Trump: ‘I’m Willing to Go to Jail If That’s What It Takes’ to Save America.

Donald Trump says he is ready to be sent to prison if it means restoring democracy in America and leads to long term victory for the United States as he knows it. The news came shortly after foreign-born Obama judge Tanya Chutkan placed a gag order on the former President, restricting his ability to defend himself in the court of public opinion.

“They’re getting beaten very badly by me in the polls. They think the only way they can catch me is to stop me from speaking,” Trump said of the order, imposed as part of a Washington, D.C. case against him centered on the events of January 6th 2021, at a rally in the Hawkeye State.

“They want to take away my voice and a judge gave a gag order… which I believe is totally unconstitutional,” said the former president.

“A judge gave a gag order, a judge doesn’t like me too much. Her whole life is not liking me, but she gave a gag order. You know what a gag order is? You can’t speak badly about your opponent. But this is weaponry all being done because Joe Biden is losing the election and losing very, very badly to all of us in the polls,” he continued.

“But what they don’t understand is that I am willing to go to jail if that’s what it takes for our country to win and become a democracy again.”

GAGGED: Foreign-Born, Marxist Judge Strips Trump Right to Speak Freely.

Foreign-born U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan, who is overseeing the Washington, D.C. trial for Donald Trump’s actions on January 6th, partially granted a Department of Justice (DOJ) request for a gag order against the former-President and his attorneys.

The order – an attack on a former President’s first amendment rights – indeed bars Trump from commenting on DOJ special prosecutor Jack Smith, his staff, court staff, and potential witnesses. Chutkan rejected broader DOJ requests to bar comments on the department itself, President Biden, and Washington, D.C. – attacks on the latter the DOJ argued could ‘taint’ the jury pool.

After hearing arguments from the prosecution and defense Chutkan concluded that: “Mr. Trump is a criminal defendant. He is facing four felony charges. He is under the supervision of the criminal justice system and he must follow his conditions of release.” She then asked Trump attorney John Lauro if he agreed that given his status as a defendant, the former-President “does not have the right to say and do exactly what he pleases.”

Chutkan previously worked at the infamous Biden-linked Boies Schiller Flexner law firm, which also represented Burisma, the board of which President Joe Biden’s son Hunter sat. Chutkan’s grandfather, Frank Hill, and great uncle, Kenneth Hill, were Marxists who were imprisoned during the British colonial era, with Governor Sir Arthur Richards describing Kenneth, in particular, as “probably the most dangerous subversive agent in Jamaica.”

Judge Chutkan appeared mostly concerned with the type of language Donald Trump used to describe Smith and others, rather than the actual accusations made. “If the message Mr. Trump wants to express is ‘my prosecution is politically motivated,’ he can do so without using ‘highly charged language’,” she said. While not detailing any specific repercussions for violating the gag order, Chutkan said she would would not hesitate to impose sanctions – indicating any punishments would most likely be in the form of monetary fines instead of jail time.

The Trump campaign responded to Judge Chutkan’s order in a statement:

Today’s decision is an absolute abomination and another partisan knife stuck in the heart of our Democracy by Crooked Joe Biden, who was granted to the right to muzzle his political opponent, the leading candidate for the Presidency in 2024, and the most popular political leader in America, President Donald J. Trump. President Trump will continue to fight for our Constitution, the American people’s right to support him, and to keep our country free of the chains of weaponized and targeted law enforcement.

Jack Smith, Letitia James Want Trump to Stop Defending Himself.

Department of Justice (DOJ) special prosecutor Jack Smith accused former President Donald Trump of making “daily extrajudicial statements that threaten to prejudice the jury pool” in a Washington, D.C. court filing – in an apparent attempt to muzzle the 2024 presidential candidate. At the same time, New York Attorney General Letitia James wants Donald Trump, Eric Trump, and their lawyers fined tens of thousands of dollars for defending themselves against a civil fraud lawsuit she is pursuing, alleging their legal arguments are “frivolous”.

Former President Trump’s defense team is asking for two weeks to review and respond to Smith’s filing before details are made public on the court docket, with the DOJ team arguing that a delay for would “grind litigation in this case to a halt.” The two week response time for a defendant is standard court procedure.

Judge Chutkan asked that both the Trump legal team and Jack Smith submit additional briefs on whether to unseal the Smith filing by next week. The Trump legal team must have their briefs before Judge Chutkan on September 11th, and Smith by September 13th.

Meanwhile, the New York AG claims attorneys for the Trumps and their business associates should not be disputing whether she has standing to bring the case, insisting the question has already been settled. She wants the defendants and their lawyers fined $10,000 each for even trying to make their case.

James’s lawsuit aims to hit Trump’s business with a quarter of a billion dollars in sanctions and effectively prevent it from continuing to operate in the Empire State. The case has been pursued at considerable expense for years now, despite more serious issues such as rising felony assault and grand larceny auto offenses going unchecked.

Newly released data suggests it is almost impossible for Donald Trump to receive a fair trial in Washington, D.C., with two-thirds of residents polled in the nation’s capital say they believe Trump is guilty even though a trial has yet to begin.

Jack Montgomery and Will Upton contributed to this report.

Matt Gaetz Moves to Censure Trump’s D.C. Indictment Judge.

House Representative Matt Gaetz (R-FL) has introduced a resolution to censure and condemn Judge Tanya S. Chutkan, the federal prosecutor overseeing former President Donald Trump’s Washington D.C. criminal indictment, arguing her open bias and partisanship ought to exclude her from presiding over the case.

Gaetz’s resolution, entitled “Censuring and condemning United States District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan” was submitted to the House of Representatives last Friday, and demands the GOP-led House Judiciary Committee investigate Chutkan for conducting her court with “open bias.”

“Judge Tanya Chutkan’s extreme sentencing of January 6th defendants, while openly supporting the violent Black Lives Matter riots of 2020, showcases a complete disregard for her duty of impartiality and the rule of law,” Gaetz stated in a press release after announcing the resolution, before adding:

“Justice may be blind, but the American people are not – we see Judge Chutkan for her actions, and we rebuke them in the greatest possible sense.”

It has been revealed that the Jamaican-born federal prosecutor, appointed by former President Barack Obama, donated several thousand dollars to Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign. She is also a close relative of Frank and Kenneth Hill, with the latter described by the former Governor of Jamaica, Sir Arthur Richards, as “probably the most dangerous subversive agent in Jamaica.”

Jan 6 Trump Judge Is Close Relative of ‘Dangerous’ Jamaican Marxists.

Democrat donor Judge Tanya Chutkan, who is overseeing Special Counsel Jack Smith’s prosecution of Donald Trump over Jan 6, is a close relative of “dangerous” Marxists who operated in her native Jamaica.

Chutkan’s grandfather, Frank Hill, and great uncle, Kenneth Hill, were imprisoned during the British colonial era, with Governor Sir Arthur Richards describing Kenneth, in particular, as “probably the most dangerous subversive agent in Jamaica.”

The judge, a Barack Obama appointee in Washington D.C. along with her husband, Peter Krauthamer, has been accused of handling Jan 6 defendants in a highly political way, complaining in court that they should not be compared to Black Lives Matter rioters and imposing unusually harsh prison sentencs, in some cases even when prosecutors sought no time behind bars at all.

She has strongly implied she believes Donald Trump is himself guilty of Jan 6 offenses in some of her rulings, stating in court “the people
who mobbed that Capitol were there in fealty, in loyalty, to one man… who, by the way, remains free to this day,” for example.

She has also worked for Trump-Russia hoax dossier firm Fusion GPS in the past.

Woman Who Threatened Trump Trial Judge Has History of Threats, Criminal Mischief, & Drug Abuse.

Corporate media worked overtime Wednesday night to report threats received, via voicemail, by D.C. Trump judge Tanya Chutkan, including calling her a “slave n*gger,” and adding “you are in our sights, we want to kill you… If Trump doesn’t get elected in 2024, we are coming to kill you, so tread lightly, b****.”

What every single media outlet failed to report, however, is that the now charged Abigail Jo Shry has a sad record of arrests dating back to mid-2022, and a series of mugshots which clearly identify the same woman, but with varying ages, heights, and weights.

In August of last year, Shry was arrested for class ‘C’ assault, resisting arrest or transport, possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication, failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), and having an open container. At this point she was listed as 5’9 and 150lbs. Shry was subsequently arrested on warrant a week later, with her age listed as 42, and her date of birth listed as the 23rd May 1980.

Then, in early September, Shry was arrested again, with her date of birth given as February 10th, 2003. At this point, she was listed as being 5’8 and 175lbs. She was charged with criminal mischief and resisting arrest. Shry was picked up a fourth time in July 2023, this time with a birthday of October 1st, 1981. Her charge in July was “terrorist threat,” but no specifics were given.

The newest criminal complaint alleges that Shry called the office of D.C. Judge Tanya Chutkan on August 5th, just a few weeks after her “terrorist threat” arrest, and left threatening messages about the judge and other Democrats in Washington, D.C.

According to the charging document, “On August 8, 2023, DHS Special Agents conducted a knock and talk at the residence of Abigail Jo SHRY in Alvin, Texas. During consensual questioning, SHRY admitted that the phone number (832) XXX-XXXX belongs to her and that she did in fact make the call to Judge Chutkan’s chambers. SHRY stated that she had no plans to travel to Washington, DC or Houston to carry out anything she stated, adding that if Sheila Jackson Lee comes to Alvin, then we need to worry.”

Murdoch’s Times Hides Trump Judge’s BLM History in Perfunctory Coverage.

The Rupert Murdoch-owned Times of London has glossed over the partisan political background of Tanya Sue Chutkan, the judge assigned to Donald Trump’s latest indictment, in a suspiciously cursory profile.

While noting she has been unusually harsh on Jan 6 defendants, handing down prison sentences to all 38 who have come before her – “some of them longer than requested by prosecutors” – the newspaper neglected to mention her clear double standards with respect to Black Lives Matter rioters.

While jailing one Jan 6 defendant, despite prosecutors not asking for a prison sentence, she raged that it was outrageous “to compare the actions of people protesting, mostly peacefully, for civil rights” during the Black Lives Matter disorder in 2020 to Trump supporters “trying to overthrow the government” in 2021.

This was not the only suspect omission by The Times, which also noted that Jamaica-born Chutkan had been appointed by Barack Obama while failing to mention she was one of his political donors.

The report did claim that, during one Jan 6 sentence hearing in 2021, she said it is “not patriotism, it is not standing up for America, to stand up for one man – who knows full well that he lost – instead of the constitution he was trying to subvert.”

The Times did not question whether she should recuse herself from Trump’s case in light of this, however.
