Far-Left NY Judge Orders Trump Pay $355M in Letitia James Trump Org Case.

Far-left Judge Arthur Engoron has ordered President Donald J. Trump to pay almost $355 million dollars in the Democrat case against the former president in New York. The ruling also prohibits certain members of the Trump Organization from doing business in the Empire State. President Trump will appeal the judgment.

Trump’s sons, Don Jr. and Eric Trump, were also ordered to pay $4 million each.

New York Attorney General Letita James had pleaded with the state to order Trump to pay at least $370 million.

Speaking earlier this week, Trump lawyer Alina Habba remarked: “I don’t have high hopes; I do believe that there is some ethics left. I hope that Judge Engoron sees through this, but… I’ve been on weeks and weeks and weeks of trial in New York, and the corruption runs deep; the Trump Derangement Syndrome frankly runs even deeper.”

Judge Engoron is a Democrat donor whose “co-judge” law clerk, Allison Greenfield, has attended events endorsing AG James, a Democrat, and Joe Biden.

WATCH: Trump Lawyer Habba Says ‘I Don’t Have High Hopes’ For NY’s Trump Org Trial.

Aliba Habba, representing Donald Trump and his business empire in New York Attorney General Letitia James’s civil fraud against them, says she does not have “high hopes” as she awaits Judge Arthur Engoron’s decision expected Friday morning.

“If I could file the appeal now, I would,” Habba said on Wednesday, warning there are “no surprises coming here.”

“I don’t have high hopes; I do believe that there is some ethics left. I hope that Judge Engoron sees through this, but… I’ve been on weeks and weeks and weeks of trial in New York, and the corruption runs deep; the Trump Derangement Syndrome frankly runs even deeper,” she added.

The lawsuit threatens a $370 million financial penalty and a permanent ban from New York real estate dealings. Judge Engoron, a Democrat donor whose “co-judge” law clerk, Allison Greenfield, has attended events endorsing AG James, a Democrat, and Joe Biden.

While AG James claims Trump defrauded banks by overvaluing his assets to secure loans, some of the valuations accepted by Engoron, such as valuing Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate at just $18 million, have been heavily criticized.

Habba has also contended all loans were paid back on time, so there is no actual victim in the case.

READ: Judge Engoron’s SHOUTY ALL CAPS E-MAILS to Trump Lawyers, Warning Former Prez to Leave AG Alone or Be Removed From Courtroom.

A bizarre tranche of emails was quietly released on Wednesday, showing the crooked New York Judge Arthur Engoron appearing to play favorites for the New York Attorney General Letitia James as well as ranting in all caps at former President Donald Trump’s lawyers.

In the string of messages, Engoron – who employs far-left activists as his court clerks – demanded that President Trump adhere to a set of ambiguous rules if he were to be allowed to address the court today for closing remarks.

I will consent to let Mr. Trump make a closing argument if, and only if, through counsel by 1/9/2024, and by himself, personally, on the record, just before he speaks, he agrees to limit his subjects to what is permissible in a counsel’s closing argument, that is, commentary on the relevant, material facts that are in evidence, and application of the relevant law to those facts. He may not seek to introduce new evidence. He may not “testify.” He may not comment on irrelevant matters. In particular, and without limitation, he may not deliver a campaign speech, and he may not impugn myself, my staff, plaintiff, plaintiff’s staff, or the New York State Court System, none of which is relevant to this case, and all of which, except commenting on my staff, can be done, and is being done, in other forums. If Mr. Trump violates any of these rules, I will not hesitate to cut him off in mid-sentence and admonish him. If he continues to violate the rules, I will end his closing argument and prevent him from making any further statements in the courtroom. If he violates the current gag order against him, I will immediately direct court officers to remove him from the courtroom forthwith and will fine him not less than $50,000.

Finding objection from Trump’s lawyer Chris Kise, Engoron went on to deny President Trump a delay due to the death of his mother-in-law this week, adding late Wednesday morning: “I won’t debate this yet again. Take it or leave it. Now or never. You have until noon, seven minutes from now. I WILL NOT GRANT ANY FURTHER EXTENSIONS.”

The news underscores the weight of the bias against Trump in the Manhattan case, with the Attorney General, judge, staff, and media all playing against him in the courthouse, both misrepresenting the facts of the case, and spinning the narratives for the general public at the end of each trial day.

Corrupt Judge Engoron Is Upset About Being Called Mean Names.

Arthur Engoron, the Democrat donor judge overseeing a civil fraud lawsuit against Donald Trump, is upset members of the public are insulting him and “co-judge” Allison Greenfield. Court officials have filed affidavits arguing a gag order preventing Donald Trump from criticizing Engoron should not be lifted, supposedly to reduce the number of insults.

Court Officer-Captain Charles Hollon alleged Trump violated the gag order with remarks alleging “[Chuck] Schumer’s girlfriend, Allison R. Greenfield, is running this case against me.”

“When Mr Trump violated the gag orders, the number of threatening, harassing and disparaging messages increased,” claimed Hollon.

He provided transcripts of voicemails left for Engoron, describing the judge as a “little fruit cake” and a “fagot [sic] dork”. Other messages suggested Greenfield, his Democrat-linked law clerk, fellates his “micro penis”.

Some of the messages were anti-Semitic in character, though in others the caller said they “love Jewish [p]eople.” Some of the messages appeared threatening, suggesting Engoron “should be killed,” but others said he should “not [be] assassin executed… But [after] trial executed for your crimes.”

“The messages received by Justice Engoron and his staff every day [have] created an ongoing security risk for the judge, his staff and his family,” Hollon claimed, insisting the gag order reduced the volume of supposed threats.

Trump Blasts Biden, New York AG, Judge, Marxists, RINOs, & More in Thanksgiving Message.

Donald Trump has given Joe Biden, New York Attorney General Letitia James, Judge Engoron, and a host of other colorful characters both barrels in a Thanksgiving message shared to Truth Social.

“Happy Thanksgiving to ALL, including the Racist & Incompetent Attorney General of New York State, Letitia ‘Peekaboo’ James, who has let Murder & Violent Crime FLOURISH, & Businesses FLEE,” wrote the former president in reference to the Democrat AG, who is currently pursuing civil fraud charges against his business empire.

Arthur Engoron, the Democrat donor judge overseeing the case, also came in for criticism, with Trump slamming him as “Radical Left” and a “Psycho” and accusing him of “criminally” defrauding both himself and New York by, among other things, appearing to grossly undervalue his Mar-a-Lago estate in order to rule against him. Trump also took aim at Enogoron’s law clerk and “co-judge” Allison Greenfield, a Democrat activist who has attended events endorsing AG James, alleging she “sit[s] by his side on the ‘Bench’ & tells him what to do”.

Finally, he fired a lengthy broadside at “Crooked Joe Biden,” his “Department of Injustice,” and “all of the other Radical Left Lunatics, Communists, Fascists, Marxists, Democrats, & RINOS, who are seriously looking to DESTROY OUR COUNTRY.”

“Have no fear, however, we will WIN the Presidential Election of 2024, & MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!”

Engoron’s ‘Co-Judge’ Law Clerk, Allison Greenfield, Attended Anti-Trump Events Endorsing Biden & Tish James, Spurred on By Impeachment Leader Dan Goldman.

Allison Greenfield, law clerk to Judge Arthur Engoron, has been recently involved with leading anti-Trump organizations in New York City, and has even been caught on camera attending the “Fall Event” of a group called the “Grand Street Democrats” in October 2022.

Greenfield – whose partisan activities were the basis for Judge Arthur Engoron’s now-overturned gag order against President Donald Trump – has been advising Engoron throughout the case, notably glaring at Trump and rolling her eyes during presentations by Trump’s lawyers, according to in-court witnesses.

Footage posted to the Judicial Protest X account early November shows Greenfield at the Grand St Dems event where speakers and the organization itself endorsed Attorney General Letitia James, whose partisan campaigning sparked the case against Trump in the first instance. The group has also endorsed James on its website:

Greenfield is also featured prominently on the Grand St Dems pages, and can be seen in the video, below, cheering for Joe Biden and even exclaiming, “Marijuana, heh heh heh!” at one point in the video (1:02), raising questions about her own potential drug use and advocacy:

This level of involvement in highly partisan activity is wildly unusual for a law clerk, especially one presiding over a trial of a former president and current presidential candidate running against the very people Greenfield is heard cheering on in the video.

Speakers at the event hurled epithets at Trump supporters, calling the MAGA movement “dangerous” and “anti-democratic,” while also claiming to have seen “the consequences of the former president [Trump]” in New York.

An image of Greenfield posing with far-left activists for the Grand St Dems Instagram page was even “liked” by former lead counsel in the first Trump impeachment, Dan Goldman, highlighting the anti-Trump nature of the event.

By her own admission, Greenfield has acted as a “co-judge” in the New York case against Donald Trump – something highly inappropriate for an unelected member of court staff. Greenfield has gone so far as to refer to herself and the judge using the term ‘we‘ at a candidate forum. Greenfield, at the time, was seeking office as a judge on the Manhattan Civil Court.

At the same candidate forum, Greenfield stated her judicial philosophy would be driven not by the facts and the law, but by political considerations. She said: “[o]ne thing that I think is incredibly important to consider, what would the people who elected me want me to do and is there any precedent… that would allow me to achieve that outcome.”
Greenfield’s view of the law is far outside the judicial mainstream, and in clear violation of New York’s Rules of Judicial Conduct which state: “A judge shall be faithful to the law and maintain professional competence in it. A judge shall not be swayed by partisan interests, public clamor or fear of criticism.” Another concerning revelation is that Greenfield has been in violation of  the Rules of Judicial Conduct throughout the course of the trial dude to her political contributions:

The mistrial filing cited above, provides nearly three pages of political contributions made in excess of the limits set by the Rules for Judicial Conduct. Some of the groups Greenfield contributed to, while the civil fraud case against Trump was pending, included organizations that were actively and publicly supporting Letitia James for Attorney General – raising further concerns regarding partisan impropriety by Engoron’s law clerk.

Less than two weeks before James filed her civil fraud case against former President Trump, the Grand Street Democrats organization posted on X (formerly Twitter):

The mistrial filing by former President Trump’s attorneys also makes clear that much of this information was hidden from the public and the court because of Engoron’s gag order. Late on Friday, November 17th, Engoron rejected the mistrial filing, claiming the long trail of evidence against Greenfield was “without merit”.

Will Upton contributed to this report.

NY Appeals Judge Lifts Trump Gag Order on Engoron’s Far-Left Staff.

A New York appeals court judge has lifted a gag order that had previously restrained former president Donald Trump from commenting on court staffers involved in his civil fraud trial. The gag order, imposed last month by trial judge Arthur Engoron and accompanied by a fine of $15,000 for violation, followed after Trump criticized court staff for political bias in asocial media post. The decision to pause the gag order by Judge David Friedman of the state’s intermediate appeals court arrived amid concerns about infringements on Trump’s free speech rights.

Trump’s lawyers, responding to the aforementioned gag order, have filed a lawsuit against Engoron, accusing the trial judge of abuse of power. Following this action, an emergency hearing was set on Thursday afternoon by Judge Friedman in a state appellate courthouse, located several miles away from the ongoing trial.

The central issue at hand pertains to Trump’s claims of improper influence by law clerk Allison Greenfield in the trial. His defense team has frequently highlighted Greenfield during the trial, alleging the former Democratic judicial candidate has assumed an oversized role in the case against the ex-Republican president. Judge Engoron has defended Greenfield’s participation in the trial, responded with fining Trump for perceived violations, and further prohibited lawyers from commenting on “confidential communications” with his staff.

Trump Files For Mistrial In NY.

Former President Donald Trump’s defense team filed a motion for mistrial in New York Attorney General Letitia James’s civil fraud prosecution against him. At the core of the filing is the ongoing concern Trump and his lawyers have over public perception and political bias – especially as it pertains to Judge Arthur Engoron, who is presiding over the case, and his law clerk Allison Greenfield.

“This appearance of bias threatens both Defendants’ rights and the integrity of the judiciary as an institution,” Trump’s attorneys argued in the filing, adding: “Greenfield’s unprecedented role in the trial and extensive, public partisan activities, would cause even a casual observer to question the court’s partiality. Thus, only the grant of a mistrial can salvage what is left of the rule of law.”

On multiple occasions Trump’s legal team has raised issue with Greenfield passing notes to Judge Engoron while the court was in session and exercising an unusual degree of authority in the court’s decision making process. Greenfield, Trump’s lawyers argue, is essentially “Co-Judging” the proceedings. Additionally, the political connections Greenfield has with prominent Democrat politicians has also been a point of contention.

New York’s Democrat Attorney General Letitia James alleges former President Trump instructed aides in the Trump Organization to produce false estimates for the value of his properties in an effort to inflate his collateral and secure more lucrative loans from financial institutions. Michael Cohen, a former lawyer for Trump, was considered a star witness for James’s prosecution and was expected to corroborate the allegations of financial fraud. However when Cohen took the stand and was asked if Trump had directed him to produce fraudulent financial numbers, he admitted, “Trump did not specifically say, ‘Michael, go inflate the numbers.'” Cohen went on to admit Trump had not asked him to commit financial fraud.
