962% Increase in ‘Missed’ Deportation Filings Since 2020.

Around 200,000 illegal aliens have avoided deportation because the Biden government failed to file the paperwork associated with their court dates and subsequent removals – with a stark 962 percent rise, in 2023, since the Trump administration’s final year in office (2020).

The details: According to a new report from the non-partisan Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC), the Biden Department of Homeland Security (DHS) failed to file the required ‘Notice to Appear’ (NTA) paperwork before their court dates, resulting in the cases being thrown out.

What is a ‘Notice to Appear’? It’s the official document that starts removal proceedings against an illegal alien, requiring them to appear in immigration court — usually years after they’re apprehended.

The numbers: According to the TRAC report, under Biden, the total number of missed filings was:

  • 33,802 in 2021
  • 79,592 in 2022
  • 68,869 in 2023

For perspective: In President Donald Trump’s final year in office, 2020, there were just 6,482 missed filings.

Zoom out: Since Biden has taken office, more than 10 million illegal aliens have entered the United States.

The Biden regime is simply “forgetting” to file the paperwork doesn’t seem intentional at all… 👀

Billionaire Nelson Peltz Says Biden’s ‘Mental Condition Is Really Scary.’

Nelson Peltz, noted billionaire Disney investor, intends to vote for former President Donald Trump due to his concerns that Biden’s “mental condition is really scary.”

Peltz, who is the same age as Biden, told the Financial Times that his concerns about Biden’s mental fitness outweighed his reservations about Trump.

“I don’t know what [Biden] knows and I don’t know what he doesn’t know,” said Peltz. “I don’t know who’s speaking for him and that’s troubling.” Peltz also said that the “litany of criminal charges against [Trump] — including cases relating to his efforts to overturn the 2020 election” — is obviously a “miscarriage of justice.”

Peltz also cited concerns about Biden’s border crisis as driving his support for Trump. “We can’t go on letting everyone into this country . . . We have an immigration problem — it’s not a Republican or Democrat problem,” Peltz said. “I want some boundaries put on it so we know at least who we’re bringing in.”

Known for his disputes with Disney CEO Bob Iger, Peltz has recently made news headlines. His firm, Trian Fund Management, has challenged Disney’s direction under Iger and his predecessor, Bob Chapek. Peltz is exerting efforts to gain more control over Disney through a proxy war, in preparation for the upcoming annual shareholders meeting scheduled for April 3.

Under Iger’s leadership, Disney, Peltz points out, has maintained an emphasis on woke, far-left messaging. The entertainment company has witnessed a series of low-performing releases and financial losses, compounded by the substantial subscription rate increases for their viewership.

Tyson Foods Hiring 42,000 Migrants? Actually, It’s Worse Than That…

Tyson Foods, a major American producer of meat, is facing boycott calls after its Human Resources associate director Garrett Dolan told Bloomberg, “We would like to employ another 42,000 [migrants] if we could find them,” during an interview about the firm’s involvement in the Tent Partnership for Refugees program founded by Chobani. Tent is led by Obama-era White House staffer Gideon Maltz.

The firm insists on its website that recent media coverage on the matter is “misinformation,” adding, “Tyson Foods is strongly opposed to illegal immigration, and we led the way in participating in the two major government programs to help employers combat unlawful employment, E-Verify and the Mutual Agreement between Government and Employers (IMAGE) program.”

But the distinction appears to be mostly semantics, with Tyson actually relying on the Biden government’s fast-tracking of employment authorizations for millions of people in the country illegally. The Trump administration had previously suspended such authorizations. In April last year alone, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) said they were processing 535,764 pending authorization petitions, also known as Employment Authorization Documents (EADs). The move to relax restrictions on these was one of the first things the Biden government and its Attorney General Merrick Garland did after taking office.

Moreover, Tyson already employs 42,000 immigrants amongst its 120,000-strong labor force, further undercutting their claims to have been the subject of “misinformation.”

America First Legal, a Trump-world advocacy group, latched on to the discriminatory statement made by Dolan, stating: “It is ILLEGAL under federal law to discriminate against American citizens based on their citizenship in favor of non-citizens of any kind when it comes to employment.”

The meat firm also invests cash into legal aid services for their migrant employees, provides them paid time off for any court appearances, as well as childcare and transportation, and English classes.

“They’re very, very loyal,” Dolan said. “They’ve been uprooted and what they want is stability — what they want is a sense of belonging.” It is unclear if Dolan is suggesting that U.S. workers are disloyal, do not want stability, nor a sense of belonging.

Dems Forced To Cut Healthcare Pledges As Illegals Fuel Soaring Costs.

Illinois lawmakers are signaling their intention to limit two state-funded health insurance programs that currently extend coverage to non-citizens and illegal immigrants. The decision comes after the programs saw skyrocketing costs — fueled by the invasion of illegal aliens at the southern border — surpassing initial projections. The cost of maintaining the Healthcare Benefits for Immigrant Adults and Seniors programs has exceeded $1 billion in the past year alone.

Starting April 1, the coverage will no longer include illegal immigrants and non-citizen green card holders who have resided in the U.S. for less than five years, the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) announced. The HFS says it will ensure that individuals no longer qualifying for these benefits are briefed adequately about other viable coverage options, primarily through the federal ACA Marketplace. About 6,000 individuals are expected to be affected by the state’s coverage changes.

During a recent hearing, Healthcare and Family Services’ chief of staff Dana Kelly informed lawmakers that the state could save over $13 million by excising ineligible recipients. Cost overruns within the program have notably increased, outpacing estimates and surging past the $220 million allocated for FY 2024 in Democrat Governor J.B. Pritzer’s budget last year.

The unchecked flow of illegal aliens across the US southern border has put a strain on state budgets across the country. Some state-level Democrat lawmakers have broken with the Biden government and proposed ending sanctuary city and state status — as well as cutting aid programs that benefit illegal immigrants. Meanwhile, national Democrats aligned with President Biden have pushed back against efforts to crack down on the open southern border — and instead called for more federal aid to be given to illegal aliens.

Ex Biden Aide Confirms WH Official Bullied, Sexually Harassed Staffers.

A former high-ranking Biden aide confirmed that Anthony Bernal, a top White House official and key member of First Lady Jill Biden’s team, engaged in long-term harassment and bullying of staff members in the workplace.

Bernal, who is openly gay and known as “untouchable” within Biden’s circle, has been accused of extensive inappropriate behavior, including making explicit remarks about other staffers’ personal lives. Sources have described his actions as a tactic to establish dominance and make others uncomfortable.

“It lines up with everything I experienced working there,” a former top Biden aide who wished to remain anonymous told Fox News.

The accusations against Bernal are backed up by almost a dozen current and former employees who also allege he frequently speculated on other staff members’ personal lives and physical attributes, including political aides and Secret Service agents. These insiders have come forward hoping to hold Bernal accountable for his misbehavior.

“It was a lot of inappropriate remarks — talking about other people’s attractiveness and speculating about their sex lives at very weird moments,” a source told the New York Post. “That’s actually sexual harassment.”

“Working for the Bidens is like living in another century,” another source told the Post. “You really cannot speak up without fear of personal or professional retaliation.”

“[Bernal] is by far the worst and most well-known abuser, but the Biden White House is a magnet for ugly and abusive workplace behavior,” the source continued. “It’s totally inexcusable [in] this day [and] age, especially with Biden’s own narrative about standing up to bullies.”

Despite the mounting allegations, the White House remains supportive of Bernal. White House chief of staff, Jeff Zients, dismissed the claims as ‘unfounded attacks’ and stated that the administration maintains ‘full confidence in Anthony’s character.’

Biden himself has also faced sexual assault accusations.

Biden Forgot What a Fax Machine Was Called in Special Counsel Interview.

Transcripts of special counsel Robert Hur’s interviews with Joe Biden regarding the mishandling of classified documents reveal that the aging Biden couldn’t remember the name for a fax machine.

Biden’s troublingly poor memory was evident after Hur asked him about bringing classified documents to his Wilmington, Delaware, lake house.

After telling Hur that he “occasionally” brought classified information to the house because he “did business there,” Biden offered a description of the library at the property from where he worked: “I have a library, and the library has a — two filing cabinets in it, and it has built into the walls — when I built that home, built into the walls, a space for a copy machine, for a — what do you call it, when they send these –”

“Fax machine,” Ed Siskel, Biden’s counsel, chimed in. “Fax machine,” Biden repeated.

Biden’s inability to recall the name of a piece of equipment he would have spent three decades using regularly — modern fax machines were invented in the mid-1970s and became obsolete in the late 1990s — is sure to add to concerns about the 81-year-old’s mental faculties.

Hur’s initial report on his investigation of Biden’s mishandling of classified documents described the President as an “elderly man with poor memory.” In addition to raising more questions about Biden’s mental state, the full transcripts of Hur’s interviews, released Tuesday, also prove that Biden lied about forgetting when his son Beau died.

Transcript Reveals BIDEN LIED After Classified Docs Report — He *DID* Forget When Son Beau Died & Forgot He Was VP in 2009!

The transcript of Joe Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur reveals that the angry response from the 46th President in response to the report’s publication contained yet another lie. Speaking immediately after its publication Biden screamed at the press corps in the White House: “How in the hell dare he raise that? Frankly, when I was asked the question, I thought to myself it wasn’t any of their damn business.”

But Hur didn’t ask, and Biden didn’t remember, despite claiming at the time: “I don’t need anyone to remind me when he passed away.”

But the official transcript of the interview between Hur and Biden not only reveals it was Biden who raised the subject, as he often does in public speeches, but also had to rely on several aides to remember when his son Beau passed away.

“And so I hadn’t, I hadn’t at this point … I hadn’t walked away from the idea that I may run for office again. But if I ran again, I’d be running for president,” Biden said, according to the transcript. “And, and so what was happening though — what month did Beau die? Oh, God, May 30th–”

After two other individuals present at the interview reminded him that Beau died in 2015, Biden asked: “Was it 2015 he had died?”

“It was May of 2015,” one aide replied.

In another exchange, Biden asked out loud, “Was I still vice president? I was, wasn’t I? Yeah.” The document he was looking at was dated 2009, and he had only been Vice President for four months at the time.

At another point, he said, “Well, if it was 2013 — when did I stop being vice president?”

Rachel Cotton, from the White House Counsel’s Office, was forced to remind him that he left office in 2017.

Hur is testifying before the House Committee on Oversight today, where he is expected to reiterate his findings over Biden, the classified documents he kept, and his failing memory.

Russian Intel Says Biden Govt Meddling In Its Presidential Elections This Coming Weekend.

Russia’s foreign intelligence service, the SVR, has accused the US of interfering in the Russian presidential election. The SVR alleges that the Biden government aims to orchestrate a decrease in voter turnout and deploy cyber attacks on the country’s online voting system in collaboration with top-ranking American IT specialists.

“According to information received by the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation, the administration of J. Biden is setting a task for American NGOs to achieve a decrease in turnout,” the SVR said in a statement quoted by Russian media. IT specialists “planned to carry out cyber attacks on the remote electronic voting system, which will make it impossible to count the votes of a significant proportion of Russian voters,” it said.

In contrast to the SVR accusations against Washington, Moscow said it would not involve itself in the US presidential elections in November. This assurance stands despite Biden government claims of Russian influence in the 2016 and 2020 US elections.

The Russian election, which will include a new online voting option, extends to 112.3 million eligible voters within Russia and Russian regions of Ukraine, with an additional 1.9 million residing overseas. However, both Kiev and Western nations have challenged the legitimacy of the vote in the annexed regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson.

Fears of US interference in Russia’s presidential election are not as outlandish as they may seem. Last week, it was revealed that a majority of Americans expect US intelligence agencies to meddle in the US presidential election. Two weeks ago, a bombshell New York Times report revealed that the CIA has maintained secret bases in Ukraine for over a decade in its proxy war against Russia.

Snickers Just Took A Bite Out of Biden.

Snickers manufacturer Mars has called out Joe Biden for lying about the size of its candy bars.

During his recent State of the Union address, Biden accused the candy maker of engaging in ‘shrinkflation’ with its Snickers bars, alleging that the company reduced the candy’s size by 10 percent while maintaining the same price.

“Snack companies think you won’t notice when they charge you just as much for the same size bag — but with fewer chips in it,” Biden said. “You get charged the same amount, and you got about 10 percent fewer Snickers in it,” Biden continued.

Mars, however, refutes this claim, stating unequivocally that it has not diminished the size of either the single or share-ready versions of the popular candy offering in the US. “We have not reduced the size of Snickers singles or share size in the US,” it said in a statement.

The firm acknowledged coping with high inflation and volatile material costs but maintained that it absorbs these costs where possible to keep its treats affordable. They also emphasized final retail prices are ultimately controlled by the retailer, but the company strives to keep costs at bay to ensure the accessibility of their products.

President Biden’s statement garnered critical reactions on social media, with CNN contributor Scott Jennings accusing him of “slandering a candy bar.”

Former President Donald Trump recently criticized Biden’s attempts to shift blame for inflation onto companies with ‘shrinkflation’ accusations.

“[A]s Crooked Joe himself foolishly pointed out… it’s not just that prices are getting higher; it’s that packages are getting smaller. Under my leadership, you had virtually no inflation, and there was no such thing as Joe Biden’s ‘shrinkflation,'” Trump said last month.

ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE: CNN Refused to Play Commercial About Laken Riley.

CNN refused to air an advertisement detailing the brutal murder of Laken Riley, a 22-year-old nursing student from Georgia, during Joe Biden’s State of the Union address last week. The move, which amounts to yet another narrative assist for the Joe Biden campaign, came after a group attempted to buy the airtime to reach CNN’s otherwise mass migration-oblivious audience.

“It is shameful that CNN is censoring the truth and trying to protect President Biden by refusing to air this ad,” the group said.

A CNN spokesperson claimed the ad did not conform to their “commercial clearance guidelines and policies.”

The controversial commercial features footage from Biden’s 2019 debates and criticizes the 46th President for failing to deport criminal illegal migrants. Jose Antonio Ibarra, an illegal immigrant from Venezuela, was allowed to remain in the United States and eventually murder Riley under Biden’s watch.

Ibarra was previously arrested in New York City for endangering a child but was released due to sanctuary city policies.

Despite rejection by CNN, the advertisement was broadcast nationwide, particularly in swing states, during the State of the Union address on Fox News, MSNBC, and Newsmax. Former President Donald Trump has also blamed Biden’s policies for Riley’s murder.
