CVS, Rite Aid, Kroger Give Cops & Govt Warrantless Access to Patient Records.

A congressional investigation led by Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) has revealed some of the nation’s largest pharmacy chains have shared customer prescription records with law enforcement and government officials regardless of whether a warrant was obtained. As policy, CVS, Kroger, and Rite Aid – comprising over 60,000 pharmacies across the country – allow pharmacy staff to fulfill records requests directly. Other pharmacy chains require company lawyers to review requests first.

While prescription records are covered under the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act – a medical privacy law – there is a carve out allowing disclosure to law enforcement without patient permission. The pharmacies told Sen. Wyden a  government subpoena was sufficient to initiate the release of prescription records, instead of a warrant singed by a judge.

Congressional Democrats are hoping to use the investigation’s findings to enact new federal regulations aimed to undermine state-level abortion restrictions. In a letter to President Biden’s Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra, Sen. Wyden, along with Reps. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) and Sara Jacobs (D-CA) asked the federal agency “consider further strengthening its HIPAA regulations… Pharmacies can and should insist on a warrant.”

Democrats hope stronger federal privacy regulations could hamper attempts by Republican state attorneys general to prosecute doctors and pharmacists who provide abortifacient drugs in violation of state law. The attorneys general of both Texas and Missouri have notified national pharmacies their plans to make abortifacient drugs available through the mail open them to prosecution.

Cosmo Mag Encourages Women to Have ‘Satanic Abortions’.

Cosmopolitan magazine is openly encouraging women to abort their unborn babies in satanic ceremonies that were first created by The Satanic Temple (TST) on social media platform Instagram.

The magazine recounted the experience of one 37-year-old mother of three who visited a Satanic abortion clinic in New Mexico, claiming that she found it to be “just very supportive” before going on to explain how its online audience – predominantly young women interested in fashion and gossip – can try it for themselves over several posts.

The first slide suggests young women “bring a mirror” into which they can gaze and reflect on their “personhood” before taking abortion pills. The second recommends reading aloud the so-called tenet, “One’s body is inviolable, subject to one’s own will alone.”

“Take the medication and immediately afterward, recite: Beliefs should conform to one’s best scientific understanding of the world. One should take care never to distort scientific facts to fit one’s beliefs,” the instructions continue. To complete the abortion, the post states, one must recite the words: “By my body, my blood; by my will, it is done.”

The last slide recommends that those aborting their children should encourage “as many loved ones as they’d like” to participate and should consider lighting candles or dressing up for the occasion.

Cosmopolitan continued to push Satanic abortions in another post on the platform, clarifying that it is a real trend that has “managed to piss off abortion opponents and reproductive free fighters alike.” It adds elsewhere the trend may be “the most genius reproductive justice play of our time.”

REJOICE! 137 ‘Abortion Clinics’ Closed in Just 2 Years.

One hundred and thirty seven abortion clinics were forced to close or halt their operations over the past two years in the United States, according to the Christian charity Operation Rescue.

A total of 88 clinics closed or halted operations in 2022, with another 49 following suit this year. Of the 49 clinics that either closed or halted operations this year, 51 percent were pill-only facilities, and 49 percent were surgical.

There are now 670 abortion clinics left in the country, representing a 69 percent reduction in the total number of facilities compared to 1991, in which there were well over 2,176 in operation.

“The overturn of Roe v. Wade is undoubtedly saving lives. And the enduring efforts of faithful Americans on the pro-life side are paying off and having a winning effect,” said Operation Rescue’s President Troy Newman.

“While the pro-life community has much to celebrate, the pro-death crowd continues to find methods of killing as many human beings as possible. The prayers and work involved in exposing the evil behind the Abortion Cartel is more important than ever!” Newman added.

As of late November, one in four babies that would have been aborted in the United States have been born as a direct result of the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe. Since then, fourteen states are considered “abortion-free” by Operation Rescue, including Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, and West Virginia.

House GOP Bill Proposes to Defund Planned Parenthood.

House Republicans are pressing for a vote on a bill for the Department of Health and Human Services, Labor, and Education, which would implement an array of spending cuts benefiting pro-life and pro-family positions.

House Resolution 5894 would, among other things, eliminate Title X grants to family planning clinics such as the radical abortion-pushing organization Planned Parenthood, prevent Medicare and Medicaid paying for “gender transitions,” as well as protect the Hyde Amendment, which prohibits direct payment of public money for abortions.

The bill would also prohibit public funding for gain-of-function research, a type of pathogen manipulation that enhances the transmissibility of viruses, and EcoHealth Alliance.

The legislation “prohibits funding for programs focused solely on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and it eliminates funding for Planned Parenthood and other controversial grantees,” argues the veteran Republican Congressman Robert Aderholt, who sponsored the bill.

The White House has, however, criticized it as placing “radical right-wing politics over the needs of the American people by eliminating consequential programs Americans rely on every day and instead seeks to forcibly inflict deeply unpopular policies with poison pill riders.”

The bill, which would have to pass and be reconciled with other spending bills, is one of the first big tests for Mike Johnson following his appointment to the House speakership last month.

DATA: Trump More Popular Than Beyonce, DeSantis Less Liked Than Kamala (According to Ron’s Own Pollster).

A recent NBC News poll indicates that the right to kill babies in the womb as well as the abstract notion of protecting America’s “democracy” are the two foremost concerns for single-issue voters, ostensibly ranking higher than immigration and the border, and indeed the economy.

According to the survey, 19 percent of single-issue voters declared that safeguarding democracy or constitutional rights was their paramount issue. The closely trailing concern was the right to abortion, with 18 percent citing it as their primary single-issue.

The poll, which surveyed 1,000 voters between November 10-14, revealed that besides democracy and abortion rights, the only other concern to exceed 10 percent was immigration or border security, reported by 14 percent of those polled. Gun rights stood at nine percent.

Popularity Contest.

The poll also found a massive disapproval rating for Biden and his economy, foreign policy, and discovered that a record 76 percent of voters do not feel confident about leaving the country in a better shape for their children.

Thirty-six percent of people feel positive about Biden, the same number as Donald Trump. Kamala Harris has a 29 percent positive rating, polling higher than Ron DeSantis who is on 27 points. By comparison to so-called “popular celebrities”, Taylor Swift has a 40 percent positive rating, with Beyonce on just 33 percent.

Israel is popular with 47 percent of Americans, with “Palestine” only drawing support from one in five (20 percent).

The poll was conducted by Hart Research and Public Opinion Strategies (POS), the latter of which is closely affiliated with the DeSantis campaign, making the Florida Governor’s unpopularity in the data even more humiliating.

Pro-Abortion Groups Seek to Trigger Referendums in Another 9 States.

Abortionists and abortion advocates are pushing to trigger referendums on liberalizing terminations in a further nine states, building on their successes in states such as Ohio in recent months.

“We’ve already seen the power of direct democracy in seven states where campaigns to protect or restore abortion rights won resoundingly,” boasted the CEO of the political arm of Planned Parenthood, Alexis McGill Johnson. “Across the country, voters are eager to fight the tide of anti-abortion policies pushed by politicians,” she claimed.

Pro-abortion activists are even pushing for referendums in states like Nevada, where the abortion limit is currently set at around 12 weeks with exceptions for cases involving incest, rape, and danger to the life of the mother. They want to increase the limit to the point of so-called “fetal viability,” around 24 weeks – despite the fact babies born as early as 21 weeks have survived.

Donald Trump has long warned Republicans against pushing too far, too fast in terms of abortion restrictions, suggesting bans from the point of conception or as early as six weeks, sometimes with no exceptions, lack broad public support, and will result in leftists being able to weaponize abortion to win political power and push through extreme anti-life policies.

“[W]e have to win elections. I can take a view, I can tell you my view is a strong view, but we have to win elections,” Trump told National Pulse editor-in-chief Raheem Kassam in a recent interview.

“[T]he Democrats are the radicals because they’re willing, remember, I said during my debate with Hillary… [to] rip the baby out of the womb in the seventh, eighth, ninth month,” he explained, warning Republicans against allowing the left to “make you be the radical.”

BE THANKFUL: 1 in 4 Babies That Would’ve Been Aborted Have Been Born in a Post-Roe World.

Over 1-in-4 women who considered an abortion have instead chosen instead to take their pregnancy to term in states where protections for the unborn were enacted following the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision overturning Roe v. Wade. The data, found in a study by the left-wing Institute of Labor Economics, only covers the first six-months of 2023 but signals to pro-life activists their efforts to save unborn lives is making progress – despite set-backs at the ballot box in the 2022 and 2023 elections.

While pro-life Americans might see the new data as a positive development, Middlebury College professor Caitlin Myers – who co-authored the Institute of Labor Economics study – does not.

“When you make it harder, women can’t always get out of states to obtain abortion,” the abortion advocate Prof. Myers said in an interview. “Most people are getting out of ban states, one way or another, and more people in protected states are getting abortions. And at the same time, this shows something those data cannot show: There’s a significant minority of people in ban states that do get trapped.”

Pushing back, pro-life groups argue the increase in births is good for families, communities, and the United States overall.

“The insinuation of a lot of coverage of such data points is that it’s a bad thing for there to be more children welcomed in states with better laws than in states that fast-track abortion,” said Students for Life president Kristan Hawkins in an interview with the New York Times. Hawkins added, “It’s a triumph that pro-life policies result in lives saved.”

ELECTABILITY: Trump Now Leads Biden In Five of Six Swing States.

President Donald J. Trump is storming ahead of Joe Biden in five of six key swing states just 12 months before the 2024 presidential election, with the 45th President predicted to obtain more than 300 Electoral College votes: way above the necessary 270 to win, new data shows.

Trump, despite his multiple deep-state indictments and attempts to inhibit his re-election run, is leading by 11 points in Nevada, six in Georgia, five in Arizona, five in Michigan, and four in Pennsylvania. Biden leads in Wisconsin by just two points. Across all six, Trump is averaging 48 percent to Biden’s 44.

The 45th President is also polling at unprecedented rates among ethnic minorities and young Americans. Voters under 30 prefer Biden by just one percentage point. Biden’s lead among Hispanics has dwindled to single digits, and almost one-quarter of black voters – 22 percent – intend to vote for Trump, which is “a level unseen in presidential politics for a Republican in modern times.”

Better still for the former President is almost twice as many voters are prioritizing the economy above social issues, such as abortion or guns. Among those economic prioritizers, 60 percent support Trump, just 32 percent support Biden. An overall 59 percent trust Trump over Biden on the economy. Only two percent of Americans told pollsters the economy was “excellent” under the Biden government.

“Discontent pulsates throughout the Times/Siena poll, with a majority of voters saying Mr. Biden’s policies have personally hurt them,” The New York Times admits.

Macron Changing French Constitution to Make ‘Freedom’ to Abort Babies ‘Irreversible’.

Emmanuel Macron, the globalist President of France, has confirmed an amendment to the French constitution enshrining the right to abort babies. His plan is now heading to the Council of State, and Macron claims that by 2024, “women’s freedom to have an abortion will be irreversible.”

The initiative began as a kneejerk reaction to the Supreme Court of the United States overturning Roe v. Wade, which did not put a stop to abortions in the U.S., but allowed individual states to set their own rules. Some have banned the practice almost entirely, some have set strict “heartbeat” restrictions banning it after around six weeks. Other states, almost all Democrat-controlled, have adopted an extreme permissive stance, allowing babies to be killed in the womb up to the moment birth.

Currently, abortion is lawful in France up to 14 weeks, with the limit having already been raised from 12 weeks by Macron last year. The French government reports approximately 234,000 babies were aborted in 2022.

WATCH: UK Woman Fined for Silently Praying Outside Abortion Clinic.

A British Christian woman was fined by the authorities after she silently prayed outside of an abortion clinic in the English city of Birmingham earlier this month.

Isabel Vaughan-Spruce, who has already received two fines for praying outside other clinics in the UK, was told by a Community Support Officer that she would be issued with a fixed penalty notice because she was praying “for the lives of unborn children” within the facility’s “buffer zone” of 150 meters.

Her actions failed to comply with the “Anti-Social Behaviour Order,” according to the two officers in the video, despite the fact she was not staging a protest outside the facility.

Vaughan-Spruce has since confirmed that she was not within the buffer zone as an act of protest but merely to pray, arguing: “This is the third time I have been treated like a criminal for peacefully, silently, and imperceptibly praying for women who are likely facing one of the worst days of their lives.”

“The UK government urgently needs to clarify that silent thoughts can never be illegal – even if those thoughts are in disagreement with the views of the State,” she added.

Britain made it a crime to undertake any action considered “interference” with access to abortions last year. As a result, merely attempting to “advise or persuade” someone from getting an abortion or to “inform about abortion services” is considered an offense in the UK capable of landing someone up to six months in prison, according Clause 9 of the Public Order Bill.
