Michigan Muslim Mayor Says He’s ‘Not in the Mood’ for Christmas if Bombs Are Falling in Gaza.

Dearborn mayor Abdullah Hammoud said residents – including himself – were “not in the mood” at this year’s city Christmas tree lighting, adding “Not when bombs are dropping in Gaza.” The Muslim mayor claimed growing concerns about Islamophobia were also to blame for the unusually somber event.

“In this community, right now there is a lot of grief, anger and fear,” Mayor Hammoud said in an interview with the New York Times. “You can’t help but be anxious when the whole city tells you that they stay up every night following the news, trying to understand how much more death and destruction is happening.”

He added, “This is personal for me. And it is personal for a great majority of my city.”

While Hammoud has tried to cast himself and city residents in a more sympathetic light following Hamas’s barbaric October 7th terrorist attack against Israel, he and some Dearborn residents have a long track record of promoting antisemitism and violence against Jews.

Hammoud, known for his staunch anti-Israel positions, excused the Hamas terror attack on the Jewish state “inevitable.” In a 2021 social media post, the Dearborn mayor used – in a positive manner – the phrase “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” which many interpret as a call for the Palestinian conquest and eradication of Israel.

The National Pulse previously reported Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), whose district includes Dearborn, was a member of a secret Facebook group in which members praised Hamas and acts of terrorism against Jews – some embers also engaged in conspiracies denying the Holocaust.

While Hammoud laments a perceived rise in Islamophobia, in reality it is anti-Semitism that is on the steep rise – especially among Michigan’s Muslim community. According to government data, nearly half of the religion-oriented hate crimes in 2022 were directed at Jews in America.

London Council Cancels Hanukkah Menorah Lighting In Case It ‘Inflames Tensions’.

Havering Borough Council, a municipal government within Sadiq Khan’s London, has capitulated to Islamists and anti-Israel activists by canceling a menorah-lighting ceremony scheduled to mark the beginning of the Jewish festival of Hanukkah.

“We appreciate this is a hugely sensitive issue but in light of escalating tensions from the conflict in the Middle East, installing the candelabra now will not be without risk to the Council, our partners, staff and local residents,” said a spokesman for the municipality.

“We would also be concerned with any possible vandalism or other action against the installation,” they continued.

“[D]ue to an increase in the number of hate crimes in Havering, both towards the Jewish and Muslim community, and after consulting with the Leader of the Council, we believe it would be unwise to move forward with the installation which could risk further inflaming tensions within our communities.”

Some have questioned the wisdom of attempting to prevent anti-Semitic vandalism and hate crimes by erasing Jewish symbols from public life. Rabbi Aryeah Sufrin, who had been due to lead the lighting ceremony, said that “by drawing the Jewish community out this equation, what does that really say? How is that really interpreted?”

Havering local mayor, Trevor McKeever, hails from the Labour Party, like city mayor Sadiq Khan.

WATCH: Anti-Israel Protesters Ruined New York’s Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony.

The Rockefeller Center Christmas tree lighting ceremony in New York City was marred by arrests and clashes on Wednesday. Anti-Israel demonstrators carrying Palestinian flags and, in one case, a swastika sign descended on the event, running into police barricades about a block away.

At least seven people were arrested attempting to disrupt the lighting of the 80-foot-tall Norway spruce. Video shows demonstrators and police officers throwing fists at each other, and flags being swung like clubs.

Around 1,000 people are reported to have participated in the demonstration. Nardeen Kiswani, of the Within Our Lifetime organization, claimed demonstrators were simply asking for “an end to the ongoing bombing of Gaza, the end to the siege and blockade that continues to place a chokehold on the Palestinian people.”

Eyewitnesses, however, say “the crowd came and attacked,” resulting in a “melee” with the police.

The lighting took place on the so-called International Day of Solidarity With the Palestinian People, instituted in 1977.

WATCH: Bay Area Council Erupts Into Outpouring of Hamas Support and BlueAnon Conspiracies.

A meeting of the Oakland City Council in San Francisco’s Bay Area played host to an outpouring of “progressive” Hamas support, with attendees even claiming the Palestinian group’s October 7th terror attack was actually secretly conducted by the Israeli Defense Forces.

The bizarre supercut of the meeting on Monday night, below, includes those wanting to condemn Hamas being labeled “old white fascists.”

An amendment to condemn Hamas, introduced by left-wing Democrat Dan Kalb, failed by six votes to two, while the resolution to call for a ceasefire passed by eight votes to nothing, on the 100 percent Democrat-controlled council.

‘I’m Disappointed in Myself’ – Biden Issues Groveling Apology to Muslims in Private Meeting.

President Joe Biden reportedly apologized to a group of Muslim Americans in a private meeting after he cast doubt on the Gaza death toll figures released by Hamas-controlled health authorities.

“I’m sorry. I’m disappointed in myself,” he allegedly told a group of approximately 20 activists and officials who asked to meet with him. “I will do better,” he added, according to the Washington Post.

Previously, the 81-year-old Democrat had expressed skepticism, stating: “I have no notion that the Palestinians are telling the truth about how many people are killed.”

Included in the discussion with Biden were Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, Chicago community organizer Rami Nashashibi, Imam Mohamed Magid, Muslim lobbyist Wa’el Alzayat, and healthcare advocate Suzanne Barakat.

Biden is said to have ended the hour-long discussion, originally scheduled for 30 minutes, by hugging one of the participants.

Dutch Populist Geert Wilders Says Relocate Palestinians to Jordan.

Geert Wilders, leader of the Netherlands’ Party for Freedom (PVV), has proposed relocating Palestinians to neighboring Jordan. Multiple Arab states including Jordan, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain, and Yemen, as well as the Palestinian Authority and Hamas, have condemned the populist, whose party just came first in the Dutch elections.

The Palestinian Authority, which governs the West Bank, branded the suggestion “blatant interference in their affairs,” while Jordan’s officials claim would undermine the rights of the Palestinian people and their pursuit for an independent state.

Wilders’s position is that “Jordan is Palestine.” This refers to the fact its territory was administered by the British Mandate of Palestine before being established as the Emirate of Transjordan.

“There has been an independent Palestinian state since 1946: the Kingdom of Jordan,” he wrote on X (Twitter) in October. “Jordan is Palestine. Palestinian people should be given the right to voluntarily settle in Jordan and freely elect their own government. Let the Hashemite Kingdom become a true democracy!”

The King of Jordan has vowed he will not even take Gazan refugees, however. His allies in Egypt have suggested any Gazans displaced to Arab countries will be sent to Europe.

Schumer: Senate Priority for Ukraine, Israel Funding Next Week, No Border Security Cash.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) has informed the Senate through a ‘Dear Colleague Letter’ they will be taking up supplemental funding for Ukraine and Israel the week of December 4th. According to Schumer’s letter the Senate will likely not include any of the Republican controlled House language (H.R.2) on border security – Schumer referred to the House plan as “partisan” and “hard-right” in his letter.

“The biggest holdup to the national security assistance package right now is the insistence by our Republican colleagues on partisan border policy as a condition for vital Ukraine aid. This has injected a decades old, hyper-partisan issue into overwhelmingly bipartisan priorities,” Schumer wrote. “Democrats stand ready to work on common-sense solutions to address immigration, but purely partisan hard-right demands, like those in H.R. 2, jeopardize the entire national security supplemental package.”

Senate Democrats and the Biden White House are insistent the supplemental aid for Ukraine and Israel be passed as a single legislative package. They fear the collapsing support for Ukraine in the United States could embolden House Republicans to pass a  funding supplemental for Israel while leaving Ukraine funding to languish. Since September, Biden has been pushing lawmakers on Capitol Hill to take up a massive funding proposal for Ukraine – with cash for Israel added to the plan after the barbaric October terrorist attack by Hamas.

For House Republicans, a robust border security plan is a must if they’re to take up any defense supplemental. Republican voters have indicated in poll-after-poll the need to Congress to increase border protections and funding to end the illegal-immigration crisis which continues to cause fiscal and social strain on cities across the U.S.

BREAKING: Tommy Robinson BANNED FROM LONDON By Cops Who Let Muslim Migrants Call for Jewish Genocide.

Anti-grooming activist turned citizen journalist Tommy Robinson has reportedly been banned from entering his nation’s capital city — London — following his bizarre arrest while attempting to report, sympathetically, from the city’s March Against Anti-Semitism.

Robinson was detained by a huge team of Metropolitan Police officers on Sunday, who were filmed dragging him from the protest while simultaneously pepper-spraying him. They claimed that march organizers had expressed “concerns” Robinson’s presence would “cause fear” and said “he was spoken to and warned on more than one occasion that his continued presence in the area was likely to cause harassment, alarm and distress to others.” He was then arrested for refusing to leave.

Robinson was released from custody on Monday, and confirmed to The National Pulse that he has been charged with refusing to comply with a dispersal order. He says the Metropolitan Police’s leadership initially wanted to remand him in custody until his court appearance in January. His bail conditions include a requirement to stay away from London, effectively banning him from travelling anywhere inside the M25 motorway which surrounds the capital. He denounced the move as a “blatant abuse of my human rights.”

During his arrest, Robinson said he was covering the march in his capacity as a journalist, and asked the crowds nearby if he was causing any alarm, prompting cries of “No!” and “Leave him alone!”

Robinson’s treatment has intensified accusations of two-tier policing in the British capital. The police have backed anti-Israel protestor’s right to chant “from the river to the sea” – a call to destroy Israel – and rally openly for jihad.

They have also refused to arrest anti-Israel activists desecrating national war memorials, claiming trampling monuments to fallen soldiers is not against the law. Observers have pointed out such behavior actually violates several common law and statutory offenses, suggesting police did not act because they did not want to.

Anti-Israel Protesters Shut Down Manhattan Bridge.

Over 1,000 anti-Israel demonstrators disrupted traffic on the Manhattan Bridge on Sunday afternoon, as thousands attempted to return home from Thanksgiving celebrations. The New York Police Department (NYPD) reported that protesters demanding a ceasefire in Gaza shut down bridge traffic around 3:30 p.m, chanting: “Ceasefire, not genocide! President Biden pick a side!”

At 5:45 p.m., the NYPD reopened the bridge but advised motorists to anticipate traffic and potential delays. At least one woman and two men were arrested during the demonstration. The NYPD stated that the word “Gaza” was graffitied onto a supporting beam of the bridge. It is unclear whether the vandal was among those detained.

The Gaza conflict started on Oct 7th, after the Hamas terror organization launched a large-scale raid on Israel, killing around 1,200 and kidnapping hundreds of hostages. A temporary ceasefire, in return for the release of 50 hostages held by Hamas, was established on Wednesday, promising to extend for a minimum of four days and possibly more, depending on further hostage releases.

No Americans Among Initial Hostages Released By Hamas, Biden Says He Doesn’t Know When U.S. Citizens Held In Gaza Will Be Freed.

President Joe Biden announced there were no Americans were among the initial hostages released by Hamas after over 200 were taken by the terrorist group after a surprise attack on Israel on October 7th. Earlier today, Hamas released 24 hostages as part of a larger deal with Israel to release a total of 50 women and children held in Gaza in exchange for the release of 150 Palestinian prisoners held by Israel. Thirteen of the hostages released were Israeli, with the others being mostly Thai nationals.

When asked when the first American hostages would be released, President Biden gave a muddled response: “We don’t know when that will occur, but we’re gonna expect it to occur.” The President went on to say, “We don’t know what the list of all the hostages are and when they’ll be released, but we know the numbers that are going to be release. It is my hope and expectation that it will be soon.”

The uncertainty and lack of concrete details in Biden’s remarks only added further confusion regarding U.S. efforts to secure the release of American citizens held by Hamas. Biden also claimed he believes Hamas’s barbaric October 7th surprise attack against Israel was motivated by his efforts to strike a peace-deal between Israel and Saudi Arabia – although he admitted he had no evidence proving the connection.
