Biden Regime Bringing Back Migrants Deported by Trump.

The Joe Biden regime is actively reimporting illegal aliens deported to Cameroon by Donald Trump. Discovered through interviews with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) personnel and an examination of internal documents, the move remains unannounced to the public.

Memos reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon reveal ICE collaborating with nonprofits to bring back the migrants. An internal email from 2023 shows Fatma Marouf, director of the Immigrant Rights Clinic at Texas A&M University, informing ICE of an arriving migrant at Washington-Dulles Airport.

Former ICE chief of staff Tom Blank suggests activist groups influencing Department of Homeland Security (DHS) decisions compromises the legal process. ICE’s collaboration with the Immigrant Rights Clinic is unusual. Such returns typically follow strict judicial orders after recognized prosecution errors.

Documents suggest the Biden regime aims to avoid litigation related to alleged abuses of Cameroonian migrants. A pending lawsuit in New York concerning related documents is noted—but no court has mandated their return.

The decision seems tied to a February 2022 Human Rights Watch report alleging mistreatment of Cameroonians deported between 2019 and 2021. Current and former ICE officials say reversing deportations for individuals previously deemed ineligible for asylum is unprecedented.

On his first day in office, Biden halted border wall construction. He also ended the policy of requiring asylum seekers to wait in Mexico for court hearings. Most Americans believe he is “encouraging” illegal aliens to enter the U.S. to “create a permanent majority” for the Democrats.

Projections suggest that, by the end of his term, he will have overseen an illegal immigrant influx on par with all legal immigration from 1892 to 1954.

Sotomayor Melts Down in Immunity Dissent, Says SCOTUS Has Authorized POTUS to Assassinate Rivals.

Justice Sonia Sotomayor issued an apoplectic dissent against the Supreme Court‘s majority opinion, holding former President Donald J. Trump cannot be prosecuted for official acts he ordered while in office. The far-left justice baselessly claimed that Monday’s ruling would allow the sitting president to assassinate political opponents or even overthrow the federal government.

“When he uses his official powers in any way, under the majority’s reasoning, he will now be insulated from criminal prosecution,” Justice Sotomayor claimed, alleging the ruling dangerously expands presidential power. She continued, hyperbolically stating: “Orders the Navy’s Seal Team 6 to assassinate a political rival? Immune. Organize a military coup to hold onto power? Immune. Take a bribe in exchange for a pardon? Immune. Immune, immune, immune.”

According to the far-left justice, the high court’s decision “creates a law-free zone around the President.” She goes further, insisting the ruling now allows the President to legally “…place his own interests, his own political survival, or his own financial gain, above the interests of the Nation.”

Despite Sotomayor’s over-the-top dissent, the Supreme Court‘s ruling does not radically alter executive power, nor does it mean the President can murder his political opposition. The majority opinion provides legal immunity for a President’s official acts but not those proven to be ordered in an unofficial capacity. Additionally, the ruling contends that Congress can remove said immunity through the impeachment and removal of a President.

Moreover, the majority of the court asserted that their ruling only intended to set out guidelines for the appeals court to follow, with the case remanded back to the D.C. Circuit for additional proceedings. They noted that the burden of proof is on prosecutors, not the President, to demonstrate that an act is made in an unofficial capacity.

BREAKING – Supreme Court Says Trump CANNOT Be Prosecuted For Official Acts.

The United States Supreme Court ruled Monday that former President Donald J. Trump cannot be prosecuted for official acts he ordered while in office. “The President therefore may not be prosecuted for exercising his core constitutional powers, and he is  entitled, at a minimum, to a presumptive immunity from prosecution for all his official acts,” Chief Justice John Roberts wrote for the majority in a six to three decision.

According to the majority opinion, the Court of Appeals for the D. C. Circuit’s prior ruling that Trump is not protected by presidential immunity is vacated. Chief Justice Roberts ordered the case remanded back to the lower court for additional proceedings instructed by the ruling.

“In dividing official from unofficial conduct, courts may not inquire into the President’s motives,” Roberts wrote. He continued: “Such an inquiry would risk exposing even the most obvious instances of official conduct to judicial examination on the mere allegation of improper purpose, thereby intruding on the Article II interests that immunity seeks to protect.”

The Chief Justice added further instruction for the appeals court: “Nor may courts deem an action unofficial merely because it allegedly violates a generally applicable law.”

The ruling now places the burden on Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) special counsel Jack Smith to prove that former President Trump‘s challenge to the 2020 presidential election results was outside his official capacity as the nation’s chief executive. Further, the Supreme Court ruled that Trump’s alleged personal motivations do not determine whether he acted in an official capacity or not.

Gavin Newsom Admits to Democrat ‘Panic’ Over Debate Debacle.

California Governor Gavin Newsom admits there is “panic” in the Democratic Party over Joe Biden’s disastrous showing against Donald Trump in Thursday’s presidential debate. He implied the octogenarian president performed poorly himself, but added, “You don’t turn your back because of one performance.”

“There is panic that has set in among people who have watched this debate: Democrats, people who are strategists, and some even inside Democrat campaigns,” MSNBC host Alex Wagner told the governor, who nodded and answered “yeah” throughout.

“Do you think it’s unfounded?” Wagner asked.

Newsom equivocated, saying, “Well, I think it’s unhelpful.”

“We’ve gotta go in, we’ve gotta keep our head high, and, as I say, we gotta have the back of this president,” he continued. “You don’t turn your back because of one performance. What kind of party does that?” he asked—implying Biden’s performance was indeed bad.

Many regard Newsom as a possible successor to or replacement for Biden. He ran a shadow campaign for the Democratic nomination, culminating in a debate with would-be Republican nominee Ron DeSantis in December. However, he ultimately decided to back Biden and bide his time.

While he is significantly younger than Biden, at 56, polls and statistical analyses have projected he would lose to Trump even more heavily than the 81-year-old.

WATCH: Bannon Warns Biden’s Mental Incompetence Is a National Security Crisis, Demands Congressional Investigation.

War Room host Stephen K. Bannon is declaring Joe Biden’s cognitive state a national security crisis. “If I was [Chinese dictator] Xi [Jinping], I would be getting the carriers and the missiles ready in Taiwan,” he warns.

“Let’s be blunt. I think, right now, forget the Democratic Party and forget the race. This is a national security issue, and this is a disgrace,” Bannon said following Biden’s debate with Donald Trump. Most observers, including liberals, regard it as a disaster for the 81-year-old incumbent.

“There should be an immediate Congressional investigation into how this guy is Commander-in-Chief,” Bannon said.

“He’s impaired to be president of the United States, to be Commander-in-Chief. The media’s covered this up. His staff have covered this up. People have covered this up in Washington D.C.,” he stressed.

BIDEN OUT.

Bannon predicts Biden will “never be on the debate stage with President Trump ever again” and the Democrats will replace him. Already, “the knives are out” in the corporate media, he observed.

“But we have a far deeper problem here… and this deep problem is not Joe Biden being on the Democratic Party ticket,” Bannon added. He argues the bigger concern is that Biden’s mental incompetence has been hidden by various influential politicos and news organizations.

“I’m telling you, with Israel on the edge, with the Persians on the move in Lebanon, with the Houthis in the Red Sea; with Ukraine about the fall; with the CCP just looking at those chip plants in Taiwan, with 15 million illegal aliens coming across the border and the cartels ready to strike inside the United States, [there is] a national security crisis,” he explained. “And the question is, who’s known about this, and why have they covered it up?”

“Why have the American people had to find this out at a debate?”

Supreme Court Throws Out Biden DOJ’s Obstruction Charges Against Jan. 6 Defendants.

The United States Supreme Court has ruled that the Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) unlawfully used an obstruction statute from a 2002 financial crimes bill to prosecute over 350 of the January 6 Capitol riot defendants. According to the high court, the DOJ failed to demonstrate a sensible legal theory for applying 18 U.S. Code § 1512(c)(2) to the hundreds of January 6 cases.

“[T]he Government must establish that the defendant impaired the availability or integrity for use in an official proceeding of records, documents, objects, or as we earlier explained, other things used in the proceeding, or attempted to do so,” wrote Chief Justice John Roberts for the majority in Fisher v. United StatesThe National Pulse reported earlier this month that the Supreme Court appeared poised to rule in favor of Joseph W. Fisher, one of the Capitol riot defendants who challenged the obstruction charge.

In addition to impacting the January 6 prosecutions, the Supreme Court‘s ruling in Fischer also guts the core of Biden DOJ special prosecutor Jack Smith‘s Washington, D.C.-based prosecution of former President Donald Trump. Meanwhile, Smith’s two core charges are predicated on the obstruction provision in 18 U.S. Code § 1512(c)(2).

During oral arguments in April, Fischer’s attorneys argued the obstruction felony — a provision enacted by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 in the wake of the Enron scandal — represents an abusive application of what was supposed to be a statute addressing document destruction in the course of committing a financial crime. U.S. District Judge Carl J. Nichols ruled in Fisher’s favor in March 2022, dismissing the obstruction charge against three of the January 6 defendants. But the federal D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals reversed Nichols’s ruling in a 2-1 decision in April 2023 — setting up the showdown at the U.S. Supreme Court.

‘WATERLOO’ – Biden Debate Collapse an ‘Historic’ Disaster, Democrats Admit.

Democrats are briefing the press that Joe Biden’s failure in his first debate against Donald Trump will “replace Richard Nixon sweating in 1960 as the most disastrous performance in a televised debate,” according to Axios. “[Y]ou can’t spin away how old he looked, how haltingly he spoke, how often he tripped over words,” Axios said of Biden, noting the age difference between the Democrat and the America First leader appeared vast.

Former Biden regime officials told the news organization the debate was a “disaster” and “sad,” while one source, an “influential Democratic campaign veteran,” said it was a “Catastrophe … unimaginably bad … Waterloo.”

In 1960, voters who listened to the presidential debate between John F. Kennedy and Richard Nixon on the radio believed Nixon won, while voters who watched it on television gave the nod to the telegenic JFK, with the perception of Nixon hurt by an infamous “sweaty upper lip.”

Leftist commentators such as Cenk Uyghur have noted the split-screen was “killing Biden” throughout the debate—”because he’s got his mouth open, he looks confused, doesn’t know where he is… those [moments] are going to be played a billion times in viral video after video.”

However, unlike Nixon, Biden gains no benefit from an audio-only consideration of his debate performance. Analysts on CNN and other Biden-friendly outlets stressed his comments were often incoherent and his voice appeared “extremely weak” and ” extremely feeble.”

“I really don’t know what he said at the end of that sentence; I don’t think he knows what he said either,” Trump said after one particularly bad episode, with the remark swiftly going viral.

DATA: Joe Biden’s Favorability Just Hit ANOTHER RECORD LOW.

Joe Biden‘s favorability rating among Americans has hit a record low. According to a new survey from Gallup, just 37 percent of Americans say they view the 81-year-old Democrat incumbent favorably. This is the lowest Biden’s rating has been since 2007, prior to his tenure as Barack Obama‘s vice president. Meanwhile, nearly two-thirds of Americans view Biden as unfavorable.

The favorability trends among independent voters are even more concerning for Biden ahead of the 2024 presidential election in November. In June, just 33 percent of independents said they had a favorable view of the Democrat incumbent, with 64 percent saying they viewed him unfavorably.

Meanwhile, former President Donald J. Trump, the presumptive 2024 Republican nominee, scored his highest favorability among Americans at large since April 2020, with 46 percent. Trump’s unfavorability sits at 52 percent. Even more concerning for Biden is Trump’s strengthening position with independent voters. In June, 41 percent of independents said they viewed Trump favorably, while 55 said they viewed him unfavorably.

Additionally, the survey found that six in ten Americans say they disagree with Joe Biden and his government’s stances on key issues that matter most to them. Conversely, respondents were evenly split on whether they agreed with former President Trump on key issues. For months, national polling data has shown significant voter anger with Biden’s handling of illegal immigration, border security, inflation, and the overall economy.

The National Pulse recently reported that election data guru Nate Silver acknowledged the 2024 presidential race is no longer a toss-up, with former President Trump now being the statistical favorite to win. Silver’s election model currently has Trump’s odds of victory in November at 65.7 percent.

Data Guru Says U.S. Election ‘No Longer Toss-Up,’ 65% Chance Trump Wins.

Data guru and the former head of the election analysis website FiveThirtyEight, Nate Silver, has unveiled his 2024 presidential election model. Silver’s analysis suggests the 2024 election contest between the 81-year-old Democrat incumbent Joe Biden and former President Donald J. Trump isn’t a toss-up—with the model giving Trump an over 65 percent chance of winning in November.

Image

At the heart of Silver’s notion that the election is no longer a toss-up but leans toward Trump is that while national polls show a close popular vote race, state polls show a race tilting away from Biden. He writes: “…if Biden loses Georgia, Arizona and Nevada — and he trails badly in each — he’ll need to win all three of Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania and not just one of them.”

He notes that while the three Rust Belt state electorates “are pretty heavily correlated, they aren’t perfectly correlated”—meaning sweeping all three is relatively difficult. ” In our simulations, Biden wins at least one of these states 54 percent of the time. But he wins all three of them in only 32 percent of simulations,” Silver contends.

Silver couches his model, noting that while there is an “[arbitrageable] difference between, say, a 50 percent chance of an event happening and a 60 percent chance,” even the probability of something happening at “a 60 percent chance nevertheless implies a high degree of uncertainty.” He goes on to explain that while the race remains close, it has reached a point where he no longer considers it a toss-up between the two candidates.

Interestingly, the former New York Times journalist and data scientist is refreshingly honest about how preference bias can impact election models—though he claims he has sought to avoid this to the extent he can. “The candidate who I honest-to-God think has a better chance (Trump) isn’t the candidate I’d rather have win (Biden),” Silver writes regarding his predictive model.

WATCH: UK’s Lord Cameron Lauds Lindsay Graham, Demands More Pressure on Trump Over Ukraine During PRANK Call!

Lord David Cameron, the British Foreign Secretary and former Prime Minister, was caught on camera urging a man he thought was a former Ukrainian prime minister to lobby U.S. Congressional Republicans and former President Donald J. Trump against negotiating a peace deal between Ukraine and Russia.

“The most important thing, if you have any connection to Trump—the most important thing to get across to Trump, is that the Putin of today is far more extreme than the one that you were dealing with at the time of Minsk,” Lord Cameron can be heard saying during the conversation with Russian pranksters.

The British Foreign Secretary added: “I think we have to convince Trump of this. Trump thinks there’s some easy deal to make. And that’s not the case because Putin wants so much more.”

Lord Cameron continued: “I think that Trump needs to understand that.”

UKRAINE LOBBYING CONGRESS.

Later in the conversation, Cameron again urges that Ukrainian officials leverage any contacts they have in the Republican Party to push for further aid and U.S. support against Russia. Lord Cameron specifically named Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC), who he described as “pro-Ukraine.” More importantly, the British Foreign Secretary said, “…we’ve got to try and work out which ones are on the margins and which ones can be convinced.” He concluded: “Because that will all have an impact.”

LORD CAMERON LIED?

The British Foreign Secretary appears to have been duped by Russian pranksters into believing he was conversing with former Ukrainian prime minister Petro Poroshenko. Lord Cameron’s conversation raises concerns regarding the British—a long-standing U.S. ally—encouraging former Ukranian officials to engage in foreign influence operations in Washington, D.C.

In April, Cameron denied meeting with U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson ahead of a pivotal Ukraine aid funding vote in Congress. The National Pulse reported at the time that Cameron acknowledged meeting with Secretary of State Antony Blinken and former President Trump but claimed he did not meet with Johnson regarding Ukraine. However, his unwitting conversation with the Russian prankers contradicts this claim. Lord Cameron appears to acknowledge speaking with Johnson, Trump, and Blinken.
