Texas AG Ken Paxton Scores ANOTHER Win Against The Biden-Harris Anti-Women Agenda.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) has successfully petitioned to expand a court injunction against the Biden-Harris government’s attempts to impose changes to Title IX in contradiction of state anti-discrimination laws. The expanding court order now provides additional protections for women in Texas academic institutions, ensuring that biological males who claim to be female cannot claim protected status and use spaces reserved for women.

The Texas fight against the Title IX rule changes—which grant special status to transgender individuals and would force academic institutions receiving federal funds to allow biological males into spaces reserved exclusively for women—began with a Paxton-led lawsuit in June of 2023. A year later, the Texas Attorney General secured a major win against the Biden-Harris government, with a federal district judge ruling that “rewriting Title IX in a way that shockingly transforms American education” is unlawful.

Since the ruling, the Biden-Harris Department of Education has attempted several workarounds that would still impose the protected class status for transgender individuals despite being in contravention of Texas anti-discrimination laws, which protect female-only spaces. Last month, Paxton secured an injunction against an initial attempt by the Biden-Harris government to promulgate a new variation of their Title IX rule.

With today’s ruling, the judge expanded that injunction, effectively enjoining any future attempts by the Department of Education to change the statute to include provisions for “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” while Paxton‘s lawsuit remains pending in the appeals process.

Paxton hailed the expanded injunction on Tuesday, stating: “This is a major win for protecting Texas and its students from any future attempt by the federal government to impose its unlawful interpretation of Title IX that puts women and girls at risk.”

These ‘Celebs’ Are Descending on Chicago for the DNC.

As the Democratic National Convention approaches, arrangements for paid appearances by celebrities, entertainers, and musical acts are being finalized. While the convention‘s agenda is not yet public, several after-parties and side events have announced music act headliners and Hollywood celebrity guests.

Among the expected glitterati will be film and television stars like Uma Thurman, Disney‘s Danai Gurira, who has featured in the Marvel “Black Panther” movie, “Young Sheldon” actor Iain Armitage and Uzo Aduba of “Orange is the New Black” and “Mrs. America.” These celebrities are rumored to be among the audience during the Wednesday night concert series hosted by former Representative Gabby Giffords (D-AZ) and her husband, Senator Mark Kelly (D-AZ).

JOAN JETT & DRAG QUEENS.

Joan Jett and the Blackhearts will headline the Giffords event at the Ramova Theater in Chicago. Other acts include Drive-By Truckers and SistaStrings. Academy Award winner Octavia Spencer is slated to host the concert.

In addition to major film celebrities and an 80s rockstar, the pro-LGBTQ Equality PAC will host a Monday night party in Chicago‘s gay Boys Town neighborhood. Several stars from “RuPaul’s Drag Race” are expected to attend, including Chad Michaels, Silky Nutmeg Ganache, and Jackie Cox. Also, on Monday night, there will be concert appearances by 90s pop-punk act Jimmy Eat World and rapper Lil Jon.

JOHN LEGEND, TAYLOR SWIFT, & BEYONCE?

Democratic Party booster and three-time Grammy Award winner John Legend will headline a concert on Tuesday night sponsored by billionaire and DNC host Governor J.B. Pritzker (D-IL). Legend has baselessly accused former President Donald J. Trump of being racist “at his core,” claiming he “believes in a genetic hierarchy of humanity, and it’s racially determined.”

On the final night of the DNC, the Future Forward SuperPAC will host a concert aimed at youth voters. The event will also serve as a fundraiser for the Harris campaign-aligned group. While there haven’t been any official announcements regarding the musical talent, there is rampant speculation that Beyoncé or Taylor Swift could appear.

Biden-Harris Accelerate Asylum Processing at NORTHERN Border.

According to internal Department of Homeland Security (DHS) documents, the Biden-Harris government is expediting the processing of asylum seekers at the U.S.-Canada border. This follows a surge in northern migrant crossings.

The should involve changes to the operation of the “Safe Third Country” asylum agreement between the U.S. and Canada. Migrants subject to the agreement are supposed to be barred from seeking asylum in the U.S. and can be sent back to Canada, which provides ample safe refuge opportunities. Likewise, Canada can also return asylum seekers crossing into its territory from the U.S.

DHS aims to streamline the implementation of the Safe Third Country Agreement, as migrants often delay returns by consulting with lawyers at length and spending time trying to build a case that they are exempt from the agreement’s terms. However, the agency insists the changes will not compromise migrants’ right to a full asylum review.

In fiscal year 2024, 16,500 migrants were apprehended after crossing the U.S.-Canada border illegally, an increase from 10,000 in 2023 and 2,200 in 2022. This is the highest recorded number for the northern frontier.

The resources allocated to the 5,500-mile northern border are much smaller than those allocated to the southern border, which has seen millions of illegal crossings under the Biden-Harris government.

Nevertheless, the Canadian frontier is still a point of vulnerability, with U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Terrorist Screening Dataset (TSDS) recording that almost 86 percent of suspected terrorists entering the U.S. in fiscal year 2023 did so via the northern border.

DATA: Most Voters Unaware of Harris’s Radical Views.

New survey data reveals significant gaps in voter awareness regarding Kamala Harris’s past far-left policy positions. The study, conducted by McLaughlin & Associates on behalf of The Media Research Center, found that on ten aspects of Harris’s political record, between 71 percent and 86 percent of respondents were either unaware or unsure of her positions.

The issues surveyed include her support for the Green New Deal, abolishing ICE, and eliminating private health insurance. Additionally, the data reveals that many voters obtain their political news primarily from broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, NBC) and cable channels (CNN, MSNBC). The lack of voter knowledge of Harris‘s record suggests these outlets have not provided adequate coverage of the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee.

According to The Media Research Center, a review of evening news coverage by ABC, CBS, and NBC from July 21 to August 10 found that eight of the ten issues examined in the survey were not mentioned at all. Consequently, the remaining two received only limited air time. This dearth of comprehensive reporting aligns with the knowledge gaps found among voters.

Specific findings from the poll include:

– 71 percent were unaware of Harris’s past advocacy for cutting police funding.
– 73 percent did not know about her co-sponsorship of the Green New Deal.
– 81 percent were unaware of her support for Medicare for All.
– 74 percent were unaware of her 2015 statement that illegal entry into the U.S. should not be considered a crime.

Respondents’ primary sources of election news were broadcast television (50.2 percent), cable news (41.2 percent), and social media (34.4 percent). National newspapers (10.8 percent) and public broadcasting (9.2 percent) were less common sources.

Harris Deceives Voters with Manipulated News Headlines.

Kamala Harris‘s campaign was caught manipulating news headlines and paying to promote the altered stories as search advertisements on Google.

How do Google Search ads work? They appear at the top of the page when someone searches for specific keywords related to the advertiser’s ad.

The details: Since August 3, the Harris campaign has created dozens of these search ads, with headlines that look like they come from CNN, CBS News, NPR, USA Today, and many others.

The ads link to real articles from the news outlets, but the headlines are manipulated to appear as endorsements of Harris and her policies.

Cut to the chase: They want to trick voters into thinking these ads are real headlines. They have “sponsorship” labels but they’re easy to miss.

One example: A manipulated headline from The Independent reads: “VP Harris Protects Democracy – Trump Defends Jan 6 Comments” and the article description reads: “Kamala Harris will protect voting rights for all Americans.”

Another reads: “Harris Will Lower Health Costs” and the article description reads: “Kamala Harris will lower the cost of high-quality affordable health care.”

Is Trump running these shady ads? No. Google’s ad transparency center confirms this.

Is this allowed? Google’s terms of service do allow these types of ads to run on their platform and argue that because it says “Sponsored,” they’re easily distinguished from real results.

Big picture: Google is the same platform that was caught suppressing searches about Donald Trump’s attempted assassination just two weeks ago. Make no mistake—if the Trump campaign ran similar ads, they would find a problem with them.

Kamala’s Biggest Flip-Flop Yet!

Kamala Harris, the 2024 Democratic Party’s new presidential nominee, is now claiming she will not push for a Medicare for All-style healthcare plan despite backing legislation enacting such a plan in 2019. Harris, then a U.S. Senator for California, co-sponsored a bill by Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) that would have expanded the Medicare program into a basic universal healthcare plan.

Under the Sanders proposal, government expenditures on healthcare could top $40 trillion over a decade.

The reversal in her support for Medicare for All marks the latest policy flip-flop by Kamala Harris as she attempts to disown the more radical political stances she took nearly four years ago during the lead-up to the 2020 Democratic presidential primary. Harris’s change of opinion was first reported by journalist Peter Doocy who pressed her campaign as to whether she still supported Sen. Sander’s socialized healthcare plan.

Since being selected as the Democratic Party’s 2024 nominee—replacing the 81-year-old Joe Biden—Harris has sought to distance herself from her past radical political statements and positions. The National Pulse reported in late July that the Harris campaign has claimed the candidate now disavows her previous support for a ban on fracking, attacks on U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and sympathy for defunding the police.

Harris and her campaign’s corporate media allies have also worked to erase the fact Biden tapped her to serve as ‘border czar.’ Under her watch, the Biden government’s open borders policies saw an explosion in illegal immigration into the country.

In addition, the corporate media has attempted to remove partisanship ratings that revealed Harris to be the most far-left member of the U.S. Senate according to her legislative record.

Tim Walz’s National Guard Shot at Innocent Minnesota Residents During BLM Riots.

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, Vice President Kamala Harris‘s running mate, authorized police to shoot paintballs at local residents who refused to obey an 8 PM curfew during the Black Lives Matter (BLM) riots in Minneapolis in 2020 following the death of George Floyd.

Footage has resurfaced on social media showing police pelting locals with paintballs after one officer is heard saying “light ’em up” to his fellow officers.

The treatment of people standing on their own porches in their own neighborhoods during the 2020 riots is a stark contrast to the treatment of the actual rioters who went around setting large fires in part of the city with barely any police present.

Governor Walz‘s wife Gwen even stated that she purposely left the windows of their home open during the violent riots “as long as [she] could” so that she could smell the burning tires and other objects.

“I kept the windows open as long as I could because I felt like that was such a touchstone of what was happening,” she said.

Former President Donald J. Trump’s running mate, Senator J.D. Vance, has criticized both Governor Walz and Vice President Harris for their reactions to the 2020 riots.

“Tim Walz allowed rioters to burn down Minneapolis in the Summer of 2020, and then the few who got caught, Kamala Harris helped bail them out of jail,” Senator Vance said earlier this month.

Despite giving authority to police to harass local citizens at their homes with paintball guns, Governor Walz has also compared U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) actions to detain illegal aliens to terrorism.

Here’s How Kamala Is Killing the Bitcoin Price.

Cryptocurrency values are tumbling on fears that Kamala Harris could win the White House in November’s U.S. presidential election. The price of Bitcoin began to slide after the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee—who replaced the 81-year-old Joe Biden after he dropped from the race in July—overtook former President Donald J. Trump in online betting markets.

“Our interpretation of current market sentiment is that a Trump win is bullish, and Harris win is bearish (at least in terms of the immediate market reaction),” a recent report from Berstein—a private wealth management firm—reads. Since Harris secured the Democratic Party’s nomination on August 4, Bitcoin’s value has slid 3 percent.

The driving factor behind the cryptocurrency price slide has been the perception that a win by former President Trump would be a boon to crypto markets. While speaking at The Bitcoin Conference in late July, Trump announced his plan to create a national Bitcoin reserve should he be returned to office in November.

“If we don’t do it, China and others are going to be doing it,” he said, adding: “This [Bitcoin] is the steel industry of 100 years ago.”

Meanwhile, market analysts see a potential Harris government as overly hostile to cryptocurrencies. Under the current Biden-Harris regime, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) chairman Gary Gensler has aggressively attempted to regulate Bitcoin and other crypto tokens.

Under Genlser’s leadership, the agency has acknowledged that some see its actions as anti-innovation. However, the SEC insists it has proper legal jurisdiction to regulate cryptocurrencies as a traded security.

While the value of some cryptocurrencies appears to have begun a recovery, Bitcoin has yet to recover to its all-time high of $73,700 in March.

Biden-Harris ‘Deportation’ Program Let 90% Remain in USA.

A Biden-Harris regime program designed to swiftly remove migrant families who entered the US illegally is facing scrutiny after recent data revealed that nearly 90 percent of those enrolled have been allowed to stay.

Since its launch in May 2023, the Family Expedited Removal Program has processed 24,000 migrants, yet only 2,600 have been deported, leaving over 22,000 still in the country.

Additionally, more than 3,600 migrants have gone missing from the program and are unaccounted for.

House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Mark Green (R-TN) criticized the program, claiming it fails to effectively enforce immigration laws.

“These numbers show that the Biden-Harris [government] is not serious about securing the border or enforcing the law,” Green said. He accused President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and former DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas of neglecting their duties and misleading the American public.

The program, which aimed to handle migrant families with children, involves placing an ankle monitor on one adult per family while processing their removal.

However, it includes loopholes allowing individuals to request a “fear-based” screening and, if denied, a further hearing with an immigration judge. This has led to many migrants remaining in the US despite the program’s intentions.

The program is just the latest immigration failure of the Biden-Harris regime, which has allowed millions of illegals into the United States since President Biden took office.

Harris, who was made Border Czar by Bidenrefused to reply to invitations from border states to visit key areas experiencing surges of illegal arrivals.

Several border officials have slammed Harris for her inaction on the border, with some noting the horrific crimes, including murder and rape, perpetrated by illegal aliens who entered during the Biden-Harris regime.

Illegal Who Raped Woman at Knifepoint Was Released After Prior Rape in 2023.

Two illegal immigrants were apprehended for an alleged knifepoint rape in Coney Island, law enforcement reported on Monday. Daniel Davon-Bonilla, 24, from Nicaragua, is accused of attacking a 46-year-old woman late Sunday night. He purportedly threw her to the ground and raped her while holding a knife to her neck, according to police and sources. Accompanying him, Mexican migrant Leovando Moreno, 37, reportedly struck the woman’s 34-year-old boyfriend with a pipe when he intervened.

Davon-Bonilla had been released from jail less than two months prior for another sexual assault at a city-funded shelter. He had entered the United States illegally in December 2022 through Texas. In April 2023, he was arrested for allegedly raping a woman at a La Quinta Hotel in Gowanus, Brooklyn, which had been converted into a migrant shelter. He served about a year in jail before being released in June following a plea deal.

The weekend assault occurred near Surf Avenue and West 16th Street. Local residents reported that the poorly lit walkway under the boardwalk is frequently occupied by vagrants and littered with drug paraphernalia. The female victim, who had been living under the boardwalk with her boyfriend, was reportedly approached by Davon-Bonilla while she was alone. After offering her trinkets in exchange for sex and being refused, he allegedly attacked her. Her boyfriend tried to intervene but was struck by Moreno with a pipe.

Davon-Bonilla has been charged with first-degree rape, second-degree assault, first-degree sexual abuse, menacing, and criminal possession of a weapon. He pleaded not guilty and was held without bail. Moreno faces charges of second-degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon. He also pleaded not guilty and is held on $20,000 bail. Both are due in court on Friday.

Biden-Harris Department of Homeland Security (DHS) sources indicated that Davon-Bonilla entered the country illegally in December 2022 and provided agents with a Miami homeless shelter address. He later moved to New York City. Immigration officials did not comment why he was allowed to remain in the country after his release in June.
