New audio recordings between the British Border Force and the French Navy provide further evidence that France has been helping migrants looking to make the perilous journey across the English Channel. The French appear to be handing out life jackets to boat migrants—and Border Force, apparently unconcerned, is arranging to return them after escorting the migrants to English shores.

“We can arrange to return your life jackets. Can you confirm how many [migrants] are on board?” the Border Force can be heard asking their French Navy counterparts.

The revelation comes amid a surge of migrants attempting to cross the Channel. Recent data show that over 7,200 people have made the journey so far this year, setting a record and marking a 33 percent increase compared to the same period last year. The National Pulse reported in early March that one location recently saw nearly 600 migrants arrive by boat in one day.

Labour Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer’s government has taken limited legal action against those operating the boats. Government data highlighted that this year, only five individuals have been convicted for piloting migrant boats.

The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) announced that Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has identified a cohort of 6,300 individuals admitted into the United States without legal status who are listed on the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Terrorist Screening Center watchlist or possess criminal records. According to DOGE, almost all of these illegal immigrants were admitted and paroled into the United States by the former Biden government.

Despite lacking official legal status, these paroled individuals filed for work permits and were granted social security numbers. Subsequently, they were able to obtain access to various government benefits, raising concerns regarding eligibility and oversight failures.

Among the identified 6,300 people, 905 were found to be registered for Medicaid, including four individuals on the terrorist watchlist, accruing $276,000 in expenses. Additionally, 41 individuals collected unemployment insurance worth $42,000, and 22 had federal student loans totaling $280,000.

Furthermore, 409 individuals received tax refunds totaling $751,000 in 2024 alone. Several have also reportedly accessed benefits under the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) program, commonly known as food stamps. The investigation into the exact number of SNAP recipients continues.

The Department of Government Efficiency stated that these paroles “have since been terminated with immediate effect.” However, the revelations have prompted questions within the government regarding the rigor of current screening processes and the mechanisms in place for vetting individuals.

In the wake of a federal immigration enforcement operation on Tuesday, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is eyeing the relocation of substantial numbers of illegal immigrant criminal gang members to El Salvador’s CECOT prison. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem suggested, following the raid, that the CECOT facility can hold thousands more dangerous illegal immigrants and that the Trump administration is looking to ramp up expulsions under the Alien Enemies Act.

“You’ll see us continuing to partner with El Salvador. CECOT has the capacity for 40,000 individuals, and [El Salvador President Nayib Bukele] has said they’ll take as many as we want to send,” Noem said, adding: “There’s 14,000 there now.”

In addition, the DHS Secretary revealed that Bukele intends to build a second prison facility next to CECOT, which could be used to hold even more members of violent, illegal immigrant gangs like Tren de Aragua and MS-13.

President Donald J. Trump’s administration has used the 1798 Alien Enemies Act for expedited expulsions of illegal immigrants found to be members of Tren de Aragua, MS-13, and other violent criminal groups. Last month, a far-left U.S. District Court Judge temporarily halted the removals, prompting the Trump White House to file an emergency appeal with the Supreme Court. On Monday, the high court lifted the lower court’s restraining order, allowing Alien Enemies Act expulsions to resume.

Addressing the Supreme Court’s ruling and continued Democrat lawfare efforts against the Trump administration’s push to deport violent and dangerous illegal immigrants, Noem said: “We’re going to continue using that act in order to return people from these terrorist organizations to face consequences and be removed from our country.”

Meanwhile, the DHS Secretary also warned illegal immigrants that the Trump administration, later this week, will begin enforcing provisions of the Alien Registration Act of 1940. Under this law, foreign nationals who reside in the United States for more than 30 days must register with the federal government. Those failing to register will face severe financial penalties.

The term “Trump Effect” has been attributed to this drastic reduction, with proponents crediting specific policies aimed at bolstering border security. The Los Angeles Times reported a notable decline in apprehensions along the California-Mexico border. Where once daily arrests numbered over 1,200 during peak migration periods in April, current figures suggest only 30 to 40 such instances per day.

Since taking office this past January, President Trump has deployed members of the U.S. military to the southern border and secured an agreement with Mexico that has seen thousands of Mexican National Guard soldiers dispatched to the Mexican side of the border. The increased military presence from both countries and the surge in federal law enforcement, including agents from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) criminal division, have helped to deter unlawful crossings significantly.

Congressman Andy Biggs (R-AZ) is moving to remove U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg, who is impeding the deportation of Venezuelan gang members and other violent, illegal immigrant criminals to El Salvador’s CECOT prison facility. The resolution, introduced late Monday night, proposes a simplified procedure to remove a federal judge that would bypass the requirement of two-thirds of the Senate to vote in favor of removal after a standard impeachment process. Instead, Biggs’s resolution cites the Constitution’s “good behavior” clause for judges as grounds for removal.

The controversy began when Judge Boasberg issued an order on March 15, 2025, restricting the Department of Justice (DOJ) from deporting certain Venezuelan nationals until the case particulars were reviewed comprehensively. However, Boasberg’s order came as several deportation flights were already in the air and over international waters, and they were unable to be recalled. This led the judge to accuse the Trump administration of non-compliance and question the DOJ’s cooperation.

According to Congressman Biggs’s resolution, Judge Boasberg has violated his judicial oath by interfering with presidential authority for political motives. The resolution implies that Congress can dismiss a judge based on not maintaining “good behavior,” referencing constitutional provisions. Notably, Biggs has introduced a joint resolution, which will require a Senate cosponsor to move through both chambers of Congress.

“We cannot stand by while activist judges, who incorrectly believe they have more authority than the duly-elected President of the United States, impose their own political agenda on the American people,” Rep. However, the Arizona Republican’s joint resolution removing Boasberg will likely face formidable legal hurdles, particularly in terms of whether it can effectively bypass the traditional impeachment process. This State Is Releasing Illegal Alien Rapists.

A review by CBS News discovered that Massachusetts has been releasing illegal aliens charged with violent crimes—including child rape—from courts and jails on low bail without allowing Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) the opportunity to intervene.

The details: The review of the ICE press releases conducted by CBS Boston found:

  • An illegal from Guatemala charged with three counts of aggravated child rape was released on $7,500 bail.
  • Another Guatemalan illegal was charged with aggravated child rape and released on $7,500 bail.
  • A Honduran illegal accused of attempted rape and armed robbery walked free on $0 bail.
  • Two child rape suspects in Worcester County were released on $500 bail.

Making matters worse: ICE issued a detainer in the first three instances mentioned above but was ignored.

The law: Massachusetts, per a 2017 court ruling, prohibits holding individuals solely on ICE detainers. And when judges set bail, they cannot use immigration status as a factor.

Good news: This month, ICE and federal law enforcement apprehended 370 illegals in Massachusetts during an operation targeting organized crime, gangs, and other egregious offenders.

The last word goes to Border Czar Tom Homan, who last month took aim at Boston Police Commissioner Michael Cox for releasing violent illegals into the community, saying:

  • “You’re not a police commissioner. Take that badge off your chest. Put it in the desk drawer.”

Three Illegals Charged After Deadly Hit and Run.

A group of illegal immigrants have been arrested in Texas after fleeing the scene of a drunk-driving crash that killed a 22-year-old man. The fiery crash occurred this past weekend in Arlington, Texas, when Cesar Ramirez Castro—a 25-year-old illegal immigrant behind the wheel of a Ford F-150—swerved onto the shoulder of Interstate 20 and hit a vehicle stopped on the side of the highway. The impact forced the parked vehicle into a concrete wall along the side of the highway, where it subsequently burst into flames, killing its unidentified 22-year-old driver.

Following the deadly crash, Cesar Ramirez Castro and two passengers in the truck, Marcelino Ramirez-Ramirez, 30 years old, and Daniel Castro Zammarron, 24 years old, were seen fleeing the scene. All three illegal immigrants were eventually arrested, with Ramirez Castro failing a field sobriety test. Following the arrests, Ramirez Castro was charged with a single count of manslaughter while intoxicated and one count of collision involving death. The two passengers have been charged with public intoxication, and all three men have received immigration detainers.

Numerous state governments across the U.S. have passed provisions allowing illegal immigrants to obtain driver’s licenses. This has led to several high-profile incidents where American citizens have been killed on the road by illegal immigrant drivers. In several cases, the illegal immigrant was intoxicated at the time. Last September, an illegal immigrant in Missouri was charged with killing a police officer while driving drunk. The Honduran national had a prior driving while intoxicated (DWI) conviction.

Meanwhile, last summer, an illegal immigrant from Mexico—who had been deported 16 times—killed a Colorado man in a deadly accident involving five vehicles.

Illegal Aliens Escape Federal Facility, Local Authorities Refuse to Assist.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) says local law enforcement in Aurora, Colorado, refused to assist them after two illegal immigrants escaped from a detention facility located near the city during a power outage. According to ICE officials, Joel Jose Gonzalez-Gonzalez, 32, and Geilond Vido-Romero, 24, fled the Denver Contract Detention Facility late Tuesday when the facility experienced an unexpected power failure. After discovering the absence of the detainees during a routine check, federal immigration officers notified local law enforcement, who declined to assist with a broader community search.

While additional state and federal law enforcement agencies were also notified, both illegal immigrant escapees remain at large, and the search efforts continue. Aurora Police Department claims that ICE did not contact them until several hours after the two illegal immigrants escaped, insisting, “This was a cold event from the time we were notified.”

“As a municipal law enforcement agency, we do not enforce federal immigration law and cannot engage in larger-scale searches or follow-ups,” they added.

Vido-Romero, the younger of the two, had been detained by ICE the previous month following local charges in Castle Rock. He had illegally entered the U.S. via Eagle Pass, Texas, in December 2023, and was awaiting deportation to Venezuela. Gonzalez-Gonzalez, who entered the U.S. through El Paso, Texas, in February 2013, was detained by federal authorities last month after being held at the Adams County Jail in Brighton on local charges. He was awaiting immigration proceedings at the time of his escape from the ICE facility.

When the ruling was issued, the administration appealed, asserting that the presidential actions were beyond judicial review and noting that the deportation flights had already left U.S. airspace.

Judge Boasberg required the administration to provide specific flight details, including departure and landing times. However, the Department of Justice (DOJ) argued that providing such information would interfere with executive functions and expose sensitive negotiations with other countries. Despite the extended deadline set by the judge, the DOJ maintained its stance, disputing the court’s requests.

In its appeal, the Trump administration argued that the district court’s nationwide injunction against the use of the 18th-century Alien Enemies Act to deport illegals is judicial overreach, citing the President’s authority to protect national security. The administration highlighted the connections between the Venezuelan government and the deported individuals, particularly with members of the gang Tren de Aragua, operating as a significant threat.

While it is unclear what “consequences” Boasberg is threatening, he could, in theory, find members of the administration in contempt for defying his orders.
