New York Appeals Court Reinstates Trump Gag Order.

A New York appellate court has denied a motion by Donald Trump’s legal team to lift a gag order barring the former President and his attorneys from publicly mentioning Judge Arthur Engoron’s principle law clerk Allison Greenfield. The ruling ends the temporary relief granted to Trump by Appellate Judge David Friedman two weeks ago.

Former President Trump and his legal team have publicly accused Judge Engoron’s principle law clerk, Allison Greenfield, of bias and impropriety in the course of the civil fraud case brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James. The National Pulse previously reported Greenfield has recently been involved with leading anti-Trump organizations in New York City, including the Grand Street Democrats.

In early November Greenfield attended a Grand Street Democrats event where speakers and the organization itself endorsed Attorney General Letitia James, whose partisan campaigning sparked the case against Trump in the first instance. Judge Engoron has defended Greenfield’s participation in the trial, while fining Trump $15,000 for perceived violations of his imposed gag order.

On November 16, Judge Friedman ruled to temporarily lift the gag order imposed by the New York civil fraud trial judge, Arthur Engoron. Temporary relief was granted while the New York Appeals Court’s four judge panel considered concerns Engoron’s gag order infringed on Trump’s free speech rights.

TX Gov. Abbott: 70,000 More Migrants Coming to DC, NYC, Chicago, More.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott has announced plans to send nearly 70,000 migrants to Democrat-run ‘sanctuary cities’ across the United States as his state continues to bear the brunt of the crisis at the U.S. southern border. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Gov. Abbott said his administration will send over 12,500 migrants to Washington, D.C., 25,000 to New York City, 20,000 to Chicago, 3,200 to Philadelphia, 7,400 to Denver, and 1,100 to Los Angeles. The Texas Governor warned President Joe Biden he will continue busing migrants out of Texas until the southern border is secured.

The National Pulse previously reported Texas had already bused 50,000 migrants to ‘sanctuary cities’ this past September as part of Gov. Abbott’s Operation Lone Star. Earlier this year, the Texas state government launched a portal where Americans can donate to fund the busing effort. As of May 11, 2023 nearly $500,000 in donations have been dedicated to what the Governor’s office calls “Border Transportation Funding.”

President Biden’s open border policies have played a significant role in driving his public approval ratings to record lows. Sixty-eight percent of respondents to a recent Morning Consult poll said they support increased funding for border protection. In terms of voters’ top issues going into the 2024 election, only the economy ranked higher than border security. Former President Donald Trump, who has promised to end the border crisis and remove those who came to America illegally, currently enjoys the largest general election poll lead his campaign has ever registered in three election cycles.

BLM Founder Says He’s Now Supporting Trump In 2024.

Notable ex-Black Lives Matter Rhode Island founder Mark Fisher has declared his endorsement for former President Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential race while accusing the Democrats of pushing “racist policies” designed to work against the black community.

Fisher asserts that Trump’s policies are beneficial for black people, arguing, “If you look at his policies, what he’s done for our community has gone under the radar, and he doesn’t brag about it.”

Fisher, known for his support of Trump and the January 6th demonstration, has also called participants of the January 6th protest, including groups like the Proud Boys, as political prisoners. Fisher alleges, “They’re lambs led to slaughter to be sacrificed as an example for all who might want to dissent in the future.”

Fisher further explained that many people silently support Trump but fear public criticism risking their reputation, businesses, and relations. “We’re not stupid. The brothers are not stupid. We understand when someone’s for us and when someone is not, and it’s obvious that the Democratic Party is not for us.”

Montana’s Rep. Ryan Zinke Endorses Donald Trump for President.

Rep. Ryan Zinke has joined the growing list of national Republican political figures to endorse Donald Trump for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination.

“There is no doubt that President Trump is our nation’s best hope to restore our global leadership, secure our borders, and improve the quality of life of every American,” Rep. Zinke said in a post on X (formerly Twitter).

The Montana Republican added: “His proven track record of peace in the Middle East, energy independence, and putting America First are unparalleled.”

Zinke was first elected to Congress in 2015 and served until 2017 when he joined President Trump’s administration as Secretary of the Interior. The Montana Republican returned to Congress in 2023.

A sense of inevitability is setting in for other Republicans seeking party’s the 2024 presidential nomination. Former President Donald Trump has racked up support for most high-profile Republican lawmakers. Last week, Senator Roger Marshall (R-KS) backed Trump’s 2024 presidential bid, declaring: “Let’s end the political primary charade and focus on retiring Joe Biden.”

The Zinke and Marshall endorsements come on the heels of announcements of support from Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) and Senator Rick Scott (R-FL). The latter came as a blow to the presidential hopes of Governor Ron DeSantis who is a colleague of Scott’s in Florida.

With Zinke’s endorsement, Trump has received support from almost 100 Republicans in the U.S. House and Senate. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is backed by just five House Republicans. No current Republican Senators have backed the governor’s campaign.

WaPo Threatens More Layoffs While 120 Employees Take Voluntary Buyouts.

Patty Stonesifer, CEO of the Washington Post, announced 120 employees at the liberal newspaper have accepted a buyout – voluntarily ending their term of employment. The Bezos-owned corporate news outlet informed staff they would need another 120 employees to accept a buyout over the next two weeks otherwise layoffs will be implemented. The paper is believed to have around 2,500 employees in total.

The buyout package being offered by the Washington Post‘s management is being extended to additional news teams and the acceptance caps increased in the hopes more employees will opt for voluntary separation.

“We want everyone to understand that we need 240 acceptances to help restore the Post’s financial health,” Stonesifer wrote in the memo. “We have made the decision, if we fall short of this goal, to implement involuntary layoffs in those areas where we have already identified that positions do not need to be replaced, where work can be reassigned more efficiently or where we can otherwise achieve cost savings.”

The Washington Post is owned by Nash Holdings, a limited liability company controlled by billionaire Jeff Bezos. The PAC affiliated with Bezos’s Amazon.com contributed over $1 million to Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign, while the company overall donated $1.7 million. Bezos himself personally chipped in $5,000. Former President Donald Trump received just over $160,000 from Amazon.

Employees at the Washington Post contributed just shy of $70,000 to Democrats during the 2020 campaign cycle. Republican candidates received just under $4,000 in total.

Three months ago, former President Trump’s social media site, Truth Social, dropped a $3.8 billion lawsuit against Bezos and the Washington Post after the latter published a report which linked his Truth Social platform to a “porn friendly” bank. The lawsuit alleges WaPo “published an egregious hit piece that falsely accused TMTG of securities fraud and other wrongdoing” and “has been on a years-long crusade against TMTG characterized by the concealment of relevant information in its possession.”

Trump Currently Has the Largest Lead He’s Ever Had.

Former President Donald Trump currently leads incumbent President Joe Biden by his largest margin ever in the Real Clear Politics national polling average. In 2016 Trump lead Hillary Clinton for just five days, in 2020 he never led Biden. As of today Donald Trump leads Joe Biden by  2.6 points – his largest lead to-date.

According to Real Clear Politics’s Sean Trende, “[Trump] briefly closed to within four points in early January of 2020, but that is it. He led in five polls all cycle… He’s led in more polls in the past three weeks than he did against Biden in all of 2019-2020.” Trump’s resurgent popularity comes despite the persistent law-fare campaign being waged against him by the Biden Justice Department and the corporate media pushing hysteric claims Trump will end democracy as we know it.

Trump’s strong poll lead less-than-a-year-out from the 2024 presidential election has spooked Democrats and anti-Trump Republicans who comprise the ‘uniparty.’ Globalist favorite Mitt Romney, who lost the 2012 election to Barack Obama, announced “I’d be happy to vote for a number of Democrats” should trump secure the nomination. Lacking any substantive popularity it is unlikely Romney’s anti-Trump stance will impact voter choices in any real way, however.

In the Republican presidential primary, Trump continues to hold a near-insurmountable lead. Yesterday The National Pulse reported the former Republican President had secured nearly double the number of signed voter commitment cards as Florida Governor Ron DeSantis in Iowa ahead of the state’s caucus on January 15th, 2024.

Previous Republican Campaigns Say Iowa ‘Faith CEO’ Bob Vander Plaats Solicited Cash For Endorsements.

Pay-to-play accusations are nothing new for Iowa evangelical political operative Bob Vander Plaats, who recently endorsed Florida Governor Ron DeSantis shortly after receiving a check for $95,000 from his campaign. Similar situations have played out in Iowa over the past several campaign cycles.

Vander Plaats was accused of selling his endorsement to Rick Santorum’s presidential campaign during the 2012 Republican presidential primary, with Santorum himself admitting the Iowa evangelical leader said he needed cash to make the most out of the endorsement.

“What he talked about was he needed money to promote the endorsement and that that would be important to do that.”

– Rick Santorum.

During the 2008 Republican primary, Mitt Romney’s campaign says Vander Plaats offered an endorsement in exchange for financial support. When the Romney team refused, Vander Plaats endorsed Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee.

Vander Plaats appears to ‘launder’ the contributions for endorsements through ‘sponsorships’ and ‘advertisements’ in his Family Leader Foundation’s literature and events. Former Vice President Mike Pence’s 2024 presidential campaign was approached about making a $25,000 contribution in exchange for an ad in a booklet. Marc Short, a Pence campaign adviser, said they determined the contribution was a waste of donor money and declined.

Judge Chutkan Blocks Trump’s Attempts to Subpoena Missing Jan 6 Committee Records.

Tanya Chutkan, the Jamaica-born federal judge overseeing Donald Trump’s prosecution over January 6th, has blocked the former president’s legal teams attempts to subpoena “missing” Jan 6 Committee records.

The J6 Committee, staffed almost entirely by Democrats, failed to preserve or properly organize its records. Trump’s lawyers had moved to subpoena all of its supposed evidence, arguing the Justice Department relied on the committee to build much of its case against him.

Chutkan, however, has refused to allow this. She insists the “broad scope of the records that Defendant seeks, and his vague description of their potential relevance, resemble less ‘a good faith effort to obtain identified evidence’ than they do ‘a general ‘fishing expedition.'”

Chutkan comes from a family of “dangerous” Jamaican Marxists. She is also an alumnus of the law firm that represented the anti-Trump dossier progenitor firm Fusion GPS.

Trump’s team has asked Chutkan to recuse herself from the case. They cite comments she has made at previous Jan 6 trials, strongly implying she believes he is guilty. These requests have been denied.

She has also attempted to place a gag order on the 45th President to limit his ability to speak freely about his prosecution. Even the leftist American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has blasted it as a violation of the First Amendment.

Even Democrats Are Souring On ‘Bidenomics.’

A recent New York Times/Siena College poll indicates voter concerns over the economy are dragging down Biden’s odds of re-election in six critical swing states. Over 60 percent of those who voted for Biden in 2020 rated the Biden economy negatively as either “only fair” or “poor”.

Most troubling for President Biden is the strong negative economic outlook among younger voters. Among those polled, 80 percent between the ages of 30 and 44 expressed a negative economic. Respondents between the ages of 18 and 29 panned the Biden economy by 89 percent.

President Biden’s economy does not fair any better among key Democrat racial demographics either. Black and Hispanic voters both rated the economy as either “only fair” or “poor” by 75 point margins.

The National Pulse has previously reported about growing concerns among national Democrats over Biden’s handling of the economy. HIT Strategies, a left-wing market research firm, has been sounding the alarm in Democrat circles for several months regarding increasingly dour views among minority voters regarding the state of the economy and a perception Biden is more concerned about Ukrainians than Americans.

While the Biden re-election effort has leaned in to the ‘Bidenomics’ message – blaming the media for the negative economic outlook – voters remain nonplussed. Former President Donald Trump has capitalized on the economic uncertainty with several polls showing him leading Biden in five of the six critical 2024 swing states. Propelling Trump’s surging poll lead are minority voters who backed Biden in 2020 and are now jumping ship over the Democrat’s handling of the economy.

Pro-Ukraine Activists Aim to Destroy Trump’s ‘Truth Social’ Before 2024 Election.

The North Atlantic Fella Organization (NAFO) – an anonymous activist group created to combat pro-Russian information – has launched a series of internet raids on former President Donald Trump‘s social media platform “Truth Social” in an effort to bring the platform down before the 2024 presidential election.

NAFO, established shortly after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine last February, has attempted to take over trending topics on Truth Social and destroy the platform from within by so-called “shitposting.” Some of the group’s activities include misspelling themes such as “#stollenElection” or “#ErectionFraud.”

The pseudonymous chief of NAFO told one news outlet that combating the spread of pro-Trump and MAGA messaging on the social media platform is similar to “dealing with your racist uncle that nobody wants at the Thanksgiving dinner table because he’s just obnoxious and looking to fight with everybody.”

“The goal we have in mind, which is lofty, is to help bring the platform down ahead of the 2024 election,” he continued. “We know it’s going to be an aggregator for extremism and probably violence the way things are looking at this point.”

Truth Social recently filed a giant $1.5 billion lawsuit against multiple mainstream media outlets, including the Daily Mail, Axios, Reuters, and MSNBC, arguing they falsely reported a $73 million loss by the platform.
