Leftist Candidate Loses Party Backing for Claiming Israel Allowed Oct 7 Terror Attack.

The UK Labour Party is pulling support for their party’s candidate standing in the Rochdale by-election following revelations he believes Israel allowed the October 7th Hamas terrorist attacks to happen as a pretense to invade Gaza. Azhar Ali, a former government adviser, was named as the Labour candidate last month — contesting a seat left open by the death of Sir Tony Lloyd.

“The Egyptians are saying that they warned Israel ten days earlier… Americans warned them a day before [that] there’s something happening,” Mr. Ali told a meeting of the Lancashire Labour Party before continuing: “They deliberately took the security off, they allowed… that massacre that gives them the green light to do whatever they bloody want.” Mr. Ali went on to voice his displeasure with Labour Party leader Sir Keir Starmer: “A lot of the MPs I’ve spoken to, non-Muslim MPs, feel that on this issue, he’s lost the confidence of the parliamentary party.”

Following the revelation of Mr. Ali’s comments, groups like Labour Against Antisemitism (LAAS) pushed Labour Party leaders to suspend his candidacy and party membership. Mr. Ali tried to soften the criticism, calling his remarks “deeply offensive, ignorant and false” in a public apology.

Despite Mr. Ali’s attempts to retract his conspiracy theory, Labour‘s leader, Sir Keir Starmer, withdrew official party support for the candidate on Monday. In announcing the move, a Labour Party spokesperson alluded to additional controversial comments made by Mr. Ali, which had not yet been made public: “Following new information about further comments made by Azhar Ali coming to light today, the Labour Party has withdrawn its support for Azhar Ali as our candidate in the Rochdale by-election.”

Britain Could Run Out of Tea.

British retailer Sainsbury’s has warned customers about potential shortages of black tea due to continuing disruptions to international trade routes. Signs posted in certain Sainsbury’s locations announced, “We are experiencing supply issues affecting the nationwide supply of black tea. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to be back in full supply soon.” Despite this, retail executives were quick to reassure customers that the impact will hopefully be minimal and only temporary.

While Sainsbury’s declined to provide further comment, it’s understood that the complications are tied to Houthi rebel attacks on shipping vessels in the Red Sea and related delays with a tea supplier. Andrew Opie, director of food and sustainability at the British Retail Consortium, stated, “There is temporary disruption to some black tea lines, but the impact on consumers will be minimal as retailers are not expecting significant challenges.”

While the interruption in the tea supply is significant, the other supermarkets contacted about the situation, including Waitrose, did not report any similar issues. It’s been noted that freight shipments from Asia and East Africa, areas that make up about 75 percent of global tea production, have faced significant disruption in the last two months due to unrest in the Red Sea. The increased violence in the area has forced many shipping companies to reroute around the Cape of Good Hope, leading to 10 to 14 additional days in shipment times and increased costs for shipping firms.

UK Govt to Fluoridate Drinking Water of Millions of Britons.

The British government is adding fluoride to the drinking water of 1.6 million people as part of a scheme to “systematically” fluoridate much of the country’s water supply.

“Under new legislation, we have made it simpler to start new water fluoridation schemes,” confirmed Andrea Leadsom MP, the Minister for Public Health in Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s government.

“Our long-term ambition is to systematically bring fluoridation to more of the country, with a particular focus on the most deprived areas, which stand to benefit most from fluoridation,” she said.

Previously, only around 10 percent of British drinking water was fluoridated, with municipal governments having been allowed to veto fluoridation. New legislation has removed this discretion, allowing the central government to impose fluoridation schemes against their will.

Sir Chris Witty, the Chief Medical Officer for England who pushed for lockdown restrictions during the Covid pandemic, argues that mass fluoridation will improve the nation’s dental health.

Critics say fluoride causes fluorosis and has been linked to bone cancer and brain and developmental issues.

Studies suggest babies fed formula made with bottled water have lower IQs, with a particular impact on nonverbal skills.

William Could Be First ‘Prince Regent’ in Centuries if Cancer-Stricken King Charles is Incapacitated.

If King Charles III – currently being treated for cancer – is incapacitated, his son Prince William could become the nation’s first Prince Regent in over two centuries.

A “regency” – per the latest Regency Act of 1937 – would see Prince William, the current Prince of Wales, taking on his father’s constitutional functions.

Britain has not required a regent, who rules in the monarch’s stead if they are incapacitated or accedes to the throne while still a minor, in over two centuries. The last was the future King George IV, who took on the responsibilities of George III — remembered in the United States for the lines denouncing him in the Declaration of Independence — after an illness drove him mad.

While the King could abdicate the throne altogether, as his uncle Edward VIII did, such a drastic step is improbable. Charles III has now been formally crowned, unlike his uncle, who gave up the throne to pursue a relationship with an American divorcée before his coronation.

The Coronation was a Christian, sacerdotal ceremony in which the King swore several binding oaths pledging lifelong service, similar to entering holy orders. There is an expectation that, like his mother, Charles III should not rescind these oaths before his death, so a regency would be the most appropriate solution if he were impaired long-term.

It is not currently believed this will be necessary, however, with the King’s cancer having been caught early, according to Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.

For now, Prince William, Queen Camilla, and a few other designated Counsellors of State can perform some of the King’s public functions while he undergoes treatment.

CPAC Hands Main Stage Speech to Liberal Democrat Trans ‘Ally,’ Ex-UK PM Liz Truss.

Matt Schlapp’s Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) has invited Liz Truss, the British former Prime Minister, Liberal Democrat, and LGBT+ “ally,” to speak at their Washington D.C. conference in February.

Truss was Prime Minister for only 49 days, being ousted by Conservative party politicians after a botched “mini-budget” caused market turmoil. They replaced her with incumbent premier Rishi Sunak, who had been rejected by the party grassroots in a leadership election only weeks before.

Before her brief stint as Conservative Party leader and her post-premiership reinvention as a eurosceptic, tax-cutting culture warrior, Truss was firmly on the left of the party. Initially, she was a senior member of the far-left Liberal Democrat party.

The British politician campaigned vigorously against Brexit in 2016, helping then-Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne launch a campaign threatening voters with financial ruin if they voted to leave the European Union.

Despite recent statements against “left-wing extremists” involved in “supporting LGBT people or groups of ethnic minorities,” Truss was also a staunch “LGBT+ ally” as Minister for Women and Equalities.

She marked “International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, and Transphobia,” hosted conferences on advancing LGBT rights worldwide, and backed a ban on so-called conversion therapy, “spiritual or otherwise.”

CPAC has limited social media users’ ability to comment on its announcement of Truss as a guest.

Report: UK Military Would Exhaust Capabilities After Just 2 of Months of War.

The British military can sustain its full capabilities for only about two months in the event of a conflict with a comparable opponent, according to a House of Commons defense committee report. Both current and former British military leaders described a decade-long “hollowing out” of the Armed Forces that has led to overall deficiencies in war-fighting resilience. Critical infrastructural gaps noted by the Ministry of Defence include inadequate munitions warehousing and infrastructure, operational medical capacity, and support for armored vehicle equipment.

Minister for the Armed Forces James Heappey pointed out that while defense cuts were deemed necessary when implemented, it is now urgent to reinvest in areas subject to disinvestment. Heappey further stated that substantial work is needed to regain the wartime readiness last seen during the Cold War era.

The report indicates that the British military’s readiness was negatively impacted by the donation of armaments to Ukraine, with one artillery regiment reportedly depleted of guns after assisting in the Ukrainian war effort against Russia. Another concern is the bottleneck in procurement and delivery for replenishment of the NLAW anti-tank systems and 155mm artillery ammunition Britain provided to Ukraine.

According to the Ministry of Defense, the British army only has around 75,000 soldiers, about half of what it commanded three decades ago. This triggered talks about utilizing a “civilian army” during major conflicts. The consequences of this scaled-down force are already visible, with the imminent decommissioning of two naval frigates reportedly due to insufficient staff. Jeremy Quin MP, chair of the committee, concluded that the military’s preparedness for a prolonged war requires increased attention and sustained focus.

King Charles Diagnosed With Cancer.

Buckingham Palace announced Monday evening that King Charles III has been diagnosed with a form of cancer. The 75-year-old monarch has begun a regular treatment regimen and is suspending his public duties while he focuses on his health. This diagnosis follows a recent procedure performed on the monarch to treat an enlarged prostate, after which the king was discharged from a hospital in London last week.

The palace stated, “During The King’s recent hospital procedure for benign prostate enlargement, a separate issue of concern was noted.” The subsequent diagnostic tests confirmed the existence of cancer. The exact type of cancer has not been made public. The king’s doctors have advised him to limit his public activities during his treatment period.

Despite the health setback, King Charles, who ascended to the throne after his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, passed away in September 2022, will continue with state business and official paperwork. The palace statement underscored the monarch’s optimism during this time, crediting his medical team for their prompt intervention and mentioning his eagerness to resume full public duties.

London Chemical Attack Suspect Is Asylum Seeker, Convicted Sex Offender.

The perpetrator of a chemical attack in Clapham, London, on Wednesday that left 12 people injured has been identified as Abdul Shokoor Ezedi, an Afghan asylum seeker who is also a convicted sex offender.

Ezedi, who resides in Newcastle, unsuccessfully applied for asylum in the U.K. twice before succeeding on his third attempt. In 2018, he was convicted of a “sexual offense” and handed a suspended sentence and two years probation, which expired in 2020.

The suspect, who also injured himself in the vicious alkaline attack, is believed to have traveled to London from Newcastle on the day of the assault. The targets of the attack, a 31-year-old mother and her two daughters, three years old and eight years old, sustained severe injuries and are still in hospital. After throwing the chemical, Ezedi picked up the 3-year-old girl and “threw her to the floor like a rag doll,” according to one eyewitness. Five officers who responded to the incident were also injured.

While a significant manhunt immediately followed the attack, authorities did not identify or release a description of the suspect until later on Thursday. British police have faced criticism in the past for refusing to identify criminals of migrant backgrounds due to ‘racism’ concerns. Last year, a Syrian asylum seeker in France went on a stabbing spree, targeting a group of children and injuring an elderly bystander.

WATCH – London Cop Orders Christian to Stop Singing Hymns: ‘Not Allowed Outside Church.’

A recording of a police officer in Sadiq Khan’s London telling Gospel singer Harmonie London she was “not allowed to sing church songs outside of church grounds” has gone viral on social media.

Metropolitan Police volunteer officer Maya Hadzhipetkova, speaking with a thick foreign accent, can be seen insisting that Christian hymns cannot be sung “outside of church grounds unless you have, uh, unless you’re authorized by the church to do this kind of songs [sic],” which is untrue.

The footage then cuts to the policewoman and another officer walking away from the scene while being challenged on whether or not her false statements contradicted the Human Rights Act. The officer responds by sticking her tongue out at the camera.

The interaction generated significant backlash for the Metropolitan Police on X, formerly Twitter, with the force responding to users saying they were “working to understand the context in which these comments were made.”

The Metropolitan Police claimed the dispute centered on “a specific by-law related to busking.” Still, X users questioned this, as busking is an entirely separate issue from whether “church songs” can be sung “outside of church grounds.”

The force then flipped the script, complaining X users were making “personal and hurtful” comments about their officer and warning: “This is unacceptable.”

UK Population Forecasted to Surge to Near 75 Million by 2036.

Britain’s Office for National Statistics (ONS) has revealed its population projections for 2036, predicting an increase from an estimated 67 million residents in mid-2021 to 73.7 million residents, driven overwhelmingly by mass migration.

The ONS projects 13.7 million long-term migrants will arrive in Britain over the period — equivalent to the combined population of Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, including their existing migrant populations, plus an additional three million people.

The government office projects 7.6 million people will emigrate from Britain over the same period, for a net influx of 6.1 million – still far in excess of the population of Scotland, which is currently estimated at 5.5 million.

Immigration, therefore, accounts for the lion’s share of the expected increase in population. Births over deaths, including the children of migrants, are expected to add only 541,000 people to the population.

The “Conservative” Party, which has been in office since 2010, pledged to reduce net immigration “from the hundreds of thousands to the tens of thousands” in three consecutive election campaigns. They never came close to achieving this, and the pledge was downgraded to a vaguer commitment to reduce immigration “overall” under Boris Johnson in 2019.

In fact, net immigration increased to 745,000 in 2022, far above the 184,000 arrivals in 2019.
