EXC: Biden’s Asia Czar Headlined Chinese Communist Event With Hunter’s ‘Spy Chief’ Business Partner.

A senior Biden National Security Council member – Kurt Campbell – has worked with Chinese Communist Party front groups, even keynote-ing a major conference alongside a man Hunter Biden worked with and called “the f*cking spy chief of China,” The National Pulse can exclusively reveal.

The details including the connections to the 46th President’s son, Hunter, will no doubt cause consternation in national security and China-hawk circles, as well as raise questions as to Campbell’s relationship with a company charged with bribing U.S. figures.

Listen (full article follows):

Campbell – President Biden’s new “Asia Czar” – has bounced around the Washington, D.C. “think tank” circuit for decades including the Center for Strategic and International Studies, the Center for a New American Security, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Wasatch Group, the International Institute for Strategic Studies, and the McCain Institute for International Leadership.

His participation at the China Energy Fund Committee (CEFC)’s Sino-US Colloquium is, however, something far more concerning.

‘The F**king Spy Chief of China.’

Campbell’s 2015 speech followed introductory remarks from then-CEFC deputy chairman and Secretary General Dr. Patrick Ho – otherwise known as “the f**king spy chief of China” per exclusive audio released by The National Pulse from Hunter Biden’s “hard drive from hell.”

Hunter Biden claimed in his own audio recording:

“I have another New York Times reporter calling about my representation of Patrick Ho – the fucking spy chief of China who started the company that my partner, who is worth $323 billion, founded and is now missing. The richest man in the world is missing who was my partner. He was missing since I last saw him in his $58 million apartment and signed a $4 billion deal to build the fucking largest fucking LNG port in the world. And I am receiving calls from the Southern District of New York from the U.S. Attorney himself.”

Ho appears multiple times in Biden the younger’s e-mails as the pair inked million-dollar contracts.

Ho was later indicted by the U.S. Department of Justice for “schemes to bribe top officials for business advantages,” and used the committee “to conceal his criminal scheme”:

Patrick Ho bribed officials at the highest levels of government in Chad and Uganda in pursuit of lucrative oil deals and other business opportunities, all while using a U.S.-based NGO to conceal his criminal scheme.

And emails between CEFC China Energy’s founder Ye Jianming and Hunter Biden reveal a potential contract for $10 million annually “for introductions alone.” Later emails show Hunter Biden identifying himself  “unequivocally with no room for different opinions or interpretation” as a Managing Director of the Chinese military and government-linked company.

“I am the managing director of CEFC. I have complete authority as to who I hire and who I fire. I have only employees that work for me in DC,” he blasted, in a bizarre admission.

‘The Deepest Possible Commitment.’

Appearing alongside communitarian writer Amitai Etzioni, Campbell declared in his remarks:

“The United States has the deepest possible commitment in trying to establish a relationship that will be enduring and stable between the United States and China.”

The words – a facsimile of pro-China talking points often repeated in Washington, D.C. – would have been music to the ears of Chinese Communist officials who have spent the past several decades funneling drugs into the United States while stealing U.S. intellectual property and jobs.

Just a few years on from Campbell’s speech, the CCP would send a deadly virus to America’s shores and refuse the world access to the site they claimed it originated from – the Wuhan wet market – now a long-dismissed propaganda claim.

But that hasn’t stopped Joe Biden from appointing Campbell as his Asia chief.

In fact, some of “Beijing Biden’s” first actions on the job include efforts to hand the Chinese Communist Party more leeway, especially in U.S. schools.

Biden said of CCP chairman Xi Jinping in his pre-Super Bowl interview:

“He’s very bright. He’s very tough. He doesn’t have, and I don’t mean it as a criticism just a reality, he doesn’t have a democratic small “d” bone in his body.”

The Sino-US Colloquium VIII.

Campbell now holds the position of Indo-Pacific Coordinator within Joe Biden’s National Security Council (NSC), a “job that will give him broad management over the NSC directorates that cover various parts of Asia and China-related issues.”

An Obama-era Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs from 2009 to 2013, Campbell delivered his keynote address at China Energy Fund Committee’s Sino-Us Colloquium: Beyond the Current Distrust in 2015.

EVENT PROMO.

The October event contained sessions including “Time to Decide: Contain China or Accommodate It,” “Building a Stable US-China Balance of Power in the Western Pacific: How to Proceed,” and “The Transition in Global Economic Leadership.”

Campbell delivered the conference’s keynote address alongside a retired People’s Liberation Army Major General and Director of the Chinese Communist Party’s National Defense University.

High-level Chinese Communist Party diplomats, professors, and researchers also spoke at the event hosted at the George Washington University.

EVENT SCHEDULE.

The conference organizer – China Energy Fund Committee – is a non-governmental organization “funded” by CEFC China Energy. The committee, dubbed a “vessel of the Chinese government,” counted Hunter Biden’s business partner Patrick Ho as its Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General.
