Trump White House Blasts ‘Unilateral’ Israeli Strike on Qatar as Strain Grows with Netanyahu.

PULSE POINTS

âť“WHAT HAPPENED: The White House issued a rebuke of Israel’s strike in Doha, Qatar, and assured Qatari leadership it would not happen again.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Trump White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and Qatari leadership.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Tuesday, September 9, 2025, in Washington, D.C. and in Doha, Qatar.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Unilaterally bombing inside Qatar, a sovereign nation and close ally of the United States, that is working very hard, and bravely taking risks with us to broker peace does not advance Israel or America’s goals.” – Karoline Leavitt

🎯IMPACT: The incident has escalated tensions between President Donald J. Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

IN FULL

The Trump White House issued a stern warning to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu following an Israeli bombing on Tuesday morning that targeted Hamas leadership in Doha, Qatar. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said President Donald J. Trump has reassured Qatar that such actions will not be repeated.

“Unilaterally bombing inside Qatar, a sovereign nation and close ally of the United States, that is working very hard, and bravely taking risks with us to broker peace, does not advance Israel or America’s goals,” Leavitt said during the White House press briefing Tuesday afternoon. She added: “The President views Qatar as a strong ally and friend of the United States, and feels very badly about the location of this attack.”

The White House comments appear to imply that Israel acted unilaterally in its strike on the Qatari capital. Notably, the rebuke comes amid already heightened tensions between Trump and Netanyahu. Trump has increasingly pushed the Israeli leader to conclude military operations against Hamas in Gaza as the conflict has dragged on for nearly two years, with Israeli operations previously expanding into Lebanon, Syria, and Iran.

Early Tuesday morning, explosions rocked the Katara District of Doha, the capital of Qatar. According to Israeli officials, the blasts formed part of an assassination plot aimed at high-ranking Hamas members residing in the wealthy Gulf state. The Qatari Foreign Ministry has responded to the attack, calling it a “criminal assault” and “blatant violation of all international laws and norms [that] poses a serious threat to the security and safety of Qataris and residents in Qatar.”

It remains unclear whether the strike was actually successful in eliminating any of its intended targets, though some initial reports suggest Hamas leaders were able to evade the attack.

Africa Demands Reparations From Britain.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: The African Union has joined a Caribbean campaign to demand reparations from Britain for slavery and colonialism.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The African Union, Caribbean leaders, and former colonial powers such as Britain, France, Portugal, Spain, Germany, and Belgium.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The call was made during a summit in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in September 2025.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: African Union Commission Chairman Mahamoud Ali Youssouf stated that Africa and the Caribbean would work together to “honour our ancestors, to uplift our descendants and reclaim our shared destiny in freedom, justice and unity.”

🎯IMPACT: The African Union plans to formulate its own reparations demands, following the Caribbean’s call for trillions in compensation.

IN FULL

The African Union (AU) has formally joined forces with Caribbean nations in a renewed demand for reparations from former colonial powers, including Britain. The call was made during a high-level summit in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Mahamoud Ali Youssouf, Chairman of the African Union Commission, claimed that the legacy of colonialism continues to impact development, economic inequality, and political sovereignty across the so-called Global South, despite hundreds of billions in foreign aid from the West. Youssouf stated that Africa and the Caribbean would work together to “honour our ancestors, to uplift our descendants and reclaim our shared destiny in freedom, justice and unity.”

There appears to be no parallel effort to extract reparations from the Arab nations and Turkey, despite centuries of Islamic slavery, imperialism, and exploitation in North Africa and East Africa, stamped out largely throught the efforts of Britain and other Western countries.

The African Union is building on efforts by the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), which for over a decade has campaigned for reparations through its “10-point plan.” The plan includes calls for financial compensation, formal apologies, debt cancellation, investment in education and health, and the return of certain cultural artifacts. However, some are questioning the alliance between the African Union and CARICOM against Europe, considering many African nations profited immensely from selling people into slavery in the Caribbean and North and South America themselves.

In the United States, Democrat lawmakers also recently reintroduced a resolution calling for reparations for black Americans. The proposal calls for trillions of dollars in federal compensation to address racial disparities in wealth, education, health, and housing.

Meanwhile, Haiti has renewed its call for reparations from France, specifically for the 1825 indemnity it was forced to pay in exchange for its independence, following a violent revolution that saw most of the island’s white population slaughtered. Haitian leaders argue that symbolic and financial redress is still necessary to correct historical wrongs, despite having already received extensive assistance over many years.

Gunmen Murder Six at Jerusalem Bus Stop.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: Palestinian gunmen opened fire at a bus stop in north Jerusalem, killing six people and wounding several others, including a pregnant woman.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The attackers were identified as two Palestinian militants. Israeli police, emergency responders, and civilians at the scene were also involved.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The attack occurred late Monday morning at the Ramot Junction on Yigal Street, north Jerusalem, on September 8, 2025.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “Innocent civilians, women, men, and children were brutally murdered and wounded in cold blood on a bus in Jerusalem by vile and evil terrorists,” said Israeli President Isaac Herzog.

🎯IMPACT: The attack is one of the deadliest incidents since the October 7, 2023, attack on Israel by Hamas, and heightens tensions in the region.

IN FULL

Six people were killed and several others injured, including a pregnant woman, in a terror attack the morning of September 8 at a bus stop in northern Jerusalem. The shooting occurred at Ramot Junction on Yigal Street, where two Palestinian gunmen arrived in a vehicle and opened fire on civilians. A security officer and an armed civilian returned fire, killing both attackers at the scene.

Israeli emergency service Magen David Adom (MDA) initially reported five fatalities, later updated to six by Foreign Minister Gideon Saar. Seven other victims were listed in serious condition, with no immediate updates on their medical status.

President Isaac Herzog condemned the attack, calling it a “painful and difficult morning” and stating, “Innocent civilians, women, men, and children were brutally murdered and wounded in cold blood on a bus in Jerusalem by vile and evil terrorists.” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu convened an emergency security meeting following the incident.

The terror group Hamas praised the attack, labeling it a “natural response” to ongoing Israeli actions in Gaza and elsewhere. Hamas has been at war with Israel since launching a surprise attack on October 7, 2023, that left over 1,200 people dead, mostly civilians. Israel has since carried out extensive military operations in Gaza, where the Hamas-run health ministry claims more than 64,000 people have been killed. Israeli forces have also carried out operations in the West Bank, Lebanon, and Syria.

The attack in Jerusalem comes as Israel intensifies its offensive in Gaza, particularly in Gaza City. Israeli forces have declared the city a “dangerous combat zone” and are reportedly conducting the early stages of a larger ground operation. Defense officials say roughly 60,000 reservists have been called up in preparation for what could be a full-scale assault.

Over the past several days, Israeli airstrikes have demolished several high-rise buildings in Gaza City that Hamas was reportedly using for military purposes. Hamas has denied those reports. Meanwhile, the humanitarian situation in Gaza continues to deteriorate, with reports of widespread food shortages and increasing civilian casualties.

Xi and Putin Discuss Using Fresh Organs to Live to 150 at Military Parade.

PULSE POINTS

âť“WHAT HAPPENED: Chinese President Xi Jinping, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and North Korean autocrat Kim Jong-Un gathered in Beijing, China, along with a handful of other world leaders to celebrate the 80th anniversary of World War II, though the event was overshadowed by Xi and Putin’s hot mic conversation regarding organ harvesting and immortality.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Chinese President Xi Jinping, Russian President Vladimir Putin, North Korean autocrat Kim Jong-Un, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, and several other world leaders.

📍WHEN & WHERE: September 2 and 3, China.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “With the development of biotechnology, human organs can be continuously transplanted, and people can live longer and longer, and even achieve immortality.” — Vladimir Putin

🎯IMPACT: The sparsely attended event suggests that China and Russia continue to struggle to muster support for an anti-American global economic and political bloc outside their direct spheres of influence.

IN FULL

Around two dozen world leaders gathered in Beijing, China, yesterday for what the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) billed as a celebration of the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II and the Imperial Japanese occupation of the East Asian country. While the event featured Chinese President Xi Jinping, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and North Korean autocrat Kim Jong-Un prominently—along with a military parade showcasing the Chinese military’s weaponry—a U.S. delegation was noticeably absent. This fact—despite the United States having played the preeminent role in the war’s Pacific theater—did not go unnoticed by U.S. President Donald J. Trump.

“The big question to be answered is whether or not President Xi of China will mention the massive amount of support and ‘blood’ that The United States of America gave to China in order to help it to secure its FREEDOM from a very unfriendly foreign invader,” President Trump wrote late Tuesday night in a post on Truth Social. “Many Americans died in China’s quest for Victory and Glory. I hope that they are rightfully Honored and Remembered for their Bravery and Sacrifice! May President Xi and the wonderful people of China have a great and lasting day of celebration.”

“Please give my warmest regards to Vladimir Putin, and Kim Jong Un, as you conspire against The United States of America,” he added.

In a 90-minute military parade, China showcased what it says is the latest in its military technology before 24 world leaders—mostly from former Soviet Socialist Republics and a handful of politically isolated nations like Iran. However, what the CCP hoped would be a global flex of its military prowess is being overshadowed by a hot mic moment where Xi and Putin, along with Kim Jong-Un, were discussing the use of organ transplants to prolong their lives to 150 years.

“Earlier, people rarely lived to 70, but these days at 70 years you’re still a child,” said Xi, 72, through a translator to Putin, also 72, as a smiling Kim walked next to them. Putin—also through a translator—responded to Xi, “With the development of biotechnology, human organs can be continuously transplanted, and people can live longer and longer, and even achieve immortality.”

“Predictions are, this century, there’s a chance of also living to 150,” Xi said, eliciting approving laughter from Putin and Kim.

The exchange is notable as Russia, North Korea, and especially China have all been accused of engaging in illicit organ harvesting, with allegations suggesting organs are sometimes taken by force from healthy young adults who are political dissidents or ethnic minorities. Notably, China has been accused of harvesting organs from members of the Falun Gong movement and the Uyghur ethnic minority group.

Migrant Fatally Shot During Stabbing Spree.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: A Tunisian migrant was shot and killed by police in Marseille, France, after stabbing multiple people while reciting verses from the Islamic Quran.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The Tunisian migrant, Marseille police, and five stab victims, including one critically injured.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The afternoon of September 2 in Marseille, France.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “A man of Tunisian nationality, in a legal situation, had been evicted from the Amira hotel in which he was staying in the Belsunce district, because he did not pay his rent.” – Marseille prosecutor Nicolas Bessone.

🎯IMPACT: Five people injured, heightened scrutiny over European immigration policies, and another increase in concerns over national security in France.

IN FULL

A Tunisian migrant was shot and killed by French police in Marseille on September 2 after stabbing several people in a violent attack that began with a dispute at a hotel. According to Marseille prosecutor Nicolas Bessone, five people were injured in the stabbing spree, including one who remains in critical condition. Authorities said the man began the attack after an argument with a downtown hotel owner over unpaid room charges.

“A man of Tunisian nationality, in a legal situation, had been evicted from the Amira hotel in which he was staying in the Belsunce district, because he did not pay his rent,” Prosecutor Bessone said and added that the man appeared to strike people at random.

During the confrontation, the suspect reportedly recited verses from the Islamic Quran. Police initially attempted to use a taser to subdue him, but when he failed to submit and continued to pose a threat, they resorted to lethal force. French newspaper Le Figaro noted that the suspect had previously been under judicial supervision, which prohibited him from possessing weapons. Meanwhile, Le Parisien noted that local intelligence services had flagged the man for making anti-Semitic remarks.

The stabbing spree has raised fresh concerns over public safety and national security across Europe, where a pattern of violent stabbings involving migrants and second-generation citizens born to migrant parents has emerged in recent years. For instance, in May 2025, twelve people were wounded, several critically, when a female suspect carried out a mass stabbing at Hamburg Central Station in Germany.

Other high-profile cases include a February 2025 stabbing in Villach, Austria, where a 23-year-old Syrian man killed a 14-year-old boy and injured five others. Authorities later discovered an Islamic State flag and a recorded pledge of allegiance to the jihadist group in the suspect’s apartment. In January 2025, an Afghan asylum seeker in Aschaffenburg, Germany, attacked a kindergarten group, killing one child and injuring several others, including a teacher and two passersby. That suspect had a criminal history and had previously been ordered deported.

In August 2024, three people were killed and eight wounded in Solingen, Germany, when a Syrian carried out a stabbing attack during a city festival. Authorities linked the attack to radical Islamist motives. Earlier, in January 2023, a stateless refugee originally from Gaza stabbed passengers aboard a regional train in Brokstedt, Germany, killing two people and injuring six more.

European crime data indicates that migrants are vastly overrepresented in violent and sexual crimes generally, not just Islamist attacks.

All German Political Parties Agree to Stay Silent on Immigration During Election—Except One.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: Establishment political parties on both the left and the right in Cologne, Germany, have signed an agreement to promote positive messaging about immigration and not bring up its downsides during local elections. However, the populist Alternative for Germany (AfD) party is not part of the pact.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The Christian Democratic Union (CDU), Social Democratic Party (SPD), Greens, Free Democratic Party (FDP), Left Party, Volt, Die Partei, the Cologne Round Table for Integration association, and the AfD.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Cologne, Germany, ahead of local elections scheduled for September 14.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Our parties are so stupid that they don’t see the tactical disadvantage [in not discussing immigration] and are so weak-minded that they don’t see that they themselves are damaging our democracy by not wanting to talk about important issues.” – Political scientist Werner Patzelt

🎯IMPACT: The agreement suppresses debate on immigration but may inadvertently bolster the AfD, which has a strong stance against mass migration.

IN FULL

With local elections looming in Cologne, Germany, on September 14, all major political parties except the populist Alternative for Germany (AfD) have signed an agreement to avoid criticizing immigration or linking it to social issues like crime, unemployment, or public safety. Infamously, Cologne was the epicenter of a series of mass sex attacks by migrant mobs on New Year’s Eve 2015-16, with 650 sexual assaults reported in the city, including 22 rapes.

The so-called “fairness agreement,” organized by the Cologne Round Table for Integration, was signed by the Chancellor Friedrich Merz’s notionally right-wing Christian Democratic Union (CDU), the leftist Social Democratic Party (SPD), the far-left Greens, the neoliberal Free Democratic Party (FDP), the Left Party, Volt, and Die Partei. The pledge commits signatories to speak positively about migration and to avoid blaming refugees or migrants for any local problems, despite their proven link to increased sexual offending and other criminality.

The pact also includes promises to fight racism and anti-Semitism, with church officials tasked with monitoring compliance. Citizens have been encouraged to report candidates or campaigners who break the rules.

Notably, the populist Alternative for Germany (AfD) party was excluded from the agreement. Organizers stated the anti-mass migration party, currently the second-largest in Germany, “does not share their values.”

AfD Cologne spokesman Christer Cremer criticized the move: “I view this fairness agreement somewhat critically, because I believe it is intended to suppress debate. Especially during the election campaign, it must be possible to address all issues, including issues of migration.”

Political scientist Werner Patzelt echoed those concerns, calling the strategy “tactically stupid” and warning that it only boosts the AfD by erasing pressing concerns from the public discourse. “Our parties are so stupid that they don’t see the tactical disadvantage and are so weak-minded that they don’t see that they themselves are damaging our democracy by not wanting to talk about important issues,” he said.

Some signatories are already facing backlash. The CDU came under fire for allegedly violating the agreement after distributing a flyer opposing a planned refugee center in the Agnesviertel neighborhood. CDU leader Serap Güler dismissed the criticism as “absurd,” saying the flyer reflected concerns about the scale of the project, not hostility toward migrants.

The controversy comes as the AfD continues to surge in national polling. A Forsa poll released August 12 shows the AfD leading nationwide with 26 percent, ahead of Chancellor Merz’s CDU/CSU bloc at 24 percent.

This rise in the AfD’s support comes amid growing debate over whether the populist party should even be allowed to participate in Germany’s democratic system. In October 2023, lawmakers began crafting legislation aimed at banning the party, claiming it threatens the country’s constitutional order. But the idea has sparked fierce opposition: a July 2025 survey by the Allensbach Institute found a majority of Germans, 52 percent, oppose banning the AfD, with only 27 percent in favor.

The Trump administration in the United States has also warned against such a ban, with Secretary of State Marco Rubio saying of a previous move to designate the AfD as an extremist organization, “Germany just gave its spy agency new powers to surveil the opposition. That’s not democracy—it’s tyranny in disguise.”

Trump Deploys Warships Amid Tensions with Venezuela.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: The U.S. Navy has deployed eight warships to the Caribbean and Pacific regions near Central and South America, increasing military presence and tensions with Venezuela.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The U.S. Navy, Trump administration officials, and the Venezuelan government led by Nicolás Maduro.

📍WHEN & WHERE: August 27, 2025; Caribbean and Pacific waters near Central and South America.

🎯IMPACT: The deployment may signal increased U.S. pressure on Venezuela, while also raising concerns about regional stability.

IN FULL

The Trump administration has deployed eight U.S. Navy warships to Caribbean and Pacific waters near Central and South America, with Venezuela’s far-left dictatorship claiming it sees the move as a possible precursor to invasion. Despite the protests by Venezuela’s dictator, Nicolás Maduro, the Trump White House stressed the deployment is part of an “enhanced counter narcotics operation” aimed at drug interdiction missions in Latin America.

Notably, the deployment includes three destroyers, two landing dock ships, an amphibious assault ship, a cruiser, and a littoral combat ship. These vessels are equipped for various operations, with destroyers carrying U.S. Coast Guard and law enforcement officials for drug interdictions.

Recently, the Trump administration accused Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro of leading a drug cartel and facilitating the entry of Tren de Aragua gang members into the United States, offering a $50 million bounty for his capture.

Despite the military buildup, the Trump administration continues to coordinate deportation flights with Venezuelan officials, indicating ongoing diplomatic engagement. Meanwhile, Maduro has mobilized troops and called on Venezuelans to enlist in militias to defend the nation.

Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau emphasized that the U.S. opposes regime change driven by external forces, stating that Venezuelans must claim their own freedom. Maduro, reacting to U.S. actions, has released political prisoners while rallying support against perceived threats.

Denmark Summons U.S. Diplomats Over Alleged Covert Ops in Greenland.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: Denmark’s foreign minister summoned U.S. diplomats after reports surfaced of an alleged influence campaign in Greenland involving individuals linked to the Trump administration.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: At least three Americans with ties to the Trump White House, along with Danish Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen and Greenlandic politicians.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The developments occurred recently in Greenland and Denmark, with Danish officials addressing the matter on Wednesday, August 27, 2025.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Any attempt to interfere in the internal affairs of the Kingdom will, of course, be unacceptable,” said Danish Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen.

🎯IMPACT: The situation has strained U.S.-Denmark relations amid the Trump administration’s ongoing efforts to obtain Greenland.

IN FULL

Denmark’s foreign minister summoned U.S. diplomats for discussions following reports of an alleged influence campaign in Greenland involving individuals connected to President Donald J. Trump. Danish public broadcaster DR reported that at least three Americans with links to the Trump administration were conducting activities in Greenland, including compiling lists of allies and opponents, and engaging with local politicians and businesspeople.

Danish Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen stated, “We are aware that foreign actors continue to show an interest in Greenland and its position in the Kingdom of Denmark. It is therefore not surprising if we experience outside attempts to influence the future of the Kingdom in the time ahead.” He emphasized that any interference in Denmark’s internal affairs would be unacceptable.

Greenlandic political parties have reportedly united in opposition to U.S. actions, following what they describe as undue pressure from Trump and U.S. officials. Allegations include distributing MAGA merchandise to Greenlandic residents in exchange for food and legislative efforts in Congress to rename the territory “Red, White, and Blueland.”

The National Pulse reported in April that Greenland’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Vivian Motzfeldt, announced the strategically important island will seek greater cooperation with China and potentially enter into a trade partnership with the communist state. This came just weeks after Vice President J.D. Vance reiterated the significance of American leadership in the Arctic during a visit to Greenland, cautioning against the growing interests of China and Russia in Arctic shipping lanes and mineral reserves.

Ukrainian Arrested Over Nord Stream Pipeline Sabotage.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: A Ukrainian man suspected of involvement in the Nord Stream pipeline attacks was arrested in Italy following a European warrant issued by German prosecutors.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Serhii K., a 49-year-old former member of Ukraine’s Secret Service and special forces, along with German and Italian authorities.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Arrested on Thursday in San Clemente, Italy, following the 2022 Nord Stream pipeline sabotage in the Baltic Sea.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “I was in Ukraine during the Nord Stream sabotage,” Serhii reportedly told the appeal court while denying the charges.

🎯IMPACT: The arrest raises questions about Ukraine’s potential involvement in the pipeline attacks, which escalated Europe’s energy crisis.

IN FULL

Serhii K., a 49-year-old Ukrainian man, was arrested in northern Italy on Thursday after German prosecutors issued a European arrest warrant, suspecting his involvement in the 2022 Nord Stream pipeline attacks. He previously served in Ukraine’s Secret Service and special forces, though it remains unclear if he was still active during the sabotage.

Serhii was found at a hotel in San Clemente, Rimini, where he was on holiday with his family. Italian authorities apprehended him without resistance. He had entered Italy earlier in the week with a Ukrainian license-plated car and used his real identity, triggering an alert on police systems.

After his arrest, Serhii was detained in Rimini before being transferred to a prison in Bologna. He denied the charges, claiming he was in Ukraine during the Nord Stream sabotage and stressing that his visit to Italy was for family reasons. He also opposed extradition to Germany, where he faces charges of collusion to cause explosions, anti-constitutional sabotage, and destruction of infrastructure.

German prosecutors allege that Serhii was part of a group that planted explosives on the pipelines near Denmark’s Bornholm island. The attack, which severely damaged the Nord Stream pipelines, worsened Europe’s energy crisis. U.S. intelligence previously suggested a pro-Ukraine group was behind the sabotage, though no group has claimed responsibility.

A decision on Serhii’s extradition is expected at a hearing on September 3, and he will remain in custody until then. Italy’s anti-terrorism prosecutors are also investigating a possible link between the Nord Stream attacks and the sinking of a Russian oil tanker off Savona in February.
