Trump, RNC Haul Whopping $65.6M in March.

The Trump campaign and the Republican National Committee jointly announced on Wednesday that they raised $65.6 million in March, leading to a total of $93.1 million cash on hand.

“Our campaign, working together with the RNC, has been steadily ramping up our fundraising efforts, and our March numbers are a testament to the overwhelming support for President Trump by voters all across the spectrum,” Trump campaign co-manager Susie Wiles said.

The Biden campaign’s latest fundraising figures have yet to be disclosed, though it claimed a recent high-ticket event with former presidents in New York City netted $25 million. The Biden campaign ended February with $155 million on hand.

“Republicans may not be beneficiaries of the self-interested largesse from Hollywood and Silicon Valley elites, but President Trump is proud to be supported by donations from voters who are the backbone of this nation, which will fuel Republicans up and down the ballot,” Wiles said.

Ongoing lawfare efforts against Trump have impacted his campaign’s finances. This necessitated the creation of a joint fundraising account, the Trump 47 Committee, empowered to draw checks up to $814,600 in value. In February, Trump’s leadership PAC, Save America, spent over $5.6 million on legal costs while a supportive super PAC, MAGA Inc., funneled $50 million to Save America, primarily to cover legal expenses.

The announcement of Trump’s significant fundraising haul comes as a Wall Street Journal poll shows the former President leading Joe Biden in six of seven of the most crucial swing states.

Jason Miller: ‘The 2016 Backstabbers Won’t Be in This Next White House.’

Trump campaign senior advisor Jason Miller has blasted the leakers, hold-overs, RINOs, and “backstabbers” who found themselves in the 2016 Trump White House in comments made to Vanity Fair.

“President Trump knows who can deliver and who can’t. The backstabbers who were around in 2016 won’t be in this next White House,” Miller said, reflecting on prior hiring errors commonly accepted to have been a result of a Republican National Committee (RNC) filled with ‘NeverTrumpers’ who helped staff up the operation at the time.

The Vanity Fair article also explains:

“…no one represented Trump’s drama-free campaign more than Chris LaCivita. In October 2022, the 56-year-old Marine veteran, who has a shaved head and linebacker build, joined the campaign as senior adviser. LaCivita is a practitioner of the political dark arts. During the 2004 presidential election, he advised the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth group that smeared John Kerry’s Vietnam War record. It was a supreme act of chutzpah: Kerry’s opponent, George W. Bush, never served in Vietnam. LaCivita is more than a street brawler. He has a Talmudic understanding of primary rules. Last summer, LaCivita lobbied state Republican parties to change their processes to favor Trump. (For example, he convinced the California GOP to apportion all delegates to the winner.) “While everyone was dicking around last year, the Trump people were changing all these party rules, getting their people in place, changing the battlefield,” a top GOP strategist said.”

Author Gabe Sherman also notes the influence of HR impresario Johnny McEntee, Kash Patel, Ric Grenell, and Tom Homan, as well as reflecting on the massive role currently being played by Trump bodyman Walt Nauta:

“The campaign empowered body man Walt Nauta to act as a gatekeeper. Trump had grown especially close with Nauta, a 41-year-old former Navy cook who served as Trump’s White House valet. Nauta has been indicted along with Trump in the Florida federal case and has pleaded not guilty. “If the president’s tie ever gets even a drop of water, Walt exchanges it for a new one. I don’t think King Charles has anyone this good,” the campaign adviser said. Nauta was part of a new cadre of loyal aides staffing the 2024 campaign. It is a professionalized operation focused on one thing: winning.”

Jack Smith is Attacking a Judge For Upholding This Critical U.S. Law…

Special Counsel Jack Smith and his team slammed U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon for issuing an order asking prosecutors and defense attorneys involved in the Trump classified documents case to file proposed jury instructions based on what Smith alleges is a “fundamentally flawed legal premise.”

Cannon accepted the argument from Trump’s legal team that the President Records Act (PRA) permitted the former President to keep sensitive documents at this home in Palm Beach, Florida. The PRA, enacted in 1978, permits former presidents to retain personal documents after leaving office but mandates that outgoing presidents return all official presidential records to the National Archives.

On Tuesday, Smith and his team submitted a filing claiming the PRA is irrelevant to the case. “Not a single one had heard Trump say that he was designating records as personal or that, at the time he caused the transfer of boxes to Mar-a-Lago, he believed that his removal of records amounted to designating them as personal under the PRA,” the filing claims.

Smith is leading what many observers believe to be a politically motivated investigation into Trump’s handling of classified material. In December of last year, a CNN analyst said Smith was trying to jail Trump before the election. The same month, the Supreme Court denied Smith’s request for an expedited hearing on Trump’s presidential immunity claims. Adding to concerns about Smith’s impartiality in the case are revelations that the Justice Department is trying to hide the identities of individuals who work for the special prosecutor.

Nebraska Gov. Backs ‘Winner-Take-All’ Bill That Would Strengthen Trump in Electoral College.

Nebraska’s Republican Governor Jim Pillen has backed a bill that would change how Nebraska allocates Electoral College votes, moving to the same “winner-take-all” model as most other states. This would likely weaken Democratic candidate Joe Biden and strengthen Republican candidate Donald Trump.

Pillen’s intervention followed a call to action by Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, who spoke out against the way Nebraska currently awards electors.

Since 1991, Nebraska has awarded the overall winner in the presidential election two electors and three more to the winners of its three congressional districts. While the Cornhusker State is largely Republican, the Omaha district voted Democrat in 2020.

If all of Nebraska’s electors were awarded on a winner-take-all basis, Biden could lose one of his paths to victory: if Trump flipped Arizona, Georgia, and Nevada in November but Biden retained Omaha, the 81-year-old would still edge out Trump 270-268.

“California would never do this. New York would never do this,” Kirk wrote on X, noting state lawmaker Loren Lippincott already had a bill before the legislature to reform the Nebraskan system and urging conservatives to tell Governor Pillen he should back it.

“I am a strong supporter of Senator Lippincott’s winner-take-all bill (LB 764) and have been from the start,” Pillen stated within hours of Kirk’s call to action.

“It would bring Nebraska into line with 48 of our fellow states, better reflect the founders’ intent, and ensure our state speaks with one unified voice in presidential elections,” he added, urging “fellow Republicans in the Legislature to pass this bill to my desk so I can sign it into law.”

Trump has signaled his support for Pillen, calling his statement on the bill “very smart.”

DATA: Trump Leads Biden in 6 of 7 Critical Swing States.

Former President Donald Trump leads Joe Biden in six of the seven most critical swing states. A recent Wall Street Journal poll queried voters from Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin — all states that could decide the 2024 election. Trump is leading Biden in all of them except Wisconsin, where the two candidates are tied.

The former President leads Biden 47 percent to 42 percent in Arizona, 49 percent to 45 percent in Georgia, 48 percent to 45 percent in Michigan, 48 percent to 44 percent in Nevada, 49 percent to 43 percent in North Carolina, and 47 percent to 44 percent in Pennsylvania. Trump and Biden sit at 46 percent each in Wisconsin.

If Trump were to lose Wisconsin but win the other six states, he would almost certainly win the Presidency.

The poll comes as voters consistently rank immigration, inflation, and the economy in general as their most important issues — all areas in which Biden’s policy failures have been acutely apparent.

Illegal immigration — once the concern solely of border states — is now a national issue as the border crisis continues to spiral out of control and illegal aliens are flooding into the nation’s interior, straining resources and committing crimes.

The real inflation rate continues to sit well above the Federal Reserve’s two percent target, driving up the cost of living for most Americans.

Michael Moore Says Biden is ‘Ethnic Cleansing’ Accomplice.

Michael Moore says President Joe Biden is aiding Israel‘s “ethnic cleansing” of Palestinians in Gaza by acting as the Jewish state’s “number one arms dealer.” The socialist documentary filmmaker leveled the accusation during a recent episode of his “Rumble” podcast.

“You know who you are and what you have to do…. You must have thought about it during Mass on Easter. Public opinion is completely against this ethnic cleansing,” Moore said. He went on to lament the predicament many political progressives will face in the November election, having to choose between Biden and former President Donald Trump.

“It’s been just an awful thing for all of us to be witness to. We’d like to think about it because our president, the one that has to stop Trump, from winning in November, is the number one financial backer and the number one arms dealer for the state of Israel,” Moore said, adding that Biden “has the power to stop this, say, within the next hour, literally by just turning off the faucet, pulling the plug.”

Moore, who warned Democrats about Donald Trump’s working-class political appeal in 2016, backed Biden during the 2020 election. However, Biden’s Israel policy has soured the filmmaker on the Democratic incumbent. He endorsed the “uncommitted” option in the Michigan Democratic primary which garnered over 100,000 votes in protest of the Biden government’s support for Israel. During a recent appearance on MSNBC, Moore explained that the “uncommitted” vote was a warning to “save Biden from himself.” He added that if the Democrat President continues to support the “massacre” of Palestinians, it could cost him the November election.

READ IN FULL: Trump Lawyers Demand Judge Merchan Recusal.

Lawyers for President Donald Trump have once again called on Judge Merchan – overseeing the “Stormy Daniels case” set to begin shortly – to recuse himself given his deep family connections to a number of high-profile anti-Trump actors, including Letitia James, Kamala Harris, and the Democratic National Committee.

Writing on Tuesday, lawyer Todd Blanche asserted:

“In August 2023, the Court reasoned that recusal was not warranted because President Trump had presented only “speculative and hypothetical scenarios.” The scenarios identified by the defense have come to pass. President Trump is the presumptive Republican nominee for president in the 2024 election. Your Honor’s daughter is an executive and partner at Authentic Campaigns, Inc. As recently as February and March 2024, Authentic has used social media to market its connections to President Biden and Vice President Harris while deriding President Trump. Authentic and Your Honor’s daughter are making money by supporting the creation and dissemination of campaign advocacy for President Trump’s opponent, political rivals, and the Democrat party. It can no longer be ignored that Authentic’s commercial interests are benefitted by developments in this case that harm President Trump’s penal interests and divert his efforts from running his leading campaign for the presidency by requiring him to prepare and sit for trial during the general election. The trial in this case will benefit Authentic financially by providing its clients more fodder for fundraising, Authentic will make more money by assisting with those communications, and Your Honor’s daughter will continue to earn money from these developments by virtue of her senior role at Authentic.

Daughter of Judge Presiding Over Stormy Daniels ‘Hush Money’ Trial Linked to Letitia James and Democrat AG Association.

Evidence continues to mount that the judge presiding over Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg‘s “hush-money” prosecution of former President Donald Trump should be conflicted out of the legal proceedings. Investigative reporter Laura Loomer has uncovered a direct financial relationship between Judge Juan Merchan’s daughter, Loren, and the Democrat Democrat Attorney’s General Association (DAGA).

According to campaign finance disclosure documents, DAGA made several payments throughout 2023 to Authentic, a digital marketing firm that employs Loren Merchan. At least one payment was made last October while James’s civil fraud prosecution against Trump was ongoing.

The DAGA connection raises a potential conflict of interest regarding the judge’s relationship with New York’s anti-Trump Attorney General Letitia James, who is a member of the Democrat group. James has overseen an aggressive lawfare campaign against Trump in New York. In February, James won a $364 civil fraud judgment against the former President in a case also overseen by a judge accused of political bias. Disgraced attorney Michael Cohen, a key witness in Bragg’s prosecution, also provided critical testimony for James’s prosecution.

While the connections between DAGA, Letitia James, Alvin Bragg, and Juan Merchan may appear tangential, New York state law regarding judicial recusals is fairly expansive. A judge is disqualified from presiding over a case “if he is related by consanguinity or affinity to any party to the controversy within the sixth degree.” While some in the corporate media have claimed that Loren Merchan’s anti-Trump social media posts do not merit her father’s disqualification, it would appear that her business relationship with DAGA — and Letitia James — may.

Late yesterday, Judge Merchan expanded his gag order against Donald Trump to include barring him from speaking about Loren Merchan — effectively silencing the former President’s ability to draw attention to the judge’s potential conflict of interest.

NY Judge: Opposing Lawfare Against Trump Is Racist.

A New York federal judge has declared that the New York Fire Department (FDNY) members who booed and chantedTrump” during a speech by the state’s Attorney General Letitia James in early March were motivated by racial animosity and not politics. The accusation of racism, leveled by U.S. District Court Judge Nicholas Garaufis, came during a recent status conference regarding the FDNY’s settlement with the Vulcan Society — a fraternal organization of Black firefighters.

“Get the EEO [Equal Employment Opportunity] office straightened out. Take some of your brilliant lawyers from the Corporation Counsel and put them in there and start holding hearings. That’s not a request, that’s a direction,” Garaufis ordered while addressing FDNY Commissioner Laura Kavanagh. He continued: “I’ve lived in New York City all my life. I know what the problem is. And believe me, front and center is what happened the other day. This doesn’t have to do with politics, this has to do with race.”

An earlier complaint by Vulcan Society President Regina Wilson before the court prompted the judge’s accusations of racism. “I don’t know if you had an opportunity to just see the vile nature of these members even when we were at Christian Cultural Center where they started booing and saying ‘Trump, Trump Trump,’ while Letitia James was at the podium,” she said, drawing Judge Garaufis’s attention to the pro-Trump protest. Wilson, like Garaufis, went on explicitly tie support for Trump with racism: “This behavior is who this department is. Not all of them, but a large portion of them. So when Black people go to work and have to deal with this and you don’t get any help or support really from the department, it’s horrific.”

On March 7, a group of New York firefighters protested a speech by Letitia James during an FDNY awards ceremony. They chanted “Trump” repeatedly as the Attorney General attempted to speak — voicing their displeasure with the ongoing lawfare campaign her office has waged against former President Donald Trump. Following the protest, the FDNY launched an internal investigation to identify the political hecklers.
