Trump Fined ANOTHER $10K By Far-Left Judge For ‘Violating’ Gag Order.

Former President Donald Trump has been hit with a $10,000 fine by Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron for allegedly violating a gag order the judge had issued earlier this month. Just five days ago, Judge Engoron fined the former President $5,000 for violating the court issued gag order. When to issuing the earlier fine, Engoron threatened to throw Trump in jail for any future violations.

Engoron, the Democrat judge overseeing New York Attorney General Letitia James’s $250 million fraud prosecution of Donald Trump, warned the former President regarding any possible future violations of the court’s gag order, “Don’t do it again or it will be worse.” Earlier in the day, Trump – while speaking to the press outside the courtroom – called Engoron a “…very partisan judge with a person who’s very partisan sitting alongside him, perhaps even much more partisan than he is.”

The comments prompted Engoron to summon Trump to the stand, believing that the reference to the “person who’s very partisan sitting alongside him” meant the judge’s law clerk Allison Greenfield who is, in fact, a very partisan operative.

The gag order prohibits the former President from making references to court staff, including Greenfield. Trump insisted he was referencing his former lawyer Michael Cohen and not Greenfield. Engoron ultimately disagreed. Reports from inside the courtroom indicate Trump abruptly left after the $10,000 fine was handed down.

Prior to Engoron’s gag order, former President Trump had fervently criticized his seemingly partisan prosecution at the hands of Letitia James. Earlier this month, Trump posted on social media prior to his initial court appearance: “I’m going to Court tomorrow morning to fight for my name and reputation against a corrupt and racist Attorney General, Letitia James, who campaigned on ‘getting Trump,’ and a Trump Hating Judge who is unfair, unhinged, and vicious in his PURSUIT of me.”

Donald Trump’s lawyer Alina Habba has repeatedly emphasized just how weak Attorney General James’s case is against the former President. Habba has also stressed that previous political statements made by James against Trump illustrate that this is a partisan prosecution.

Judge Threatens Trump With Jail Mid-Trial After Democrat PAC Complained He Breached Gag Order.

Judge Arthur Engoron threatened to throw former President Trump in jail on Friday morning, responding to a Democrat political action committee (PAC) that claimed Trump’s campaign website breached a recently imposed gag order after Trump highlighted Engoron’s staff’s relationship with Senator Chuck Schumer. The unprecedented incident underscores the partisan nature of the trial against Trump, with Engoron appearing to take his marching orders from the far-left PAC known as “Meidas Touch.”

“In the current overheated climate, incendiary comments can and in some cases already has, led to serious physical harm and worse. I will now allow the defendants to explain why this blatant violation of the gag order would not result in serious sanctions, including financial sanctions and/or possibly imprisoning him,” Engoron said at the start of Friday’s proceedings.

Trump attorney Christopher Kise responded that the deletion of the website was an oversight made by the Trump presidential campaign, noting the former President had already deleted a similar post on Truth Social.

“There was no intention to evade or circumvent or ignore the order. I assure you that. I just know that this is a very large machine and this is one of the reasons, frankly, I don’t have social media,” Kise said. “But that’s been taken down. And we don’t have any other… there were no subsequent postings.”

The left-wing New York judge said he’d take the defense teams response under advisement but gave no further indications as to what, if any, sanctions he might impose, adding that Trump was still responsible for the site’s content, despite there obviously being no intent to skirt the order.

Meidas Touch has even taken credit for the judge’s actions, with a line at the bottom of their blog attempting to fundraise off the back of it.

WATCH: Trump Lawyer Alina Habba Torches Letitia James in Courthouse Broadside.

Donald Trump’s lawyer Alina Habba blasted partisan New York Attorney General Letitia James over her farcical claims that Trump purposefully overvalued his Mar-a-Lago property in Florida as collateral for loans used in his New York businesses.

“I think you guys need to understand something. Banks hire appraisers…. you are an individual, you go to get something appraised. You say my house is worth X. The bank doesn’t take your word for it. They hire people like that gentleman [an appraiser] to go do their own values,” Habba told the press outside the courtroom. “Now those values are going to be lower than the ones that the homeowner or the commercial real estate owner would use. It is very basic.”

If you take Trump Tower and you take the Trump name off of that building and you put Letitia James’s name on that building.

– Alina Habba, October 2023.

Habba turned her attention to James, stating: “That’s not what this case is about. It has nothing to do with this. Because the statement of financial condition was actually low. The statement of financial condition didn’t include Trump’s ‘brand’… If you take Trump Tower and you take the Trump name off of that building and you put Letitia James’s name on that building, it will not be what it is worth when Donald Trump owns it.”

WATCH:

Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron previously ruled that Trump had far-over estimated the value of his Mar-a-Lago property, citing the tax assessed value as only being $18 million. Real estate experts have estimated the property to be worth between $200 million and $750 million – far above the amount decided by Judge Engoron.

Judge Imposes GAG ORDER After Trump Points Out His Staff’s Links to Schumer, Democrats.

New York Judge Arthur Engoron issued a gag order on Tuesday, after President Donald J. Trump shared a post on Truth Social pointing out his law clerk’s links with New York Senator Chuck Schumer and the wider Manhattan Democrats.

The order prohibits all parties from publicly speaking, posting, or emailing any information about the judge’s staff, despite the clear public interest in the revelation that Greenfield was recently endorsed by Manhattan Democrats, and posed for pictures with Senator Schumer.

Trump’s post on Truth Social was removed upon the judge’s order while Greenfield made her Instagram profile, replete with its pronouns, private.

WATCH: Trump Blasts Judge, AG in New York Court.

Former President Donald J. Trump appeared in court in Manhattan on Monday to personally fight back against the civil suit being brought against him by Democrat Attorney General Letita James.

“I’m going to Court tomorrow morning to fight for my name and reputation against a corrupt and racist Attorney General, Letitia James, who campaigned on ‘getting Trump,’ and a Trump Hating Judge who is unfair, unhinged, and vicious in his PURSUIT of me,” the former president wrote the night before his appearance.

“THIS WHOLE CASE IS A SHAM!!! See you in Court – Monday morning,” he added.

His words were just as strong when he appeared, with James, his judge, and Joe Biden’s Department of Justice all coming under fire:

Trump also took aim at Judge Arthur Engoron, who has already ruled Trump overvalued his business empire, singling out his highly dubious valuation of the Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida in statements provided at court and the previous night.

“Judge Engoron’s Valuation of Mar-a-Lago, the most spectacular property in Palm Beach, Florida, IS FRAUDULENT!” he wrote.

“He should resign from the ‘Bench’ and be sanctioned by the Courts for his abuse of power, and his intentional and criminal interference with the Presidential Election of 2024, of which I am leading all candidates, both Republican & Democrat, by significant margins.”

Far Left Judge Claims Mar-a-Lago Worth $18 Million, Despite Nearby Patch of Trees Selling for $150M.

The real estate world is in disbelief after far leftist judge Arthur Engoron estimated the value of Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, at just $18 million while ruling the former president had overvalued his business empire. The intentional devaluation, intended to harm Trump and his private business interests, comes despite a nearby patch of trees selling for $150 million.

“If Mar-a-Lago is worth $18 million… I’ll take 10 please!!!” remarked Trump’s eldest son Don Jr. Eric Trump, an executive vice president at the Trump Organization, added that “real estate circles in Florida are laughing at this foolishness.”

Forbes has previously cited real estate brokers as estimating the estate’s value at over $200 million, with brokers based on Palm Beach turning in even higher estimates of up to $725 million.

Even Tesla and X owner Elon Musk seemed nonplussed by the judge’s valuation, calling it “bizarre”.

The trial against Trump will continue in October, with New York AG Letitia James using her position to attempt to fine Trump $250 million explicitly to harm his election campaign, and indeed ban him from doing business in New York.
