DeSantis Data Chief Was Fired & Sued for Diverting Profits, Stealing Docs, & Computer Fraud.

Chris Wilson, Head of Data at Ron DeSantis’s Never Back Down super PAC, was fired and sued by his former employer, Qorvis Communications, which accused him and his wife of diverting profits by secretly billing clients directly, and stealing some 28,000 confidential files to help establish a rival firm. An arbitration concluded, in 2008, that Wilson had to pay the firm a sum of $366,037.72 for a breach of his contractual duty of loyalty:

In its complaint, Qorvis alleged that Wilson, along with others, conspired to form their own business in the fall of 2003 and thereafter “proceeded to divert lucrative business opportunities to themselves and divide hundreds of thousands of dollars in proceeds among themselves.” It also alleged that Wilson and others “downloaded over 14 gigabytes (28,404 individual files) of Qorvis’ highly confidential and proprietary information” for purposes of pursuing the new endeavor. The 16-count complaint contended that Wilson breached the 2003 employment agreement, breached his duty of loyalty and duty to maintain confidentiality of employer information, interfered with contractual and business relationships between Qorvis and others, misappropriated trade secrets, converted Qorvis’ property and trade secrets for his own commercial use, and committed computer fraud.

Wilson recently expressed irritation when his polling company, WPA Intelligence, was exposed for placing an article in Newsweek, promoting an anti-Trump poll without disclosing that he works directly for DeSantis’s super PAC.

Wilson also worked as a data guru for Ted Cruz’s failed presidential campaign in 2016, as well as for anti-Trump Governor Kevin Stitt (OK), anti-Trump Senator Kevin Cramer (ND), and RINO Governor Brian Kemp in Georgia. He has also worked for the failed campaigns of Martha McSally in Arizona, Adam Laxalt and Dean Heller in Nevada, as well as Matt Rosendale in Montana.

While at Qorvis, one of Wilson’s roles was to assist Saudi Arabia in its efforts to rehabilitate its image following 9/11, which involved 15 Saudi hijackers, some with links to the Saudi government.

Pfizer was another “major client” of Wilson’s firm, who is also reported to have “worked closely” with Karl Rove, a Bush-world RINO and Never Trumper.

Wilson’s partner and chief operating officer Bryan Allen, who contributes the ‘A’ to WPA Intelligence, is an alumnus of Public Opinion Strategies (POS), an even more controversial DeSantis pollster with links to Rove, Paul Ryan, Mitt Romney, and even George Soros.

Allen is also an anti-Trump partisan, accusing the former president of “going full infowars on 9-11” and alleging the only difference between him and Bernie Sanders is that “Bernie really believes the crap that comes out of his mouth.”

Such sentiments are common at WPA Intelligence, with Chief Research Officer Trevor Smith claiming that Trump “is the establishment” and that his election fundraising is a “scam”, for example.

Wilson is currently being sued by his ex-wife Kathryn, who alleges “he ripped off a data software, Archimedes, that they built together when they were married, but that she acquired in the divorce. She is claiming that the version he’s using now to collect data on voters, Bonfire, is just a modification of Archimedes and she’s demanding that he stop using it, along with other damages.”

Daily Caller ‘Fact Checker’ Is Socialist Who Attacks Trump, Posts About ‘Queer Liberation’.

A ‘fact check’ reporter employed and aggregated by conservative news sites appears to be an avowed radical leftist. Anna Mock, a reporter for The Daily Caller’s “Check Your Fact” website has posted political support for U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) – a self-described socialist – as well as being a proponent of far-left unionization efforts.

Despite the potential for political bias, Mock regularly is the source for fact checks of former President Donald Trump, Vivek Ramaswamy, and other conservative leaders. Mock also felt compelled to defend the globalist Atlantic magazine from what was clearly a parody making it appear the outlet believed orcas, an aquatic mammal, were a new white supremacist threat.

A review of Mock’s social media feed on X (formerly Twitter) shows her having retweeted multiple left-wing political accounts including that of Sen. Sanders, anti-Trump Jim Acosta, and the South Carolina branch of the Industrial Workers of the World – a radical labor union that supports “revolutionary industrial unionism”, “queer liberation“, and has ties to socialist and anarchist organizations.

While most of Mock’s fact checks are of clear satire and parodies, the fact that she is employed by a supposedly right-leaning website to “fact check” conservatives is concerning. The Daily Caller has previously employed CNN’s Oliver Darcy, Kaitlin Collins, and Michelle Fields.

A fact check Mock authored in late July, entitled “No, Planned Parenthood Does Not Aid Sex Traffickers” was pulled from the Check Your Fact website – the editor’s note reading: “Check Your Fact is retracting this fact check article about a Live Action claim about Planned Parenthood. After further review, we found this article did not meet editorial standards.”

Check Your Fact “…is a for-profit subsidiary wholly owned by The Daily Caller, Inc. The majority owner of The Daily Caller, Inc. is co-founder and publisher Neil Patel.” Fact checks from the site are often aggregated by other conservative news sites like Conservative Review, owned by Blaze Media LLC, founded by leading 2016 Never Trump activist Glenn Beck.

Only 1 in 4 DON’T Believe Hunter Funneled Cash to ‘Big Guy’ Joe Biden.

Just 26 percent of Americans believe that President Joe Biden did not personally profit from his son Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings in Ukraine, China, Russia, and Kazakhstan according to new polling data. The Yahoo News survey, conducted by YouGov, indicates 41 percent of Americans believe Biden received millions of dollars from his son’s business interest, while 33 percent remain unsure of the accusations.

Mounting evidence of public corruption culminated in Speaker McCarthy announcing earlier this week that House Republicans would begin a formal impeachment inquiry into President Biden. “We found that President did lie to the American people,” McCarthy told the press, adding, “Biden used his official office to coordinate with Hunter Biden’s business partners about Hunter’s role at Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company.”

When Republicans took the majority in the House of Representatives earlier this year, Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) directed three House committees to investigate whether President Biden benefited from his son Hunter’s business dealings overseas. The polling from Yahoo News suggests that, despite being ignored by corporate media, the investigative work of House Republicans has been successful in convincing a large segment of the American public that Joe Biden abused his public office for personal profit.

The President’s son Hunter Biden has been the subject of a long-running federal investigation for a variety of crimes ranging from failure to pay income taxes to violating the Foreign Agent Registration Act. He is currently facing felony charges for illegal gun ownership.

Democrat Gov. Healy Deploys Military Amid Migrant ‘Emergency’.

Massachusetts Democratic Governor Maura Healey has deployed the state’s national guard servicemen in an effort to deal with the growing number of migrants demanding shelter in the Bay State.

Around 250 service members were deployed on Wednesday to over 40 emergency shelters housing more than 6,000 migrant families to coordinate food, water, medical care, transportation, and assisting children to enroll in local schools. The deployment will last a minimum of six months, with a spokesman for Healey stating, “this is a rapidly evolving situation that will continue to be assessed.”

“Massachusetts is in a state of emergency, and we need all hands-on deck to meet this moment and ensure families have access to safe shelter and basic services,” explained Governor Healey in a recent statement.

Massachusetts is the only state across the country required by law to provide shelter to homeless families following the state’s 1983 “right-to-shelter” law. Over 80 cities and towns in the Bay State have state-funded emergency shelters.

The recent surge in migration has similarly impacted New York City, with Mayor Eric Adams – who previously boasted of the Big Apple’s “sanctuary city” status – claiming that the recent influx of over 100,000 illegal migrants would “destroy” the city.

WATCH: BBC Kids Vid ‘Here From The Start’ Falsely Shoehorns Black Britons Into UK History.

A song by the BBC pushing the narrative that Britain has always been ethnically diverse has gone viral, with social media users interrogating its accuracy and the agenda behind it.

“Please lend me your ears for this news I shall impart, you may not have been told, we’ve been here from the start,” the Horrible Histories song begins, showing a black singer dressed as a Stone Age Briton and a Roman centurion claiming that “before these isles were British, black people played their part.”

Cheddar Man, a prehistoric man whose body was discovered in 1903, is alleged in the video to have been a black man, as is the Roman emperor Septimus Severus.

While the media pushed the idea that Cheddar Man was dark-skinned – though also light-eyed and not a sub-Saharan African – following a DNA test in 2018, it was quietly admitted that testing could not prove his skin color, partly because the DNA had degraded over its 10,000 years in Cheddar Gorge.

Similarly, Emperor Severus – an invader in the British Isles, dying in York after falling ill during a military campaign in Caledonia – was not a sub-Saharan African, being born in Roman North Africa to an Italian mother and a father descended from the Phonecians (a Semitic people related to the Jews and Arabs).

As recently as 1939, the ethnic minority population in Britain was just 7,000. It had risen to 50,000 by 1951, as populations became more mobile following the Second World War, but white Britons retained a majority of 99.9 percent.

Only in the modern era of mass migration has a substantial non-European population emerged in Britain, with white Britons now being a minority in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Leicester.

Horrible Histories has been pushing a factually inaccurate, woke version of history on children for well over a decade, describing the Crusades – a defensive reaction to Islamic armies conquering the Christian Near East and besieging Constantinople – as “a time when the Christian people of Europe decided to go to war with the Islamic people in the Middle East just because they didn’t believe in the same things,” for example.

Every Briton who watches live television, even if none of it is BBC content, is required to fund the broadcaster by paying a television licence fee, or else face criminal fines backed by imprisonment for non-payment.

United Automobile Workers Strike Against Ford, General Motors, and Stellantis.

United Automobile Workers (UAW) members are taking unprecedented strike action against Ford, General Motors, and Stellantis at three plants across the Midwest, demanding wage increases on par with recent hikes in compensation for the chief executives of the three automakers as inflation bites.

Thousands of workers are striking at plants in Michigan, Missouri, and Ohio as bosses remain at loggerheads with UAW president Shawn Fain, offering workers roughly half the wage increase he is demanding and rejecting his other proposals on healthcare, pensions, and other issues of concern outright.

UAW workers have never downed tools at plants for all three companies at once, but the strikes are still targeted fairly narrowly, with the vast majority of the 150,000 unionized workers for the automakers continuing to work elsewhere – at least for now.

The prospect of a broader strike is worriesome for Joe Biden, who claims to be the “most pro-union president in American history,” especially as the UAW has not yet endorsed him for 2024 and members seem dissatisfied with his efforts – or lack thereof – to resolve the dispute.

“I don’t know what he’s done,” remarked Garry Quick Quick, UAW president in Fain’s hometown of Kokomo, Indiana.

“Ask him. I don’t think he knows what he’s done. Seriously. I’m not trying to be mean,” Quick added.

Immigrant Population Surges to 46 Million Under Biden.

U.S. Census Bureau statistics show the immigrant population in the United States now stands at some 46 million, having increased dramatically since Joe Biden replaced Donald Trump as President.

“The foreign-born population zoomed up,” said Brookings Institution demographer William Frey of the figures, noting that the “gain in 2022 was as big as the previous four years put together.”

The rise has been driven not just by a surge in illegal immigration, which the Biden regime has failed to control, but by the government going out of its way to import thousands of migrants from countries such as Afghanistan, as well as ramping up regular immigration.

Donald Trump has pledged to implement “a merit-based immigration system that protects American labor and promotes American values” if returned to the White House, and reimplement anti-illegal immigration policies such as ‘Remain in Mexico’ and a ban on ‘catch and release’.

He has also vowed more robust action at the southern border, vowing to not just finish the wall but take military action against the cartels and impose the death penalty on human traffickers.

TikTok Fined $368 Million.

European regulators have fined the Chinese Communist Party’s TikTok app $368 million for violating children’s privacy, making it the first time the platform has been penalized for breaching Europe’s strict data privacy rules. The Irish Data Protection Commission, the lead privacy regulator for major tech companies in Europe, fined TikTok 345 million euros and reprimanded the platform for violations that occurred during the second half of 2020. The investigation found that the sign-up process for teenage users made their accounts public by default, posing a risk to children under 13. Additionally, a feature intended for parents to manage settings allowed adults to enable direct messaging for users aged 16 and 17 without their consent.

TikTok, of course, disagreed with the decision and said the regulator’s criticisms focused on settings from three years ago. The company noted they had already implemented changes, such as making accounts for users under 16 private by default and disabling direct messaging for 13- to 15-year-olds.

TikTok is also under investigation for potentially violating the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation by transferring users’ personal information to its base in China.

In the past year, Instagram, WhatsApp, and their parent company Meta have also faced significant fines by the Irish regulator. To address concerns about security and user data ending up in China, TikTok has begun localizing European user data and has opened a data center in Dublin this month, the first of three centers planned for the continent.

Libya Flood Deaths Pass 11,000, With 10K Missing.

The death toll in eastern Libya following devastating floods has surpassed 11,000, according to the Libyan Red Crescent. On Friday, the organization reported least 11,300 people have died, with another 10,100 reported missing. Widespread flooding in the North African nation has been attributed to Mediterranean storm Daniel, which caused heavy rain, washed away entire neighborhoods, and carried bodies out to sea. The city of Derna was particularly affected, with two dams collapsing, resulting in the destruction of a quarter of the area. Local officials declared the city a disaster zone, with electricity and communication services cut off.

Aid from numerous countries has been pledged, but delivering supplies to the affected regions has proved challenging due to blocked roads and destroyed bridges. The ongoing political situation, where the country is divided between two warring governments, has further hindered rescue efforts. The lack of a functioning meteorological service has also been pointed out as a contributing factor to the high number of casualties. The head of the United Nations’ World Meteorological Organization stated on Thursday that most of the flooding-related deaths could have been prevented if the country had a reliable meteorological service in place.

Trump Dominates in South Carolina, DeSantis in 4th.

Former President Donald Trump is leading the Republican field in South Carolina, according to a new poll conducted by The Washington Post and Monmouth University. The poll reveals that 46 percent of potential voters back Trump, while the state’s former governor, Nikki Haley, follows in second place with 18 percent support. Senator Tim Scott received 10 percent of the support, and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is in fourth place on 9 percent.

The poll also found that 57 percent of GOP voters in South Carolina believe Joe Biden won the 2020 presidential election due to voter fraud, compared to 36 percent who believe the Democrat “won fair and square”. The figures are 87 percent versus seven percent among Trump supporters.

Examining South Carolina Republicans’ views on some specific issues, the pollsters found 49 percent believe “Whites losing out due to preferences for Blacks and Hispanics” is a bigger problem than “Blacks and Hispanics losing out due to preferences for Whites,” compared to 22 percent who hold the opposite view. Fifty-eight percent believe abortion should be illegal.
