Media Hides Migrant Origins of 5 ‘Germans’ Suspected of Gang-Rape.

German media is censoring the identities of five German nationals who allegedly gang-raped an 18-year-old Spanish girl and recorded it on their phones in a horrific attack on the Spanish island of Majorca. Major European media outlets are refusing to mention the five suspects had a foreign background, describing them simply as “Germans.”

A few headlines mentioned nationalities without context, or were intentionally vague in their descriptions, such as calling them “five German vacationers.” Only Spanish media outlet Ultima Hora mentioned that all the men had Turkish origins.

“The issue of migrant men, or those with a migration background, being portrayed simply as “Germans” when it comes to crime has been a theme over recent years, but we should expect this trend to continue and only get worse,” reports Remix.

Germany naturalizes foreign nationals quickly compared to many other countries with a high migrant population. They are immediately recognized in law as “Germans” by nationality after obtaining citizenship.

Germany’s struggle to integrate those with migrant backgrounds has also been demonstrated by the Berlin city government’s decision to check identity cards at public swimming pools to counter the surging violence often perpetrated by men with a migration background.

Frank Luntz FREAKS OUT Over Viral Trump Video.

A viral video blasting the Deep State, the indictment campaign against Donald Trump, and the state of U.S. election integrity has earned a hysterical reaction from RINO pollster and Biden family friend Frank Luntz, who called it “the most alarming political ad I’ve seen this year.”

Luntz, a former roommate of Kevin McCarthy who was sent Hunter Biden’s “love” in emails exposed by the First Son’s laptop leaks, ironically helped increase the virality of the video, which is not a political ad as such, being produced by the ‘Dilley Meme Team’ of grassroots Trump supporters @Lauren3veMemes, @badcarma6, and @MAGADevilDog.

https://twitter.com/FrankLuntz/status/1683875214952738819

The monologue used in the video is transcibed in full below:

If I was the Deep State and I wanted to destroy America, I would rig the election with a puppet candidate, one that was so compromised that they would never say a word about it. I would create a false flag that allows for mail-in ballots. I would be in charge of the ballot-counting machines. I would create a false flag to blame all who question the results of the election.

If I was the Deep State, I would prosecute anyone that went against me. I would sue and proseucte anyone that spoke up about the fraudulent election. I would use my powers to shut down all your Internet businesses and bankrupt you.

If I was the Deep State I would make everyone an example why you should never question a Democrat every winning an election. I would imprison my foes. I would use my corrupt DAs and blackmailed judges to destroy you. I would make sure all crimes I ever committed never happened. I would prosecute my biggest competition. I would make sure they could never run for office ever again.

If I was the Deep State I would convince everyone that Ukraine Nazis are good, and women are men.

If I was the Deep State I would own every politician that mattered.

If I was the Deep State I would push my pedophilia ambitions on you.

If I was the Deep State, you’d question your sexual identity but not the medical establishment.

If I was the Deep State you would fear to ever resist me.

If I was the Deep State you would wish I was really the Devil.

If I was the Deep State I would say, ‘mission accomplished’.

Hunter Pleads NOT GUILTY as Judge Demands Lawyers Revise Sweetheart Deal

UPDATE: Hunter Biden’s sweetheart deal with prosecutors has unraveled, with Judge Maryellen Noreika demanding lawyers revise its terms and the First Son pleading not guilty to tax crimes.

President Joe Biden’s eldest son initially called the deal off after prosecutors, under questioning from Judge Noreika, said it would not provide him with blanket immunity from future prosecution, prompting his lawyers to declare it was therefore “null and void”.

It was salvaged during a quick recess, with Hunter agreeing he would not be immune from future prosecution for, for example, FARA violations, while the prosecution agreed that a guilty plea to two misdemeanor tax crimes would see him protected from not just a felony gun charge, but for any gun, drug, and tax crimes from 2014 to 2019.

Judge Noreika remained skeptical of the plea deal’s “unusual” terms, however, and delayed her assent to it until after it is changed to clarify the limits on Hunter’s immunity from prosecution for various business dealings. Consequently, Hunter pleaded not guilty to the tax misdemeanors he was being charged with – although he will reverse this if the deal is revised to everyone’s satisfaction.

Court reporters suggest Judge Noreika was unhappy with the deal’s “unusual” and “non-standard terms” with respect to Hunter’s “broad immunity” from other charges. Earlier in the proceedings, they said she asked prosecutors “why it had been filed under a provision that gave her no legal authority to reject it.”

Prosecutor Leo Wise, asked if there was any precedent for a deal of this nature, told the judge: “No, your honor.”

Original article below:

Hunter’s Sweetheart Deal Unravels as Judge Expresses ‘Concerns’.

President Joe Biden’s eldest son had been expected to plead guilty to two misdemeanors related to his failure to pay taxes on well over a million dollars, with prosecutors recommending he be let off with probation. A separate felony gun charge which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison was to be essentially dropped altogether.

U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika, however, expressed “concerns” over the tax crime deal being linked to a gun crime deal, and pressed for more details on the agreement’s scope. Lawyers on both sides now say there is no longer a plea deal, and the court has been recessed.

The seeming collapse of the agreement – an extremely rare occurence – follows the judge accusing Hunter’s team of calling the court impersonating Republican lawyers who had filed an amicus brief related to alleged political interference into the Hunter investigation, in order to have it removed from the public docket.

While this issue was not directly addressed in the plea hearing, prosecutors claimed investigations into Hunter are ongoing.

Hunter Attorney Called Court Pretending to Be Republican Lawyer, Asked Clerk to Remove Whistleblower Evidence from Record.

Hunter Biden’s legal team attempted to defraud a judge tasked with approving his sweetheart deal with prosecutors after they called the court clerk, impersonated a Republican lawyer, and asked to have whistleblower evidence struck from the record.

The Ways and Means Committee of the House of Representatives had filed an amicus brief with U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika, detailing issues with the way Hunter’s case was handled and asking her to consider the “political interference which calls into question the propriety of the investigation” before approving the plea deal.

The amicus brief was soon removed from the public docket, however, with Ways and Means Committee lawyer Theodore Kittila saying the Clerk’s Office told him someone claiming to work for him asked for it to be removed. This turned out to be Jessica Bengels, of New York law firm of Latham & Watkins.

Judge Noreika demanded Hunter’s lawyers “show cause as to why sanctions should not be considered for misrepresentations to the Court,” with Bengels responding she “never indicated that I was calling from Mr. Kittila’s firm or that I worked with him in any way” and insisting the clerk had misunderstood her.

CCP-Linked PR Firm Promoted D.C. Protests

A Chinese public relations firm used over 70 fake news websites to promote pro-Chinese Communist Party (CCP) content to influence American political debate and likely organized protests in Washington D.C. last year, according to a report published on Monday by cybersecurity researchers Mandiant.

Haixun – a firm whose clientele includes the Chinese police force and CCP-aligned government agencies – claimed to have been publishing “independent” content but was actually disseminating information “strategically aligned with the political interests of the People’s Republic of China.”

It is highly probable that the company organized and promoted two protests in Washington, D.C.: the first against the US government’s ban on goods produced in China’s Xinjiang region, where the Uyghurs face systemic oppression as a religious minority. The second was against the 2022 International Religious Freedom Summit (IRF).

The protests witnessed people carrying placards and shouting slogans about racial discrimination and abortion restrictions in the US and were subsequently uploaded to social media. Both protests were “intended to sow discord in US society,” states senior Mandiant analyst Ryan Serabian.

Liu Pengyu, a spokesman for the Chinese Embassy in Washington D.C., risibly told CNN in response: “China has always adhered to non-interference in other countries’ internal affairs.”

Journo Favorite Mastodon Has a Pedophilia Problem.

Mastodon – a social media platform popular with leftist “reporters” – is also coincidentally littered with highly explicit child sexual abuse material (CSAM), a new study from Stanford’s Internet Observatory has found.

Researchers located 112 instances of CSAM across 325,000 posts on Mastodon within just two days. The first instance of took the researchers only five minutes to find. There were also 713 uses of the 20 most prevalent CSAM hashtags that contained video or audio media and another 1,217 text posts linked to “off-site CSAM trading or grooming of minors.”

“We found that on one of the largest Mastodon instances in the Fediverse [a group of federated social networking services], 11 of the top 20 most commonly used hashtags were related to pedophilia,” the study adds.

“We got more photo DNA hits in a two-day period than we’ve probably had in the entire history of our organization of doing any kind of social media analysis, and it’s not even close,” David Thiel, one of the researchers told The Washington Post.

Mastodon is a “federated” social media platform through which people can join servers or “instances” that are separate yet interconnected, enabling users to interact with one another across multiple platforms. However, such platforms often have more permissive guidelines. Mastodon, for example, employs one person to moderate content on the platform compared to sites like Meta, which have thousands of moderators.

Pedophile networks are not merely restricted to federated platforms, however. It was discovered that “an enormous pedophile network” was operating on Instagram earlier this year.

Wreckage from a crane ablaze plummeted into the street in Hell’s Kitchen on the Westside of Manhattan, NY early Wednesday morning. The incident is said to have caused multiple injuries.

Dramatic video shows the boom of the crane collapse as the cabin burns, smashing into nearby high-rises before coming completely loose and plunging into the street below.

Reports indicate that a fireman and four civilians were hurt, but that their injuries are non-life-threatening.

The New York City Fire Department (FDNY) were saying they were still “operating at a crane collapse and fire at 550 Tenth Avenue in Manhattan” as of the time of publication, advising New Yorkers to avoid the area.

The cause of the fire is yet to be disclosed.

PLEASE CLAP: Pence Applauded By 2 People for Saying He Couldn’t Stop 2020 Steal.

Former Vice President Mike Pence – whose campaign to wrest the Republican presidential nomination from Donald Trump is limping on despite a near-total lack of grassroots support – took aim at his former boss over the 2020 election on the campaign trail, but earned little response from the crowd.

Speaking to a small and bored-looking group of Iowans, the ex-Veep was taken to task by one voter who believes he should have sent dubious votes from some states back to their legislatures for further examination. Pence took the establishment line, telling the woman he had no authority to do so.

WATCH:

“I know by God’s grace I did exactly what the Constitution of the United States required of me that day; I kept my oath,” he said of his actions at the Electoral College vote count in Congress on January 6th 2021.

“The Constitution affords no authority for the Vice President or anyone else to reject votes or return votes to the states,” he insisted, although law professors such as John Eastman believed the Vice President was indeed the final arbiter at the time.

“I want to tell you, with all due respect, I said before, I said when I announced, President Trump was wrong about my authority that day, and he’s still wrong. I believe it with all my heart,” Pence added.

This broadside against the 45th President elicited a single lonely burst of applause from a person at the event, who quickly lost confidence. One other attendee belatedly offered a few quiet claps after the first person had already given up. Pence, for the most part, was left without audible support, standing awkwardly amid the decidedly unenthusiastic crowd.

shutdown

A U.S. Government Shutdown Looms.

Members of both political parties anticipate a federal government shutdown as early as September over the U.S. government’s budget for 2024. The GOP is proposing a number of new bills that would slash the federal budget by up to $115 billion, returning government spending to its 2022 levels. Democrats, however, are already making it clear that they would reject any attempts to cut government spending.

Negotiators from both parties are increasingly incapable of finding a consensus over the Appropriations bill, which is responsible for funding the Education Department, the Labor Department, the Department of Health, and more. Republicans are also pushing to cut funding to other agencies, including the Consumer Product Safety Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Leading Democrats are explicit in their willingness to shut the government down in response to Republican spending plans. Democratic Chair of the Senate Veterans’ Affairs Committee and Senator from Montana, Jon Tester, recently stated: “If you want to shut down, we will shut down. If they want to get the bills done, we’ll get the bills done.”

A government shutdown could disrupt the working schedules of up to 800,000 federal workers and potentially have wider ramifications for the U.S. economy, interfering with important federal services, such as food safety inspections and the Internal Revenue Service.

Notably, a survey from Rasmussen Reports found the majority of Americans would prefer a government shutdown to cut federal spending than avoiding a government shutdown to authorize higher federal expenditure.

Germany Frustrated by Ukraine’s Failing Counteroffensive.

A confidential report published ($) in the German newspaper Bild has revealed the German army’s frustration with Ukraine as it has hitherto failed to make the great gains it expected through the summer counteroffensive.

Germany has blamed Ukrainian tactics and decisions by officers and troops alike to ignore the methods they were taught during their Western training exercises. The Ukrainian army is splitting its forces into smaller units of ten to thirty soldiers to attack Russian positions, which negates any advantages they may have obtained through the West’s training or weaponry.

“Some of the troop units are divided up in so many small sections that each troop unit does something, but a joint combat leadership is not recognisable,” resulting in an increased risk of friendly fire, the document states.

Around 5,000 Ukrainian soldiers have been trained in Germany but have quickly reverted back to the orders of their officers, the majority of whom have little regard for Western militarist principles such as “fire and move.”

Russian President Vladimir Putin has already taken to bragging that “there is no counteroffensive” as a result of Ukraine’s lack of progress, explaining, “[a]ll attempts by the enemy to break through our defenses… they have not been successful for the entire time of the offensive.”
