American Patriot Curtis Ellis Passes Away.

Start

Curtis Ellis, a former Trump 2016 campaign advisor and policy director with America First Policies, has passed away.

After a bout with cancer, Ellis passed away on Sunday night. He is survived by his twin brothers Rick and Paul Ellis, as well as his beloved Maxine Albert.

Mr. Ellis, born in 1954, worked throughout his life to guarantee fair treatment for American workers, specifically holding the Chinese Communist Party accountable in recent years for hollowing out American towns and cities by stripping manufacturing jobs away.

Mr. Ellis was one of the most robust voices in opposing America’s membership of the jobs-killing Trans-Pacific Partnership. In many respects, the entire renegotiation of NAFTA – leading to a better deal for American workers – could not have come without Mr. Ellis’s wise counsel, and watchful eye.

More recently he became a fierce fighter on behalf of President Donald J. Trump and often took the Republican Party to task for concerning itself more with markets and money than people and families.

According to his family, some of Mr. Ellis’s final sentiments revolved around the importance of love and family as the heart of the United States of America.

Keen for America First policies to continue to guide the Republican Party, one of his final articles before his passing, states that Trumpism will save America: “Whoever embraces the philosophy of Trumpism owns the future. More will come into the fold. Can we say the same about the Democratic Party’s ideology? Will the Biden coalition survive without the Orange Man glue that held it together? Unlikely.”

Mr. Ellis’s close friend, radio host John Fredricks, wrote on Monday: “Curtis Ellis RIP. Now confirmed by his family Curtis passed at 7:27pm. Curtis and I were joined at the hip, he was a warrior in our movement. I feel like a part of me is gone without him. We love you, Curtis. You fought to your last breath.”

Tributes poured in from friends such as Maura Moynihan – daughter of the late Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan – as well as General Robert Spalding, entrepreneur Greg Autry, and reporter Jack Posobiec.

Friend and fellow CCP hawk Stephen K. Bannon said on his War Room: Pandemic show on Monday morning: “Curtis Ellis had been fighting for the American worker for decades.”

Speaking about Mr. Ellis’s impact on geopolitics, Bannon mentioned that when the Chinese Communist Party is finally toppled, the freedoms of ordinary Chinese people will be owed, in part, to Curtis Ellis.

Mr. Ellis passed away on Sunday, Feb 14 2021.

Joseph Ahearn, who worked with Mr. Ellis at America First Policies, told The National Pulse: “Curtis was a most decent man. He was a patriot, forever loyal to his country and the policies that would advance the cause of our nation. He was a brilliant mind and a true New Yorker. His writings on the complicated relationships involving Sino-American geopolitics always had a persona similar to Breslin or Hamill. He was also a great mentor to those all those he worked with and he will be missed to all those privileged enough to have worked with him. May he rest in peace.”

Mr. Ellis previously served as a special advisor to the Secretary of Labor in the Trump-Pence administration and on the Trump-Pence transition team. He served as founder and executive director of the American Jobs Alliance, an independent non-profit promoting “Buy American and Hire American” policies.

Mr. Ellis had decades of experience in broadcast, print, and online journalism as a reporter, writer, producer, and communications expert. He produced stories for NPR, NBC, HBO, and CBS’s 60 Minutes. He also wrote for publications including the Financial Times, AARP The Magazine, Us Weekly, and TIME magazine. Mr. Ellis served as a radio talk show host; worked as a media liaison for the New York State Senate Central Staff; and held a senior staff position in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Ellis, an inspiration to authors and editors at The National Pulse alike, was a true giant of America First policy, and a hero to us all. He will be missed in his absence, but celebrated through action, every day.
