WATCH: Racist Joe, Losing Black Support, Talks Basketball Over Fried Chicken.

Joe Biden has shared a video of himself eating fried chicken with a black family in the swing state of North Carolina, where Donald Trump’s lead has been as high as ten points in recent polls.

The video focuses on Raleigh man Walter Fitz, who has had some of his student loan debt forgiven by Biden regime policies, and his sons, Christian and Carter. Biden, whose team reportedly brought the chicken to the Fitz house, talks to the boys about basketball.

Critics have denounced the video, which opens with Biden saying: “Oh man, you got chicken fingers, you got the whole deal,” as “phony cringe pandering,” comparing it to Hillary Clinton telling a black interviewer she carries hot sauce with her at all times in 2016.

Christian Fitz said the Democrat was “cool” and had “a lot of stories to tell,” but asked him: “[H]ow do you like to run for President, and like, why? Why do you keep doing it?”

Biden, 81, won a sizable majority of the black vote in 2020, but Trump’s share was the largest of any Republican presidential candidate for decades, and the Democrat’s black approval rating is now negative.

Biden is also struggling with Latino voters, another key demographic for the Democrats in 2020, as a result of the border crisis.

The 46th President has a long history of actual racism. In 2010, he eulogized Senator Robert Byrd, a former Ku Klux Klan senior. Biden called Byrd “one of my mentors” and said “the Senate is a lesser place for his going.”

This Little-Used Congressional Mechanism Could Help Ukraine-Firsters Fast Track Cash to Zelensky.

Proponents of the $95 billion ‘aid’ package for Ukraine in the House of Representatives are exploring using the little-used “discharge petition” mechanism to force a floor vote on a Senate bill that passed early Tuesday morning.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) vowed to ignore the Senate measure, but a floor vote would automatically occur if 218 House members signed the so-called discharge petition. While using discharge petitions in the House is rare — and rarely successful — the legislative maneuver is the most likely path for the Ukraine aid bill to receive a floor vote.

How It Might Work.

The first step in setting up a discharge petition showdown in the House will begin once Speaker Johnson refers the Senate-passed Ukraine funding bill to a relevant committee of jurisdiction. The assigned committee can sit on the bill for 30 days before proponents of the legislation can file their petition. To force the bill out of committee and onto the floor for an up-or-down vote, proponents will need to secure 218 signatures in favor of discharging the legislation.

House Democrats have an active discharge petition with 213 signatures — first circulated during the debt limit fight last year. If Democrats moved to use this petition for the Ukraine funding bill, they’d likely lose a handful of progressive signatories over the legislation’s aid earmarked for Israel but almost certainly pick up some RINO-Republican votes.

No Guarantees.

With 200 or so Democrat signatories, the next step will be to gain signatures among Republicans in support of the Ukraine funding. Amassing signatories from the majority is easier said than done. Previous discharge petitions have failed at this stage as Members of Congress in the majority are loathe to break ranks — especially if they believe they’ll be punished by leadership.

However, whether the Ukraine funding bill is held up in committee or held from the floor by Speaker Johnson, an attempt at forcing a vote via discharge petition appears likely. If Ukraine funding proponents can gain 218 signatories, not even Speaker Johnson can prevent a floor vote on the $95 billion Ukraine funding bill.

The last time a discharge petition was successful was in 2015, when proponents of the Ex-Im Bank forced a floor vote on its reauthorization.

DATA: Americans Want Voter ID, Paper Ballots, Early Voting, & Election Day Holidays.

Survey data from Pew Research has revealed that Americans overwhelmingly want voter ID laws, paper ballots, early voting, and election day holidays.

A massive 81 percent of respondents said they favor requiring people to show government-issued photo identification to vote, and 82 percent said they favor requiring paper ballot backups for electronic voting machines. Seventy-two percent of those polled said they were in favor of making Election Day a national holiday, while 76 percent say early voting should be available for two weeks prior to Election Day.

The survey also revealed that Americans are far more divided along partisan lines when it comes to controversial voting measures such as ballot harvesting and mail-in voting. Eighty-four percent of Democrats are in favor of allowing any voter to vote by mail if they desire, compared to only 27 percent of Republicans. Furthermore, only 41 percent of Democrats are in favor of banning ballot harvesting compared to 56 percent of Republicans.

Seventy-nine percent of Democrats believe that all eligible citizens should be automatically registered to vote, compared with only 38 percent of Republicans. A similar divide exists when it comes to same-day voter registration at the polls, which 76 percent of Democrats support and 39 percent of Republicans oppose.

The survey, conducted between January 16th and 21st, 2024, quizzed 5,140 U.S. adults, limiting the margin of error to just 1.7 percentage points.

READ IN FULL – Biden Family Associate Blows Whistle in Congress: ‘China Successfully Compromised Obama WH Through Joe and Hunter’.

Biden family associate Anthony Bobulinksi will testify before the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability as well as the Committee on the Judiciary on Tuesday. Bobulinksi is expected to explain how he once worked with both Joe and Hunter Biden, and how the pair willfully allowed the Obama administration to be infiltrated by the Chinese Communist Party in exchange for cash.

“The Chinese Communist Party through its surrogate, China Energy Company Limited, or “CEFC” – a CCP-linked Chinese energy conglomerate – successfully sought to infiltrate and compromise Joe Biden and the Obama-Biden White House,” Bobulinski will explain, in testimony reviewed by The National Pulse.

“It is also not a coincidence that CEFC used the Biden family’s weakest link, Hunter Biden, and the promise of large sums of money to the tune of tens of millions of dollars initially, and eventually the profits from investing billions of dollars in the United States and around the world,” he adds.

The full, expected statement, follows below:

Chairmen, Ranking Members, and Members of Congress,

Thank you for this opportunity to speak with you.  I am happy that the American people will finally hear the facts and evidence that I have been trying to outline for over four years, all backed up and supported by emails, texts, documents, records, pictures, and other evidence.  The facts we are going to discuss today are important for America’s national security, and I can only hope that everyone in this room and all representatives and officers of the U.S. Government take them seriously.

My name is Tony Bobulinski.  I am a proud American citizen who has honorably served the United States in several capacities.  For over six years, I was an officer in the United States Navy’s elite Naval Nuclear Power Training Command as a decorated Master Training Specialist Instructor.  I later served as the Command’s Chief Technology Officer, where I held a Q security clearance from the Department of Energy and from the National Security Agency.  When I left NNPTC, I was the number-one-ranked Direct Input Officer (DIO) in the entire command in my final Navy Fitness Report, or FITREP.

I am here today out of duty to God and country in a nonpartisan manner with only one party in mind, the party I served with honor and gratitude: the United States of America.  While I have made a few campaign contributions over the years to Democrats such as Congressman Ro Khanna, a member of the Oversight Committee, I am not a political person.  I come from a family with a long history of distinguished service in our nation’s military.  I grew up the son of a career Naval Officer, CDR Robert Bobulinski, whom I loved dearly.  I could not be prouder of my father’s long and distinguished service to our great nation.  His father, Alex Bobulinski, served our country in the Air Force for four years.  I am also the grandson of Army Intelligence Officer, Col. Fred B. Keller Jr., who, for more than thirty-seven years, fearlessly defended the United States all over the world and served in three different wars.  My only brother, retired CDR Mike Bobulinski, is a twenty-eight year combat-serving Naval Flight Officer, and my only sister, Stacia Bobulinski, has spent the last eighteen years serving U.S. military veterans across the country through the Veterans Administration to demonstrate her and our family’s gratitude to everyone who has risked their lives defending America.

I share my extensive U.S. military roots and background with you because they are the lens through which I view this exceptional country and my responsibility to it.  My deep commitment to America is also the reason I have elected to place myself and my family in the public eye to tell the truth before you today.  That comes at a great cost to my privacy and to my personal security and that of my family, among other things.  However, I am happy to pay that cost.  I am blessed to have been born and to grow up in the greatest country on earth.  I take that seriously.  Having been to over fifty countries around the world, I say that with the highest confidence.

For nearly four years, I have tried to tell the American people the truth about serious corruption at the very top of their government.  In return, I have been falsely accused of being a purveyor of “Russian disinformation” and a political surrogate.  My continuous efforts to inform the American people of the facts have been actively suppressed by both the United States Government and the so-called “mainstream” media.

I want to be crystal clear: from my direct personal experience and what I have subsequently come to learn, it is clear to me that Joe Biden was “the Brand” being sold by the Biden family.  His family’s foreign influence peddling operation – from China to Ukraine and elsewhere – sold out to foreign actors who were seeking to gain influence and access to Joe Biden and the United States government.  Joe Biden was more than a participant in and beneficiary of his family’s business; he was an enabler, despite being buffered by a complex scheme to maintain plausible deniability.

The only reason any of these international business transactions took place – with tens of millions of dollars flowing directly to the Biden family – was because Joe Biden was in high office.  The Biden family business was Joe Biden, period.  Other key players have made this point clear as well: Hunter Biden himself has adamantly stated it in a variety of communications, as did another Biden family business associate, Devon Archer, in his testimony last year.  Foreign nationals on the other side of these transactions – including from China, Ukraine and Romania – have also explained how and why these transactions took place.  Once again, I would call that extensive evidence.

The Chinese Communist Party through its surrogate, China Energy Company Limited, or “CEFC” – a CCP-linked Chinese energy conglomerate – successfully sought to infiltrate and compromise Joe Biden and the Obama-Biden White House.  This process started in the Fourth Quarter of 2015 and continued through when Joe Biden left office in January 2017 to March of 2018 when CEFC Chairman Ye was detained for corruption in China, never to be seen again.  Note that on October 21, 2015, Joe Biden announced that he would not seek the Presidency in 2016.  It is not a coincidence that CEFC’s aggressive approach to the Biden family happened around the same time.  It is also not a coincidence that CEFC used the Biden family’s weakest link, Hunter Biden, and the promise of large sums of money to the tune of tens of millions of dollars initially, and eventually the profits from investing billions of dollars in the United States and around the world.

Before we begin this in-depth testimony under penalty of perjury and charges of Obstruction of Congress, I would like to highlight a few critically important facts:

    1. Joe Biden was aware of the CEFC transaction, enabled it and had a constitutional responsibility and obligation to the American people to shut it down before it began.  This is because CEFC had been identified as a known surrogate of the Chinese Communist Party by the U.S. Government and prosecutors in the Southern District of New York as far back as 2016, possibly earlier.  I would encourage Congress to gather all of the exact facts and dates.  It is clear to me that alarm bells should have been going off in the Obama-Biden White House and that Joe Biden should have been aware that his own administration had red-flagged CEFC as a tool of the Chinese Communist Party.  This should have made any business transaction with CEFC a non-starter. I personally met with Joe Biden in Los Angeles in May of 2017 multiple times to discuss the broad contours of our business dealings.  The only reason Joe Biden met with me privately during the Milken Institute Global Conference and seated me at his head table was because I was a business associate of the Biden family.
    2. Joe Biden’s immediate family members were enriched to the tune of tens of millions of dollars from some of our most dangerous adversaries, including the Chinese Communist Party and players from Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Kazakhstan and other foreign nations and entities.  It is my educated belief dating back to Q clearance briefings I received in the Navy and continuing through recent discussions with experts, that under U.S. corruption laws, political office holders can be held as responsible as the immediate family members who are receiving money directly.  This makes common sense and Americans understand this.  The facts we are going to discuss today appear to me to present disturbing evidence, which these committees should thoroughly investigate, with respect to possible violations by Joe Biden of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), Anti-Corruption and Public Integrity statutes, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
    3. The Biden family – Joe’s son Hunter and his brother Jim – knowingly and aggressively defrauded me as the CEO of SinoHawk Holdings and as a member of Oneida Holdings, LLC at the end of July 2017.  They put Joe Biden and the rest of the Biden family smack in the middle of a $9 Billion transaction between Russia and China involving Qatar (specifically, the Qatar Investment Authority), and helped CEFC navigate through various issues before Patrick Ho, a CEFC executive, was arrested for corruption in New York in November 2017.  Joe Biden’s status as the head of the family served an enforcement role – for example, when Hunter stated deliberately that his father Joe was sitting right next to him while demanding immediate payment of the $10 million CEFC had committed to the Biden family, as well as when Hunter demanded CEFC circumvent SinoHawk Holdings.  The Biden family violated their fiduciary duties to SinoHawk and Oneida as they enriched themselves at the CEFC trough.
    4. United States law enforcement appears to have been singularly unwilling to speak with me or to hear the facts we will be discussing today.  I have never been contacted to provide testimony nor asked to speak with anyone connected with Joe Biden’s administration, including his Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Internal Revenue Service, or local law enforcement.  That includes U.S. Attorney David Weiss for the District of Delaware or any of the several grand juries I now know were convened after my name became publicly known.  On October 23, 2020, I voluntarily walked into the Washington Field Office of the FBI with several phones containing years of encrypted communications between me and numerous members of the Biden family and their associates.  That conversation, which was subject to False Statement statutes, lasted many hours, and was never followed up upon by anyone in government or law enforcement in any way.  Rather, when the House Ways and Means Committee recently released the FBI 302 report of that meeting, Hunter Biden’s lawyers laughably tried to use a single note-taking error by a junior FBI agent to accuse me, falsely, of lying about my attendance at a meeting with Hunter Biden and CEFC in Miami.  I was crystal clear to the agent in my interview that I was physically in Miami during that time for other things and did not attend the actual CEFC meeting.  Hunter Biden’s lawyers should focus their energy on the facts and the extensive indictments Hunter is fighting versus creating smoke screens and distractions with their empty threats.  I have only told the truth, I continue to tell the truth, I have the facts and, as we will discuss today, I also have the receipts to back them up.

I sit here before two of the premiere committees of Congress: Oversight and Judiciary.  I implore each and every one of you to remove your partisan hats today and focus on one party: the United States of America.  I hope your focus will be on a thorough and extensive investigation and exposure of all of the facts and evidence – and on answering the question of how we as a country allowed the White House to be infiltrated by our most existential adversary, the Chinese Communist Party.  I also hope you will hold the complicit parties, including Joe Biden, accountable for their actions, as well as enact new laws that prevent this kind of deep corruption from ever happening again.

God Bless America. I am ready for your questions.

Senate Passes $95B ‘America Last’ War Package for Ukraine, Israel, & Taiwan.

The United States Senate approved a $95 billion ‘aid’ package for Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan early Tuesday morning, with all Democrats and 22 Republicans voting for it.

“With the strong bipartisan support we have here in the Senate, with this vote, I believe that if Speaker Johnson brought this bill to the House floor, it will pass with the same strong bipartisan support,” said Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer.

However, the bill’s future in the House is uncertain, as Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La) has expressed his opposition to any foreign aid package without real measures to secure the U.S.-Mexico border.

“[In] the absence of having received any single border policy change from the Senate, the House will have to continue to work its own will on these important matters,” Johnson wrote in a statement released Monday night ahead of the Senate vote. “America deserves better than the Senate’s status quo.”

Former President Donald Trump opposed the bill, writing on Truth Social on Saturday: “NO MONEY IN THE FORM OF FOREIGN AID SHOULD BE GIVEN TO ANY COUNTRY UNLESS IT IS DONE AS A LOAN… WE SHOULD NEVER GIVE MONEY ANYMORE WITHOUT THE HOPE OF A PAYBACK, OR WITHOUT ‘STRINGS’ ATTACHED. THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SHOULD BE ‘STUPID’ NO LONGER!”

Republican Senators who voted against the bill echoed these sentiments. “We must fix our country before devoting more resources to Ukraine. That’s our message, and the fight goes on,” said Sen. J.D. Vance (R-Ohio).

On Monday, Vance issued a memo to his colleagues warning that the aid package in question contained a buried impeachment trigger that effectively makes it impossible for a future President to work for peace between Ukraine and Russia without being impeached.

DATA: 9/10 Say Biden ‘Too Old’ for 2nd Term.

Nearly 9 out of 10 Americans — 86 percent — believe that Joe Biden is too old to serve another term as President, according to a recent ABC News/Ipsos poll. Although 59 percent of those polled believed that both Biden and former President Donald Trump are too old to serve as President, more than a quarter — 27 percent — believed that just Biden is too old compared to only 3 percent who felt the same way about Trump.

The poll comes amidst increasing concerns about Biden’s mental state and cognitive abilities following a series of gaffes and a damning report by special counsel Robert Hur regarding the current President’s mishandling of classified documents. Hur, who decided not to prosecute Biden, described him as an “elderly man with a poor memory” and revealed that he could not remember when his son Beau died or when his terms as Vice President began or ended.

Earlier this month, Biden also claimed to have met with French President François Mitterrand of France, who died in 1996, at the G7 Summit. Days later, he claimed to have spoken with German Chancellor Helmut Kohl, who died in 2017, at the same summit. Immediately following the release of Hur’s report, Biden confused the Mexican and Egyptian presidents.

White House Refuses Biden Cognitive Test as Part of Upcoming Physical.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre confirmed Monday that Joe Biden will not receive a cognitive test during his upcoming physical exam, despite increasing concerns about the 81-year-old’s mental faculties.

“I’m just gonna say what Dr. O’Connor said to me about a year ago when [Biden’s physical] was released,” Jean-Pierre responded when asked if the notion of Biden’s taking a cognitive test was a legitimate idea. “The president proves every day how he operates and how he thinks, by dealing with world leaders, by making difficult decisions on behalf of the American people — whether it’s domestic or it’s national security,” Jean-Pierre said.

In the year since Biden’s last physical, however, several stories have emerged that seriously call into question both Biden’s memory and general cognitive abilities.

Last week, Special Counsel Robert Hur released a report following an investigation into Biden’s mishandling of classified documents. The report recommended against charging Biden with a crime, describing him as an “elderly man with a poor memory.” Hur also revealed that Biden could not remember the date of his son Beau’s death nor when he was Vice President. The same week, Biden told a crowd that he spoke with deceased French President François Mitterrand and deceased German Chancellor Helmut Kohl at the G7 Summit. Immediately following the release of Hur’s report, Biden also appeared to imply that Mexico borders Gaza.

A recent poll found that nearly nine out of 10 Americans believe Biden is too old to serve a second term as President.

Ukraine Funding Bill Tries to Make Peace Illegal.

Provisions buried in the Ukraine supplemental funding bill would make it nearly impossible for a future president to pursue a peaceful resolution to the conflict without facing impeachment from Congress. U.S. Senator J.D. Vance is raising the alarm regarding the legislative text and its implications for a future Trump presidency should Trump pursue peace between Ukraine and Russia.

In a memo to colleagues, Vance warns of a buried impeachment trigger using the same obscure budget laws Democrats cited during President Trump’s 2019 impeachment. Contained in the supplemental funding bill, Vance notes, are appropriations totaling $1.6 billion for foreign military financing and $13.7 billion for the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative — both budgeted into 2025. This would extend the funding into the first term of a possible second Trump administration. Should a future President Trump move to pause these funds to allow for a peace process to move forward, it could trigger a similar impeachment scenario Trump faced in 2019.

In 2019, the Republican President was accused by Congressional Democrats of ‘abuse of power’ and ‘obstruction of Congress’ for withholding aid that had been earmarked to be sent to Ukraine. Democrats argued former President Trump contravened the opinions of “career experts” — and the Impoundment Control Act — to pressure Ukraine’s political leadership to divulge information regarding their dealings with Joe Biden when he served as vice president. While the Democrats were successful in impeaching Trump in the House, the Senate declined to convict Trump.

Should former President Trump retake the White House and, as promised, pursue an end to the conflict in Eastern Europe, the cost of peace may very well be another attempt by Congressional Democrats to impeach him. “The supplemental represents an attempt by the foreign policy blob/deep state to stop President Trump from pursuing his desired policy, and if he does so anyways, to provide grounds to impeach him and undermine his administration,” Vance argues in his memo to colleagues, adding: “All Republicans should oppose its passage.”

RFK’s SuperPAC Spent $7 MILLION on A Super Bowl Ad.

The SuperPAC backing Robert Kennedy Jr.’s (RFK, Jr.) independent presidential bid drew mixed reactions after running a 30-second television spot during the Super Bowl. The advertisement — which the American Values 2024 SuperPAC said cost $7 million — used elements of a 1960 campaign spot run Kennedy’s his uncle, former President John F. Kennedy.

Borrowing visual and musical motifs from the John F. Kennedy campaign’s television spot, the RFK, Jr. advertisement featured images of the independent candidate’s testimony before Congress and his engaging in outdoor activities. The ad ended with the tagline: “Vote independent.”

When the campaign spot initially aired last night, Kennedy embraced the message, promoting its message on  X (formerly Twitter). “Our momentum is growing,” he wrote, adding: “It’s time for an Independent President to heal the divide in our country.”

However, just hours later, RFK, Jr. moved to distance himself from the SuperPAC’s Super Bowl spot. “I’m so sorry if the Super Bowl advertisement caused anyone in my family pain. The ad was created and aired by the American Values Super PAC without any involvement or approval from my campaign,” Kennedy posted on X (formerly Twitter). He continued: “FEC rules prohibit Super PACs from consulting with me or my staff. I love you all. God bless you.”

The Kennedy family has repeatedly criticized RFK, Jr.’s independent presidential bid, with the SuperPAC’s ad drawing renewed consternation. In October, several members of the Kennedy clan signed an open letter condemning RFK, Jr.’s campaign.

“My cousin’s Super Bowl ad used our uncle’s faces- and my Mother’s,” said Bobby Shriver – RFK, Jr.’s cousin – on X (formerly Twitter). “She would be appalled by his deadly health care views. Respect for science, vaccines, & health care equity were in her DNA. She strongly supported my health care work at @ONECampaign & @RED which he opposes.”

SecDef Austin in Critical Care, Duties Transferred.

U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, 70, has been hospitalized again with “symptoms suggesting an emergent bladder issue,” and his official duties have been transferred to Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks.

“Tonight, after a series of tests and evaluations, the Secretary was admitted into the critical care unit at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for supportive care and close monitoring,” a Pentagon statement said on Sunday evening, adding, “At this time, it is not clear how long Secretary Austin will remain hospitalized. The current bladder issue is not expected to change his anticipated full recovery. His cancer prognosis remains excellent. Updates on the Secretary’s condition will be provided as soon as possible.”

Austin faced impeachment calls for failing to inform his chain of command when he was hospitalized last month, at a time when the Department of Defense (DoD) was grappling with crises in the Middle East and the Red Sea.

In the wake of his prostate cancer diagnosis and subsequent surgery, Austin stated that he would quickly notify both his deputy and the White House Situation Room if he were to experience further health complications. He also publicly apologized to Biden for the initial lack of communication.

This had not been an oversight, however, as Austin had actively taken steps to cover up his health issues, including asking paramedics to attend his residence with their ambulance’s lights and sirens off.

Following Austin’s initial resumption of his responsibilities, the Biden regime downplayed concerns over his fitness for high office despite the fact he was essentially a work-from-home Cabinet member. Two Navy SEALs subsequently died on a mission he oversaw from his sick bed.
