Judge Blocking White House Spending Freeze Called Trump ‘Tyrant’ in 2021 Anti-White Tirade.

U.S. District Court Judge John McConnell—who issued an order blocking a move by President Donald J. Trump to freeze federal grant spending earlier this month— has been exposed as a far-left, anti-Trump radical in a recently resurfaced 2021 video. In the video, posted to YouTube, Judge McConnell can be seen going on an anti-white and anti-Trump tirade while being interviewed by Dr. Thomas López, the Head of School at the Gordon School—a politically progressive day school in Rhode Island.

Judge McConnell defends judicial lawfare aimed at hampering the efforts of the first Trump White House, comparing the America First leader’s policies to the Jim Crow laws. “So, why should you care? You should care because we’re the only things that stand in between an oppressive, arbitrary government and actions by individuals, or by the majority,” McConnell contends in the interview. He continues: “Oftentimes, I mean when we saw the Jim Crow laws and whatnot, where courts stand and enforce the rule of law against arbitrary and capricious actions by what could be a tyrant, or what we’ve seen plenty of examples of that recently. And it enforces our values.”

“Our values, in a legal sense, are the Constitution. It’s for that reason, and we saw there are plenty of examples of history, and there’s plenty of examples over the last four years where it’s the courts that kept that balloon from bursting when it was challenged,” the U.S. District Court Judge claimed.

ANTI-WHITE SENTENCING.

In another exchange with Dr. López, Judge McConnell appears to admit he engages in race-based sentencing policies that are purposefully biased against middle-class whites. “When you’re sentencing someone, you have to take a moment and realize that this middle-class, white, male, privileged person needs to understand the human being that comes before us,” McConnell says, continuing: “That may be a woman, may be black, may be transgender, may be poor, may be rich, may be whatever—may have experiences that are not yours.”

“And you have to walk in their shoes and understand that the law applies to them where they are. And then you have to apply the law accordingly,” the U.S. District Court Judge concludes.

DEI FOR JUDGES.

Going further, Judge McConnell argues racial diversity should take precedence in judicial appointments. “President Obama had a great track record of ensuring racial diversity amongst the bench. President Trump, not so much,” he states. ” I don’t think he appointed a single person of color as a Court of Appeals judge and very few people to the district court.”

“So, I’m hoping that President Biden will prioritize racial diversity on the bench as well because if you don’t have a diversity of thought, then the courts aren’t going to work right,” Judge McConnell added, despite the fact that ethnic diversity is by no means synonymous with diversity of thought.

U.S. Teacher Marc Fogel Finally Released By Russia, Calls Trump a ‘Hero.’

Marc Fogel, an American teacher detained in Russia since 2021, has returned to the United States following his release from a Russian prison where he faced drug charges. Landing back on U.S. soil late on Tuesday, February 11, Fogel expressed gratitude and described himself as “the luckiest man alive.” His return was celebrated at the White House by President Donald J. Trump, whom Fogel praised as a “hero” in his first interview since gaining freedom.

“I want you to know I’m not a hero in this at all. And President Trump is a hero,” an emotional Fogel said at the White House with an American flag draped over his shoulders. He continued: “These men that came from the diplomatic service are heroes. The senators and representatives that passed legislation in my honor to get me home are the heroes.”

“I am in awe of what they all did,” Fogel added.

Fogel’s case raised accusations of preferential treatment by the former Biden government in the U.S., as Fogel was imprisoned in Russia before black lesbian basketball player Brittney Griner. However, the Biden government did not insist that Fogel—unlike Griner—be part of the exchange that saw the U.S. release infamous arms dealer Viktor “Merchant of Death” Bout. Both Fogel and Griner were arrested in Russia for similar crimes.

Once home, Fogel extended appreciation to his family, acknowledging their unwavering support during his incarceration. “My family has been a force,” he stated, noting the vibrant spirit of his 95-year-old mother during the challenging period.

Trump Dispatches Treasury Secretary Bessent to Ukraine for Zelensky Meeting on Critical Minerals.

President Donald J. Trump has announced plans to send Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent to Ukraine, aiming to secure a mineral trade arrangement as part of U.S. aid efforts amid Ukraine’s ongoing military conflict with RussiaTrump made the announcement on his Truth Social platform on Tuesday.

“I am sending Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent to Ukraine to meet President Zelensky,” President Trump wrote on Truth Social. “This War MUST and WILL END SOON—Too much Death and Destruction. The U.S. has spent BILLIONS of Dollars Globally, with little to show. WHEN AMERICA IS STRONG, THE WORLD IS AT PEACE.”

The special envoy assigned by Trump for Ukraine and Russia matters, retired Lt. Gen. Keith Kellogg, mentioned that the Treasury Department is evaluating ways to secure a contract bringing rare-earth minerals into the U.S. The potential agreement would make U.S. aid contingent on the acquisition of these minerals.

Ukraine is a major supplier of rare-earth minerals in Europe, possessing significant deposits of lithium, titanium, uranium, and iron. President Zelensky has shown an openness to discussing mineral agreements, as noted in recent comments made by Trump during a recent interview, indicating Ukraine’s willingness to proceed with such a deal in return for sustained U.S. support.

Trump has expressed a commitment to ending the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, highlighting plans for negotiations involving Zelensky and Russia’s President Vladimir Putin. Discussions between Trump and Putin have been reported, though specific timelines for formal talks remain undisclosed.

Meanwhile, Vice President J.D. Vance is scheduled to meet with Zelensky at the Munich Security Conference this weekend, along with Lt. Gen. Kellogg. This meeting may offer further opportunities to facilitate progress toward peace in the region.

Musk Details Plan to Slash the Federal Budget Deficit in Half by 2026 in Meeting with Trump.

Elon Musk, who heads the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), has laid out details on plans to cut the federal deficit in half by 2026 in an Oval Office meeting with President Donald J. Trump. The technology billionaire emphasized that success in tackling the deficit will come down to “competence and caring” among Trump administration officials, especially those working at DOGE.

“[W]hat are the two ingredients that are really necessary in order to cut the budget deficit in half from two trillion to one trillion? And it’s really two things: competence and caring,” Musk said during the Oval Office event, where President Trump signed a new executive order directing DOGE to streamline the federal workforce. The SpaceX and Tesla CEO continued: “[I]f you add competence and caring, you’ll cut the budget deficit in half, and I fully expect to be scrutinized and get, you know, a daily proctology exam, basically… but, with the support of the President, we can we can cut the budget deficit in half from two trillion to one.”

According to Musk, a combination of cuts in federal government spending and an aggressive deregulation agenda will create two fronts aimed at slashing the deficit. The amount of the deficit that isn’t reduced through spending reduction will be wiped out by economic growth, Musk contends. “I think we can get the economic growth to be maybe three or four percent, maybe five percent. And that means, if you can get $1 trillion of economic growth and you can cut the budget deficit by a trillion between now and next year, there is no inflation.”

The DOGE chief notes if the federal government is borrowing less and the economy sees robust growth, the cost of goods and services for average Americans should drop significantly.

President Trump Expected to Sign EO to Clean Up D.C., Crack Down on Gun Crime in Capital.

President Donald J. Trump is expected to soon sign an executive order directing prosecutors in Washington, D.C. to seek federal charges against individuals arrested on gun offenses and ordering the removal of the city’s numerous homeless encampments. The order follows a pledge by Trump during the 2024 presidential campaign to restore the U.S. capital as a first-class American city after it desceneded into a “nightmare of murder and crime” under former President Joe Biden.

In addition to addressing gun crime and the city’s rampant homeless crisis, Trump’s executive order is expected to direct more stringent enforcement against so-called  quality of life crimes, which include criminal acts such as public intoxication, open-air illegal drug sales, vandalism, grafitti, and public urination. While the exact language of the executive order is not yet finalized, it is expected that Trump will issue the directive later this week.

Under Trump’s order, felons caught in possession of a gun—or guns—in Washington, D.C. can be held without bail. Additionally, the order clears the way for prosecutors to seek federal penalities for these individuals if convicted.

Over the last four years, under former President Biden, Washington, D.C. has seen an explosion in gun related crime. Last February, former Trump administration staffer Mike Gill was shot during a carjacking spree in the capital city. Gill later died of his wounds.

The explosion in Washington, D.C.’s homeless population will also be addressed in President Trump’s executive order. Over the past two years, the capital has seen an increasing number of homeless encampments across the city—with most being established in green areas near major roadways, public parks, and around Union Station. It expected the directive’s language will help clear restrictions on the city’s ability to clear and remove the encampments.

BREAKING: Trump Signs Executive Order Implementing Major Federal Workforce Reduction.

President Donald J. Trump issued a new executive order on Tuesday, instructing federal agencies to collaborate with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to reduce staff levels and restrict hiring. The directive—which outlines a “workforce optimization initiative” led by DOGE’s Elon Muskaims to significantly reduce the size of the federal government.

According to a Trump White House fact sheet, the directive tasks agency heads with working alongside DOGE to decrease federal workforce numbers and limit hires to roles deemed “essential.” Additionally, the order includes provisions for agencies to craft plans for “large-scale reductions in force” while evaluating non-essential functions not mandated by law.

The fact sheet notes that with specific exceptions—such as law enforcement, national security, public safety, and immigration enforcement—the hiring policy would permit only one new hire for every four employees who leave.

This initiative marks a continuation of policies following the conclusion of Trump’s initial hiring freeze implemented on his first day in office. The expectation set by the order is to impose substantial constraints on workforce numbers throughout various federal agencies, which aligns with Trump’s long-standing goal of streamlining government operations.

Meanwhile, President Trump’s Office of Personnel Management (OPM) continues to push forward with a buyout offer for career government workers. As of Monday, it is believed that over 65,000 federal employees had accepted a buyout despite a federal judge pausing last week’s acceptance deadline while the policy is being litigated in federal court.

Science Confirms: Trump Makes Dems Feel Defeated and Is Driving Them Nuts.

President Donald J. Trump‘s fast and furious actions during his first weeks in office are leaving many of his political opponents—especially those in the Democratic Party—feeling frazzled, stressed, and even depressed. According to medical professionals in the Washington, D.C. area, the energetic implementation of Trump’s agenda appears to have sparked an influx of individuals identifying as Democrats seeking therapy and psychology services.

“There is an element of chaos right now, a sense of not knowing what’s coming and not being able to control what’s coming is really hard on the stress response,” says Dr. Andrea Bonior, a Georgetown University psychology professor who also maintains a patient practice in the capital region. She adds: “As humans, we don’t love uncertainty. It’s something that we don’t tend to tolerate well. And then when we’re anxious, it’s excruciating.”

Dr. Sanam Hafeez—a New York neuropsychologist—agrees, stating in a recent interview: “I think we can take so much of something before the human brain just like peters out and says, ‘I can’t keep up.'”

“It feels, no matter which way you go, you’re like, ‘Oh, my God, I’m being ruled by a very different system that I thought I was living in,'” Dr. Hafeez added.

Medicinal research suggests political stress can have real-world impacts on an individual’s health. A 2020 study by UC Irvine found election stress directly contributed to a 10 percent increase in adverse health outcomes, including instances of cancer, stroke, and heart disease.

President Trump is currently enjoying the highest approval ratings among Americans since he first took office in 2017. Even so, among Democrats, Trump continues to see high negative ratings—though the intensity of Democratic resistance to his second term is observably more muted than it was during his first four years in office.

Trump’s House Allies Introduce Bill to Repeal Impoundment Control Act to Assist DOGE.

A faction of House Republicans is working to expand President Donald J. Trump’s power over federal spending by repealing the Impoundment Control Act, enacted in 1974 under President Richard Nixon, to limit the executive’s authority in federal budget matters. Representative Andrew Clyde (R-GA) seeks to empower President Trump and Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to create a more effective and efficient government.

Clyde’s bill has the backing of over 20 GOP co-sponsors in the House and a corresponding proposal in the Senate led by Senator Mike Lee (R-UT). Russell Vought, who recently assumed the role of Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), has labeled the Impoundment Control Act unconstitutional—a sentiment echoed by Trump himself.

“Since the Empowered Control Act of ‘74, we have seen a tremendous increase in spending. And I think that’s part of the problem right there. The president is required now by law to spend the exact amount that Congress authorizes or appropriates for a specific program,” Clyde noted.

President Nixon had “impounded” money earmarked for various federal programs by Congress—that is, refused to spend it—but the Impoundment Control Act prohibited this practice. This practice undermined the chief executive’s control over the executive branch in a manner that some believe undermines the separation of powers in a constitutionally improper way.

The Trump administration has already moved to halt certain federal funds, including foreign aid, pending reviews. However, parts of his funding freezes have faced legal challenges, resulting in a judge ordering compliance with prior directives to restore funding and threatening the President with contempt.

‘FEMA Should Be Terminated’ — Trump.

President Donald J. Trump has declared that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has been a “disaster” and should be abolished, expressing particular displeasure with its treatment of North Carolinians. “FEMA spent tens of millions of dollars in Democrat areas, disobeying orders, but left the people of North Carolina high and dry,” he wrote on his Truth Social platform, adding that the agency “is now under review and investigation.”

“THE BIDEN RUN FEMA HAS BEEN A DISASTER,” the America First leader continued. “FEMA SHOULD BE TERMINATED! IT HAS BEEN SLOW AND TOTALLY INEFFECTIVE. INDIVIDUAL STATES SHOULD HANDLE STORMS, ETC., AS THEY COME. BIG SAVINGS, FAR MORE EFFICIENT!!!”

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), led by Kristi Noem, has already fired four employees after FEMA was alleged to have transferred tens of millions of dollars to luxury hotels being used to house illegal immigrants in defiance of one of President Trump’s executive orders.

The agency came in for heavy criticism in the final months of the Biden-Harris government after Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton wrought devastation on Florida and North Carolina, in particular. FEMA workers in Florida were discovered to be skipping houses with Trump signs in the wake of the disaster, and they also refused to help Trump supporters in parts of North Carolina, claiming they felt threatened by them.

Elon Musk, who now leads the Trump administration’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), also accused FEMA of blocking and even seizing aid he was attempting to distribute to disaster victims through his companies.

Notably, 28 percent of adults surveyed say President Trump is exceeding their expectations. Meanwhile, 36 percent say the America First leader is doing about as well as they thought he would. Conversely, 35 percent of respondents say Trump is doing worse than they expected.

Views on how Trump will impact the federal government’s functions are statistically evenly split, with 41 percent saying he will make things function better and 42 percent saying they will function worse.
