DOJ Sues Harvard for Withholding Racial Admissions Data.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: The Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a lawsuit against Harvard University for allegedly hiding data about racial admissions.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The DOJ, led by Attorney General Pam Bondi, and Harvard University.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The lawsuit was filed on February 13, 2026, in federal district court in Massachusetts.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Providing requested data is a basic expectation of any credible compliance process, and refusal to cooperate creates concerns about university practices.” – Harmeet K. Dhillon

🎯IMPACT: The lawsuit seeks to compel Harvard to release admissions data to federal investigators, to ensure no discrimination against Asians, white people, and others, or unlawful prioritization of other groups.

IN FULL

The U.S. Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against Harvard University on Friday, accusing the Ivy League institution of unlawfully withholding admissions records needed to verify compliance with a Supreme Court ruling banning race-based affirmative action in college admissions. The complaint, lodged in federal court in Massachusetts, stems from a Civil Rights Division investigation launched in April 2025 into Harvard’s undergraduate, law, and medical school admissions processes.

The DOJ alleges that for over 10 months, despite repeated requests, warning letters, and extensions, Harvard has slow-walked responses and refused to provide key materials, including individualized applicant data such as test scores, GPAs, ratings, and demographics; current admissions policies; and documents related to race, ethnicity, diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, as well as those tied to the Supreme Court case Students for Fair Admissions v. President and Fellows of Harvard College.

Attorney General Pam Bondi stated: “Under President Trump’s leadership, this Department of Justice is demanding better from our nation’s educational institutions. Harvard has failed to disclose the data we need to ensure that its admissions are free of discrimination — we will continue fighting to put merit over DEI across America.”

Assistant Attorney General Harmeet K. Dhillon added: “Providing requested data is a basic expectation of any credible compliance process, and refusal to cooperate creates concerns about university practices. If Harvard has stopped discriminating, it should happily share the data necessary to prove it.”

The lawsuit does not accuse Harvard of current illegal discrimination or seek monetary damages or funding revocation. Instead, it aims to compel production of the records under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, citing Harvard’s receipt of federal funding, including DOJ grants, as creating obligations for cooperation. Harvard has produced over 2,300 pages of documents but is accused of withholding sufficient detail for a full review.

This action fits into broader Trump administration tensions with Harvard. In late 2025, the DOJ appealed a court ruling that restored more than $2 billion in federal funding to the university after it was temporarily cut over disputes involving campus responses to protests and policy demands.

The case has also drawn attention from internal critics. In a December 2025 essay, departing Harvard historian James Hankins described how DEI priorities appeared to disadvantage highly qualified white male applicants post-2020, including one instance where an admissions committee member reportedly said admitting a white male was “not happening this year.”

Mamdani Defends Housing Tsar Who Wants to ‘Impoverish the White Middle Class.’

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani (D) appointed Cea Weaver as executive director of the Mayor’s Office to Protect Tenants, sparking backlash over her anti-white social media posts.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Zohran Mamdani, Cea Weaver, and various critics, including the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and The Washington Post editorial board.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The appointment was announced last week in New York City, with follow-up statements and reactions occurring this week.

💬KEY QUOTE Homeownership is “a weapon of white supremacy masquerading as ‘wealth building public policy.’” – Cea Weaver

🎯IMPACT: The appointment has intensified scrutiny of Mamdani’s new administration.

IN FULL

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani (D) is facing mounting criticism following his appointment of far-left activist Cea Weaver as executive director of the Mayor’s Office to Protect Tenants, a role central to his aggressive housing agenda. The backlash stems from resurfaced social media posts in which Weaver previously linked homeownership to racial oppression and expressed support for government seizure of private property.

In a 2019 tweet, Weaver described homeownership as “a weapon of white supremacy masquerading as ‘wealth building public policy.’” The prior year, she had demanded, “Impoverish the *white* middle class. Homeownership is racist / failed public policy.”

The since-deleted posts have circulated widely since her appointment, prompting condemnation from figures including the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and former Mayor Eric Adams, who criticized the remarks as reflecting “extreme privilege and total detachment from reality.”

Mayor Mamdani has stood by the appointment, admitting that his administration was aware of Weaver’s past comments before selecting her but highlighting her record of tenant advocacy. Weaver previously led the Housing Justice for All coalition. Mamdani has described her experience as essential to advancing what he calls “precedent-setting” housing enforcement.

The controversy surrounding Weaver is part of a broader pattern of debate over Mamdani’s appointments. Since taking office, the mayor has drawn scrutiny for selecting figures with controversial backgrounds, including a convicted armed robber for a public safety advisory role and a lawyer known for representing terrorism suspects during his transition period.

The dispute comes as Mamdani pushes controversial proposals aimed at cracking down on supposedly negligent landlords, including potentially forcing the sale of their properties to the city. His administration has already moved against a Brooklyn landlord amid bankruptcy proceedings, signaling an intent to use aggressive legal tools against property owners. Landlord organizations and some city officials have raised concerns about the legality, cost, and broader economic impact of such actions.

Black Student Brands Classmate a ‘White B***h’ During Savage Stabbing Attack.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A white student was stabbed multiple times in the head and racially abused in an attack at a Georgia high school.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: A black student and the white student he targeted.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The attack occurred on Friday in the cafeteria of North Atlanta High School in Atlanta, Georgia.

💬KEY QUOTE: “One student sustained an injury involving a pair of scissors. School staff responded to secure the area, ensure the safety of all students, and provide care to the injured student, who is currently being treated at a local hospital.” – Atlanta Public Schools.

🎯IMPACT: The injured student is being treated at a local hospital.

IN FULL

Video shared on social media shows a vicious attack at North Atlanta High School in Atlanta, Georgia, in which a white student was stabbed multiple times in the head with a pair of scissors. The graphic footage appears to show the badly bleeding victim, said to be autistic, lying on the cafeteria floor as another student, identified by witnesses as black, approaches and shouts “white b**h!” toward him.

In a statement, Atlanta Public Schools said, “One student sustained an injury involving a pair of scissors. School staff responded to secure the area, ensure the safety of all students, and provide care to the injured student, who is currently being treated at a local hospital.” The district added that the incident was isolated to the two students involved, claiming that no ongoing threat exists.

Some reports state that the injured student was stabbed in the eye. The attack has raised serious concern among parents and community members, who are demanding more information about school safety measures and disciplinary responses.

The attack comes at a time of growing public attention to violent incidents in which race has been cited as a factor. In August 2025, 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska was fatally stabbed on a Charlotte light rail train. Authorities charged Decarlos Brown Jr., a black male, with murder in the case, and video from the scene apparently captures him saying “I got that white girl” after the stabbing. Federal prosecutors brought charges related to causing death on a mass transit system, and there have been discussions regarding whether hate crime charges may apply.

Zarutska, who had resettled in the United States after fleeing the war in Ukraine, became the namesake of “Iryna’s Law,” a criminal justice reform bill passed by North Carolina lawmakers in response to the public outcry following her death. The legislation restricts cashless bail for violent offenders, expands pretrial detention requirements, and includes measures that could allow executions to resume in the state after a long pause.

Michelle Obama Claims Black People Can’t Swim ‘Because We’re Trying to Keep Our Hair Straight’ for White People.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Former First Lady Michelle Obama discussed conforming to supposed white beauty standards during her time in the White House in an interview promoting her fashion book, The Look.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Michelle Obama and actress Tracee Ellis Ross.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Interviews and discussions held at events such as the 2025 Martha’s Vineyard African American Film Festival and the 2025 SXSW Conference in Austin, Texas.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Let me explain something to white people! Our hair comes out of our head naturally in a curly pattern, so when we’re straightening it to follow your beauty standards, we are trapped by the straightness!” – Michelle Obama

🎯IMPACT: Obama’s comments have reignited discussions around supposed hair discrimination and laws to ban it.

IN FULL

Former First Lady Michelle Obama claims she felt forced to conform to “white beauty standards” during her time in the White House, revealing she kept her hair straight for eight years to fit in with white expectations. Speaking with actress Tracee Ellis Ross to promote her new fashion book, The Look, Mrs. Obama described the effort as “exhausting” and blamed white society for imposing standards that many black women feel pressured to follow.

Mrs. Obama reflected on her upbringing in Chicago and her experiences navigating elite spaces, saying black people are often taught that “how you present can sometimes save your life.” She wrote in her book, “In a way, being First Lady was just another professional experience where I had to conform to a white environment of appropriateness.”

Addressing white people directly, Mrs. Obama said, “Let me explain something to white people! Our hair comes out of our head naturally in a curly pattern, so when we’re straightening it to follow your beauty standards, we are trapped by the straightness!”

She then blamed the supposed white expectation that black people straighten their hair for the fact that many black people cannot swim, saying, “That’s why so many of us can’t swim! And we run away from the water—people won’t go to the gym, because we’re trying to keep our hair straight for y’all. It is exhausting, and it’s so expensive and it takes up so much time!”

Addressing an imaginary white person harassing her, she railed, “Don’t tell me how to wear my hair, don’t wonder about it, don’t touch it—just don’t!”

Texas Halts Business Program Excluding White Males.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A Texas GOP official has suspended a program that prioritized non-white male businesses in state contracting.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Acting Texas Comptroller Kelly Hancock and Governor Greg Abbott (R).

📍WHEN & WHERE: Texas, this week.

💬KEY QUOTE: “In Texas, we don’t want to discriminate against anybody, and what this program does is literally discriminate against those that are white.” – Kelly Hancock

🎯IMPACT: The suspension halts new certifications for businesses under the program, challenging race-based preferences in state contracts.

IN FULL

Acting Texas Comptroller Kelly Hancock has halted new and renewed certifications under the state’s Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) program, citing concerns that the initiative may discriminate on the basis of race. Established in 1991, the HUB program was designed to give businesses owned by black Americans, Hispanic Americans, Asian-Pacific Americans, Native Americans, service-disabled veterans, or women an advantage in competing for state contracts.

“In Texas, we don’t want to discriminate against anybody, and what this program does is literally discriminate against those that are white,” Hancock said. He said the suspension would allow his office to review whether the program aligns with constitutional requirements and the principles of equal treatment under the law.

Under the HUB program, nearly 300 state agencies were required to make a “good faith” effort to include certified businesses in procurement opportunities, including construction, commodities, and service contracts. As of 2025, more than 21 percent of certified firms were involved in state contracts, receiving over $4 billion in awards. Hancock said he supports fair competition but questioned the criteria used to determine eligibility. “How do we audit that somebody was economically discriminated against? How do we verify the information of somebody being economically discriminated against? It’s got to be more than just skin color,” he said. He added that contracts should be awarded “on merit rather than race or ethnicity.”

The move follows an executive order issued by Governor Greg Abbott (R) earlier this year prohibiting race- and sex-based preferences in the distribution of government benefits or opportunities. Abbott said the order was necessary to ensure equality in state hiring and contracting practices. Hancock echoed those sentiments, stating that “Texans deserve a level playing field where government contracts are earned by performance and best value—nothing more, nothing less.”

The suspension has sparked debate over the future of programs designed to support minority- and women-owned businesses. Supporters of the HUB initiative argue that it helps address historical disparities in access to public contracting, while critics, including Hancock, say such programs may violate anti-discrimination laws by excluding white-owned firms.

The issue comes amid a growing national conversation about what some describe as anti-white discrimination in institutions and government. Recent reports have highlighted several high-profile investigations and actions related to such claims, including allegations that the Harvard Law Review engaged in witness intimidation during an anti-white discrimination probe, a move by President Donald J. Trump to withdraw federal contracts from Harvard University over alleged anti-white and anti-Semitic behavior, and a Department of Justice investigation into the Chicago mayor for remarks suggesting anti-white hiring practices.

Ivy League College Warns White Students to Stay Away from Minority-Only Events.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Cornell University warned “non-marginalized” business students, largely white students, not to attend diversity-focused recruiting events intended to bestow advantages on minority students.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management’s student council and Cornell University MBA students.

📍WHEN & WHERE: E-mail circulated on Friday, ahead of next week’s Reaching Out MBA conference in New Orleans, Louisiana.

💬KEY QUOTE: “True equality should not equate to carving out exclusive zones that sideline most MBA students and potentially skirt equal opportunity laws,” said one anonymous student.

🎯IMPACT: The e-mail has sparked criticism for encouraging racial discrimination and raises concerns about equal opportunity compliance.

IN FULL

Cornell University’s Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management has come under scrutiny after a student council e-mail advised so-called “non-marginalized” business students, referring mainly to white, male, and heterosexual students, not to attend diversity-focused recruiting events intended for ethnic minority peers. The message, circulated by the student council’s “Allyship in Action” initiative, warned that attending such events could negatively impact students’ job prospects and Cornell’s relationships with partner organizations.

The e-mail stated that “students who do not identify with the specific marginalized or underrepresented group” should refrain from attending diversity conferences. “Students who do not belong to the group that the diversity conference is designed for should respect that space and should not attend,” it read.

The message was sent ahead of the Reaching Out MBA conference in New Orleans, a prominent event focused on LGBT business students and alumni. Other diversity-centered events promoted by Cornell include the National Black MBA Conference, AfroTech, the Women in Investing Conference, and Prospanica, which targets Hispanic professionals.

One anonymous student criticized the e-mail as exclusionary. “True equality should not equate to carving out exclusive zones that sideline most MBA students and potentially skirt equal opportunity laws,” the student said.

Cornell University insisted that the message represented “student-to-student conversations” and reaffirmed that the events in question remain officially open to all students. However, the Allyship in Action e-mail threatens, “[W]e want to stress the negative impact your presence may have on your own recruiting outcomes, as well as Cornell’s relationship with these organizations.”

The situation comes amid heightened federal scrutiny of university diversity programs under the Trump administration. More than 50 colleges and universities are currently under investigation for discriminatory practices against white, Asian, or Christian students, particularly in cases involving race-specific scholarships, internships, or recruitment programs. Federal officials argue that such programs violate civil rights laws by excluding students on the basis of race, gender, or religion.

Far Left, BLM, Hamas Caucus Hosts ‘Peace Ball’ During Trump Inaugural Week – Here Are The Details.

A group of anti-Trump leftists is set to gather during President-elect Donald J. Trump’s inaugural week for an event featuring a cornucopia of far-left speakers from pro-BLM activists, pro-Hamas politicians, and anti-white authors to foreign-funded media personalities.

The 2025 “Peace Ball,” set to be held in Washington, D.C., on Saturday, January 18, is being presented by the Busboys and Poets, a chain of restaurant-bookstore bars in the Washington, D.C. area.

Headlining the event are speakers like Ibram X. Kendi, known for his anti-white books like How to be an Antiracist. Kendi was given millions to open his own research center, but despite accumulating over $40 million, he produced virtually no research and laid off half of his workers in 2023.

Another anti-whiteness author, Robin DiAngelo, who wrote White Fragility, is also set to attend the event. DiAngelo has recently seen her own troubles, being accused of plagiarizing minority scholars in her doctoral thesis.

While the University of Washington later dismissed the accusations, DiAngelo was later embarrassed by right-wing personality Matt Walsh in his film Am I Racist? when she was tricked into paying “reparations” to a black man, Walsh’s producer.

The “Hamas Caucus” in Washington, D.C., will also attend. Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), who encouraged a “revolt” among Muslim Democrats against President Joe Biden over the situation in Gaza last year and was revealed to be part of a pro-Hamas Facebook group, is set to attend alongside Representative Ilhan Omar (D-MN).

Several media personalities will also speak, such as Qatar-funded broadcaster Medhi Hasan, who once called non-Muslims “cattle” and “animals.” Hasan has been accused of spreading and amplifying anti-Israel content in the wake of the October 7 attacks in Israel as well.

Judge Upholds Anti-White Race-Based Admissions at Naval Academy.

A federal judge has affirmed the United States Naval Academy’s ability to factor in a candidate’s race as part of its admissions program. Judge Richard Bennett decided the case in Annapolis on Friday, December 6. It comes in the wake of a recent Supreme Court decision that largely deemed race-based admissions in higher education unconstitutional, though it left room for exceptions elsewhere.

Students for Fair Admissions, the same organization that initiated the Supreme Court case, challenged the Naval Academy’s policy. They argued that the policy discriminates against white candidates who are otherwise qualified.

The Academy defended its admissions approach, stating that having a racially diverse group of naval officers contributes to national security and bolsters the military’s standing.

Judge Bennett said, “The Academy has tied its use of race to the realization of an officer corps that represents the country it protects and the people it leads.”

Following the decision, Students for Fair Admissions signaled plans to appeal, maintaining their opposition to what they see as preferential treatment for minority candidates.

The case comes in the wake of a massive decline in white recruits in the U.S. military, totaling 35 percent over the last five years. While minority groups have increased slightly among military recruits, their numbers have not been enough to fill the gap.

Experts claim the reasons for the decline are multi-faceted, but the infiltration of leftist ideologies and making diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) a priority over military readiness are factors.

ICYMI: Father of Boy Killed by Haitian Wishes Killer was ‘A 60-Year-Old White Man.’

The father of a boy who was killed in Springfield, Ohio, by a Haitian immigrant who was driving without a valid license has stated that he wishes the killer was a white man, so that conservatives would stop talking about the case.

Nathan Clark stated, “You know, I wish that my son, Aiden Clark, was killed by a 60-year-old white man.”

“I bet you never thought anyone would ever say something so blunt. But if that guy killed my 11-year-old son, the incessant group of hate-spewing people would leave us alone,” he added.

Clark spoke at a press conference this week after Senator J.D. Vance commented on the case, saying, “Do you know what’s confirmed? That a child was murdered by a Haitian migrant who had no right to be here.”

Former President Donald J. Trump also mentioned the situation in Springfield, Ohio, during his debate with Vice President Kamala Harris this week, highlighting reports that Haitian migrants have been eating people’s pets and other animals.

Corporate media outlets deny that Haitians have been eating wildlife in the town. However, audio released this week reveals that residents have contacted Springfield police regarding Haitian migrants being involved in the poaching of local geese.

Around 20,000 Haitians have moved into Springfield under the Biden-Harris regime, roughly a third of the town’s 58,000 population. Locals have expressed frustration with the influx, from complaints of Haitians eating pets and local wildlife to housing shortages, increased hospital wait times, and illegals being given taxpayer cash that prices locals out of the rental market.

Church Vandalized with ‘Kill Whites’ Graffiti.

A church was desecrated this week by vandals who daubed it with the words “kill whites.” The attack on the 800-year-old Heggen church in Vikersund, Norway, likely took place overnight on Monday or early Tuesday.

The graffiti comes after a local 55-year-old man named Runar Magnussen was violently attacked in the streets of Vikersund by several young men, with an 18-year-old later being arrested in connection to the attack. The incident was caught on video and shows three youths who appear to be from migrant backgrounds arguing with Magnussen before one attacks him, punching him to the ground.

Magnussen later stated that he recognized the youths as part of a local gang and wanted to talk some sense into them. Local police also acknowledge that the teenager arrested has a criminal history.

The arrested teenager claims that Magnussen was racist toward him, which the 55-year-old denies. Magnussen states that, in fact, the opposite is the case, and he received racial abuse from the gang.

SPREADING PROBLEM.

The vandalism incident comes just days after “no whites” graffiti was found in a Muslim-majority area of the English city of Birmingham.

This graffiti was located just under a mile away from where a Muslim mob went on a rampage, attacking random white people in response to a rumored “far-right” anti-mass migration protest that never took place.

Local police later dismissed criticism of the lack of presence of officers on the day, claiming the Muslim community was determined to be able to police themselves.
