Biden Has Failed to Remove 99% of Illegals, Released Over 2.1m Into U.S.

The House of Representatives Committee on the Judiciary and its Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement have produced new data showing the Joe Biden regime has “failed to remove, through immigration court removal proceedings, over 99 percent of those illegal aliens who have been released into the country” since the elderly Democrat took office.

“Of the more than 5 million illegal alien encounters from January 20, 2021, through March 31, 2023, at least 2,464,424 illegal aliens had no confirmed departure from the United States as of March 31, 2023,” the committees, headed by Rep. Jim Jordan and Rep. Tom McClintock, record in their latest interim staff report.

“Of the illegal aliens encountered in those 26 months, [the Department of Homeland Security] released at least 2,148,738 illegal aliens into the United States,” the report adds.

The committees found only a tiny fraction of asylum seekers released into the country – six percent – had even been screened for a reasonable fear of persecution in their supposed homelands.

“This data contradict[s] [Homeland Security] Secretary [Alejandro] Mayorkas’ statements that the southwest border is closed and that illegal aliens are ‘quickly’ removed,” the report warns.

“Instead, with more than 99 percent of illegal aliens staying inside the United States after being released by the Biden Administration, there is virtually no enforcement of our immigration laws.”

Trump Immigration Plan Declares Cartels ‘Enemy Combatants’.

Former President Trump has unveiled a new plan declaring Mexican drug cartels as “unlawful enemy combatants”, as well as taking aim at loopholes in the American visa and asylum systems, ending birthright citizenship, and finishing his infamous border wall.

The cartel designation means the U.S. military could be used to deal with America’s ongoing, and worsening border crisis, while the overhauls to the visa system would reinstate “Remain in Mexico” – a system that prevents asylum seekers from waiting in the U.S. for their court dates.

Stephen Miller, a former senior advisor in the Trump White House, called the proposal “pure bliss”.

The plan will enforce laws that, while still in effect, have been ignored by prior presidential administrations; including reviving the McCarran Internal Security Act’s ideological restrictions barring Marxists, fascists, and other subversives from obtaining U.S. citizenship. The plan lays out the case for using statutory authority under the Alien and Sedition Acts to expedite the deportation of illegal migrants who have criminal records, or are gang members.

During the previous Trump presidency, his administration increased scrutiny of H-1B “specialty skill” visa applicants in order to protect American workers from being replaced with cheaper H-!B immigrant labor. In 2017, Trump signed the ‘Buy American, Hire American’ executive order that required U.S. immigration officials to conduct more thorough investigations of visa applicants and asylum-seekers. Challenges to H-1B requests rose by 45 percent after the executive order was implemented.

Britain Opens Floating Illegal Migrant Housing Barge.

The British government is beginning to house illegal migrants on floating barges, a supposedly tough alternative to putting them up in hotels across the country at a cost of £6 million ($7.7 million) per day.

Fifty men are expected to arrive on the Bibby Stockholm barge — docked in Portland, Dorset on England’s South West Coast — on Tuesday. A total of 500 are expected to be onboarded over time.

Anti-borders activists argue the barge is a “floating prison,” and the Conservative (Tory) government has done little to counter this, as it wants to give its voters the impression it is getting tough on immigration – while actually increasing it to record-breaking levels.

Migrants on the barge will in fact be free to leave the barge and roam the local area whenever they please.

They will be equally at liberty on board the barge, with access to a free IT area with Wi-Fi and computers, a free gym, recreational areas with flat screen televisions, and more.
