New Dutch Government Promises to Slash Mass Migration.

Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof delivered his inaugural address to parliament on Wednesday, expressing a commitment to curbing immigration. Schoof, who ascended to the prime minister’s office after months of negotiations between populist and center-right political parties to form a government, stated: “The biggest of those concerns is asylum and migration. That is the crux of the matter, no matter how you look at it.”

Schoof, 67, is a former chief of Dutch intelligence and counterterrorism. His appointment occurred amidst the formation of a new coalition government following the collapse of the previous governing coalition on July 7 of last year. The anti-mass migration Party for Freedom, led by Geert Wilders, secured the largest number of seats in the country’s November 2023 election. However, it took 223 days to establish a four-party coalition, as opposition from other coalition partners prevented Wilders from obtaining the premiership.

The governing coalition includes Wilders‘ Party for Freedom (PVV), former Prime Minister Mark Rutte‘s center-right People’s Party for Freedom and Democracy, the populist Farmer Citizen Movement, and the New Social Contract party. Its guiding document, ‘Hope, Courage, and Pride,’ outlines stringent asylum measures, abolishes family reunification (chain immigration) for refugees, and aims to decrease the number of international students in the Netherlands.

“Migration puts too much pressure on social services and social cohesion. The asylum and migration figures are high and so is the pressure on society,” Schoof told lawmakers.

Conversely, opposition leader Frans Timmermans—of the social democrat-green alliance—harshly criticized the new government, labeling the Party for Freedom-inspired policies “racist.” He also announced plans to submit a motion of no-confidence against two cabinet members from Wilders‘ party.

In response, Wilders denied any allegations of “Nazi racist theories” among his party colleagues.

China Expanding Spy Bases on Cuba.

Satellite images show Chinese electronic eavesdropping stations in Cuba are expanding, with new facilities constructed at a site about 70 miles from the U.S. military base at Guantanamo Bay.

In 2022, the communist regimes in China and Cuba agreed to tighter defense and intelligence cooperation. These included a joint military training facility and a spy base on Cuba. U.S. officials said China and Cuba were already operating joint spy bases.

Cuba’s proximity to the U.S. allows the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to intercept sensitive communications from American military and space bases. The eavesdropping stations also enhance China’s ability to spy on U.S. citizens via telecommunications networks.

Using satellite imagery, the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) identified upgrades at four sites in Cuba: Bejucal, El Salao, Wajay, and Calabazar. Bejucal has been enhanced to better monitor and communicate with satellites. This is useful to China’s military and space program.

El Salao, the newest site, can intercept communications from Guantanamo.

During the Cold War, the Soviet Union operated a signals intelligence site near Havana. Moves to base Soviet missiles on the island nearly triggered a nuclear war in 1962.

The Joe Biden regime has not commented on the latest developments in Cuba. However, the CCP has become increasingly bold in its spying operations against the United States under the Democrats, infamously flying a spy balloon over the country unchallenged for weeks in 2023.

Bottomless Pit: Ukraine Gifted Another $2.3 Billion of U.S. Taxpayer Cash.

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin indicated Tuesday that the United States will send over an additional $2.3 billion in military aid for Ukraine. The package, authorized under the Presidential Drawdown Authority, will include new air defense interceptors, anti-tank weapons, and other munitions sourced from U.S. inventories. The announcement was made during a meeting with Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.

Additionally, Austin noted that the United States would expedite the provision of more Patriot and NASAMS air defense interceptors by adjusting the delivery schedules for some foreign military sales. the U.S. has placed Ukraine at the forefront of its list for receiving air defense capabilities, prioritizing it over other nations previously in line.

This announcement follows the recent U.S.-Ukraine bilateral security pact, committing the U.S. to a decade of training, military support, and expanded intelligence cooperation for Ukraine‘s armed forces. The timing also precedes the upcoming NATO summit in Washington, D.C., with Austin mentioning steps will be taken to support Ukraine’s path to NATO membership.

Aid pumped into Ukraine by the United States has not only gone into military assistance. It is also subsidizing the salaries of tens of thousands of Ukrainian state employees, Ukrainian farmers, and others.

Some of this aid has made its way into the pockets of corrupt officials and businessmen who set up fake companies to cash in on aid money without doing any of the intended work.

When the U.S. is able to supply high-tech American weaponry to the Ukrainian armed forces, reports indicate that Russia has been able to jam it on the battlefield, causing the Ukrainians to favor equipment from rival Chinese producers.

Globalists and Far Left Unite to Thwart Populist Victory.

Globalist and far-left candidates in France are strategically uniting ahead of the July 7 second round of the French legislative elections. They aim to thwart the National Rally (RN) party led by Marine Le Pen and Jordan Bardella, which won the first round, from earning a majority.

Over 200 candidates from both the New Popular Front—centered on Jean-Luc Mélenchon’s far-left France Unbowed party—and the Ensemble bloc—centered on President Emmanuel Macron’s globalist Renaissance party—have withdrawn from district races to give each other’s candidates a better chance of defeating RN.

The New Popular Front placed second in the first round, with the Macronists falling to third place.

Mélenchon has done a better job forcing his third-placed candidates to stand aside than Macron. The Ensemble camp faces internal divisions, with some reluctant to endorse far-left candidates due to economic and foreign policy disagreements.

Only candidates who secured over 50 percent of the vote in the first round are already guaranteed a seat in the National Assembly. Three or more candidates have qualified for the second round in over 300 districts out of 577, with the number of races that will be reduced to two-way contests due to withdrawals not yet officially confirmed by the Interior Ministry but likely to be substantial.

NATO Will Tell Zelensky Ukraine Is Too Corrupt to Join at July 9 Summit.

NATO will inform Ukraine that its corruption bars it from joining the alliance, a significant setback for President Volodymyr Zelensky. A senior U.S. State Department official says NATO will request additional anti-corruption measures before progressing with membership discussions in a written communique at the alliance’s annual summit on July 9.

The official emphasized the need for further progress in tackling corruption, a priority for many NATO members. Zelensky wants rapid NATO accession to ensure protection from future invasions, as NATO is obliged to go to war collectively if any individual alliance member is attacked.

The U.S. has reportedly blocked efforts by British and European Union officials to establish a definitive path for Ukraine’s NATO accession. Since the Soviet Union’s collapse, corruption has plagued the Eastern European country, especially within its military. Joe Biden highlighted “significant corruption” in Ukraine during an interview with Time magazine this year.

Zelensky, who will attend the summit in Washington, may receive a promise of a “well-lit bridge” to NATO membership, a term favored by the U.S. NATO members remain divided on whether to make their offer to Kiev “irreversible.”

Nearly 20 countries have signed bilateral security agreements with Ukraine, and they will celebrate these agreements at the summit despite the lack of a clear NATO promise.

Populists Win French Election 1st Round, But…

Marine Le Pen’s National Rally (RN) party has won the first round of France’s snap legislative elections, with the globalist Ensemble (Together) bloc formed around President Emmanuel Macron’s Renaissance party falling to third place. However, Macron’s globalists and the far-left New Popular Front (NFP) can still prevent the populists from taking government by allying ahead of the election’s second round on July 7.

RN won with a plurality rather than a majority of the popular vote, with 33.2 percent—slightly higher than the 31.37 percent RN secured in the recent European Parliament elections. The NFP placed second, with 28 percent, with Ensemble a distant third, with 20 percent.

“Democracy has spoken, and the French have put the RN and its allies at the top, practically wiping out the Macron camp,” said Le Pen, calling for “an absolute majority” in the second round so RN party president  Jordan Bardella “can be appointed Prime Minister in a week’s time.”

In the French system, a candidate must win over 50 percent of the vote in their electoral district to secure a National Assembly seat in the first round of legislative elections. The second round eliminates candidates who receive less than 12.5 percent of registered voter support. The candidate with the most votes among the remaining candidates wins.

WHAT NOW?

Historically, parties of the far left, center-left, and center-right hammer out district-level pacts to block the populist right at this stage. Jean-Luc Melenchon, de facto leader of the NFP, has said it is standing down in districts where it placed third to give Macron’s globalists a better chance of defeating the RN candidate. Macron has been less explicit about his intentions but also says, “Faced with the National Rally, it is time for a large, clearly democratic and republican rally for the second round.”

The election’s outcome hinges on whether first-round far-left voters and globalist voters are willing to back each other’s parties in the second round. Polling is mixed, with an Odoxa survey showing 41 percent of voters are willing to switch parties to block RN—but 47 percent are willing to switch parties to block NFP, and 44 percent are willing to switch parties to block Ensemble.

The behavior of voters for Les Republicains (the Republicans) could be critical. The so-called center-right party has traditionally sided with the left against RN, but party leader Eric Ciotti proposed a first-of-its-kind pact with Le Pen ahead of this election. This has been partially implemented despite party officials in the same mold as the Mitt Romney wing of the GOP deposing him in a chaotic process—which he contests—over the proposal.

If enough Republican voters switch to RN in the second round, the populists could eke out a slim majority.

Deep State Declares War on Democracy in France.

Deep State officials, from diplomats and civil servants to state school teachers and state-funded doctors, are vowing to defy a new populist government if Marine Le Pen’s National Rally (RN) party wins the French snap elections.

The French right has failed to form a united front for the short-notice legislative elections on June 30 and July 7 in spectacular fashion, reducing their chances of winning an outright majority. However, RN is still projected to place first, with President Emmanuel Macron’s Renaissance party falling to third place behind a far-left coalition, meaning a populist government is possible.

Members of the 2.5 million-strong state bureaucracy threaten to defy an RN-led government’s policies. “I cannot execute the policies of the National Rally… It is the heir to Vichy, a party whose stock in trade is inciting hatred of foreigners,” said one anonymous prefect, a form of regional governor responsible for security and law and order.

Similarly, a group of 170 diplomats has publicly declared, “We diplomats cannot accept that a victory by the far right should weaken France and Europe while there is war,” suggesting they would undermine policies in opposition to the European Union (EU) and ongoing involvement in the war in Ukraine.

‘WE WILL NOT OBEY.’

School leaders and inspectors have been even more explicit, saying they “will not accept” RN policies on checking students’ migration status and implementing a patriotic curriculum. “In full conscience and taking responsibility, we will not obey,” reads a petition signed by thousands of educators.

Even judges are briefing the press they have “worries” about RN policies that would toughen sentences for illegal alien criminals.

National Rally does enjoy strong support among the national gendarmerie (paramilitary police), however, due to their strong stance against Antifa violence against officers and migrant crime.

Marine Le Pen’s 28-year-old party president, Jordan Bardella, would likely become Prime Minister following an RN victory. Emmanuel Macron should remain President until his second term expires in 2027.

The EU is Taking Further Steps to Prolong the War in Ukraine.

The European Union (EU) has officially begun accession talks with Ukraine despite its ongoing war with Russia. A delegation from Ukraine will participate in an intergovernmental conference in Luxembourg to formally commence efforts to align Ukrainian laws and standards with those of the EU. Separately, Moldova, which applied for EU membership shortly after the start of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, will join in its own intergovernmental conference to initiate accession talks.

“Ukraine is returning to Europe,” President Volodymyr Zelensky declared after the EU agreed to initiate the talks.

Ukraine must harmonize its laws and standards across 35 critical areas with the EU, covering everything from the movement of goods to the judicial system. Approval from all 27 member states is required to either open or close each policy chapter.

Ukraine aims to achieve EU membership by 2030 but must first undertake extensive institutional and legal reforms, focusing particularly on anti-corruption measures. The country often ranks as the most corrupt in Europe. In recent months, the theft of money to pay for fortifications in the Kharkov (Kharkiv) region assisted in a significant Russian breakthrough.

The EU has exerted considerable influence in the conflict between Ukraine and Russia since 2014, during the Maidan coup. In May, Raheem Kassam, Editor-in-chief of The National Pulse, explained that the Maidan “was an act of war.”

Kassam also commented on recent developments, noting criticism among the Western media-political class of Reform Party leader Nigel Farage as “pro-Putin” due to his view the EU and NATO helped to instigate the war.

Kassam highlighted the “blackout” in British media with respect to criticism of Zelensky.

Israel May Soon Be at War With Hezbollah

U.S. officials are warning Hezbollah not to assume Washington can stop Israel from attacking them. They expect Israel to launch a significant offensive against Hezbollah across the Israel-Lebanon border soon. The U.S. stresses it will support Israel if Hezbollah retaliates, communicating this message indirectly since it doesn’t engage with Hezbollah, a proscribed terrorist organization, directly.

“Israel’s gotta do what they gotta do,” a Defense Department official granted permission to speak anonymously said.

Israel and Hezbollah have been embroiled in relatively low-level clashes since Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, with much of the border region being evacuated. U.S. officials fear a full-scale conflict between Israel and Hezbollah, which is stronger and better armed than Hamas and backed by Iran, could plunge the region into a wider war.

The Joe Biden regime is pledging to support Israel, including replenishing the Iron Dome and providing intelligence. If Israel faces a severe threat from Hezbollah, the U.S. may offer direct military support. However, U.S. officials are warning Israel they cannot stop Hezbollah strikes as effectively as they stopped Iranian strikes in April, with Hezbollah being far closer to the Jewish State geographically.

The U.S. intelligence community believes Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah does not want war, but the risk of miscalculation and escalation remains high.

Nasrallah is already threatening Cyprus, a European Union member which shares an island with two British Sovereign Base Areas and a Turkish puppet state, with war and an illegal migrant invasion for supporting Israel.

Despite the ongoing conflict in Gaza, Israeli leaders argue they need to act against Hezbollah to restore border security and allow displaced families to return home.

Dual Nationals May Soon be BANNED From Government Jobs in France.

Jordan Bardella, president of France’s populist National Rally (RN), is proposing to ban dual nationals from holding strategic government posts due to concerns over national security and potential foreign interference. The French populist leader announced the plan during the RN’s legislative election program presentation on June 24.

The RN leader stated that only French citizens should hold certain high-level positions, particularly those related to defense, security, and the nuclear sectors. “Reserving these jobs for French citizens is a way of protecting ourselves from foreign interference,” Bardella said on Monday.

Currently, France restricts some civil service roles like police and military positions to French nationals—though they may hold dual citizenship. According to the CGT trade union association, approximately 3.3 million dual nationals reside in France.

The RN plan drew criticism from far-left French political figures. Green Party politician Sandrine Rousseau likened the proposed restrictions to policies under the World War II-era Vichy regime, which barred foreign-born French nationals from certain government positions. Legal experts, including public law professor Serge Slama, argue that Bardella‘s measure could face challenges at the European Court of Human Rights or France’s Conseil d’Etat.

Edwige Diaz, vice-president of RN, later clarified that the policy would specifically apply to non-European Union dual nationals. Former RN leader Marine Le Pen, who had previously suggested a similar measure, further added that the restrictions would apply only to a limited number of positions and would be subject to regular review in response to changing geopolitical circumstances.

Earlier this month, Le Pen suggested stripping French citizenship and expelling Islamist dual nationals from the country for adopting what she called the “ideology of the enemy.” Polling data suggests Bardella, Le Pen, and the RN are poised to win the upcoming two-round snap elections on June 30 and July 7.
