Comer Prepares ‘TWO DOZEN’ Subpoenas For Biden Family.

House Oversight Committee chairman James Comer (R-KY) is preparing to serve members of the Biden family at least “two dozen” subpoenas over the coming days in connection to its business dealings abroad, often with hostile foreign countries like China.

“Just like the things with the bank records, there are many more shell companies, many more Bidens involved. Whenever you start digging into the Bidens, you get a whole lot more than you expected,” said Comer in an interview over the weekend following the revelations that the National Archives discovered over 80,000 emails sent or received by President Joe Biden using various pseudonyms last Monday.

He explained only 14 of the 82,000 emails have been handed over by the National Archives, which has “blocked” and “stonewalled” all attempts to access them. “We always get what we subpoenaed,” Comer stated, concluding, “I think you’re gonna see swift action on Biden, and I would predict somewhere around two dozen subpoenas in the very near future.”

The House Oversight Committee dropped other bombshell revelations last week concerning the extent of the Biden family’s financial gains from CCP-linked companies, which saw Joe Biden receive $40,000 after passing through Hunter Biden, James Biden, and James Biden’s wife, Sara.

Biden Tells Banks: Don’t Deny Loans or Credit to Illegal Migrants.

The Biden government has informed banks and other financial institutions in the United States that they cannot reject credit claims made by illegal migrants due to their immigration status.

Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) warned banks of the unlawfulness of rejecting loans or credit applications because “consumers have reported being rejected for credit cards as well as for auto, student, personal and equipment loans because of their immigration status…”

The DOJ and CFPB have claimed denying finance to illegal migrants would constitute a breach of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (1974), which prohibits discrimination based on characteristics, including race, religion, sexual orientation, and national origin, among other things.

Financial institutions may only consider one’s immigration status when considering the “creditor’s right regarding repayment.” Creditors and lenders will break the law if they consider it in any other capacity as a result.

“Lenders should not deny people the opportunity to take out a loan to buy a home, build their businesses or otherwise pursue their financial goals because of unlawful bias and without regard to their actual ability to repay,” said the Assistant Attorney General of the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division, Kristen Clarke, in a statement.

This comes just months after Democrats in Illinois forced through legislation allowing illegal migrants to serve as police officers, despite federal law only permitting U.S. citizens to serve in the office.

SEC Sues Firm Linked to Joe Biden’s Brother, James.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed a lawsuit against a company and business deal that directly involves Joe Biden‘s younger brother, James Biden, in the Southern District of Florida.

The 12-count civil claim was filed against the company Third Friday Management and Michael Lewitt, a close associate of James Biden, stating the former engaged in “fraudulent conduct and gross breaches of fiduciary duty.”

It alleges that Lewitt misled investors between January 2018 and March 2020 after he went from investing in S&P 500 index options before “suddenly changing course” at a cost of over $19 million without notifying investors.

“Lewitt, with sole authority of the Fund, also misappropriated at least $4.7 million of investor funds for his personal use, including over $900,000 to pay a personal IRS tax lien,” further states the SEC’s complaint.

Although James Biden was not accused in the SEC filing, he and Lewitt were forced to settle a lawsuit in 2020 accusing  both of “a scheme to steal” the business model of a rural healthcare operation.

The lawyer representing Lewitt and Third Friday Management, George Mesires, has also represented James and Hunter Biden in the past.

Biden Wants Whopping $100Bn Aid Package for Ukraine.

The Biden government is planning a whopping $100bn aid package for Ukraine, in an effort to fund the war until the 2024 presidential election and avoid any potential impasse with Republican congressmen.

Biden himself is expected to ask Congress to provide Ukraine with the amount that would nearly double America’s existing commitments of over $113 billion over four congressionally-approved war packages since the war began in February 2022.

The idea is apparently “firmly supported by many throughout the administration,” according to one Biden official, who added, “[s]upporters of Ukraine want this to be a one-and-done big bill, and then not have to deal with it until after the next election.”

Biden will, however, wait until a new Speaker of the House is appointed until any deal is finalized, with voting set to begin later this week.

The Biden government is currently considering a range of options to secure funding for the war, such as using a State Department grant program to send additional military aid.

Joe Biden Nominates Hunter’s Burisma Buddy to Office of Special Counsel.

Joe Biden has nominated Hampton Dellinger, who previously worked at the law firm Boies Schiller Flexner alongside Hunter Biden, to serve as Special Counsel at the Office of Special Counsel, responsible for enforcing laws including the Whistleblower Protection Act and the Act to Prevent Pernicious Political Activities, or Hatch Act.

In addition to working for Boies Schiller Flexner’s Crisis Management and Government Response team while Hunter Biden was employed there, Dellinger donated to Joe Biden’s presidential campaign.

Boies Schiller Flexner worked for Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian energy corporation where Hunter Biden served on the board, and which Joe Biden is accused of performing favors for. Emails found on the First Son’s laptop indicate he and Dellinger attended private gatherings together and corresponded about firm-related events.

The Special Counsel at the Office of Special Counsel should not be confused with special counsels more generally, such as Jack Smith, who has been tasked with prosecuting Donald Trump, or David Weiss, who is pursuing much less serious charges against Hunter Biden.

Dellinger’s responsibility for whistleblower protection may cause some concern, however, as a number of whistleblowers at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and elsewhere have come forward to say investigations into the Bidens are being stymied, and claim they have suffered retaliation for speaking out.

Biden Govt Admits Trump Was Right, Allows Border Wall Construction to Resume.

The Biden government has publicly announced it will allow the resumption of President Donald Trump’s policy of building a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border to deter the thousands of illegal migrants entering the United States, representing a huge win for the 45th President‘s immigration policy.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) even waived 26 federal laws, regulations, and other legal requirements, including the Clean Air Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act, to ensure “the expeditious construction of barriers and roads” in Starr County, Texas, which has experienced nearly 250,000 illegal migrants crossing into its territory this fiscal year.

U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, explained upon the policy’s announcement, “There is presently an acute and immediate need to construct physical barriers and roads in the vicinity of the border of the United States in order to prevent unlawful entries into the United States in the project areas.”

The decision openly contradicts President Biden’s own claims that building a border wall across the entire southern border was “not a serious policy solution.” In 2020, Biden declared: “There will not be another foot of wall constructed on my administration.” Worse still, the Biden government began selling off $300 million worth of material intended for Trump’s wall at a 99 percent discount over the past several months.

With an election looming and the border crisis spiraling with even pro-sanctuary Democrats in Illinois and New York complaining to Biden that they cannot cope with the influx, the construction of at least some border wall is an example of some of the belated, limited action the White House is taking.

Feds Considered Sex Trafficking Charge for Hunter Biden.

Department of Justice (DOJ) prosecutors considered the possibility of charging Hunter Biden for crimes involving sex trafficking, according to emails from an IRS whistleblower made available to the public by the House Ways and Means Committee.

The DOJ‘s Tax Division prosecutor, Jack Morgan, highlighted nine instances of communication between President Joe Biden’s son and various prostitutes in an email to U.S. attorney Lesley Wolf in 2020, in which Hunter seemingly coordinated their travel across state lines.

The email points to two “likely” escorts who traveled across the country, one flying from Los Angeles to Boston and another from New York to Boston. A third woman is reported by Morgan as a self-described “hooker,” with indication that she flew from New Jersey to New York.

Morgan attached the email to multiple other anonymous individuals under the subject “Mann Act” – federal legislation that has forbidden the transportation of “any woman or girl for the purpose of prostitution or debauchery, or for any other immoral purpose” in the United States since 1910.

The correspondence was given to the House Committee by whistleblower Joseph Ziegler, who previously mentioned that a number of women allegedly crossed state lines as prostitutes for Hunter Biden in a congressional  testimony earlier this year.

Ziegler stated regarding the potential charges, “I don’t know what they ended up doing with them. I know there was an effort at some point to compile them, but I don’t know what ultimately happened with them.”

Biden Says He Convinced Strom Thurmond on the Voting Rights Act. There’s Just One Problem…

President Joe Biden has claimed he managed to convince the late Democratic Governor of South Carolina, Strom Thurmond, to vote in favor of the Voting Rights Act after he left the Senate in 2009. The only problem is: Thurmond died in 2003. Actually, there’s another problem. The Act passed in 1965. Okay, there’s a third problem. That was eight years before Biden even became a Delaware Senator. Oh, and Thurmond didn’t vote for it. So, four problems.

Biden — who made the claim in a recent interview with ProPublica — was perhaps talking about the Voting Rights Act reauthorization in 1982. But that still doesn’t explain his comment, which he begins with: “When I left the Senate,” before going on to explain how he was “able to convince Strom Thurmond to vote for the Voting Rights Act.”

Biden has long been a fantasist and plagiarist, mixing up old stories and straight up inventing others. He recently claimed to have been at Ground Zero the day after 9/11, which even CNN called “another false claim about his own past.”

Joe Biden’s Address Listed in Chinese Wire Transfers to Hunter.

A House Oversight Committee bank subpoena has revealed two wire transfers from China to Hunter Biden in 2019 listing President Joe Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware, home as the beneficiary address. House Oversight Chairman James Comer said these wire transfers, for $10,000 and $250,000, are the first examples found of Hunter Biden receiving money directly and not through a shell company.

“Bank records don’t lie but President Joe Biden does. In 2020, Joe Biden told Americans that his family never received money from China. We’ve already proved that to be a lie earlier this year, and now we know that two wires originating from Beijing listed Joe Biden’s Wilmington home as the beneficiary address when he was running for President of the United States,” said committee chairman James Comer.

“Joe Biden’s abuse of public office for his family’s financial gain threatens our national security. What did the Bidens do with this money from Beijing? Americans demand and deserve accountability for President Biden and the First Family’s corruption,” he added.

Hunter attorney Abbe Lowell claims the wires were part of a loan transaction. Hunter was supposedly borrowing funds using his equity as security, with the wires going to the Wilmington address because it was his only permanent address at the time.

No ‘Special Treatment’ – Hunter Ordered to Appear in Person for Gun Felonies Arraignment.

Hunter Biden has been ordered by U.S. Magistrate Judge Christopher Burke to appear in person at his October 3rd arraignment for three felony gun charges. The court order, issued on Wednesday, states that Joe Biden’s eldest son “should not receive special treatment”. His lawyers had requested a video appearance, citing the financial impact on government resources and the logistical burden of traveling to Delaware.

The request for a virtual appearance was opposed by Special Counsel David Weiss, who argued an in-person hearing is important to maintain public confidence. Weiss said the court has mostly held in-person appearances to treat defendants consistently since the expiration of an order authorizing video teleconferencing due to COVID-19 in June 2022.

Regardless of his mode of appearance, Hunter intends to waive the reading of the indictment and plead not guilty to the charges.

He has been indicted on three felony counts related to the purchase of a firearm in October 2018 while he was a drug abuser. He is alleged to have knowingly made false statements on his firearms purchase form, to have falsely represented himself to the firearms dealer, and to have possessed a firearm despite being an illegal drug abuser.
