New York City is FULL, Declares Mayor Eric Adams.

New York City is “out of room” for migrants, claims Democrat Mayor Eric Adams, once a proponent of so-called “sanctuary cities” in America. Joe Biden’s unchecked flow of illegal immigrants has the city on the brink of crisis, Adams alleged in a recent interview with FOX5 NY’s Rosanna Scotto.

Adams said that while New York City is a city of immigrants and has a rich history representing the same, the current scale of migration is both unfair and unsustainable for the city and its inhabitants. He emphasized that if current immigration rates do not decline, overcrowding in the city will hit crisis levels.

“We’re not just saying we’re out of room as a soundbite,” he said. “We’re out of room, literally. People are going to be eventually sleeping on the streets.”

“I cannot break the law and enforce the law… I can’t report to ICE for deportation,” he said, taking aim at the city’s ‘right-to-shelter’ law, asserting it was not initially intended for illegal immigrants and asylum seekers.

Adams’s administration is locked in multiple legal battles over the enforcement of the right-to-shelter law. He has been vocal about the impact of the ongoing migration crisis on his city, previously asserting last September that if left unchecked, this crisis could “destroy New York City.” His administration insists it is continuing efforts to find effective ways to respond to and manage the growing crisis fueled by President Joe Biden’s open border policies.

NYPD Says ‘Well Over 5,000’ Cops Injured Amidst Migrant Crisis.

Projections suggest over 5,400 police officers were injured by suspects in New York City in 2023, as the Big Apple remains in the grip of a disorderly migrant crisis.

The number of officers injured by suspects in 2022 stood at 4,724, a 20 percent increase on the 2021 figure of 3,933. Full figures for 2023 have not been released, but 4,077 officers had been injured after just nine months, with projections indicating the total for the year would have been around 5,436.

“Well over 5,000 cops were attacked and injured last year — that’s not only a record, it’s a full-blown epidemic,” said Patrick Hendry, President of the Police Benevolent Association.

“The vicious attacks on police officers we’ve seen recently didn’t come out of nowhere. This dangerous environment has been building for years,” he continued. “It’s not going to get better until those who attack police officers are consistently prosecuted and kept in jail. And that won’t happen unless New Yorkers keep speaking up to demand an end to the chaos.”

News of the new statistics follows a high-profile attack on two police officers by a migrant gang in Times Square. Four suspects in the incident, which saw the officers repeatedly kicked in the head while on the ground, were arrested shortly afterward, and another the following day.

All turned out to be asylum seekers, and four of them were released without bail within hours of their detention, thanks to Democrat reforms. Most of them promptly absconded, sparking a nationwide manhunt.

Eric Adams’ Associate Pleads Guilty to Straw Donor Scheme for NY Mayor.

Dwayne Montgomery, a former NYPD colleague of New York City Mayor Eric Adams, pleaded guilty on Monday to orchestrating a straw donor scheme that funneled tens of thousands of dollars to Adams’ 2021 campaign. Montgomery pleaded guilty to one conspiracy charge, according to a copy of the agreement released by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

Montgomery’s plea deal, pending approval by a Manhattan Criminal Court judge, would see him receive a discharge provided he completes 200 hours of community service and pays a fine of $500.

The original allegations contain charges of conspiracy with several individuals to channel excess contributions to Mayor Adams’ 2021 campaign through straw donors — a process of bypassing donation limits by reimbursing individuals who donate on an offender’s behalf.

News of the plea deal arrives amidst a media wave of donor-related controversy surrounding Mayor Adams. Media outlets, including The City and Politico, uncovered multiple individuals listed as donors to Adams’ 2021 campaign who claim they never donated. Adams is also under federal scrutiny for potential collusion with the government of Turkey during his mayoral campaign last year.

E. Jean Carroll Says She’d Campaign With Biden, Spend Trump’s Money Against Him to ‘Cause Him Pain’.

E. Jean Carroll’s post-trial publicity tour is undercutting her testimony that former President Donald Trump’s comments on social media and in the press drew undue attention to her, causing reputational damage. Appearing on CBS Mornings, Carroll told the panel of hosts that instead of the the spotlight being on her, she — and the media — are the ones drawing attention to Trump and giving him “power.” Separately, on Good Morning America, she said she’d like to use the money to cause Donald Trump “pain.”

“We’re the ones who clothe him in all this power,” Carroll said, referencing the Hans Christian Andersen fairytale The Emperor’s New Clothes. She added: “He has none himself, it’s his followers. It’s his hangers-on. In the court, they were strutting back and forth, handing him messages.”

After making the admission, Carroll suddenly looked at her lawyer Roberta Kaplan — seated next to her for the interview — and asked, “Right Robbie?” before breaking the line of thought entirely.

During Carroll’s second defamation trial against former President Trump, her legal team relied heavily on the argument that the former President’s posts to his massive social media audience brought negative attention to Carroll, hurting her professional and social standing. They called on Northwestern University marking and communications professor Ashlee Humphreys to bolster their claim as an ‘expert witness’ on reputational damage and repair. Upon cross-examination, however, Prof. Humphreys admitted she had no real-life experience in the field of reputational management.

When asked about former President Trump’s campaign to return to the White House and if she’s spoken with his opponent, President Joe Biden, Carroll said she had not. The CBS panel then asked her if she could join Biden in campaigning against Trump, with Carroll responding: “I’d do anything I can.”

In another Sunday appearance on Good Morning America with George Stephanopoulos, Carroll said she is considering using some of the $83.3 million judgment against Trump to “cause him pain.”

She told the host: “I’d like to give the money to something Donald Trump hates. If it will cause him pain for me to give money to certain things, that’s my intent.”

Last week, a New York City jury ordered former President Trump to pay Carroll nearly $90 million in damages.

Taylor Swift’s Stalker Keeps Getting Out of Jail Because of the Democrat Policies Swift Herself Supports.

Taylor Swift stalker David Crowe has been arrested for the third time since Saturday after heading from court to her New York City townhouse within hours of a judge imposing an order of protection against him.

Law enforcement sources say Crowe, who had already been arraigned on counts of stalking and harassment, is “aware of what he’s doing and he’s articulate” but remains “fixated on [Swift] and cannot keep away from where she lives. We are doing all we can to protect her.”

The singer may be the author of her own misfortune, having supported Democrat politicians such as Joe Biden, who advocate for so-called bail reform, making it easier for suspected criminals to avoid detention and commit further offenses pre-trial.

Bail reform in New York, in particular, has “increased recidivism for people with substantial recent criminal histories” — but Biden has downplayed the dangers. New York’s State Fiscal Year budget for 2019-2202, passed on April 1, 2019, eliminated cash bail for a host of misdemeanor and non-violent felony charges, including stalking.

In 2022, the 81-year-old Democrat insisted “the negative side of bail reform is vastly overrated” and denied “the leniency of prosecutors” was putting the public at greater risk.

He campaigned on a platform of eliminating cash bail nationwide in 2020, claiming it harms “Black women and families,” although progress on achieving this goal has been limited.

NYC Students REPLACED in Their Schools By Migrants.

Nearly 1,900 migrants currently being housed in a New York City tent shelter will be relocated to James Madison High School, due to concerns regarding incoming inclement weather, according to the office of New York City Mayor Eric Adams.

This decision, which Mayor Adams said is rooted in an “overabundance of caution,” has drawn criticism from residents and politicians who say the school facility is not an appropriate makeshift housing solution for the migrants. Inna Vernikov, a Republican councilwoman, called the decision to house the migrants in James Madison High School “unacceptable.”

“Our public schools are meant to be places of learning and growth for our children, and were never intended to be shelters or facilities for emergency housing,” Vernikov said in a statement.

New York City has been struggling with a surge of roughly 160,000 migrants since mid-2022, stretching the city’s resources and seriously hampering the city’s ability to provide vital services to its actual citizens. Mayor Adams has called upon federal agencies for increased support in areas such as funding and processing work permits. He’s also issued restrictions on when and where busses can drop off migrants, and has launched a $700 million lawsuit against the transportation companies operating migrant busses.

Trump Says He’ll Testify in New E Jean Carroll Case.

Donald Trump has said he intends to testify at a second defamation hearing concerning E. Jean Carroll, currently set to commence on January 16th. The 80-year-old advice columnist alleges the former president raped her in the Bergdorf Goodman department store in New York City in either 1995 or 1996.

Trump says he regrets not having testified during the first hearing, with jurors in the civil case reaching a contradictory decision that he had not raped Carroll, as she alleged, but that he had sexually abused her. She was awarded $5 million in damages, despite the fact she could not even remember the year of the alleged incident and could provide no physical evidence that it actually took place.

Judge Lewis Kaplan, a Bill Clinton appointee, bizarrely ruled that Trump had raped the writer, despite the jury finding he had not.

“I’m going to testify,” Trump told The New York Times, explaining he had been talked out of doing so at the first hearing.

A spokeswoman for Carroll said she “looks forward to presenting her case to a jury whose only job will be to determine how much in additional damages she will be entitled to receive.”

Carroll has made many accusations of rape and sexual assault over the years, also claiming to have been attacked by a boy aged seven or eight when she was also a child, a babysitter’s boyfriend, a camp counselor, a dentist, a college date whose name she could not remember, an unnamed former boss, and CBS chief executive Les Moonves.

She never reported any of her alleged attackers to the police, instead taking to CNN to describe how rape is “sexy”.

NYC Career Criminal Stabs 2 Teen Girls on Christmas, Yelling ‘I Want All White People Dead’, After Repeatedly Being Released Thanks to AG Letitia James.

Career criminal Steven Hutcherson, 36, stabbed two girls aged 14 and 16 on Christmas morning, after being refused service at the Grand Central Dining Concourse in New York City.

Hutcherson, who is black, declared, “I want to sit next to the crackers” after staff told him he could not occupy a table at the Tartinery café-bar without ordering anything. He soon turned his ire on the two girls and their parents, who were tourists from South America.

Returning with a knife, Hutcherson reportedly yelled, “I want all the white people dead,” before he stabbed the 16-year-old in the back, damaging her lungs. He then plunged the blade into her 14-year-old sister’s thigh. Armed transit police were on the scene in under a minute, but he avoided being shot by dropping the weapon as soon as they appeared. Both victims were hospitalized, but have since been discharged.

Hutcherson has 17 prior arrests. He was charged with showing up at a police station in July with a dagger and a switchblade and scuffling with officers. He has also been charged with causing $81,000 in damages during a rampage at the Bergdorf Goodman department store in Manhattan in October. He only received 15-day sentences for these crimes, however, thanks to New York’s soft-on-crime Attorney General Letitia James.

As recently as November, he was charged after threatening to shoot a man and allegedly brandishing a firearm. He was found with a knife when police apprehended him, but was let off with a conditional discharge.

“They shouldn’t have let him out [of jail]. I don’t believe it,” said the victim in that case after being told about the stabbings.

Donald Trump has accused New York prosecutors of being overly focused on pursuing him through the courts for political reasons, as the Big Apple becomes increasingly lawless.

WATCH: Anti-Israel Protestors Clash with NYPD While Mobbing Grand Central, Penn Station, and Moynihan Train Hall.

Anti-Israel protestors targeting New York City transport hubs clashed with police on several occasions on Monday evening. The so-called “global strike for Gaza and all of Palestine” targeted Grand Central Station, the Port Authority Bus Terminal, Penn Station, and the Moynihan Train Hall.

Demonstrators infiltrated the concourse in Moynihan and caused disruption for would-be travelers, in part by staging Islamic prayers. Bus services were disrupted as they marched down 42nd Street between 6th Avenue and 8th Avenue.

Elsewhere, controversial actor Alec Baldwin was caught up in the protest, with police having to separate him from the mob after he refused to condemn Israel and told protestors to stop asking him “stupid questions”.

Scuffles between protestors and police broke out at several locations, with reports of an unspecified number of arrests. Demonstrators can be seen shouting “f*** you!” and “f*** the police!” in footage of the altercations, and jostling and heckling officers in an effort to make them release demonstrators who were being arrested.

Empire State Building Lit Up in Colors of Islamist Dictatorship Which Funds Hamas.

New York’s Empire State Building was lit up in the colors of the State of Qatar from midnight Sunday until sunrise on December 18th, to celebrate the Islamist dictatorship’s national day. Qatar is a state sponsor of global terrorism and even funds and houses Hamas leaders.

The iconic building is owned by the Empire State Realty Trust. The trust is run by Anthony Malkin, who has donated tens of thousands of dollars mainly to Democratic politicians, including Chuck Schumer and John Fetterman. Another 10 percent of the trust was acquired by the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) in 2016. The QIA is owned and controlled by the Qatari state.

Qatar is ruled by an emir with dictatorial powers and boasts a legal system based on sharia law. The decision to honor it therefore met with considerable backlash on social media.

The Empire State Realty Trust previously refused to light the building in gold for Childhood Cancer Awareness in 2021. The American Childhood Cancer Organization confirmed the trust has been rejecting similar requests for almost a decade in September 2023. It has also rejected a request to light the building in Polish colors for Revolutionary War hero Casimir Pulaski.
