MTG Pushes Censure for Hamas Useful Idiot Rashida Tlaib.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene is seeking to censure Democratic Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib over her views on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, announcing on X that Tlaib is an “Israel hating American hating woman who does not represent anything America stands for.”

Greene – known as ‘MTG’ – blasted Tlaib as the “Hamas Caucus Leader” in Congress after her colleague led a pro-Palestinian insurrection on Capitol Hill on Wednesday.

Tlaib has repeated Hamas’ false claim that an Israeli airstrike killed hundreds of people in a Gaza Strip hospital, and criticized President Biden for not showing empathy towards Palestinian civilians.

Prosecutors Drop Felony Charges Against Sidney Powell in Plea Deal Including $6000 Fine and ‘Apology Letter’.

Lawyer Sidney Powell has agreed to plead guilty to reduced charges in Georgia related to efforts to resolve the 2020 election. Powell was charged with violating the state’s anti-racketeering law alongside Trump and 17 others, and entered the plea one day before jury selection was set to begin. Initially charged with racketeering and six other counts, prosecutors allege that Powell participated in an unauthorized breach of election equipment in a rural Georgia county elections office.

The deal marks a significant shift for prosecutors and Powell together, however.

While prosecutors maintain Powell conspired with others to gain unauthorized access to election equipment, she was sentenced to six years of probation, which the New York Times accepts is “a significantly less-severe outcome than she would have faced if found guilty of the charges for which she was originally indicted”.

Powell was fined $6,000 and agreed to pay $2,700 restitution to the State of Georgia, as well as write an apology letter “to the citizens of the state of Georgia.”

RFK Suddenly Wants Reparations for Black Americans, Just as Biden is Losing Them to Trump.

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has announced his support for issuing reparations black Americans, just as recent polling shows President Joe Biden hemorrhaging black votes to former President Donald J. Trump. The CIA-run campaign now believes federal dollars should be used to rebuild black infrastructure such as banks and businesses, and to provide direct redress payments or tax credits to the descendants of victims of Jim Crow.

This week, popular black rap artist ‘Waka Flocka Flame’ endorsed Trump, as an increasing number of Black Americans report they were more financially secure under Donald Trump.

Now, as a result of the clear ploy to use RFK to as a spoiler, anti-Trump candidate, the so-called “independent” is arguing that repair is necessary for communities targeted by discrimination.

Murdoch’s New York Post reported the move as a shift to the left of Biden, with neocon, pro-DeSantis reporter Diana Glebova attempting to insinuate this was not a spoiler move for the communities within which Trump is making historic inroads.

NYC Mayor Eric Adams is Using AI Deepfakes of Himself Speaking Mandarin, Spanish to ‘Robocall’ Residents.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams is facing criticism for having his team create audio “deepfakes” of himself speaking Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Spanish, and even Yiddish in order to spam four million residents with “robocalls” in multiple languages.

Adams, who admits the only thing he can really say in Mandarin is “ni hao” (hello), claims his administration is “becoming more welcoming by using technology to speak a multitude of languages.”

Albert Fox Cahn of the Surveillance Technology Oversight Project, however, says the scheme is a “creepy vanity project” and “deeply unethical”, not least because the robocalls do not inform residents they are listening to an AI-generated facsimile of Adams, and not the real Mayor.

“Using AI to convince New Yorkers that he speaks languages that he doesn’t is deeply Orwellian,” Cahn said.

Adams, a Democrat who has opposed Donald Trump’s border wall and supported sanctuary city policies, is already facing criticism not just for his role in fomenting the ongoing migrant crisis in the Big Apple, but for admitting it “will destroy” the city if it continues – angering open borders diehards.

WATCH: Trump Lawyer Alina Habba Torches Letitia James in Courthouse Broadside.

Donald Trump’s lawyer Alina Habba blasted partisan New York Attorney General Letitia James over her farcical claims that Trump purposefully overvalued his Mar-a-Lago property in Florida as collateral for loans used in his New York businesses.

“I think you guys need to understand something. Banks hire appraisers…. you are an individual, you go to get something appraised. You say my house is worth X. The bank doesn’t take your word for it. They hire people like that gentleman [an appraiser] to go do their own values,” Habba told the press outside the courtroom. “Now those values are going to be lower than the ones that the homeowner or the commercial real estate owner would use. It is very basic.”

If you take Trump Tower and you take the Trump name off of that building and you put Letitia James’s name on that building.

– Alina Habba, October 2023.

Habba turned her attention to James, stating: “That’s not what this case is about. It has nothing to do with this. Because the statement of financial condition was actually low. The statement of financial condition didn’t include Trump’s ‘brand’… If you take Trump Tower and you take the Trump name off of that building and you put Letitia James’s name on that building, it will not be what it is worth when Donald Trump owns it.”

WATCH:

Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron previously ruled that Trump had far-over estimated the value of his Mar-a-Lago property, citing the tax assessed value as only being $18 million. Real estate experts have estimated the property to be worth between $200 million and $750 million – far above the amount decided by Judge Engoron.

More DeSantis Donors Drop, Shift Support to Nikki Haley.

Investor Keith Rabois and his same-sex spouse Jacob Helberg – both strong backers of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis – appear to have defected to the camp of former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley, and will be hosting an “intimate private reception” to raise money for her later this month.

“I want to say very clearly that my husband and I are significant supporters of [DeSasntis] and all his policies,” Rabois said as recently as three months ago, adding he and Helberg “think what he’s doing in Florida is the recipe that should be copied in every state – period, without exception.”

With the DeSantis campaign failing to gain traction against Donald Trump, however, this no longer appears to be the case, with the pair’s $10,000-per-head fundraiser for Haley due to take place under the Florida Governor’s nose in Miami.

Rabois and Helberg are “very much on board” with Haley and “really like her,” according to ABC News. At the time of publication, Rabois’s most recent X post was a repost of Nikki Haley’s take on the Israel-Hamas conflict. Haley and DeSantis recently clashed on the subject, making Rabois’s repost particularly pertinent.

They are not the first members of the donor class to have abandoned DeSantis. Ken Griffin, a billionaire money manager who had previously indicated he would help to bankroll DeSantis’s run at the presidency, announced he was “on the sidelines” following the first GOP primary debate, where the Floridian failed to distinguish himself despite Trump’s absence.

“It’s not clear to me what voter base [DeSantis] is intending to appeal to,” Griffin said at the time.

Biden DOJ Pushes For Jan 6 Convicts to Get Even Longer Sentences.

Joe Biden’s Justice Department has filed appeals against the sentencing of Proud Boys handed terms of 15 to 22 years over January 6th, arguing they should be locked up for even longer.

Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio, who is approaching 40, was convicted on Civil War-era seditious conspiracy charges and sentenced to 22 years by U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly, despite not actually being in the Capitol on Jan 6. Biden’s Justice Department, which asked for 33 years, insists this isn’t enough.

Prosecutors also requested a sentence of 33 years for Joseph Biggs, 30 years for Zachary Rehl, and 27 years for Ethan Nordean. All received long terms of 17, 15, and 18 years, respectively. Ghis has not satisfied the Justice Department, and their sentences are also being appealed.

Defense attorneys have branded the Biden regime’s efforts to increase the sentences “ridiculous,” and expressed confidence their own planned appeals to quash their clients’ convictions will prevail.

FTX Skirted Campaign Finance Laws To Funnel Stolen Customer Funds to Democrats.

Executives at the bankrupt crypto-exchange and hedge fund FTX used employees as straw donors to funnel stolen customer money to Democrat political campaigns in 2022. The revelations come from testimony from Nishad Singh, the company’s director of engineering, at the trial of FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried on Monday.

According to Singh, he acted as a straw donor under the direction of Ryan Salame, another FTX executive. Salame would access Singh’s bank account and direct funds to be sent to a political candidate. Singh would then approve the transaction after Salame notified him through an encrypted messaging app.

“My role was to click a button,” he told the court.

Singh, FTX’s second biggest political donor, handled contributions to Democrats, contributing $418,500 to left-wing candidates and committees – including a $36,500 contribution to the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee. Since 2020, Singh has contributed just under $10 million – mostly to Democrats.

Singh’s donations to Democrat candidates, however, weren’t coming out of his own pocket. “It was useful for my name to be associated with some donations, even if the end recipient understood they were really coming from something else,” Singh testified. Instead, Singh’s bank account received regular deposits from Alameda Research – FTX’s ‘in house’ trading firm. The money Alameda deposited came directly from customer accounts with FTX.

FTX executive Ryan Salame has already pled guilty for his roll in the campaign finance scheme.

Poll Data Reveals RFK’s Run Will Steal Election from Trump.

An NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist National poll shows third-party candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. helping secure an easy victory for President Joe Biden over former President Donald Trump in a 2024 showdown. Since Kennedy announced his departure from the Democratic race to run as an independent, speculation has emerged about whom he would impact more negatively: Trump or Biden.

The poll suggests if Kennedy were to be factored into the election, Biden would emerge the winner with a seven point lead over Trump. The current poll results show Biden with 44 percent of the vote, followed by Trump with 37 percent, and Kennedy with 16 percent. Three percent remain undecided.

“Although it’s always tricky to assess the impact of a third-party candidate, right now Kennedy alters the equation in Biden’s favor.”

– Lee M. Miringoff, Director of the Marist College Institute for Public Opinion

Among party preferences, the poll indicates Biden loses five percentage points among Democrats, while Trump loses ten points among Republicans when Kennedy is included on the ballot. Despite being criticized by his own family, Kennedy’s presence in the election might be beneficial to Democrats, with a notable one in six voters expressing a desire for an alternative option, particularly amongst independents.

The survey was conducted on October 11 among 1,313 American adults.

DeStitute: Almost Every Dollar RDS Raised in Third Quarter Is Gone.

Republican presidential hopeful Ron DeSantis has burned up $11.1 million of the $11.2 million he raised across July, August, and September, with no progress in the polls to show for it and donors increasingly reluctant to throw good money after bad.

New filings show a campaign running out of firepower, with almost $6 million spent in July, with a precipitous drop to $3.8 million in August, followed by a crash to $1.3 million in September.

They also show DeSantis’s campaign operation, which once boasted by far the biggest staff in the GOP race, is still being slashed, with 90 people on the payroll in summer, compared to 63 by the end of September.

The Florida Governor’s penchant for private jet use appears to have been eating up even more more than payroll costs, however, with payments to N2024D LLC, IsraJets, Empyreal Jet, Silver Air Private Jets, Advanced Aviation Team, and Avion Aviation making over $1.5 million from him.

While the campaign boasted of having raised $15 million last quarter, this pales in comparison to Trump’s $45M haul, and electoral rules mean only $5M of the DeSantis cash can legally be used in the primary, with the rest held in reserve for a potential general election battle.
