vaccine doses and is preparing to scrap another 120 million at a cost of around €4 billion ($4.5bn) after the number of Germans willing to get “boosters” has plummeted.

The country scrapped 29 million doses in the first quarter of 2023 and discarded another 54 million by the end of 2022. The number is likely to be higher, however. Germany’s health ministry failed to provide the amount scrapped in the second quarter of 2023, telling POLITICO: “Accordingly, a total volume of total disposed COVID-19 vaccine doses acquired by the Federal Republic of Germany cannot be quantified.”

Germany has another 120 million doses in stock yet will no doubt be forced to discard those too. Despite having one of the highest vaccination rates in Europe – 228.68 per 100 people – the number of Germans willing to get COVID-19 vaccines is as low as 268 per week, with no signs of that changing.

However, European Union (EU) countries are expecting another delivery of around 260 million doses, following a recent deal negotiated between the EU Commission and the US pharmaceutical giant Pfizer. The deal will see vaccine deliveries spread across the next four years, ending in 2027.

The deal created a strong backlash from multiple EU countries, including Poland, Hungary, Lithuania, and Romania. The Polish Health Minister Adam Niedzielski called the agreement between the EU and Pfizer “outrageous” and announced publicly that “we are not going to join the deal.”

Murdochs Look to Cut DeSantis Loose – ‘They Can Smell a Loser’.

The Murdochs are preparing to cut loose their first pick for the Republican presidential nomination, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, amidst concerns over his “abysmal” polling and his campaign’s obsession with homosexuality and transgenderism under the guise of “woke”.

“They are transactional and can smell a loser a mile away,” a Fox insider told Rolling Stone, referring specifically to Murdoch family patriarch Rupert, 92, and his eldest son Lachlan, who leads Fox Corporation.

Sources also suggest Rupert is particularly concerned by the Florida Governor’s personal awkwardness and difficulty connecting with people, which is prominent enough that autism advocates have felt compelled to make public statements about whether he is “on the spectrum”.

Murdoch newspapers which have previously pushed DeSantis as a public figure, such as The New York Post, have recently become more critical, complaining his campaign is “too online”.

Reports suggest the Murdochs are now looking to Glenn Youngkin, Governor of Virginia, as an alternative means to derail Donald Trump as the Republican nominee for 2024. Like DeSantis, however, Youngkin has counted on the controversial Jeff Roe as an adviser, so any last-minute campaign by the Virginian could be prone to the same errors as the DeSantis campaign.

Russia Set to Ban Gender Change Surgery.

The Russian government is pushing to ban sex change operations as well as gender changes on identity cards in an effort to promote ‘traditional values’ across Russian society. The legislation is set for a second reading of three on Thursday, having obtained initial approval in the lower house of parliament last month.

Only surgical operations to treat intersex “congenital physiological anomalies” among children will be permitted, provided approval is obtained from special medical commissions or public health care institutions.

“We are preserving Russia for posterity, with its cultural and family values, traditional foundations, and putting up a barrier to the penetration of Western anti-family ideology,” announced deputy chairman of the lower house, Pyotr Tolstoy, after the approval of the first reading.

This is the latest move by the Russian government targeting LGBT activism, which “Putin seeks to portray as evidence of moral decay in Western countries,” reports Reuters.

Last December, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law imposing restrictions on “propaganda of non-traditional sexual rations and pedophilia.” The legislation imposed heavy fines for “any action or the spreading of any information that is considered an attempt to promote homosexuality in public, online, or in films, books or advertising.”

Iowa’s Abortion Ban Contains Long-Demanded Exceptions, But Planned Parenthood is Freaking Out Anyway.

Planned Parenthood – which argues there is “no such thing” as late-term abortion and that terminations should be allowed up to birth – is furious that Iowa’s legislature has passed new abortion restrictions, which the state governor will sign into law on Friday.

The legislation prohibits abortions after the unborn child’s heart begins beating – around six weeks – with exceptions for rape, incest, fetal abnormalities “incompatible with life”, as well as threats to the life of health of the mother.

But instead of welcoming the exceptions – which abortion advocates often claim as their major problem with the political right’s position on the matter – the nation’s largest abortion provider Planned Parenthood is freaking out.

Planned Parenthood North Central States called the restrictions an attack “on reproductive freedom” and promised to fight them in the courts.

“[O]ut-of- touch politicians have inserted themselves into the exam rooms of Iowans, who no longer have control over their bodies and futures because of an unpopular, narrow political agenda,” complained chief executive Ruth Richardson.

“Planned Parenthood will not stand for this,” concurred Alexis McGill Johnson, who leads the wider Planned Parenthood Federation of America.

The organization is not a disinterested party when it comes to abortion access, being the single largest provider of abortions in the country. Many of its executives, including Johnson, profit handsomely from its work, taking home substantial six-figure salaries.
