Biden Blows $50M on Ad Campaign to Criminalize Trump in The Court of Public Opinion.

The Biden-Harris campaign has released a new ad targeting President Donald J. Trump using the lawfare that Biden’s own government, as well as his Democrat allies in states like New York, have been leveraging against the 45th President.

A new ad entitled “Character Matters” takes aim at Trump for:

  • Being convicted of 34 felonies (in a Democrat-run state, in a case brought by a far-left District Attorney, presided over by a Democrat-donor judge whose daughter makes money from opposing Trump policies);
  • Being held liable for sexual abuse (in a Democrat-run state, in a case funded by far-left Democrat donors linked to Jeffrey Epstein);
  • Committing financial fraud (a vague and unsubstantiated claim made in a Democrat-run court, by a far-left judge who unilaterally revalued Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in order to make the fraud claim).

The ad marks a distinct break from the Biden camp’s original plan to steer clear of mentioning its own government lawfare on the campaign trail for fear of seeming like it was gloating.

The news comes as a number of polls show Trump continuing to increase his lead over Biden in swing states, as well as with critical voter demographics. The ad is part of a $50 million push to criminalize Trump in the minds of voters, per POLITICO.

Biden Creeps Ahead of Trump in Key Battleground States Following ‘Hush Money’ Conviction.

Joe Biden has gained a lead over former President Donald Trump in three key battleground states, according to recent polls conducted five months ahead of the presidential election. Biden now shows signs of edging ahead in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, according to surveys by Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and Mainstreet Research. Biden’s poll bumps come on the heels of Trump’s conviction on felony charges in a politically motivated sham trial in Manhattan.

The polls, which were carried out between May 30 and May 31, show Biden leading Trump in Wisconsin with 38 percent of the potential vote to Trump’s 31 percent. Similarly, in Michigan, Biden garners the support of 41 percent of voters, while Trump is at 39 percent. In Pennsylvania, Biden also leads 41 percent compared to Trump’s 39 percent. Biden narrowly won these states in the 2020 election, with margins under three percent in Michigan and Pennsylvania and less than one percent in Wisconsin.

Earlier polls, including those accounting for third-party candidates, suggested Trump maintained an advantage in several of the most critical battleground states.

Political analyst Todd Landman, a professor at Nottingham University in the U.K., cautioned against drawing firm conclusions from the current data, asserting that the race remains volatile. He highlighted the potential impact of ongoing legal proceedings against Hunter Biden and the anticipated sentencing in Trump’s hush money case, both of which could influence voter preferences.

Although Trump’s conviction in the “hush money” case brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg resulted in a surge of donations to the Trump campaign and various Republican Party committees, Biden’s recent poll bumps in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin suggest that the “convicted felon” narrative is hurting Trump with independent and undecided voters.

Biden Border

Biden’s Border ‘Crackdown’ Allows 1.5 Million Illegal Crossings Annually.

Joe Biden signed an executive order on Tuesday that will allow approximately 1.5 million illegal aliens to cross the U.S. border annually. This executive order will facilitate the daily entry of 2,500 illegal immigrants through land crossings, totaling at least 912,000 individuals each year. The New York Post reports an even higher figure of 1.8 million annually.

Texas Representative Chip Roy (R) criticized the measure, labeling it a “political stunt” aimed at bolstering Biden’s standing in the polls. “Don’t be deceived by Biden’s latest move on the border,” Roy stated. “He’s trying to appear tough on immigration because he’s losing ground in the polls. Remember, he’s already let in over 10 million illegal aliens, and his new executive order will likely lead to at least 1.5 million more illegal crossings in the next year.”

The Biden government’s “parole” program, which allows immigrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela to fly into the U.S. at a rate of 30,000 per month, will continue under the new order.

Additionally, the CBPOne app, a tool used by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to schedule border crossings, has enabled 450,000 illegal immigrants to enter the U.S. over the past 13 months.

The executive order also includes exceptions for unaccompanied minors and other specific groups. These exceptions are not counted towards the daily 2,500-person cap. In 2022, more than 128,000 unaccompanied minors crossed the border and were admitted into the U.S.

Biden is invoking sections 212(f) and 215(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act to enforce these provisions, the same legal framework previously used by former President Donald Trump to limit immigration. The Biden regime will not implement measures to curb illegal immigration unless the number of immigrants crossing illegally averages 2,500 per day for seven consecutive days.

Ohio Mandates Biden’s Inclusion on Ballot Following RINO Gov. DeWine’s Demand.

Ohio’s Republican-majority legislature has passed a bill to ensure Joe Biden’s inclusion on the state’s November ballot. This action concludes a period of partisan disputes over a deadline traditionally adjusted without controversy. The legislation was approved during a special session of the state Senate on Friday and now awaits the signature of Governor Mike DeWine, a Republican, who demanded the session to address the Biden issue. DeWine is anticipated to sign the bill.

State Sen. Rob McColley, a Republican, expressed support for the measure, emphasizing that Ohioans deserve a choice in the upcoming election. “I don’t think anybody on this side of the aisle really feels like they’re going to be voting for President Biden, but at the same time, Ohioans deserve a choice in this election, and that’s what we’re seeking to give them today,” McColley said on Friday.

The bill’s approval may not halt the Democratic National Committee’s (DNC) initiative to nominate Biden through a virtual roll call vote before the state’s August 7 deadline. Democratic state Sen. Bill DeMora remarked during the session that the measure could potentially eliminate the need for a virtual meeting, though he was not certain.

The DNC has scheduled a meeting on Tuesday to progress a resolution for the virtual roll call, with a full vote planned thereafter.

Historically, both parties have adjusted their late summer conventions to meet earlier state certification deadlines. Ohio adjusted its deadline four years ago for both parties without significant issues. This year, the complication affects only Democrats, as the GOP has a mid-July convention.

The bill now awaits Governor DeWine‘s decision.

Ex-Biden Comms Chief Official Blasts Her Old Colleagues.

Symone Sanders-Townsend, a former advisor to Joe Biden, has criticized Biden regime officials who claim they cannot verify Israel’s potentially unlawful actions in Gaza, describing those statements as “absurd.”

“The statements from some administration officials about not being able to verify what’s happening in Gaza are absurd. We can all see the pictures. It’s horrific,” Sanders-Townsend wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter). Her comments come amidst rising tension over a recent Israeli strike on a site in Rafah housing displaced Palestinians. The attack resulted in the deaths of dozens of civilians.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu labeled the incident a “tragic event” and assured that it would be subject to investigation. The strike also resulted in the deaths of two Hamas militants, although Israeli authorities had not anticipated such significant civilian casualties.

This attack has reignited calls for a ceasefire among various international and local groups. Israel has maintained that its military operations will continue until Hamas is eliminated.

Sanders-Townsend has made previous comparisons between the global protests engendered by the Israel-Hamas war and the Black Lives Matter demonstrations that swept across the United States in recent years. “I know for a fact that at least a couple of months ago and weeks ago, people were telling Joe Biden, the President of the United States of America, that this ceasefire thing was going to blow over once you get the hostages back and won’t be an issue for the general election,” she told The Root in March. “I think that was wrong and bad advice to give.”

On Tuesday, Biden State Department official Stacy Gilbert resigned over the regime’s response to Israeli actions in Gaza.

Hysterical Jill Biden Says ‘WE WILL LOSE ALL OUR RIGHTS’ If Trump Appoints Another SCOTUS Judge.

During an appearance on ABC’s “The View” on Wednesday, Jill Biden claimed that if former President Donald Trump is re-elected in November, there will be disastrous consequences, including significant losses of human rights. “We will lose all of our rights,” Biden insisted.

“[W]e cannot take things for granted, and think of the Supreme Court for God’s sake. Talk about things getting worse? Can you imagine if we put any more Republicans on the Supreme Court? No!” Biden exclaimed.

During her appearance, Biden was promoting her new book, “Willow the White House Cat,” as well as her husband’s re-election campaign. The discussion soon shifted to the role of “women’s rights” in the upcoming election. Co-host Sara Haines observed that women would be crucial in the upcoming election due to ongoing divisive issues.

“We’ve heard Trump bragging about stripping women’s reproductive rights, 14 states have a total ban on abortion, and now IVF is under attack,” Haines remarked. Haines then asked Biden to elaborate on the potential impacts of a Trump presidency. “Well, it could get a lot worse under a Trump presidency,” Biden responded. “You have to believe him when he uses words like ‘dictator,’ ‘bloodbath,’ ‘third term,’ ‘violence,’ we’ve seen it, so when he says these words, believe him,” she said, referencing the debunked “bloodbath” hoax.

“And women’s rights? Absolutely, women’s rights and IVF,” Biden continued — even though Trump has been a staunch supporter of IVF access.

Jill Biden has been at the tip of the spear of the Biden campaign’s “full Hitler” strategy, which Joe Biden unveiled in his “fearmongering” Valley Forge speech. In March, she compared efforts to shield children from explicitly sexual LGBTQ content to Naziism.

Hunter’s Stripper Baby Mama Releasing Tell-All Book.

Lunden Roberts, the former stripper with whom Hunter Biden had a child, is releasing a tell-all memoir that will be published before the 2024 election.

Details: The memoir will be titled “Out of the Shadows: My Life Inside the Wild World of Hunter Biden” and will reveal details about her relationship with Joe Biden’s troubled son.

The timing: The book will be published on August 20, during the week of the Democratic National Convention.

Back up: Back in 2017, Hunter Biden was in a relationship with Hallie Biden — his late brother Beau’s widow. During that relationship, he had an affair with a stripper (Lunden Roberts). In August 2018, Roberts gave birth to their child, Navy Joan Roberts.

Back to the book: The book’s description describes a “rollercoaster ride of a relationship, touching on the drug cook working in [Hunter’s company’s] kitchen, strip clubs where Hunter might try the pole himself… and dozens of other stories that make the laptop debacle seem routine.”

Grandpa Joe: Joe Biden didn’t publicly acknowledge his granddaughter until June 2023. During his first few years in the White House, he would hand stockings with all his grandchildren’s names but excluded Navy Joan.

That’s the Biden family in a nutshell. But the media wants you to believe the Trump family is the problem.

ANOTHER Biden Official Resigns Over Gaza.

A career official at the State Department has resigned over disagreements with a recent U.S. government report regarding Israel’s actions in Gaza. Stacy Gilbert, formerly of the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration, tendered her resignation this week, citing her disagreement with the report’s findings. Gibert’s resignation follows that of Josh Paul, a former Director at the State Department.

The contentious report in question asserted that Israel had not impeded humanitarian assistance to Gaza. Gilbert disagreed with this conclusion and communicated her dissent in an email to her colleagues on Tuesday. In the email, Gilbert outlined her concerns and expressed her belief that the State Department’s assessment was inaccurate. Gilbert’s resignation highlights internal discord within the Biden regime concerning Israel’s conduct in Gaza and the delivery of humanitarian aid.

Officials who read Gilbert’s letter explained that she felt strongly that Israel had, in fact, obstructed humanitarian efforts in Gaza. The particulars of the obstruction were not specified in the officials’ accounts of the letter. Gilbert’s departure comes when U.S. policies and actions in the Middle East are under intense scrutiny.

The State Department has not officially commented on Gilbert’s resignation or her assertions regarding the report. The development adds another layer of complexity to the ongoing debates within the Biden government over how best to address the humanitarian situation in Gaza and U.S. foreign policy towards Israel and Palestine.

The Biden regime has attempted — not so gracefully — to walk a line between appeasing the anti-Israel left-wing of the Democrat party, progressives, young people, and Arab and Muslim voters and maintaining some semblance of the country’s traditional support for Israel. However, a recently released undercover video of a White House staffer suggests that Biden’s continued pro-Israel posturing is an effort to shore up the Jewish vote ahead of the election and that a second Biden presidency would be far more explicitly anti-Israel.

Biden Eases Economic Restrictions on Communist Cuba.

The Biden regime announced several revisions to its sanctions policy on Cuba on Tuesday, aiming to facilitate economic activities for private entrepreneurs and businesses on the island. This move reportedly seeks to boost support for the Cuban population while ensuring that the Cuban government does not benefit from these measures.

The amendments will permit private Cuban entrepreneurs to open U.S. bank accounts, enabling them to conduct financial transactions more efficiently. Additionally, these businesses will gain access to online banking services, expected to significantly improve their operational capabilities.

A senior regime official emphasized that this policy change is designed to strengthen the private sector in Cuba. “Our goal is to empower the Cuban people by enhancing their economic independence from the government,” the official said.

Critics of the Biden regime’s approach argue that these measures could inadvertently benefit Cuba’s communist government through indirect channels. However, officials have assured that safeguards will be in place to monitor and ensure that only private entities enjoy the economic benefits.

This change follows a series of similar measures in recent years aimed at fostering private enterprise in Cuba. In May, the Biden regime reinstated certain travel authorizations and remittances intended to assist Cuban families and entrepreneurs.

As private businesses in Cuba gain access to U.S. banking facilities, how effectively these changes translate into economic empowerment for the local population remains to be seen. Observers will be watching closely to gauge the impact on the ground and the Cuban government’s response.

The communist Cuban government is openly hostile to the U.S. Last year, it struck a deal to host a Chinese spy base.

Dems Circumvent Their Own Rules to Nominate Biden Virtually for Ohio Deadline.

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) plans to hold a “virtual roll call” to nominate Joe Biden before the party’s August convention, aiming to secure his place on Ohio’s general election ballot. The announcement arrived Tuesday as the Ohio State Legislature commenced a special session ordered by Republican Gov. Mike DeWine to address the issue.

The Democratic convention, traditionally where candidates for president and vice president are nominated, is scheduled after Ohio’s August 7 deadline for certifying candidates. Ohio GOP lawmakers, holding supermajorities in both the House and Senate, have been hesitant to pass a bill relaxing this deadline for Biden without introducing unrelated campaign finance legislation, which Democrats have labeled a “poison pill.”

The DNC’s rules and bylaws committee is expected to vote on June 4 to allow the virtual roll call. Following this, DNC members will vote on the resolution, enabling a virtual nomination process. Officials have compared this approach to the virtual convention conducted in 2020 due to the pandemic.

Initially, the Biden campaign and DNC resisted initiating such plans. Historically, both parties have resolved Ohio’s certification deadlines without controversy before their nominating conventions. However, DeWine’s call for the special session included addressing a measure to ban foreign money in state ballot issue campaigns alongside the Biden ballot fix. This measure, previously appended to a state Senate version of the Biden-related bill, saw no vote in the state House, precipitating the current urgency.

Nickie Antonio, the Democratic leader in the Ohio Senate, announced the change in strategy, reassuring Democrats that Biden will be on the ballot regardless of state legislative actions. Reports that the timing of the Democratic convention may have prevented Biden from getting on the Ohio ballot first surfaced in April.
