Gaetz Destroys McCarthy-Backed Candidate In Primary.

America First Congressman Matt Gaetz has crushed Aaron Dimmock, his primary challenger in Florida’s 1st Congressional District. Dimmock had been backed by Kevin McCarthy, the Republican-in-name-only (RINO) former Speaker of the House of Representatives ousted from his position by Gaetz in October 2023.

“Kevin McCarthy spent $3 million in this race,” Gaetz said following his 45-point victory over “DEI Dimmock,” whose background as a Black Lives Matter supporter and diversity, equity, and inclusion overseer was uncovered over the course of the primary campaign.

“$3 million,” Gaetz reiterated. “Two years ago, I got 70 percent of the vote. And tonight, it looks like we’re getting 73 percent of the vote. So, Kevin, if you’re watching, spend a little more next time, and we’ll get to 80!”

McCarthy became Speaker in January 2023 on his 15th attempt with the support of Gaetz, who had previously blocked his ascension. McCarthy made various promises to Gaetz and his faction on spending and holding the Deep State accountable—but reneged once he had the gavel, passing unpopular bills with more Democratic votes than Republican votes.

Gaetz made history by triggering a successful vote to remove McCarthy from the Speaker’s chair in October 2023. Since then, McCarthy has resigned from the House and embarked on a largely unsuccessful “revenge tour” to try to punish the MAGA lawmakers who ousted him.

Rep. Nancy Mace, one of McCarthy’s targets, mocked the “revenge tour” in February, suggesting the “bored” former Speaker should stop being “a complete loser” and “get a job.”

Kevin McCarthy Recruits DEI-Promoting, BLM-Loving Missouri Consultant To Primary Matt Gaetz.

Former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) has recruited Aaron Dimmock, who hails from Missouri, to primary conservative stalwart Representative Matt Gaetz (R-FL). After Gaetz successfully used a Motion to Vacate to oust McCarthy from the House Speakership, the California Republican signaled he would recruit challengers to each of his House colleagues who voted with Gaetz.

Dimmock, a U.S. Navy veteran, is by no stretch a conservative Republican. He has shown support for Black Lives Matter (BLM) and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs according to his social media. The Dimmock congressional campaign and McCarthy’s American Patriots PAC share a treasurer — suggesting the two entities will be working closely in McCarthy’s effort to exact political revenge against Gaetz.

While working as a director for the workplace training and consulting firm Chapman & Co., Dimmock shared his employer’s social media posts praising the BLM movement. During the summer of 2020, riots perpetrated by BLM supporters across several major U.S. cities cost taxpayers upwards of a billion dollars in damages. In Washington, D.C., the riots cost an estimated $14.5 million alone. Dimmock also shared posts on his LinkedIn page touting that at Chapman & Co. “we commit to audit every business process to ensure they reflect a culture of inclusion” and “serve non-profits advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.”

“I’m excited to welcome Missouri-based DEI instructor Aaron Dimmock to the campaign. This is Trump Country. Our pronouns are USA and MAGA,” Rep. Gaetz said in a recent interview. He added: “I’m a proud Trump Republican. I stand shoulder to shoulder with President Trump to defeat Joe Biden, secure our border, restore our economy, and support our veterans.”
