The Daughter of The Judge in the Stormy Daniels Case Posted Images of Donald Trump Behind Bars.

New York Judge Juan M. Merchan, who just issued a fresh gag order prohibiting former President Donald Trump from mentioning prosecutors, jurors, and witnesses in the Manhattan hush-money trial, has a daughter with a far-left activist history who has posted images of President Trump behind bars.

The discovery, made by investigative reporter Laura Loomer on Tuesday, adds a further layer of rampant bias to the case which has seen Manhattan District Attorney Alvin L. Bragg bring the dubious prosecution against the former President. Bragg alleges Trump violated federal campaign finance laws in making payments to two women in an effort to cover up a sex scandal during the 2016 presidential election.

Loren Merchan has also previously been reported as having worked for Kamala Harris and Adam Schiff through her campaign consulting firm. Even the Associated Press reported:

Trump’s lawyers also have pointed out that Merchan’s daughter is a political consultant whose firm has worked for Democrats and the judge donated $35 in 2020 to Democratic causes, including $15 to now-President Joe Biden. A state court ethics panel opined that Merchan could continue on the case. The judge has vouched he can be fair and impartial.

Yesterday, the judge announced the trial would commence on April 15. Bragg’s case against Trump will be the first time in U.S. history that a former president has faced criminal prosecution in court. Earlier this month, Trump secured his third nomination as the Republican Party’s presidential candidate heading into November’s election.

The new gag order states that Trump cannot make himself or direct others to make any statements targeted at witnesses, court staff, or members of Bragg’s prosecution team and their role in the case.

In February, the Manhattan District Attorney pushed for Judge Merchan to limit the former President’s speech rights, arguing Trump had a history of comments designed to undermine his legal opponents. Bragg specifically pointed to instances of Trump referring to disgraced attorney Michael Cohen as a “liar” and “a rat.”

Last week, a federal judge dismissed Cohen’s attempt to end early his supervised release stemming from earlier convictions for fraud and lying to Congress. He argued his testimony against Trump constituted grounds to end the conditions of his release. In his ruling against the request, U.S. District Court Judge Jesse Furman called Cohen’s legal reasoning “perverse.”

Stormy Daniels Says She’ll ‘Go to Jail’ or ‘Die’ Before Paying Trump The $670K She Owes.

Pornography peddler Stormy Daniels has claimed she is “fully prepared to go to jail” and “would rather die” before paying President Donald Trump the $670,000 she owes as a result of multiple legal cases she has lost. Her remarks in violation of court orders came in an interview with sexual deviant Jeffrey Toobin on Saturday.

Daniels went as far as to text Toobin, “I’ll wear a dominatrix outfit to court. It’ll make for a festive mugshot,” when asked what she would do if held in contempt of court for refusing to pay.

Critically for Trump’s lawyers, Toobin also admits: “Her debt to Trump—and her refusal to pay it—complicates her usefulness as a witness, because the defense will surely argue that her anger about the debt gives her a motive to lie about the former president. So, as it happens, the story of Daniels’s debt—how it came about and what it means today—may be of considerable importance. In fact, the outcome of the presidential election and the future of American democracy may turn on it.”

Daniels’s debt stems from her hiring of disgraced lawyer and media darling Michael Avenatti, who presented a case against Trump “so weak” that federal judge S. James Otero awarded Trump legal fees of $293,000, and appealing this added $121,000 in further costs.

“With interest and court fees the number now stands at around $670,000,” writes Toobin, who seeks to portray the porn purveyor in a sympathetic light.

But even her former lawyer, Avenatti himself, now says, “[s]he has zero credibility, and she is the most opportunistic person I’ve ever met.”

To this day, Daniels claims to communicate with the dead, including a haunted doll called Susan. Toobin explains that this behavior may cause Daniels problems at the upcoming Manhattan trial, which begins later this month.

Eric Adams’ Associate Pleads Guilty to Straw Donor Scheme for NY Mayor.

Dwayne Montgomery, a former NYPD colleague of New York City Mayor Eric Adams, pleaded guilty on Monday to orchestrating a straw donor scheme that funneled tens of thousands of dollars to Adams’ 2021 campaign. Montgomery pleaded guilty to one conspiracy charge, according to a copy of the agreement released by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

Montgomery’s plea deal, pending approval by a Manhattan Criminal Court judge, would see him receive a discharge provided he completes 200 hours of community service and pays a fine of $500.

The original allegations contain charges of conspiracy with several individuals to channel excess contributions to Mayor Adams’ 2021 campaign through straw donors — a process of bypassing donation limits by reimbursing individuals who donate on an offender’s behalf.

News of the plea deal arrives amidst a media wave of donor-related controversy surrounding Mayor Adams. Media outlets, including The City and Politico, uncovered multiple individuals listed as donors to Adams’ 2021 campaign who claim they never donated. Adams is also under federal scrutiny for potential collusion with the government of Turkey during his mayoral campaign last year.
