BREAKING: PA Supreme Court Delivers Final Blow to Democrat ‘Recount’ Efforts.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has sided with the Republican National Committee (RNC) and U.S. Senator-elect Dave McCormick (R-PA), issuing a ruling that county election boards must comply with the high court’s prior rulings regarding mail-in ballot requirements. Incumbent Sen. Bob Casey Jr. (D-PA) attempted to challenge a prior high court ruling that disqualifies mail-in ballots that lack required signatures, postmarks, dates, and return addresses.

“The Court hereby ASSUMES its King’s Bench authority over the instant Application, see 42 Pa.C.S. § 502, only to DIRECT that all Respondents, including the Boards of Elections in Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Philadelphia County, SHALL COMPLY with the prior rulings of this Court in which we have clarified that mail-in and absentee ballots that fail to comply with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Election Code, see 25 P.S. §§ 3146.6(a), 3150.16(a), SHALL NOT BE COUNTED for purposes of the election held on November 5, 2024,” the judges ordered in their ruling.

Last Thursday, Bucks County, Pennsylvania Election Commissioner Diane Ellis-Marseglia voted with a Democrat colleague to count the ballots that had been previously disqualified by the state Supreme Court. “I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country,” she argued at the time, continuing: “People violate laws any time they want. So, for me, if I violate this law, it’s because I want a court to pay attention. There’s nothing more important than counting votes.”

Meanwhile, with around 24,000 votes separating McCormick and Casey Jr., the Pennsylvania Department of State says the race will head to an automatic recount. There have only been a handful of successful state-wide recounts since 2000, and among those, only a few hundred votes separated the candidates.

Who Are Trump’s New Contenders for Treasury Secretary?

President-elect Donald J. Trump is considering two additional names for Treasury Secretary amidst ongoing infighting between the camps supporting current transition chair Howard Lutnick and Scott Bessent. Lutnick, backed by Elon Musk, has allegedly fallen out of favor due to concerns over possible manipulation of the presidential transition process.

The new names under consideration are former Federal Reserve governor Kevin Warsh and Marc Rowan, CEO of Apollo Global Management. Warsh has deep ties to Wall Street, acting as the central bank’s liaison to investors and major financial firms in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis. The former Fed governor also has extensive experience with Asian economies, meaning he could prove a valuable asset if the U.S. pushes further with decoupling from China.

In addition to Warsh, Trump is considering Marc Rowan, a major market investor and donor to Trump’s presidential campaign. Rowan currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Advisors of the Wharton School of Business and led the campaign to have then-President of the University of Pennsylvania, Liz Magill, and then-chairman of the Board of Trustees, Scott Bok, fired over their lack of response to antisemitism on campus following Hamas’s October 7 terrorist attacks against Israel.

Billionaire Trump backer Elon Musk publicly supports Lutnick, calling him a change agent and contrasting him with Bessen, whom he labeled a “business-as-usual choice.” Lutnick is also backed by Secretary of Health and Human Services nominee Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Notably, candidates such as Larry Kudlow and John Paulson have withdrawn from consideration.

Dem Election Deniers in Pennsylvania and Iowa Refuse to Concede.

Democrat candidates in Pennsylvania and Iowa are refusing to concede races they have clearly lost, instead opting to try to force costly recounts—and, in one instance, blatantly breaking the law in the hopes of titling the election results in their favor. Despite losing his re-election bid by around 24,000 votes, Senator Bob Casey Jr. (D-PA) is demanding the state engage in an expensive recount process even though past recounts suggest it is statistically improbable for him to make up enough votes to overcome Dave McCormick’s lead.

Meanwhile, in Iowa, Democrat Christina Bohannan is also attempting to force a recount against Representative Mariannette Miller-Meeks (R-IA). The latter won re-election by just under 1,000 votes. Since the infamous 2000 Florida recount, there have been an additional 36 stateside recounts of election results. Of those 36, only three were successful in changing the results. All three races were decided by a matter of just a few hundred votes, not thousands.

However, more concerning than the push for frivolous recounts is Democratic effort in Pennsylvania to count votes that the state’s Supreme Court has disqualified. In September, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court—whose majority is controlled by Democrats—ruled that mail-in ballots must include a proper date, signatures, and return address on to be valid.

Despite the ruling, in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, elections commissioner Diane Ellis-Marseglia is forcing her locality to count the disqualified ballots. The National Pulse previously reported that Ellis-Marseglia is citing the U.S. Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision—which overturned Roe v. Wade—as the grounds for her decision: “I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country,” she said.

Pennsylvania Department of State guidance directs county election officials to keep the questioned ballots segregated from the official count until they can be reviewed.

Zelensky Says Trump’s Election Will Hasten the End of the Ukraine-Russia War.

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky says the election of Donald J. Trump in the United States will likely hasten the end of the war in his country. The Ukranian leader’s remarks were published in an interview with the Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine (Suspilne) on Friday.

“The war will end, but there is no exact date,” Zelenesky states, admitting: “Certainly, with the policies of this team that will now lead the White House, the war will end faster. This is their approach, their promise to their society, and it is also very important to them.”

However, Zelensky did signal his government would remain somewhat defiant should Trump attempt to bring them to the table for peace talks with Russia. He emphasized that Ukraine “is an independent country” and that the “sit and listen” approach won’t work with his people.

On the 2024 campaign trail, President-elect Trump repeatedly stated the need for a cessation of hostilities between Ukraine and Russia and a peace deal. For his part, Zelensky traveled to the U.S. in the closing days of the American presidential election and essentially campaigned on behalf of the Democratic Party’s nominee, Vice President Kamala Harris.

Numerous Western leaders have attempted to pressure Trump into continuing U.S. financial and military support for Ukraine—despite the country’s deteriorating defense capabilities and concerning casualty rate. Former Prime Minister Boris Johnson is one of the loudest voices on this front.

Meanwhile, Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, a close ally of Trump, has stated he believes the President-elect will stop the flow of weapons and money to Ukraine, explaining, “…the war will end, because it is obvious that Ukraine can not stand on its own feet.”

Top Democrat Litigator: Cases Against Trump Should Be Dropped.

A top Democratic Party election lawyer and Supreme Court litigator who served as counsel to Vice President Al Gore during the 2000 presidential election recount in Florida argues that his colleagues should end the legal cases against President-elect Donald J. Trump. Thomas Goldstein, who now publishes the legal commentary website SCOTUSblog, echoes an argument made last week by former U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr, contending that the 2024 Election serves as its own verdict on the prosecutions.

“Democracy’s ultimate verdict on these prosecutions was rendered by voters on Election Day,” Goldstein writes in an essay for the New York Times. The long-time Democrat litigator continues: “The charges were front and center in the campaign. The president-elect made a central feature of his candidacy that the cases were political and calculated to stop him from being re-elected.”

He adds: “Despite the prosecutions, more than 75 million people, a majority of the popular vote counted so far, decided to send him back to the White House.”

DUBIOUS LEGAL THEORIES.

Goldstein contends that the two federal cases against Trump “are history” as Biden-Harris Department of Justice (DOJ) special counsel Jack Smith has indicated that he intends to resign from his constitutionally questionable appointment. Interestingly, Goldstein contends that the two state-level prosecutions against the President-elect in New York and Georgia “invoke legal strategies that had never been used to criminalize the behavior that prosecutors charge.” He notes both cases “…carry the stench of politics and, if pursued, could lay the groundwork for political prosecutions of future presidents.”

A THREAT TO DEMOCRACY.

The SCOTUSblog publisher also agrees with Trump’s legal team’s contention that the “prosecutors’ legal theories were and are unusual” and that they “are fundamentally federal, not state, concerns.” Additionally, Goldstein argues that the continued pursuit of the charges would threaten the U.S. Constitution and American democracy.

“Inviting prosecutors of the opposing political party to pursue these kinds of charges in the wake of a presidential election can only make things worse,” he states.

WATCH: Dems Admit to Breaking Law to STEAL PA Senate Race.

Democrats on the Bucks County, Pennsylvania election board are attempting to include the tabulation of mail-in ballots where voters failed to sign one of the necessary boxes. The five-to-two Democrat-controlled State Supreme Court ruled prior to the 2024 election that these types of ballots were not to be counted.

Despite the court ruling, the Bucks County Election Board is including the disqualified ballots in their county over the objection of its one Republican member. Led by Diane Ellis-Marseglia, the board appears intent on breaking the law to push incumbent Senator Bob Casey Jr. ahead of his Republican challenger Dave McCormick. Numerous media outlets have declared the latter the winner, and McCormick currently leads by over 25,000 votes.

“I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country,” Ellis-Marseglia declared at Thursday’s board meeting, apparently referencing the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent decision to overturn Roe v. Wade. She added: “People violate laws any time they want. So, for me, if I violate this law, it’s because I want a court to pay attention. There’s nothing more important than counting votes.”

The actions taken by Ellis-Marseglia and her fellow Democrats in Pennsylvania—possibly under the guidance of Democratic Party election lawyer Marc Elias—appear to be a flagrant attempt to undermine the law and U.S. election results. Notably, in Arizona, Michigan, and Georgia—among other states—President Donald J. Trump and his allies have faced prosecution over attempts to substitute slates of state electors. The latter is arguably legitimate and legal under the color of law, while Ellis-Marseglia and the Bucks County Election Board openly admit they are intentionally breaking the law.

FLASHBACK: Media Hyped Obama’s Potential RFK Pick in 2008.

The corporate media supported Robert F. Kennedy Jr. before they opposed him. In 2008, then-President-elect Barack Obama considered the scion of the Kennedy clan to lead the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), a policy brief where Kennedy Jr. inarguably holds far-left views. The potential appointment received almost effusive praise from the media, with POLITICO calling it “a shrewd early move.”

“Obama advisers said the nomination would please both Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.) and Sen. Edward M. Kennedy (D-Mass.),” Mike Allen, a reporter for the corporate media outlet now owned by the German company Axel Springer SE. He added: “It also would raise the profile of the EPA, which would help endear Obama to liberals who may be disappointed on other issues important to the Democratic left because of budget restrictions.”

Allen notes, “Kennedy, an environmental lawyer and son of the late senator and attorney general Robert F. Kennedy, has long championed a cleaner water supply for New York City.” Continuing with the praise, the story mentions that RFK Jr. fought against corporate and government polluters who had been dumping waste in the Hudson River, adding that the future independent presidential candidate is also an avid falconer and white-water rafter.

For POLITICO in 2008, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was a “star.”  However, today, Kennedy Jr.—tapped by President-elect Donald J. Trump to lead the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)—has lost that star status in the eyes of the corporate press. While Kennedy himself has changed little since 2008, it appears the urging of special interests in Big Pharma and the fact that Trump is appointing him are the primary drivers of the cascade of negative media coverage.

Another One Bites the Dust! Resistance Lib & Author Stephen King Leaves X.

Author Stephen King, recently more notable for his asinine anti-Trump social media posts than his fictional accounts of child orgies, says he is leaving Elon Musk’s social media platform X (formerly Twitter). The prolific writer—known for his novels It, The Shining, Salem’s Lot, and others—made the announcement, ironically, through a post on X.

“I’m leaving Twitter. Tried to stay, but the atmosphere has just become too toxic,” King wrote on Thursday. He added: “Follow me on Threads, if you like.” Threads is Facebook parent company Meta’s knock-off of Musk’s platform.

King is just the latest celebrity to flee the X social media platform following President-elect Donald J. Trump’s landslide election victory last week over Vice President Kamala Harris. Musk funded a Super PAC that was instrumental in aiding Trump’s victory, and will helm a Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) for Trump alongside Vivek Ramaswamy.

The National Pulse reported earlier today that MSNBC host and BlueAnon conspiracy theorist Joy Reid deleted her X account entirely. This followed a video and letter by former CNN anchor Don Lemon saying he is leaving the platform. Meanwhile, actress and mass immigration enthusiast Eva Longoria has departed the United States outright, with her family now splitting time between Mexico and Spain.

Adding to the exodus of far-left celebrities, writers, and activists is the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH), a United Kingdom-based nonprofit group that purports to combat online hate and misinformation. The group and its CEO, Imram Ahmed, deleted their X accounts on Thursday as well.

In one of the more bizarre responses to the 2024 election and the political alliance between Trump and Musk, former Scottish First Minister Humza Yousaf is accusing the latter of spying on his direct messages on the X platform.

Sour Grapes: Haley Criticizes Trump as ‘Shallow’ Following Admin Job Rejection.

Nikki Haley, former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations (UN) and has-been candidate in the 2024 Republican presidential primary, referred to President-elect Donald J. Trump as “shallow” following his statement that she would not be part of his forthcoming administration. After being heavily defeated by Trump in the Republican primary and withdrawing from the race in March, Haley belatedly endorsed Trump over Vice President Kamala Harris in the later months of the 2024 race. Despite her endorsement, Trump did not include Haley in his campaign efforts, causing dissatisfaction among some establishment Republicans.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump declared he would not extend invitations to Haley or former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to join his administration. He expressed gratitude for their past collaboration while confirming their exclusion from his team.

Haley responded on her SiriusXM radio show, claiming she had no interest in serving in Trump’s cabinet again. She critiqued Trump’s behavior, describing it as engaging in “games” she did not wish to participate in. While criticizing Trump’s alleged superficiality, Haley emphasized the importance of supporting the success of his administration and appointees.

Recently, Trump nominated Representative Elise Stefanik from New York to fill Haley’s former position at the UN.

Adios! Eva Longoria Relocates Family Abroad, Calls U.S. ‘Dystopian’.

Actress Eva Longoria has relocated with her family outside the United States, now splitting time between Mexico and Spain. In a recent interview, the actress cited the deterioration of living conditions in California as the impetus for her family’s departure from the country, noting the increasing homeless population and high taxes. However, she said President Donald J. Trump’s re-election was the final straw.

“I had my whole adult life here. But even before [the coronavirus pandemic], it was changing. The vibe was different,” Longoria said. “And then COVID happened, and it pushed it over the edge. Whether it’s the homelessness or the taxes, not that I want to shit on California—it just feels like this chapter in my life is done now.”

The Hollywood celebrity, who first achieved fame on the show Desperate Housewives, was an outspoken supporter of Vice President Kamala Harris and her running mate, Governor Tim Walz (D-MN), during the 2024 presidential election. “The shocking part is not that he won. It’s that a convicted criminal who spews so much hate could hold the highest office,” Longoria said regarding President-elect Trump’s landslide victory last week.

“If he keeps his promises, it’s going to be a scary place,” the actress said. Longoria has long been an advocate for mass immigration and open borders policies.

Exemplifying Hollywood entitlement, Longoria feigned shock that many Americans disagree with her political preferences, saying, “It was like, ‘Does my vote really matter? Am I really making a difference?'”

Longoria says that while she has been able to relocate outside the U.S., most Americans are not so lucky: “They’re going to be stuck in this dystopian country, and my anxiety and sadness is for them.”
