A Pfizer-COVID Investigation May Finally Be on the Cards.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: The House Judiciary Committee is investigating claims that Pfizer executives delayed COVID-19 vaccine trial results to influence the 2020 election.

👥 Who’s Involved: Philip Dormitzer, Pfizer’s former head of vaccine research and development; the House Judiciary Committee; federal prosecutors; and GSK (GlaxoSmithKline).

📍 Where & When: Allegations stem from 2020, with ongoing investigations in 2025.

💬 Key Quote: Dormitzer reportedly stated, “Let’s just say it wasn’t a coincidence, the timing of the vaccine.”

⚠️ Impact: The investigation could reveal whether Pfizer acted to impact the 2020 presidential election, and may lead to further scrutiny of the pharma giant’s practices.

IN FULL:

The House Judiciary Committee has launched an investigation into allegations that Pfizer executives deliberately slowed COVID-19 vaccine clinical trials to influence the outcome of the 2020 presidential election. The claims center on comments made by Philip Dormitzer, Pfizer’s former head of vaccine research and development.

According to Dormitzer, Pfizer’s top research executives intentionally delayed the completion of clinical testing, ensuring results would not be available before the election. Dormitzer reportedly told colleagues at his subsequent employer, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), that the timing of the vaccine’s release was “not a coincidence.” GSK later passed this information to federal prosecutors in New York.

The Judiciary Committee, chaired by Rep. Jim Jordan, has demanded that Dormitzer provide all relevant documents related to Pfizer’s vaccine trials from March 1, 2020, to the present. Dormitzer has also been asked to schedule a transcribed interview with the committee by May 29. Dormitzer reportedly requested a transfer to Canada after Trump’s 2024 re-election, citing fears of investigation.

Positive trial results, if disclosed earlier, could have politically benefited President Donald J. Trump, then serving his first term. Trump has previously accused Pfizer and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of withholding vaccine success to hinder his 2020 re-election campaign.

Newsmax Reveals How Much it Paid in Smartmatic Dispute.

Newsmax has agreed to pay $40 million to Smartmatic in a settlement stemming from a defamation lawsuit regarding the 2020 U.S. presidential election. The settlement was revealed for the first time in a new regulatory filing by the media outlet. Filed last year, the settlement resolved claims made by Smartmatic, which accused Newsmax of falsely reporting that its voting machines had been used to manipulate election results in favor of Joe Biden.

The agreement, finalized in September, consists of both a cash payment and an option for Smartmatic to buy stock in Newsmax. So far, Newsmax has paid out $20 million, with the remainder due before July. In the filing, Newsmax expressed the expectation that fulfilling the financial terms of the settlement will preclude further legal costs, including potential appellate actions.

Last year, Newsmax admitted in a statement—as part of the settlement agreement—that the court declared allegations about Smartmatic’s involvement in altering election outcomes to be false. The disclosure of these payment details sheds light on previously confidential aspects of the settlement. Discussions on such confidential terms were not part of the public record when the lawsuit was initially resolved just before it went to trial.

This is not the first defamation case faced by Smartmatic. The company reached a separate settlement in April with One America News, although the terms of that agreement remain undisclosed. Smartmatic is currently engaged in a similar defamation lawsuit against Fox News.

The National Pulse has previously reported that the Smartmatic lawsuits against Newsmax and Fox News are at least partially underwritten by anti-Trump tech oligarch Reid Hoffman. Notably, Hoffman—a visitor to ‘Epstein Island’—invested in Smartmatic last year in what appears to be an effort to help fund the company’s litigation.

BREAKING: Giuliani Held in Contempt of Court by Trump-Appointed Democrat Judge.

A federal judge found former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani in contempt of court on Monday for not complying with a court order to transfer assets. The decision relates to a previous judgment in favor of two former election workers from Georgia—Ruby Freeman and her daughter Shaye Moss—who say Giuliani defamed them. Giuliani was ordered to pay the two women an astonishing $148 million in damages.

“The defendant willfully violated an unambiguous order of the court,” U.S. District Court Judge Lewis Liman–a Trump-appointed Democratruled from the bench in his Manhattan federal courthouse. Late last year, Giuliani, 80, was disbarred in Washington, D.C., over the defamation lawsuit’s results and other public statements.

The judgment requiring Giuliani to turn over certain assets stemmed from allegations made during the 2020 presidential election in Georgia. These allegations led to a lawsuit by the two workers, who claimed they were defamed by false accusations related to ballot fraud. Despite the court’s directive to settle the issue by transferring assets, Giuliani has reportedly not fulfilled these obligations, resulting in the contempt ruling.

Giuliani, known as “America’s Mayor” for his leadership following the 9/11 terrorist attacks, has been involved in several legal battles over the past few years. However, the former New York City Mayor and attorney for Donald J. Trump has been one of the more prominent targets of Democrat-backed lawfare efforts stemming from Republican challenges to the 2020 election results.

Further legal proceedings in the case are expected as the court considers the conditions of enforcement for its judgment.

This Stunning Data Raises So Many Questions About the 2020 Election.

A recent survey by the Pew Research Center indicates a significant increase in voters’ satisfaction with how the 2024 election was conducted compared to the 2020 election. This year, 88 percent of American voters expressed satisfaction with the election process, contrasting significantly with the 59 percent reported in 2020.

The survey highlights improved perceptions among supporters of both former President-elect Donald J. Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris regarding the election’s integrity. In 2024, 93 percent of Trump supporters and 84 percent of Harris supporters report being satisfied with how the election was conducted nationally.

The 2020 election was marred by abrupt changes to voting methods, ostensibly in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, with mail-in voting widespread.

It has been observed that while Joe Biden achieved 81 million votes in 2020—up from just under 66 million for Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama in 2015 and 2012—Kamala Harris managed under 75 million. President-elect Trump increased his votes from 74 million in 2020 to 77 million in 2024, leaving millions of 2020 Democratic votes “missing.”

Pollsters have previously uncovered evidence that mail-in voting fraud was endemic and extensive enough to sway the results of the 2020 election.

VOTING METHODS.

Pew found that 94 percent of Trump supporters trusted in-person voting, compared to 72 percent who were confident in mail-in and absentee ballots. Harris supporters displayed similar trends. This reflects a shift from 2020 when a smaller proportion of Trump supporters and a larger proportion of Joe Biden supporters showed confidence in these forms of voting.

Additionally, the survey found a divide regarding perceptions of voter eligibility. A majority of Trump voters, 55 percent, believed that people not legally qualified to vote likely cast a ballot. In contrast, Harris supporters were mostly confident that ineligible voters were prevented from voting.

In terms of voting methods, a higher number of Trump supporters (74 percent) opted to vote in person on or before Election Day compared to Harris supporters (56 percent). Overall, this election cycle saw a greater tendency for voters to cast their ballots in person (66 percent) rather than by mail (35 percent).

The New York Times Ran Cover for Democrat Election Deniers.

Democrat-aligned corporate media mainstays, like the New York Times, are changing their tune on “election deniers.” The liberal newspaper claimed in 2020 that challenging election results threatened democracy. However, the Times is now downplaying Democrat challenges to the 2024 election.

In Pennsylvania, the Times is spinning Senator Bob Casey Jr.’s (D-PA) attempt to overturn the election results in his failed re-election bid as a “twist,” portraying the decision of several Pennsylvania counties to count legally disqualified mail-in ballots as a mere difference of opinion. However, the actions of election officials in Bucks County—and several other localities—are a direct and deliberate violation of a recent state Supreme Court ruling that held that mail-in ballots lacking the proper signatures, dating, and return address are not to be counted:

The National Pulse reported last week that Bucks County Commissioner Diane Ellis-Marseglia openly stated her intent to violate the law and count the disqualified ballots during a meeting of the county’s Election Board. “I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country,” she declared last Thursday, continuing: “People violate laws any time they want. So, for me, if I violate this law, it’s because I want a court to pay attention. There’s nothing more important than counting votes.”

Critics of the Times’ coverage argue the newspaper is downplaying the significance of the Democratic Party’s defiance of court rulings, alleging it is a very lenient portrayal compared to the attacks leveled against actions taken by Republicans after the 2020 election.

Despite trailing by around 24,000 votes, Sen. Casey Jr. has refused to concede the race, which has been called for his challenger, Dave McCormick, by the Associated Press and several other major news networks.

Judge Orders Rudy Giuliani to Surrender Manhattan Penthouse and Other Property.

A federal judge has ordered former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani to hand over a significant amount of personal property to be placed in receivership. The judge has given Giuliani seven days to comply.

The order includes the former mayor’s Manhattan penthouse apartment, along with several luxury items and jewelry. The receivership determination comes as Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss have sought to collect on the $148 million defamation judgment they won against Giuliani.

Once the personal property is transferred, the appointed receiver will determine how Giuliani’s property will be used to settle the judgment. However, the penthouse will be transferred separately so that Freeman and Moss can move to sell the domicile, which is potentially worth millions of dollars. Judge Lewis Liman’s order does not include a determination on whether Giuliani will be able to keep his Palm Beach, Florida, condominium or four New York Yankees World Series rings, which his son contends were gifted to him.

Late last year, Freeman and Moss won the massive defamation judgment after a federal judge ruled Giuliani had defamed the two women in August. The defamation case stemmed from claims made by the former mayor and confidant of President Donald J. Trump that Freeman and Moss had engaged in a ballot fraud scheme in Fulton County, Georgia, during the 2020 presidential election.

It is not yet clear whether Giuliani and his attorneys intend to seek a stay on the receivership order or appeal the decision.

Harris’s Attempts to Lean Into Her Black Identity Are REALLY Not Working.

Support for Democrats among black voters is seeing a significant decline, according to new election survey data. An October New York Times/Siena national poll of black voters reveals a potentially catastrophic drop in support for the 2024 Democratic Party presidential nominee, Kamala Harris, compared to Joe Biden in 2020 and Hillary Clinton in 2016. Meanwhile, President Donald J. Trump is seeing his margins increase, inching up into the double digits.

During the 2016 election, Hillary Clinton won black voters by an estimated 85-point margin—capturing 92 percent of the demographic. Similarly, Joe Biden won black voters by an estimated 81-point margin. Conversely, Trump only won 7 percent of the black vote in 2016 and 9 percent in 2020. However, the NYT/Siena data suggests Trump is now on pace to win 15 percent of the black vote, with Kamala Harris only capturing 78 percent—a historically low margin of just 63 points.

Concerningly for Harris, her 63-point margin among black voters is down from even that of Biden before he dropped out of the presidential race in July. Before his ouster, 74 percent of black voters said they would cast their ballot for Biden in November.

In a close presidential race, margins among any voter demographic could potentially swing the election. The notable shift in the black vote could have a major impact on the outcome in states like Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.

Faced with eroding black support, Kamala Harris has tapped former President Barack Obama to hit the campaign trail in an effort to improve her margins. In one of Obama’s first events for Harris, the Democrat former president shamed black men who refuse to support Harris—accusing them of sexism.

Harris is Running Significantly Behind Joe Biden’s 2020 Margins Over Trump.

Polls suggest Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign for the White House is faltering with just over a month before the November presidential election. A survey conducted between September 29 and October 1 by Emerson College Polling indicates the Democratic Party presidential nominee is falling well shy of President Joe Biden’s margins in the 2020 election.

In a head-to-head matchup, Harris sits at 50 percent to President Donald J. Trump’s 48 percent. With a margin of error of plus or minus three percentage points, the Emerson poll essentially confirms Trump and Harris are in a dead heat. Biden’s margin over Trump in the 2020 popular vote was four and a half points.

Polling data analyzed by FiveThirtyEight illustrates an even steeper decline in Harris’ advantage compared to Biden’s, placing her current lead at approximately 2.8 percentage points, in contrast to Biden’s 7.4-point lead at this juncture in 2020. RealClearPolitics’ aggregation indicates an even greater difference between Biden’s and Harris’s leads over Trump, with Biden holding a 7.8-point lead in the Fall of 2020 versus Harris’s 2.2 points now.

In the battleground states where election outcomes are often decided the races appear exceptionally close. For instance, North Carolina and Pennsylvania show statistical ties, while Trump holds a minor edge in Arizona and Georgia. Conversely, Harris shows a slight advantage in Nevada, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

As in the 2016 election, Trump holds a significant advantage among non-college-educated and white working-class voters. Recent data released by the Teamsters Union shows the former Republican president holding about 60 percent support among the union’s rank-and-file members.

America’s Mayor, Rudy Giuliani, Disbarred in Washington, D.C.

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani is being disbarred in Washington, D.C., following a year-long legal battle after his membership with the city’s bar association was suspended. Giuliani’s disbarment stems from his involvement in efforts to challenge the 2020 presidential election results due to evidence and allegations of voter fraud.

The former New York City Mayor—who heroically led the city through the tragic 9/11 terrorist attacks—and ally of President Donald J. Trump has been one of the top targets of Democrat-run lawfare campaigns. Since the 2020 election, Democrats at various levels of government have used lawfare to pursue allies of Trump, including Giuliani, former Acting Attorney General Jeff Clark, White House strategist Stephen K. Bannon, and Trump trade advisor Peter Navarro.

Giuliani’s disbarment order for Washington, D.C., comes after the New York State Bar Association moved to block his right to practice law in the state earlier this year. Additionally, the Washington, D.C. decision is retroactive, with any legal matters represented by Giuliani dating to August 9, 2021, now in jeopardy.

The move by the Washington, D.C. appellate court comes over a year after Giuliani was arrested in Fulton County, Georgia, after being accused of interfering in the 2020 presidential elections in the state. Since his initial arrest, Giuliani has faced a litany of challenges, including being ordered to pay two Georgia election workers an astounding $148 million after a federal judge ruled that he had defamed them regarding alleged ballot fraud.

Republican establishment billionaire John Catsimatidis canceled Giuliani’s radio show in May after stating the mayor had broken an agreement not to discuss 2020 election fraud on air.

WATCH: Kamala Says Prostitution Should Be Decriminalized.

Kamala Harris, the 2024 Democratic Party’s presidential nominee, called for decriminalizing prostitution in a February 2019 interview. Speaking with The Root—an online magazine geared towards African Americans—the then 2020 Democratic presidential primary candidate unequivocally endorsed ending criminal punishments for what the interviewer called “sex work.”

“Do you think that sex work ought to be decriminalized,” the interviewer asks Harris, who has spent much of her 2024 presidential campaign building up the image that she is a former tough-on-crime prosecutor. Harris responds: “I think so. I do.”

“When you’re talking about consenting adults, I think that you know, yes, we should really consider that we can’t criminalize consensual behavior as long as no one is being harmed,” Harris continues before adding: “But at the point that anyone’s being harmed or exploited, then I think we have to understand that’s a different matter.”

The California Democrat tacked hard to the political left during her short-lived 2020 presidential primary candidate, attempting to outflank the likes of Vermont socialist Bernie Sanders. After Harris was selected to replace the 81-year-old incumbent Joe Biden as the 2024 party nominee—following Biden’s exit from the race in July—the former California Attorney General has tried to distance herself from her prior progressive policy stances.

The National Pulse reported on Monday that Harris backed taxpayer-funded gender transition surgeries for illegal immigrants on an American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) questionnaire she filled out during her 2020 camping. Harris’s disastrous 2020 primary campaign has proven to be a significant liability for her current bid for the White House. Former staffers who worked on Harris’s prior run have publicly denounced her, stating: “This person should not be president of the United States.”
