DATA: Trump Polls Just 10 Points Behind Biden… in New York!

Former President Donald Trump is running just 10 points behind incumbent Joe Biden in heavily Democrat New York state according to a new poll. Conducted by Siena College, the poll shows Biden capturing just 46 percent of the vote, with Donald Trump on his heels at 36 percent.

In 2020, Biden won New York’s 29 presidential electors with just over 60 percent of the vote compared to Trump’s 37.7 percent. The Siena College poll comes on the heels of several 2024 general election surveys showing former President Trump pulling ahead of Biden. Multilevel Regression and Poststratification (MRP) modeling conducted by Stack Data Strategy indicates that Trump is by-and-large the favorite to win the 2024 presidential election with 292 electoral votes, flipping Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Gavin Wax, President of the New York Young Republican Club in Manhattan, told The National Pulse on Monday: “New Yorkers are waking up to the carnage around them. Increasingly, people are turning to Trump as the only viable way to save America and this once great city. That’s why we’ll be honoring the 45th President at our gala next month, and why we continue to work week-in week-out to take the MAGA message out into this state. Sometimes against the odds, but no longer against the trend.”

Two weeks ago, the New York Times/Siena College survey found Donald Trump defeating Joe Biden in five of the six critical 2024 swing states. The poll also found support for Trump hitting unprecedented rates among ethnic minorities and young Americans, with voters under 30 preferring Biden by just one percentage point. Biden’s lead among Hispanics has dwindled to single digits, and almost one-quarter of black voters – 22 percent – intend to vote for Trump, which is “a level unseen in presidential politics for a Republican in modern times.”

Democrat Says Pro-‘Palestine’ Riot Outside DNC ‘Rattled’ Her More Than Jan 6.

A pro-Palestine demonstration outside the Democratic National Committee (DNC) building has left Rep. Debbie Dingell, D-Mich., feeling more “rattled” than the Jan. 6 Capitol riots. During the protest, exits were blocked and clashes ensued between the police and protestors, causing Dingell to be temporarily trapped inside the Capitol Hill office building. Multiple officers reported injuries from the violent confrontation, including being punched and pepper-sprayed, according to police reports.

“This rattled me more than January 6th (attack) did,” Dingell told The Detroit News. “I was scared. Someone is going to get hurt at one of these things. They can get out of control.”

The demonstrators, numbering approximately 150 according to Capitol Police, were advocating for a ceasefire in the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict. However, the protest escalated into violence. Video footage from the scene indicates that several protestors engaged in shoving matches with police officers. There were also alleged attempts at breaching the DNC building by some participants.

The congresswoman was confined inside the building for about an hour during the disturbing event. House Democratic leadership later conceded that the protest “exceeded a peaceful demonstration.”

How Media Matters, Trying to Bankrupt ‘X’, is Linked to Biden & the Plot to Stop Trump.

Joe Biden‘s Super PAC, Unite the Country, was recently led by a former aide to the President, who in addition to having involvement in Hunter Biden’s business deals, is also linked to Media Matters for America, the Soros-backed “news” site currently attempting to bankrupt Elon Musk’s X (formerly Twitter).

In the first half of 2023, Unite the Country disbursed over $60,000 for “fundraising consulting” to Prairie Avenue Advisors LLC, a Chicago-based company registered to Mark Doyle, who served as a senior adviser to Biden in the Senate, as well as the national finance director of Biden’s 2008 presidential bid. He later became chairman of Unite the Country.

Unite the Country has also joined forces with another Democratic Super PAC called American Bridge Group to form a $175 million anti-Trump coalition.

American Bridge Group was founded by conservative activist-turned-liberal henchman David Brock in November 2010. Brock, now labeled “one of the most influential political operatives in the Democratic Party,” also founded Media Matters in 2004.

The relationship between Media Matters and American Bridge is explicit, and extends beyond merely sharing an office in Washington D.C..

The pair are intertwined via their “Strategic Plan for Action” to fight the 45th U.S. President, which asserts, “We are going to resist the normalization of Donald Trump. His every conflict of interest, his every bit of cronyism, his every move toward authoritarianism, his every subversion of our democratic systems and principles, his every radical departure from foreign and domestic policy norms.”

Mark Doyle and Hunter Biden.

Doyle, who was also registered as a foreign agent on behalf of the Serbian government during Joe Biden’s stint as Vice President, exchanged multiple emails with Hunter Biden in which they discussed potential business dealings with the then-Serbian prime Minister Boris Tadic and other “high net worth” Serbians.

Doyle wrote to Hunter in 2010, “I think you mentioned that you spoke to them about putting you in front of high net worth individuals and they are ready to do that, and to have you meet Tadic as well. I am going there with Milan in May, and I think they are looking for you to join.”

Hunter responded several hours later, remarking that “Markie in the Middle” would be the name of the “reality show” he would produce before expressing interest in meeting high-profile Serbians. “How about we go over around May 10th. JRB will be in Madrid and I can catch a ride with him and fly over to Serbia and back with you.”

The two also corresponded with Eric Schwerin, a founding partner of Hunter’s now-dissolved firm Rosemont Seneca Partners, who visited the White House no less than 27 times during the Obama administration. Schwerin is widely considered to have been instrumental in Hunter’s expansion into China, from which the entire Biden family financially profited, as was recently established by the House Oversight and Accountability Committee.

While recent Media Matters aggression towards Elon Musk and his X platform may at first seem arbitrary, the moves are evidently part of a wider attempt to muzzle American conservatives and restrict free speech: a critical weapon in the arsenal of Biden regime dissidents.

Engoron’s ‘Co-Judge’ Law Clerk, Allison Greenfield, Attended Anti-Trump Events Endorsing Biden & Tish James, Spurred on By Impeachment Leader Dan Goldman.

Allison Greenfield, law clerk to Judge Arthur Engoron, has been recently involved with leading anti-Trump organizations in New York City, and has even been caught on camera attending the “Fall Event” of a group called the “Grand Street Democrats” in October 2022.

Greenfield – whose partisan activities were the basis for Judge Arthur Engoron’s now-overturned gag order against President Donald Trump – has been advising Engoron throughout the case, notably glaring at Trump and rolling her eyes during presentations by Trump’s lawyers, according to in-court witnesses.

Footage posted to the Judicial Protest X account early November shows Greenfield at the Grand St Dems event where speakers and the organization itself endorsed Attorney General Letitia James, whose partisan campaigning sparked the case against Trump in the first instance. The group has also endorsed James on its website:

Greenfield is also featured prominently on the Grand St Dems pages, and can be seen in the video, below, cheering for Joe Biden and even exclaiming, “Marijuana, heh heh heh!” at one point in the video (1:02), raising questions about her own potential drug use and advocacy:

This level of involvement in highly partisan activity is wildly unusual for a law clerk, especially one presiding over a trial of a former president and current presidential candidate running against the very people Greenfield is heard cheering on in the video.

Speakers at the event hurled epithets at Trump supporters, calling the MAGA movement “dangerous” and “anti-democratic,” while also claiming to have seen “the consequences of the former president [Trump]” in New York.

An image of Greenfield posing with far-left activists for the Grand St Dems Instagram page was even “liked” by former lead counsel in the first Trump impeachment, Dan Goldman, highlighting the anti-Trump nature of the event.

By her own admission, Greenfield has acted as a “co-judge” in the New York case against Donald Trump – something highly inappropriate for an unelected member of court staff. Greenfield has gone so far as to refer to herself and the judge using the term ‘we‘ at a candidate forum. Greenfield, at the time, was seeking office as a judge on the Manhattan Civil Court.

At the same candidate forum, Greenfield stated her judicial philosophy would be driven not by the facts and the law, but by political considerations. She said: “[o]ne thing that I think is incredibly important to consider, what would the people who elected me want me to do and is there any precedent… that would allow me to achieve that outcome.”
Greenfield’s view of the law is far outside the judicial mainstream, and in clear violation of New York’s Rules of Judicial Conduct which state: “A judge shall be faithful to the law and maintain professional competence in it. A judge shall not be swayed by partisan interests, public clamor or fear of criticism.” Another concerning revelation is that Greenfield has been in violation of  the Rules of Judicial Conduct throughout the course of the trial dude to her political contributions:

The mistrial filing cited above, provides nearly three pages of political contributions made in excess of the limits set by the Rules for Judicial Conduct. Some of the groups Greenfield contributed to, while the civil fraud case against Trump was pending, included organizations that were actively and publicly supporting Letitia James for Attorney General – raising further concerns regarding partisan impropriety by Engoron’s law clerk.

Less than two weeks before James filed her civil fraud case against former President Trump, the Grand Street Democrats organization posted on X (formerly Twitter):

The mistrial filing by former President Trump’s attorneys also makes clear that much of this information was hidden from the public and the court because of Engoron’s gag order. Late on Friday, November 17th, Engoron rejected the mistrial filing, claiming the long trail of evidence against Greenfield was “without merit”.

Will Upton contributed to this report.

DATA: Majority Believe Cheating ‘Likely’ In 2024 Election.

The integrity of American elections continue to be a dominant concern among the electorate as we head into in to the 2024 election cycle. According to new data from Rasmussen Reports, 56 percent of Americans believe the outcome of the 2024 presidential election will be impacted by cheating.

Mail-in ballots are of special concern to respondents with 51 percent saying they believe the practice made cheating in elections more likely. Just 15 percent think the use of mail-in-ballots made cheating harder to accomplish. Nearly two-thirds of voters say they believe it is important to ensure there is no cheating int he 2024 election.

According to Rasmussen, the results of the November survey show little change from their September findings, indicating voter concern over election integrity remains strong among the likely 2024 electorate. The Heritage Foundation maintains a database documenting over 1,400 confirmed cases of voter fraud that have resulted in 1,264 criminal convictions.

Last week a ‘coding error’ caused voting machines in a Pennsylvania county to erroneously tabulate votes on a ballot question asking whether two Superior Court Judges should be retained.  The Pennsylvania Department of State said the error was isolated to machines in Northampton and only impacted the retention question for the two judges. County officials said the ballots would be hand tabulated with votes in the judicial retention question switched back to compensate for the tabulation error.

The National Pulse previously reported most voting machines will not meet new federal standards in time for the 2024 election, renewing concerns about legitimacy of the results. Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has refused to address serious concerns about vulnerabilities in the state’s Dominion voting machines raised in the Halderman Report.

DeSantis Polls in FIFTH PLACE Behind Haley, Christie, & Vivek in New Hampshire.

Republican presidential hopeful Ron DeSantis’s numbers are worsening in New Hampshire, with the Florida Governor now polling at a mere seven percent in the Granite State.

Donald Trump remains far out in front on 46 percent, but neoconservative Nikki Haley also has well over twice the support of the Florida Governor on 18 percent, and Never-Trump candidate Chris Christie is also comfortably in front on 11 percent.

Vivek Ramaswamy, a tech entrepreneur who has never served in the White House nor a governor’s mansion, like the top three GOP candidates, is also ahead of DeSantis now, on eight percent.

DeSantis last placed this low in New Hampshire months ago. At the time, Mike Pence was still in the race, so the Floridian might have expected to pick up more support with the former vice president dropping out. That fifth-place finish was actually slightly stronger than this one, however, seeing him poll at 10 percent.

DeSantis’s ever-declining fortunes suggest his participation in the three GOP debates boycotted by Trump have done nothing to help him establish himself as a clear alternative to the MAGA honcho, and time is running out for him to gain any momentum at all.

Nikki Haley Hires Romney-Ryan Money Man Amidst JP Morgan Endorsement Chatter.

Spencer Zwick, a GOP fundraiser with deep connections to mega-donors, is reportedly joining Nikki Haley’s 2024 Republican presidential primary campaign. A founding partner of Solamere Capital, Zwick served as National Fundraising Chair on Mitt Romney’s 2012 presidential campaign, and is known to have connections to GOP mega-donors with deep pockets.

In early October, Zwick hosted several of the Republican presidential candidates at his annual E2 Summit in Deer Valley, Utah. The question of ‘How to defeat Donald Trump‘ dominated much of the discussion at the event. According to Zwick, those in attendance were “sincerely looking for an alternative to Donald Trump.” In joining the Haley campaign, Zwick appears to have not just found his Trump-alternative, but hoping to convince the Republican establishment that she is the alternative as well.

The Haley campaign staffing news comes amidst chatter that JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon has been holding private, informal phone conversations with the candidate. The private conversations have lead to increasing speculation that Dimon is close to endorsing – and financially backing – the former Governor of South Carolina and U.N. Ambassador’s presidential bid.

While Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’s campaign continues to falter, Haley has used two relatively strong debate performances to build some momentum among ‘Anti-Trump’ primary voters. Polling now shows Haley and DeSantis in a close battle for second place nationally, while the former-U.N. Ambassador has pulled ahead of DeSantis in the early primary states of New Hampshire and South Carolina. Former President Donald Trump continues to hold a near insurmountable lead in primary polling and is by-far-and-away the front-runner for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination.

Senator Joe Manchin Says He’s Down to Run for President.

Democratic Senator of West Virginia Joe Manchin announced in an interview with NBC’s Kristen Welker his potential consideration for running for president as a third-party candidate in 2024.

Manchin has previously skirted questions on presidential aspirations. Despite acknowledging that there’s ample time for a third-party candidate, he maintained, “It’s not about me.” However, his participation in a July event hosted by the centrist group “No Labels” did raise questions about his potential White House campaign.

He suggested that President Joe Biden had been “pushed too far to the left” on policies ranging from engird to migration, citing the unprecedented levels of migration at the U.S.-Mexico border. He also said he does not believe Biden and Harris are in the strongest position to defeat former President Donald Trump.

“I’m going to do everything in my power to make sure, to mobilize that moderate, sensible, commonsense middle,” he explained.

“The business of politics has gotten so big because the business model is a Democrat business and a Republican business and it’s really forgotten about the people to a certain extent,” he added.

This comes as his most explicit potential presidential ambition statement, following last week’s declaration that he would not pursue reelection in 2024. This decision sets the stage for an almost certain switch of his seat to a Republican holder, sparking further speculation about his potential presidential bid.

Leftist Dark Money Network Raised $1.3 Billion to Fund Progressive Activism in 2022.

The New Venture Fund, Sixteen Thirty Fund, Windward Fund, Hopewell Fund, and North Fund managed by Arabella Advisors raised $1.3 billion in anonymous donations last year, according to new tax filings.

The Arabella network has emerged as a major left-wing dark money conduit in recent years, with each fund able to hide its donors while acting as a sponsor for other left-wing nonprofits, thus avoiding the submission of revealing tax documents to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

“The North Fund is an advocacy nonprofit collaborating with community leaders and organizers to engage Americans in their democracy and fighting for equality across the country,” said one of the funds when quizzed on its activity. “We accomplish this through our fiscal sponsorship model, which allowed us to support a broad range of impactful partners in 2022,” it added.

On several occasions the funds wired substantial sums of money to each other, making it even harder to trace their activities.

“In 2022 alone, these groups spent $1.4 billion to push our country toward more extreme causes and candidates,” commented Americans for Public Trust director Caitlin Sutherland.

“As the 2024 election cycle ramps up, the American people deserve to know just how much influence the foreign-backed Arabella network has on our local, state, and federal elections.”

The network has been used by foreign billionaires to influence American politics, and has links to a lawfare campaign to ban Donald Trump from running for the presidency in 2024.

Pentagon Fails Audit for 6th Year Running.

The Pentagon has made no progress on bringing its multi-trillion dollar budget under control, with just seven out of 30 annual sub-audits being given a clean bill of health – exactly the same as in 2022.

With the Department of Defense (DOD) boasting $3.8 trillion in assets and $4 trillion in liabilities, the sums of money the Pentagon and independent auditors have been unable to account for is vast – yet officials have spun the findings as a “sixth year of progress” instead of acknowledging them as a sixth year of failure.

Pentagon Comptroller Michael McCord even appeared to indicate it is unreasonable for taxpayers to expect a clean or “unmodified” opinion on its budget, complaining that “[i]f even one large component of DOD, such as a military department, doesn’t have an unmodified opinion, it’s mathematically impossible for the entire department to have one,” and dismissing the fiasco as “not a surprise.”

Even before the 2023 audit, House Republicans had been grilling the Pentagon on its careless and opaque use of public money, with Rep. Glenn Grothman (R-Wisc.) observing at a hearing earlier this year that “[t]he American people work diligently to earn every dollar, but it seems the [Defense Department] has become a master of squandering those funds without batting an eye.”
