Border Encounters Are Up Again.

The number of illegal aliens encountered at the U.S. southern border ticked up by three percent in August despite the Biden-Harris government importing tens of thousands of migrants through so-called “legal pathways.” Over 58,000 illegals were apprehended at the southwest border last month, an increase compared to July but down from the quarter of a million apprehensions logged in December.

After years of claiming that executive action could not curb record-breaking illegal immigration at the southern border, the Biden-Harris government has finally begun taking action to reduce the influx ahead of the November elections. However, the decreases relative to 2021-23 are in large part due to the government bringing migrants who would otherwise cross the border illegally into the U.S. via “legal pathways” instead.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) encountered over 47,700 migrants at southwest border ports of entry in August. This is more than triple the figure for August 2021, the first year of the Biden-Harris government, and likely comprised mainly of migrants who have made CBP One app appointments. Up to 1,450 migrants a day can make appointments to come to ports of entry and claim asylum through the CBP One app. A separate ‘CHNV’ program for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans allows up to 30,000 migrants a month to be flown into the U.S. directly.

LEGAL ILLEGALS.

The Biden-Harris Department of Homeland Security (DHS) boasts that “encounters of CHNV nationals in between [ports of entry] are down 99 percent” since the program was implemented, but the fact CHNV migrants are being flown in “legally” rather than crossing the border without permission will be cold comfort to Americans who believe they should not be in America at all. At least 530,000 CHNV migrants have been “paroled” into the U.S. in the year to August 2024.

On Sunday, former President Donald J. Trump vowed to “stop all migrant flights, end all illegal entries, terminate the Kamala phone app for smuggling illegals (CBP One App), revoke deportation immunity, suspend refugee resettlement, and return Kamala’s illegal migrants to their home countries (also known as remigration)” if reelected.

VIDEO: Mexico Buses Migrants to U.S. Border to Take Advantage of Biden-Harris Open Border Scheme.

The Mexican government has begun transporting migrants to the U.S. border. The “Emerging Safe Mobility Corridor” scheme, initiated by Mexico last month, is designed to help migrants gain parole into the U.S. under the Biden-Harris government.

The Mexican National Institute of Migration shared a video on social media showing the first bus transporting migrants from Tapachula, near Guatemala, to Reynosa, close to the U.S. border. The migrants are scheduled to attend appointments made via the CBP One app.

Expanded under Biden-Harris, the CBP One app allows the government to process and parole up to 1,450 migrants per day at U.S. ports of entry. The app is also used to import up to 30,000 nationals a month from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.

Humanitarian parole is supposed to be limited in scope. Some conservative lawmakers and law officers believe Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are abusing them to facilitate mass migration. Statistics suggest that over 95 percent of migrants who schedule appointments through CBP One are granted entry.

A recent report from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Inspector General criticized the app’s vetting processes. Migrant flights were briefly paused due to endemic sponsor fraud but have since resumed.

Migrant Crime

Another Haitian Imported on Biden-Harris Migrant Flights Accused of Child Molestation.

Law enforcement sources report a Haitian migrant flown into the U.S. last year under the Biden-Harris government’s Cuban, Haitian, Nicaraguan, and Venezuelan (CHNV) parole scheme has been arrested for molesting a 10-year-old boy. This follows another CHNV parolee from Haiti, Cory Alvarez, being charged with raping a 15-year-old girl in Rockland, Massachusetts, in March.

Sources tell Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin that the latest alleged pedophile parolee, 18-year-old Akim Marc Desire, also carried out his abuse in Massachusetts. Desire is now in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody following an initial arrest in Mansfield, south of Boston.

The migrant “flew into the U.S. in Miami, FL on 6/4/2023,” according to Melugin.

The Biden-Harris regime recently admitted its CHNV flights, which imported up to 30,000 migrants a month to the U.S., are rife with fraud, suspending the scheme in time for the November elections.

Andrew Bailey, Missouri’s America First Attorney General, began the process of suing the federal government over the CHNV flights in July, alleging Biden-Harris officials deliberately withheld information on the importation of migrants to U.S. states.

LAWSUIT: Biden-Harris Push Mass Amnesty for Over a MILLION Illegals.

A lawsuit filed by 16 state Attorneys General is aiming to block a Biden-Harris plan to grant amnesty to potentially over one million illegal immigrants. Led by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) and Idaho Attorney General Raúl Labrador, the filing asks a federal court to issue a temporary restraining order against the Biden-Harris Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Parole in Place (PIP) Program, which would allow some illegal immigrants to adjust their legal status in contravention of existing law.

Under current U.S. federal law, illegal immigrants already present in the United States are not allowed to adjust their status to being a Lawful Permanent Resident—though there are some exceptions to this rule. However, under the PIP, the Biden-Harris DHS is claiming the “urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit” exception to circumvent U.S. immigration law.

The coalition of state Attorneys General claims that the Biden-Harris government is abusing the humanitarian exception in instituting the PIP program. They contend that federal law is specific regarding what qualifies as a humanitarian exception and that DHS “cannot use that power to parole aliens en masse.” Additionally, the lawsuit argues that DHS parole power only applies to immigrants seeking to enter the United States and not those already present in the country illegally.

“Under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, the federal government is actively working to turn the United States into a nation without borders and a country without laws,” said Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton in a statement announcing the lawsuit.

Paxton added: “Biden’s new parole workaround unilaterally grants the opportunity for citizenship to unvetted aliens whose first act on American soil was to break our laws. This violates the Constitution and actively worsens the illegal immigration disaster that is hurting Texas and our country.”

Missouri AG Sues Biden, Harris Over Illegal Immigrant Border Flights Into State.

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey (R) has announced a lawsuit against the Biden-Harris government over the transportation of illegal immigrants into Missouri. Bailey stated his intention to sue President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris for allegedly withholding information on flights carrying illegals into the state.

In May, Representative Mark Alford (R-MO) and other GOP lawmakers from Missouri sent a letter to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. They demanded clarity on the transport of illegal aliens facilitated by the Biden government’s Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela (CHNV) parole program. The lawmakers expressed concerns that since January 2023, over 400,000 illegals have entered the United States through this program.

Bailey has criticized Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas for his stance on welcoming illegal immigrants for work. Bailey pointed out that a Venezuelan individual who had bypassed U.S. immigration laws and was granted a work permit under the Biden-Harris parole policy was involved in a violent crime. The individual is accused of murdering college student named Laken Hope Riley in Georgia in February.

Bailey’s criticism extends to the broader issue of illegal immigrants overwhelming social services in major U.S. cities and committing crimes. He accused Mayor Lucas of encouraging the arrival of illegal immigrants to Missouri, a claim Lucas initially supported by saying, “All are welcome in Kansas City.” However, Lucas now claims his statement applied only to individuals lawfully present with valid work permits.

How Biden Is Making It More Difficult to Deport Illegal Immigrant Sex Offenders and Rapists.

Far-left politicians have repeatedly used sanctuary city laws in Democrat-run municipalities to shield illegal immigrant sex offenders from being turned over to federal authorities for prosecution and deportation. The National Pulse has documented several instances since President Joe Biden‘s border crisis began shortly after he took office in 2021. Many of these criminals have entered the United States directly as a result of the Biden government’s insistence on not enforcing border security measures.

In March of this year, 26-year-old Haitian national Cory Alvarez was charged in a Massachusetts state court for the rape of a 15-year-old girl in Rockland. Alvarez entered the U.S. under the Biden government’s controversial Cuban, Haitian, Nicaraguan, and Venezuelan (CHNV) parole processes.

An illegal immigrant from Guatemala, accused of multiple incidents of assault and child abuse, was able to avoid several attempts to deport him after gaming Massachusetts’s sanctuary laws to prevent being handed over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The Guatemalan national was arrested multiple times in the Lynn, Massachusetts, area between March 2022 and June 2023. After each arrest, a state court dropped the charges and released the individual before ICE could detain him and begin deportation proceedings.

The scale of the Biden government abuse of U.S. immigration laws to release dangerous individuals into the country — who are subsequently able to dodge deportation despite continuing to commit crimes — has been described as “unprecedented” by a former Clinton government immigration official. Using a 1950s parole law, President Biden had dumped over half a million illegal immigrants without visas into the U.S. by the summer of last year. An additional 168,403 immigrants were granted admission to the U.S. through the CHNV program in 2023 — with the Biden government aiming to increase that number to 360,000 per year.

Kenol Baptiste

Haitian Double Murderer Allowed into U.S. Via Biden’s CBP App.

In New York, a Haitian national, Kenol Baptiste, now faces charges for the murder of two individuals following his entry into the United States via parole, facilitated through the Biden regime’s CBP One application. The application, initially developed under the Trump administration, was massively expanded under the Biden government, allowing the regime to fast-track the parole process and allow up to 1,450 migrants per day to arrange entry processing.

Baptiste, who was arrested on April 1 in Middletown, NY, is accused of second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter, and fourth-degree criminal weapon possession. The victims succumbed to multiple stab wounds. Baptiste was apprehended in a nearby woodland region by the police’s K9 team and subsequently detained at Orange County Jail.

Baptiste was documented to have arrived in the U.S. in July 2023 via the Paso Del Norte port of entry in El Paso, Texas. He scheduled his port entry using the CBP One app, was paroled into the U.S., and was given notice to appear in immigration court. ICE has since issued a detainer for Baptiste, requesting that he be transferred to ICE custody upon his release from jail.

Republicans have criticized the expanded use of the app, which since 2023 has enabled over 547,000 individuals to schedule appointments. Critics describe it as a ‘concierge service’ for illegal aliens. The application is not solely restricted to ports of entry but also permits up to 30,000 migrants from countries including Haiti, Cuba, Nicaragua, and Venezuela to arrive in the US directly, once parole approval is granted. Most of the illegals flown directly into the country by the Biden regime have gained entry via the app.

Last month, another Haitian illegal who entered the country under Biden’s parole program was charged with raping a 15-year-old girl in Massachusetts.
