DOGE Says FEMA Sent $59 Million to Migrant Hotels In Violation of Trump EO.

The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has revealed that employees of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) gave at least $59 million last week to help illegal aliens remain in luxury New York City hotels. DOGE chief Elon Musk announced Monday, February 10, that it had uncovered the payments to luxury hotels, allegedly including the Roosevelt Hotel, which the Pakistani government owns through the state-run Pakistani Airlines.

“Sending this money violated the law and is in gross insubordination to the President’s executive order. That money is meant for American disaster relief and instead is being spent on high-end hotels for illegals!” Musk wrote on his social media platform X (formerly Twitter).

The money given by FEMA is just a small percentage of the overall cash spent to house migrants in luxury New York City hotels. According to reports last July, hotel bosses in the city have amassed over a billion dollars by converting their properties into migrant shelters.

In total, New York City has spent over $4.8 billion on the illegal migrant influx, with just under $2 billion spent on housing.

FEMA seems to be Elon Musk and his team’s latest target at DOGE. Last week, DOGE highlighted waste at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), which includes millions spent on bizarre programs such as transgender operas. As a result, President Donald J. Trump and his administration have ordered the vast majority of USAID workers on leave, with just a fraction of essential employees remaining at the agency.

Trump DOJ May Drop Case Against NYC Mayor Adams.

Department of Justice (DOJ) officials under President Donald J. Trump are reportedly considering dropping criminal charges against New York City Mayor Eric Adams, who faces allegations of corruption. The Democrat is embroiled in a case involving charges relating to claims that he solicited campaign contributions from Turkish nationals starting in 2018 and the lead-up to the 2021 mayoral race.

The indictment against Adams, brought by the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, claims the New York City mayor and his campaign tried to hide the illegal funding. Adams is also accused of pressuring New York Fire Department (FDNY) officials to approve Turkey’s New York consulate building in exchange for cash.

The mayor pleaded not guilty to the accusations last September and has claimed the case was retaliation from the former Biden-Harris regime over his criticism of its immigration policies.

President Trump has expressed interest in pardoning Adams, while the NYC mayor has been spotted at Mar-a-Lago and attended the inauguration earlier this month. So far, no officials from the DOJ or the Southern District of New York have publicly commented on any negotiations.

Since his inauguration on January 20, President Trump has issued many pardons, including for those who took part in the January 6, 2021, Capitol riots. He has also pardoned pro-life activists who were jailed by the former Biden-Harris regime.

Kamala’s Husband Joins White Shoe Law Firm Headquartered in NYC, Casting Doubt on Former VP’s Future.

Doug Emhoff, the husband of former Vice President Kamala Harris, is joining the New York-based law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP as a partner. The move, coming shortly after Harris lost the 2024 presidential election to now-President Donald J. Trump, is throwing the former Vice President’s political future into question. There had been rampant speculation that Harris and Emhoff would return to California in preparation for the former Vice President seeking the state’s gubernatorial office, but this will be near-impossible if her family relocates to the East Coast.

“I am delighted to be joining Willkie, where I am looking forward to working alongside trusted and innovative legal counselors,” Emhoff said in a statement. The former second gentleman added: “I couldn’t be more thrilled to join this talented and collaborative team.”

Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP employs approximately 1,200 attorneys worldwide and is headquartered at the Axa Equitable Center on New York City’s Seventh Avenue. Emhoff, a longtime attorney, previously worked with DLA Piper and served as a partner at the Venable law firm. During his tenure, the former second gentleman was accused of exhibiting misogynistic behavior and favoritism. His former colleagues allege he used expletives toward female colleagues, organized male-only office gatherings, and showed preference towards younger and more attractive associates.

Meanwhile, during the 2024 presidential campaign, it came to light that Emhoff had allegedly physically assaulted an ex-girlfriend at the Cannes Film Festival in 2012. In addition, Kamala Harris’s husband has been accused of cheating on his first wife with the family’s nanny, which reportedly resulted in a pregnancy.

WATCH: Trump DHS Team Launches Major Immigration Crackdown in New York.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem announced Tuesday morning that federal immigration agents have commenced enforcement actions in New York City. Noem, who manages the country’s immigration system, shared a video on X (formerly Twitter) documenting an enforcement operation that resulted in the arrest of an individual charged with kidnapping, assault, and burglary.

The footage, appearing to capture agents undertaking a raid before sunrise, shows two officers escorting a handcuffed man to a vehicle with flashing lights outside an unidentified apartment building. Details about the arrest or additional operations were not disclosed by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) field office in New York City.

In her post, Noem warned, “Dirtbags like this will continue to be removed from our streets.” She noted her presence in New York to support the enforcement operation, declaring in another predawn post, “I’m on it.”


Although specific details about other arrests or locations were unclear, a spokesman for Noem confirmed “multiple” enforcement activities occurring throughout New York on Tuesday. The actions are part of broader federal immigration enforcement efforts directed by the recently appointed secretary.

These efforts aim to detain and remove illegal immigrants accused of serious criminal offenses while residing in the United States without authorization. The announcement and visible enforcement actions underscore the administration’s ongoing commitment to prioritize border security and to remove those unlawfully residing in the country.

WATCH: Islamists Rally in NYC After New Orleans, Vegas Attacks.

Hundreds of demonstrators gathered in Times Square on New Year’s Day, calling for an “intifada revolution” hours after a deadly attack in New Orleans. The protest in New York City, organized by the Palestinian Youth Movement, the Party for Socialism and Liberation, and the People’s Forum, featured chants such as “Resistance is glorious—we will be victorious” and “Gaza, you make us proud” Signs at the protest read, “Zionism is a cancer,” “No war on Iran,” and “End all U.S. aid to Israel.”

Counter-protesters faced verbal abuse, with some Muslims telling Jews, “Germany is your homeland,” and vowing that Israeli Jews will be sent “back to Europe.”

In New Orleans, earlier that day, a man drove a pickup truck into a crowd on Bourbon Street during a New Year’s Eve celebration, resulting in the deaths of 15 people, including the driver, who was shot by police. He has been identified as Shamsud-Din Jabbar, 42.

The attack took place around 3:15 AM, with 35 individuals sustaining injuries. FBI Deputy Assistant Director Christopher Raja said that several weapons, including two improvised explosive devices (IEDs) in coolers, were discovered nearby.

Jabbar served in the U.S. Army from 2007 to 2015 and later in the Army Reserve until 2020. His service included a deployment to Afghanistan. The FBI revealed that Jabbar had claimed allegiance to the Islamic State in Facebook videos and had left a will before the attack.

Around the same time, the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas was targeted by Matthew Livelsberger, 37, another veteran who, like Jabbar, was posted to Fort Bragg. Livelsberger blew up a rented Cybertruck, designed by Donald J. Trump supporter Elon Musk, outside the hotel but killed only himself, with the vehicle’s armored design containing much of the blast.

‘Guardian Angels’ Return to Patrol NYC Subways After Spate of Attacks.

Crime prevention activist and former New York City mayoral candidate Curtis Sliwa has announced that the Guardian Angels group will resume patrols in the city’s subway system after a woman was burned alive earlier this month. This decision follows the brutal murder and what Sliwa describes as the “Daniel Penny effect,” causing civilians to be hesitant about intervening against criminals.

Speaking at Brooklyn’s Stillwell Avenue-Coney Island subway station, Sliwa said, “We’re going to have to increase our numbers, increase the training, and increase our presence as we did back in 1979,” noting how the group went from 13 to 1,000 members in a single year.

The Guardian Angels are recognized for their distinctive red berets and are known to collaborate with law enforcement to tackle violence on public transit—when law enforcement is willing to cooperate, at least. The organization ceased its previous subway surveillance in 2020.

Sliwa believes that the Guardian Angels’ presence could help calm situations and facilitate communication with police officers on platform patrol. However, a spokesman for Mayor Eric Adams denigrated Sliwa’s efforts as “meaningless stunts,” insisting that the indicted Democrat mayor has already implemented measures to reduce crime.

Violence on the New York City subway was brought to national attention by the Daniel Penny case, which saw the Marine veteran accused of unlawfully killing Jordan Neely, a black schizophrenic with a history of assaulting women, by restraining him in a chokehold after he threatened passengers. Penny was cleared of all wrongdoing by a jury earlier this month.

Luigi Mangione Pleads ‘Not Guilty’ in Manhattan Court Over UnitedHealthcare CEO’s Murder.

Luigi Mangione pleaded “not guilty” in a Manhattan court on Monday, where he faces state murder and terrorism charges in the shooting death of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. The arraignment follows formal charges filed by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg accusing Mangione of multiple forms of murder, including murder as an act of terrorism.

The state case is set to proceed alongside a separate federal prosecution—with the latter potentially resulting in Mangione receiving the death penalty. However, Mangione only faces life imprisonment without parole in the state prosecution as New York abolished its death penalty in 2004.

Mangione allegedly executed Thompson in midtown Manhattan on December 4, as the CEO was en route to an investor conference. Following a five-day search, law enforcement apprehended Mangione at a McDonald’s in Pennsylvania. He possessed a gun matching the weapon used in the shooting, along with a fake ID and a notebook detailing grievances against the health insurance industry.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg highlighted the murder’s intent to cause fear and garner attention to justify the use of terrorism charges. Meanwhile, Mangione’s lawyer, Karen Friedman Agnifilo, criticized the differing legal approaches by federal and state prosecutors, describing them as “confusing” and “highly unusual.”

Mangione, held at a Brooklyn federal jail, was extradited from Pennsylvania and brought to New York City with heavy security. Additionally, New York Mayor Eric Adams personally confronted Mangione, emphasizing the impact of his actions on the city.

An Ivy League graduate from Maryland, Mangione reportedly became isolated from his family and friends over the last year. Online posts attributed to him suggest personal struggles, particularly with back pain. There is no record of him being a UnitedHealthcare client.

WATCH: AOC Staffer Assaults Reporter, Then She Lies on Camera About It.

A staffer for Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) repeatedly put his hands on and shoved independent journalist Nick Sortor as he tried to question the Democrat lawmaker on a woman being set on fire by a Guatemalan national who had entered the country illegally. Despite knowing the interaction is being filmed, Ocasio-Cortez proceeds to flagrantly lie on camera, claiming it was Sortor who “touched” her.

The interaction begins with the New York Congresswoman sarcastically waving in Sortor’s face and escalates from there. Subsequently, Ocasio-Cortez slips through a doorway in the basement of a Capitol office building. Her staffer attempts to block the independent journalist from continuing forward by stopping in the door frame. “Don’t touch me,” Sortor is heard saying on the video as the staffer collides with him.

“Hey, hey, hey, the stairs are slippery here,” Ocasio-Cortez’s staffer insists as they begin ascending steps to a second level, adding, “Watch yourself, buddy.”

At this point, Sortor is shoved against the wall towards the top of the steps. Consequently, he can heard shouting: “Dude, f***ing get your hands off me.” The staffer again insists: “You’re going to fall down the stairs, man!”

The video shows the two struggling briefly at the bottom of a second set of stairs, with Sortor again demanding the staffer stop touching him. As Ocasio-Cortez, her staffer, and Sortor reach the top of the second set of stairs, the Democratic Congresswoman puts her hand in Sortor’s face. She insists that he stop touching her—despite the video never showing any contact between the two. Her staffer then proceeds to forcefully shove Sorter away while the independent journalist exclaims, “Get off of me! What is wrong with you?”

Meanwhile, Ocasio-Cortez never does provide comment on the gruesome subway burning or the New York City migrant crisis.

Feds Bust Tren de Aragua Gang Hideout in NYC Using GPS Ankle Monitor.

Federal agents, in collaboration with the New York Police Department (NYPD), apprehended a group associated with the violent Venezuelan illegal immigrant gang Tren de Aragua during a raid in the Bronx on December 5. The operation at the Crotona Park apartment building resulted in the arrest of seven individuals, facilitated by the detection of an ankle monitor worn by a key suspect, Jarwin Valero-Calderon, a 28-year-old Venezuelan national. Valero-Calderon’s monitoring device was crucial in leading authorities to the hideout.

The crackdown is seen as a significant step against Tren de Aragua, a gang that has infiltrated the U.S. among waves of asylum-seeking migrants since 2022. The gang is known for recruiting within publicly funded migrant shelters and engaging in various criminal activities, including drug, gun, and human trafficking in New York. John Fabbricatore, former U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) chief in Denver, expressed concerns over the gang’s growing influence and its expansion in sanctuary cities.

Sources highlighted multiple arrests, including Jhonaiker Alexander Gil Cardozo, 24, and 30-year-old Jesus Manuel Quintero Granado. Both individuals are linked to various offenses across states, such as shoplifting, grand larceny, and handling stolen property, following their entry into the U.S. through El Paso.

Another suspect, 19-year-old Angel Gabriel Marquez Rodriguez, faced charges in Chicago and New York following his September 2023 border crossing. Furthermore, 21-year-old Fernandez Franco Greymer De Dios, associated with the gang, disappeared after claiming persecution but was eventually ordered deported.

The raid also focused attention on younger members of the gang, particularly the sub-group known as “Diablos de la 42,” noted for their activities in prominent areas like Times Square. Federal immigration sources confirmed all detainees’ links to Tren de Aragua.

J.D. Vance Invites NY Subway Hero Daniel Penny to Army-Navy Game with Trump.

Vice President-elect J.D. Vance is inviting recently acquitted New York City subway hero Daniel Penny to join him and President-elect Donald J. Trump for an annual Army-Navy football game. The two military service academies will face off tomorrow at 3PM at Northwest Stadium in Landover, Maryland. This will be the 125th meeting between Army and Navy.

Penny was acquitted on Monday of criminally negligent homicide for the death of Jordan Neely—a homeless man who died on May 1, 2023, after violently threatening passengers in a New York City subway car, stating he was going to kill them. Neely was subdued with a chokehold by Penny, and according to NYPD bodycam footage, the homeless man still had a pulse when law enforcement arrived. However, as the NYPD waited on medical responders, Neely subsequently expired.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg—who waged one front of the Democratic Party’s lawfare campaign against Presiden-elect Trump—filed two criminal counts against Penny, manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide. The former, more serious charge was dismissed last week when prosecutors conceded the jury had become deadlocked.

Meanwhile, Bragg’s case against Trump remains in legal limbo. Despite securing a guilty verdict against the President-elect earlier this year, a subsequent Supreme Court ruling may result in this being thrown out, as Bragg used materials and testimony protected under presidential immunity.
