Feds Arrest Chinese Illegal Who was Smuggling Weapons to North Korea.

Federal authorities have arrested Shenghua Wen, a Chinese illegal alien residing in California, on charges of purchasing and smuggling firearms and ammunition to North Korea. Prosecutors allege Wen acted on behalf of North Korean agents, receiving $2 million to facilitate the illicit activities.

According to a criminal complaint unsealed this week, Wen entered the U.S. on a student visa in 2012. Prosecutors claim he admitted to meeting with North Korean officials in China before his arrival, where they instructed him to procure weapons, ammunition, and technology for Pyongyang. Wen reportedly told investigators he was “good at smuggling” and shipped two containers of firearms from Long Beach, California, to Hong Kong, which were later routed to North Korea.

During a search of Wen’s vehicle, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents recovered 50,000 rounds of ammunition. Authorities also seized equipment, including a chemical threat detector and a tool for identifying hidden surveillance devices. Prosecutors say Wen planned to supply U.S. military uniforms to North Korean soldiers, allegedly to assist in disguising them for a surprise attack on South Korea.

Wen reportedly used straw purchasers to obtain firearms, often driving to Texas to secure the weapons. Investigators uncovered evidence of his activities in encrypted messages with North Korean handlers and photographs of firearms sent to co-conspirators. Court filings reveal Wen funneled funds through a Chinese bank account linked to his partner.

The case underscores the dangers posed by migrants who exploit U.S. visas to engage in activities supporting hostile regimes. Chinese illegals have been entering the United States in record numbers under the Biden-Harris government.

GOP Governors Should Send Migrants to Denver Mayor’s House, Says Senator.

Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) addressed comments made by leftist Denver Mayor Mike Johnston concerning immigration policies, urging Republican governors to transport undocumented immigrants to Denver. Johnston previously declared his intention to shield illegals from deportation when President-elect Donald J. Trump assumes office.

In a discussion with local media, Johnston expressed plans to position Denver police at county borders to prevent the entry of federal immigration officers, stating his willingness to face imprisonment to hinder deportations.

Cruz, during an episode of his “Verdict” podcast, called upon Republican state governors, specifically naming Texas Governor Greg Abbott and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, to send migrants arriving in their states to Denver as a reaction to Johnston’s remarks. The Texas Republican suggested that immigrants be transported directly to the mayor’s residence, emphasizing the mayor’s commitment to hosting them.

Sen. Cruz framed his recommendation as a challenge to see if Denver residents support Johnston’s vow to defy federal immigration laws. He mentioned potential negative consequences, highlighting public safety concerns and predicting local opposition to the influx of migrants.

President-elect Trump’s incoming border czar Tom Homan also reacted to Johnston, saying, “Me and the Denver mayor, we agree on one thing; he’s willing to go to jail. I’m willing to put him in jail.”

“I find it hard to believe that any mayor or governor would say they don’t want public safety threats removed from their neighborhoods,” Homan said.

The Denver suburb of Aurora made headlines earlier this year when members of the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang took over entire apartment buildings at gunpoint and were reportedly extorting money from the residents. President-elect Trump has vowed to specifically target Tren de Aragua as part of “Operation Aurora,” using the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.

Migrant Caravan 1500-Strong Advances Through Mexico.

A caravan of approximately 1,500 migrants, primarily from Central and South America, has formed in southern Mexico with the aim of reaching the United States before January. This timeline aligns with the inauguration of President-elect Donald J. Trump, who intends to significantly increase border security measures. The group, comprising men, women, and children, has moved through Tapachula, a city near the Mexico-Guatemala border where many migrants remain without permission to proceed further.

The caravan’s exact crossing point into the U.S. remains unspecified. Matamoros, close to Brownsville, Texas, represents the southernmost U.S. border crossing. To reach this point, an adult migrant traveling on foot would require approximately 16 days of continuous walking. Participants in the caravan believe that traveling in large groups provides safety and complicates detainment by immigration authorities.

Some migrants rely on obtaining rides to ease their passage, while others undertake the journey on foot under challenging conditions. Yotzeli Peña, a Venezuelan migrant, expressed hopes of securing quicker appointments to enter the U.S. before Trump’s administration takes office, suggesting the process would be simpler under the Biden government.

President-elect Trump has pledged strict border control, citing a rise in illegal crossings during Biden’s term. Trump’s plans include a mass deportation initiative and the appointment of South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem as Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, with Tom Homan designated as “Border Czar.” Additionally, Trump aims to terminate parole programs currently in place that allow migrants entry under expanded pathways.

Upcoming border administration change might prompt a migrant rush. Recent government measures allowed migrants to use the CBP One app to book U.S. entry appointments, initially available in northern Mexico but now expanded to southern regions like Tapachula.

BREAKING: Jose Ibarra Found Guilty of Murdering Laken Riley.

Venezuelan national Jose Ibarra has been found guilty on all ten counts—including malice murder, felony murder, and kidnapping—for the death of 22-year-old Georgia nursing student Laken Riley. The next step in his trial will be sentencing for his crime.

Ibarra waived a jury trial, with his defense team opting instead for a judge to render a verdict in the case. That judge handed down a unanimous guilty verdict on Wednesday. The National Pulse reported on Tuesday that during testimony, it was revealed that Ibarra and others were flown from New York City to Georgia on so-called ‘humanitarian’ flights paid for by the Biden-Harris government.

The Venezuelan illegal immigrant—who is suspected of having ties to the violent gang Tren de Aragua—murdered American citizen Laken Riley on February 22, 2024, as she jogged on dirt trails on the University of Georgia campus in Athens. At the start of his trial, Ibarra pleaded not guilty to the crimes. His attorneys attempt to implicate his brother—to no avail—as the perpetrator instead.

Ibarra faces the possibility of life in prison with no parole.

Pelosi’s Claim Illegal Immigration was Higher Under Trump Debunked: Four Pinocchios.

The Washington Post has assigned “four Pinocchios” to former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi after she claimed “fewer [migrants] came in under President Joe Biden than came under Donald Trump.” According to the Jeff Bezos-owned newspaper, “It’s a documented fact that at least four times as many migrants entered the United States under Biden than under Trump.”

Aides to Pelosi, 84, subsequently claimed she intended to say that Biden is on course to deport more migrants than President-elect Trump did in his first term, citing a Reuters article. However, the WaPo notes that, even if this were truly what Pelosi intended to say, it is still wrong, and “Biden almost certainly will have fewer deportations than Trump” overall by the end of his term.

“When we dig deeper in the numbers, her statement veers even more off course,” the newspaper continued, noting that most Biden-era deportations are relatively straightforward affairs conducted by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Meanwhile, deportations by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) have collapsed.

Under Trump, ICE deportations were 72,500 in 2017, 81,860 in 2018, 72,710 in 2019, and 52,870 in 2020. Biden managed only 28,250 ICE deportations in 2021, 25,470 in 2022, 39,170 in 2023, and 35,850 through July 2024.

The Washington Post fact-check gave Pelosi’s border claims four Pinocchios out of a possible four, reserved for untruths considered “Whoppers.”

Would-Be Illegal Migrants Are ‘Sad’ About Trump’s Victory.

Hundreds of migrants in Reynosa, Mexico, near the U.S. border, are anxiously awaiting an opportunity to cross into the United States as President-elect Donald J. Trump’s inauguration approaches. Approximately 850 migrants reside at the Senda de Vida shelter in the town bordering McAllen, Texas. Many have been using the CBP One app to schedule entry appointments.

With months of waiting behind them, the migrants want to claim asylum in the U.S. However, Trump’s victory over Vice President Kamala Harris signals a likely tightening of border policies. Trump has reaffirmed his commitment to border security, appointing former U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Acting Director Thomas Homan as the border czar. Homan advocates for stringent deportation measures.

“If Harris had won, people would be jumping for joy and as you can see right now, they look sad, they are feeling down,” one migrant in Senda de Vida told the media.

Speaking at the Republican National Convention earlier this year, Homan was unequivocal: “I got a message to the millions of illegal aliens that Joe Biden has released into our country in violation of federal law: You better start packing now.”

Illegal border crossings have increased under the Biden-Harris government, with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) numbers indicating nearly three million instances in fiscal year 2024 alone.

Illegal Alien Arrested for Raping Five-Year-Old.

Police have arrested Wilson Castillo Diaz, a 26-year-old illegal alien, for the alleged rape of a young girl on October 16. The child was taken to a hospital for a medical evaluation following the assault. Details on Diaz’s connection to the girl and specifics of the location have not been released.

Diaz entered the U.S. illegally under the Obama-Biden administration in April 2014, crossing near Rio Grande, Texas, before being briefly detained by U.S. border agents. He was then released with a notice to appear in immigration court, which he ignored. Authorities report that Diaz evaded immigration enforcement for years, residing in Westbury, New York, until his arrest.

Nassau County police confirmed that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) was informed of his recent arrest, though they did not disclose his country of origin. Diaz now faces multiple charges, including rape, attempted rape, and endangering the welfare of a child, and is being held on a $200,000 cash bond.

Illegal immigration has worsened dramatically under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, accompanied by an epidemic of what former President Donald J. Trump describes as “migrant crime.”

Some 13,000 convicted killers and over 5,000 sexual assault convicts have been released into the U.S. under the current government, among over 662,000 criminal migrants overall.

Nearly All Hurricane Looters Are Illegal Migrants.

Following the destruction of hurricanes Helene and Milton, police in one Florida country reported that nearly all of those they arrested for looting in the aftermath were illegal aliens. The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office announced that 41 of the 45 people arrested for various looting offenses, including armed robbery, burglary, and vandalism, were all living in the state illegally.

The Sherriff’s Office added that police had questioned a total of 196 people but later released them, noting that 163 were illegals.

Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri commented on the arrests, saying, “A lot of these people were in the area to take others’ properties, and our efforts prevented additional crimes from occurring.”

Destruction across several states led to the deaths of at least 230 people from Hurricane Helene and a further 32 people from Hurricane Milton. Both hurricanes are also estimated to have cost billions of dollars in damages.

Before Hurricane Milton’s landfall, President Donald J. Trump opened the Trump National Doral Miami resort to host around 275 linemen who were vital in restoring power to the state. However, the Biden-Harris Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has been heavily criticized for its response.

Tech billionaire Elon Musk and Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) both say that FEMA prevented aid from reaching hurricane victims following Hurricane Helene. Musk, who helped distribute Starlink satellite Internet after the disaster, claimed that FEMA had obstructed and stopped its distribution.

FEMA admitted to temporarily suspending aid distribution in North Carolina, claiming federal aid workers felt threatened by locals.

1 in 10 Inmates Are Wanted by ICE at This Jail.

Of the 9,527 inmates in Harris County Jail, Texas, over 1,000 are being held under U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainers. ICE detainers notify local authorities about the agency’s intent to assume custody of foreign nationals, requesting that local officials hold those inmates for up to 48 hours so that ICE can take charge of them.

Among the ICE detainers in Harris County, 43 percent are related to violent crimes, including 75 murder cases, with 22 classified as capital murders. Detainers connected to sexual assault account for 174 cases, over half of which involve children under 14 years of age.

Two high-profile inmates in Harris County are a pair of Venezuelan nationals facing charges for the murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray. The girl’s mother has publicly criticized the Biden-Harris government’s immigration policies, blaming them for her daughter’s death.

The jail also houses Osman Estanly Solorzano Sanchez. The Honduran illegal faces charges of fatally shooting 27-year-old Ricardo Vega in an apparent road rage incident last April. Vega’s mother, Victoria Garcia, has shared her frustrations with Biden-Harris immigration policies, describing how her slain son “has a nine-year-old daughter and a five-year-old son who now have to grow up without a dad, and my daughter-in-law has to be without her husband.”

Boat Migrant Crossings Already Ahead of Entire 2023 Influx.

According to official data, almost 30,000 migrants have reached the United Kingdom this year by crossing the English Channel on small boats. The Home Office, roughly equivalent to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, reported that on Thursday alone, 509 migrants arrived on British shores using 11 boats, bringing the total for 2024 to over 29,500. This figure represents a 10 percent increase from the 26,501 recorded at the same time last year.

This past week, nearly 1,000 migrants successfully crossed the Channel in just three days. Despite promising to tackle people trafficking, the leftist Labour government has done little so far to stem the tide of illegal boat migrants. Estimates suggest they cost taxpayers $10 million a day in hotel costs alone.

So far, the Labour government under Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has locked up more anti-mass migration protestors than people smugglers, including 61-year-old grandfather Peter Lynch.

Lynch, who was jailed for two years and eight months for holding an anti-government sign at an anti-mas migration protest, was found dead this week of an apparent suicide while in prison.

OPEN BORDERS KILL.

In related events, the French coastguard carried out a rescue operation on Thursday, saving 76 individuals who had encountered trouble at sea. These migrants were returned to Calais, France. Some refused assistance on two of the boats, continuing their journey after officials assessed intervention risks as too high, including people falling overboard.

The recent rescue operation follows an incident earlier this week where three migrants lost their lives, and several others were saved, after their vessel sank. This event occurred only a week after another tragedy which resulted in the death of a baby.

French authorities have documented 48 migrant deaths so far this year.
