DATA: ANOTHER Democrat Internal Poll Shows Biden Losing by a Landslide.

New internal data from a Democrat campaign group promoting the party’s next generation of leaders shows Joe Biden losing the 2024 presidential election in an electoral landslide to former President Donald J. Trump. The poll, conducted by Emerson College on behalf of Democrats for the Next Generation, shows Trump sweeping all six key swing states in the aftermath of Biden’s cognitively impaired and disastrous debate performance in late June.

According to the data, Trump holds a five-point edge in Pennsylvania—with 48 percent to the 81-year-old incumbent’s 43 percent. Likewise, Trump holds a five-point edge in Georgia—at 47 percent to Biden‘s 42 percent. In Michigan, the race is much closer, with Trump at 45 percent and Biden at 44 percent. Trump maintains a healthy lead in Arizona with 46 percent to Biden’s 42 percent. In the critical state of Wisconsin, Trump beats Biden 47 percent to 44 percent. And in Nevada—a state long expected to flip into the Republican column—Trump leads with 47 percent to Biden’s 41 percent, a stunning six-point margin.

The National Pulse reported last week that a leaked internal campaign memo from pollster OpenLabs showed Trump defeating Biden in a landslide. According to the progressive pollster, Biden, who was already running behind Trump, now only holds slim leads in three of 14 states considered key to the 81-year-old Democrat’s re-election.

The OpenLabs and Democrats for the Next Generation data reflect a series of public polls showing Trump surging to a lead in the popular vote and the electoral college count. A Harvard/Harris poll from last week shows former President Trump leading 47 percent to Biden’s 41 percent nationally.

With “leaners” included, Trump clears 50 percent of the national vote.

Biden Defiant: Sends Letter to Congressional Dems Saying He Won’t Leave Race.

Despite mounting pressure from donors and congressional Democrats to drop out of the 2024 presidential race, 81-year-old Democratic incumbent Joe Biden remains defiant. On Monday, a meeting between Biden and congressional Democrats led by Senator Mark Warner (D-VA) was abruptly canceled. Instead, Democrats on Capitol Hill received a lengthy letter from the 2024 nominee stating he will not leave the race.

“Now that you have returned from the July 4th recess, I want you to know that despite all the speculation in the press and elsewhere, I am firmly committed to staying in this race, to running this race to the end, and to beating Donald Trump,” the letter from the Biden White House reads. He continues: “We had a Democratic nomination process and the voters have spoken clearly and decisively. I received over 14 million votes, 87 [percent] of the votes cast across the entire nominating process. I have nearly 3,900 delegates, making me the presumptive nominee of our party by a wide margin.”

Biden’s letter strikes a domineering tone. In it, he reminds Congressional Democrats, donors, and television talking heads that he—and he alone—is the Democratic nominee and that they cannot force him from the race.

Democratic resistance to a second Biden run for the White House has grown in the week-and-a-half since his disastrous presidential debate against former President Donald J. Trump. Party leaders have pointed to Biden’s plummeting poll numbers and growing concern among voters regarding the 81-year-old Democrat’s physical and cognitive health.

Despite the significant setback to his campaign and attempts by his own party to get him to leave the race, Biden has repeatedly insisted over the last week that he will not leave and intends to see his campaign through to the election in November.

New York Times’s Editorial Board Member Op-Ed: ‘NATO Must Be Less Dependent on America.’

The New York Times‘s Editorial Board member, Farah Stockman, has published an op-ed in the Grey Lady calling for European nations to do more for their own security and end the military dependence on the United States. The lines are straight out of a long-standing Donald Trump complaint list about how the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) functions, and even repeats critical parts of Trump’s messaging.

“It is now becoming increasingly clear that Europeans need to shoulder more responsibility for their own defense,” Stockman writes, alleging that NATO’s first Supreme Allied Commander Europe, President Dwight Eisenhower, would regard the project as failed, today.

“The United States simply can’t do everything everywhere all at once, by itself. The future requires well-armed, capable allies. The indispensable nation has to be a bit less indispensable,” Stockman continued.

Sounding even more Trumpian, Stockman says: “So why does this dependence persist? Part of the reason is human nature. Why would allies invest in defense if Uncle Sam always picks up the tab?”

President Trump has been responsible for dozens of European nations increasing their NATO defense commitments and spending despite being roundly mocked by the political and media establishments since 2016 for suggesting that European nations do so.

Trump Asks Judge Cannon to Rule on Constitutionality of Smith Appointment as Special Counsel.

Former President Donald J. Trump‘s legal team is asking U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon to rule on whether Department of Justice (DOJ) special counsel Jack Smith‘s appointment is constitutional. The attorneys cite concerns U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas raised in his concurring opinion on presidential immunity.

“Highlighting grave separation-of-powers concerns, Justice Thomas suggested that 28 U.S.C. §§ 515 and 533 do not establish ‘by Law’ Jack Smith’s position under the Appointments Clause,” the filing submitted on Friday reads. Trump‘s attorneys continue: “By extension, these statutes are not “other law” under the relevant appropriation, and these ‘essential questions’ should be addressed ‘before proceeding.'”

The National Pulse reported Monday, following the high court’s ruling that Trump is protected from prosecution for official acts, that Justice Thomas also raised whether Jack Smith‘s appointment by Joe Biden’s DOJ was lawful.

THOMAS QUESTIONS SMITH.

“In this case, the Attorney General purported to appoint a private citizen as Special Counsel to prosecute a former President on behalf of the United States,” Justice Thomas wrote in his concurring opinion. He continued: “But, I am not sure that any office for the Special Counsel has been ‘established by Law,’ as the Constitution requires.”

“By requiring that Congress create federal offices ‘by Law,’ the Constitution imposes an important check against the President—he cannot create offices at his pleasure,” the justice noted, adding: “If there is no law establishing the office that the Special Counsel occupies, then he cannot proceed with this prosecution. A private citizen cannot criminally prosecute anyone, let alone a former President.”

Justice Brett Kavanaugh has raised concerns similar to Thomas’s in the past while also noting that the appointment of a private citizen to the Office of Special Counsel without Senate confirmation likely violates Article II of the U.S. Constitution’s Appointments Clause. Jack Smith did not hold a Senate-confirmed position prior to his appointment by Garland.

Trump Congratulates Farage on Election Breakthrough: ‘A Man Who Truly Loves His Country!’

Donald Trump has congratulated Nigel Farage on winning a seat in the House of Commons in Britain’s snap election, writing, “Congratulations to Nigel Farage on his big WIN of a Parliament Seat Amid Reform UK Election Success,” on Truth Social. “Nigel is a man who truly loves his Country!”

Trump and Farage are longtime allies. The Brexit leader campaigned for the America First leader following his win in the 2016 European Union referendum. After he became President-elect, Trump hosted Farage at Trump Tower, alongside Raheem Kassam, Editor-in-Chief of The National Pulse, and other prominent Brexit campaigners.

Speaking to Kassam after his election win, Farage reiterated his support for Trump, saying, “My success in ’16 was good news for Donald. I hope it is again. Go, Donald, go!”

The Brexit leader’s Reform Party has earned four parliamentary seats in total, but placed second in dozens of constituencies (electoral districts) and finished third in terms of overall vote share. It is a seismic shift in British politics, and Farage believes he can use his parliamentary “bridgehead” to challenge the incoming Labour government in 2029.

EXCLUSIVE – Farage’s First Reaction to His Historic Election Victory.

CLACTON-ON-SEA, England – Brexit leader Nigel Farage has won an historic victory in Clacton-on-Sea, with the long-standing political figure set to enter the British parliament for the first time. In his worldexclusive, first interview with Raheem Kassam, The National Pulse, and Real America’s Voice, Farage explained how his party will now form a “beachhead” in parliament. He also used the opportunity to wish his friend, President Donald J. Trump, luck in his campaign for the White House.

“I did 20 years in the European Parliament,” said Farage, “but breaking through the first-past-the-post system is tough. And we haven’t just won, we’ve won big. I’m thrilled.”

Describing his first priorities as a Member of Parliament, Farage said: “I think to try and run before we can walk might be a mistake, [but] I tell you what, those small boats [of illegal migrants] will be crossing the [English] Channel next week. I guess that’s where I’ll start.”

“This is a bridgehead in the Parliament with many millions behind us,” Farage said, adding: “It’s not just what we do in Parliament that matters. I intend to build a mass movement around the country. Rallies, mass membership, getting ready to fight elections at local level, waiting for special elections to come up in Parliament. There is an energy behind this like you can’t believe.

Asked about the parallels between 2024 and 2016, the newly minted MP for Clacton remarked: “My success in ’16 was good news for Donald. I hope it is again. Go, Donald, go!”

Economist Mag Turns on ‘Beffudled Old Man’ Biden, Slams ‘Cover-Up’ of Mental Decline.

The Economist magazine has called for Joe Biden to drop out of the presidential race. Its latest issue’s cover features an image of the presidential seal on a Zimmer frame, and the feature article brands him a “befuddled old man.”

Citing the recent debate between Biden and former President Donald J. Trump, the anti-Trump magazine says the contest was “awful for Joe Biden, but the cover-up has been worse.”

“It was agony to watch a befuddled old man struggling to recall words and facts. But the operation by his campaign to deny what tens of millions of Americans saw with their own eyes is more toxic than either, because its dishonesty provokes contempt,” the neoliberal magazine states.

Noting Biden’s obvious mental decline, the magazine adds that the existence of his campaign now depends on a lie and that he should drop out now to be remembered for his supposed “accomplishments” in office.

The Economist is only the latest corporate media organ to call for Biden to exit the election. Several formerly friendly media personalities have also called on Biden to bow out, including MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough, who, as recently as March, claimed, “This version of Biden, intellectually, analytically, is the best Biden ever, not a close second, and I’ve known him for years.”

The Atlantic magazine criticized Representative James Clyburn as dishonest for attempting to defend Biden by claiming the president simply had a stutter.

Sitting Democratic politicians like Representative Lloyd Doggett have also outright called for Biden to end his campaign.

WATCH: Trump Trashes Biden as ‘Old Broken Down Pile of Crap,’ VP Harris as ‘So F***ing Bad.’

Video has leaked of former president Donald J. Trump trashing Joe Biden as an “old broken down pile of crap,” saying he is already “out of the race” after being crushed in last week’s presidential debate.

“I got him out of there,” Trump tells supporters while sitting in a golf cart. “And that means we have Kamala [Harris],” he said, predicting she would be “better” for his reelection prospects.

“She’s so bad. She’s so pathetic. She’s just so f***ing bad,” he says.

“Can you imagine [Biden] dealing with Putin and the President of China, who’s a fierce person? He’s a fierce man, very tough guy,” he adds.

The Biden-Harris campaign seized on these remarks, sharing them on social media—with Trump’s assessment of Biden as an “old broken down pile of crap” and Harris as “pathetic” carefully edited out—and claiming he was “praising” the Russian and Chinese leaders.

In fact, Trump was clearly stressing that Biden is incapable of outmaneuvering them as U.S. adversaries due to his impaired mental state.

Trump shared the video, which shows him handing money to the people he is speaking to, on Truth Social, with the caption “NO TAX ON TIPS!”

The former president has pledged to abolish taxes on gratuities to help service workers.

Missouri AG Files SCOTUS Legal Challenge Against Trump NY Case.

Attorney General Andrew Bailey of Missouri has initiated legal action against the State of New York, alleging that its handling of former President Donald Trump’s so-called hush money trial infringed on the First Amendment rights of Missouri residents.

Bailey contends that the legal proceedings and the associated gag orders imposed on Trump restrain the former president from speaking freely during his 2024 reelection campaign, thereby affecting the rights of Missourians to hear him.

The lawsuit petitions the Supreme Court and requests a declaration that New York unlawfully interfered with the presidential election process. Additionally, it seeks to postpone Trump’s upcoming sentencing until after the conclusion of the November election. Finally, it demands the removal of any gag orders against Trump.

Trump’s sentencing in the case was already delayed until September following a motion by Trump’s attorneys that was not opposed by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg earlier this week. The motion argues the recent Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity invalidates the New York conviction.

Bailey argues the requested measures are critical to ensuring that Missourians have unimpeded access to Trump’s viewpoints as they make their decisions in the forthcoming election. According to the lawsuit, the restrictions on Trump’s speech represent a significant overreach and censorship that deprives the public of critical information.

New York’s response to the lawsuit has not yet been publicly disclosed. Observers suggest the case could set a precedent regarding the extent to which legal actions can impact political campaigns and voters’ rights to access unfiltered communications from candidates.

The Supreme Court’s response to Bailey’s petition will be closely watched for its implications on future interactions between state law enforcement actions and federal electoral processes.

‘I’m Not Leaving’: Biden Refuses to Quit on Campaign Conference Call.

Joe Biden is doubling down on his commitment to staying in the race for reelection despite acknowledging his disastrous debate performance against former President Donald J. Trump last week. In a conference call on Wednesday, the 81-year-old asserted, “I am running. I’m not leaving. I’m in this race to the end and we’re going to win.”

Facing reports of “very low morale” among White House and campaign staff, Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris sought to reassure their supporters and donors. Meanwhile, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre addressed concerns over Biden’s debate performance during Wednesday’s press briefing, admitting it “wasn’t a great night.” However, she reiterated that Biden has no intention of resigning from office or dropping out of the race.

Jean-Pierre dismissed questions about Biden‘s diminished cognitive state, instead attributing his impaired debate performance to jet lag and fatigue. Biden spent eight days at Camp David preparing for last Thursday’s debate with Trump after returning to the United States from the G7 summit in Europe on June 15.

“We are in a critical moment right now,” Jean-Pierre emphasized regarding Biden’s rematch with Trump. “Everything is at stake.”

Despite Biden’s insistence on continuing his reelection campaign, opposition to his candidacy within the Democratic Party is growing. On Monday, Representative Lloyd Doggett (D-TX) became the first Democrat lawmaker on Capitol Hill to call on Biden to step down. Doggett was later joined by Rep. Raúl Grijalva (D-AZ).

A New York Times poll released Wednesday puts Trump six points ahead of Biden among those likely to vote in November, suggesting that the presidential contest is slipping away from the 81-year-old incumbent.
