PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A man identifying as transgender was charged with the rape of an infant girl in Washington.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: William Kelso Flournoy IV, also known as “Isabelle” or “Izzy,” and Tacoma Police.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The arrest occurred on March 5, 2026, in Tacoma, Washington.

🎯IMPACT: Flournoy’s arrest raises concerns about potential additional victims.

IN FULL

A Washington man who identifies as transgender has been arrested and charged with the rape of an infant girl. William Kelso Flournoy IV, who uses the name “Isabelle” or “Izzy,” was charged last week with first-degree rape of a child and sexual exploitation of a minor.

Tacoma police launched an investigation after receiving a priority CyberTip from Google through a database for Internet crimes against children, according to Reduxx. Detectives identified Flournoy as the suspect using an associated IP address and distinctive physical features visible in video of the rape. The victim was quickly located, and her parents confirmed her identity. They told investigators that in 2023, while living in a motel and working multiple jobs, they had invited Flournoy and his partner to stay with them and assist with childcare.

On social media, Flournoy describes himself as a “youth advocate” and maintains accounts under the name Isabelle. The Tacoma Police Department Incident Report notes that Flournoy was arrested by an FBI task force while residing at an assisted living shelter for transients.

Flournoy previously volunteered with the Youth Action Board, a youth-led group affiliated with the REACH Center in Tacoma that focuses on issues affecting young people experiencing homelessness. Detectives intend to contact the REACH Center due to concerns about potential additional victims.

Flournoy entered a not guilty plea at his arraignment, where bail was set at $1 million. Last July, Flournoy faced separate accusations of possessing and dealing in illicit material.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Gerald Dorgan, his daughter Rhonda Dorgan, and his grandson Aidan Dorgan were killed. Robert Dorgan, who also went by Roberta Esposito, was the shooter and took his own life after the shootings. Several others, including Gerald’s wife Linda Dorgan and Thomas Geruso, were injured.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The shooting occurred on February 16, 2026, at the Dennis M. Lynch Arena in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Our thoughts and prayers remain with the victim’s family, friends, and all those impacted by this tragic act of violence.” – Pawtucket Mayor Donald Grebien

🎯IMPACT: The National Pulse previously reported that Robert Dorgan had a history of family conflicts tied to his gender identity.

IN FULL

Gerald “Gerry” Dorgan, 75, has died after being critically injured in a mass shooting at the Dennis M. Lynch Arena in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. The shooting, carried out by his transgender ex-son-in-law, Robert Dorgan, targeted Gerald’s family members during a youth hockey game on February 16, 2026.

The attack also claimed the lives of Gerald’s daughter, Rhonda Dorgan, 52, and grandson, Aidan Dorgan, 23. Two others, Linda Dorgan—Gerald’s wife—and Thomas Geruso remain hospitalized in serious but stable condition. Robert Dorgan, a male-to-female transgender who also went by the names Roberta Esposito and Roberta Dorgano, was reportedly targeting his family and died by suicide after being subdued by bystanders.

Pawtucket Mayor Donald Grebien (D) expressed his condolences, saying, “Our thoughts and prayers remain with the victim’s family, friends, and all those impacted by this tragic act of violence.” Police confirmed the motive stemmed from a family dispute. The National Pulse previously reported that Robert Dorgan had a history of family conflicts tied to his gender identity. In 2020, he reported to North Providence police that he had undergone gender reassignment surgery, after which Gerald Dorgan demanded he leave the family home and used a derogatory term for transgenders. According to his daughter, Amanda Wallace-Hubbard, Robert Dorgan had a “vendetta” against his family.

Bystanders, including Michael Black, played a critical role in stopping the shooter. Black managed to jam the gun’s chamber with his hand and tackled Dorgan with assistance from others. Despite their efforts, Dorgan retrieved a second firearm and took his own life.

‘Gunperson’ in a Dress Responsible for Canadian School Shooting, Police Say.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A “gunperson” in a dress killed at least seven students and injured 25 others at Tumbler Ridge Secondary School in British Columbia, Canada. The attacker also died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Students, staff, and first responders were directly affected.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The shooting occurred Tuesday afternoon at Tumbler Ridge Secondary School, located in a small rural town in British Columbia, Canada.

💬KEY QUOTE: “I join Canadians in grieving with those whose lives have been changed irreversibly today.” – Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney

🎯IMPACT: At least 10 people are dead, 25 injured, and the small community of Tumbler Ridge is left reeling from the tragedy.

IN FULL

A mass shooting at Tumbler Ridge Secondary School in northeastern British Columbia, Canada, on Tuesday has left nine people dead and at least 25 injured. Police have not identified the shooter as of the time of publication, citing “privacy,” but called the suspect a “gunperson,” fuelling speculation that the shooter may be transgender. Reports suggest the shooter was wearing a dress at the time of the shooting.

The attack began shortly after 1:20 PM local time when the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) received reports of an active shooter at the school. Officers responded quickly, issuing a public emergency alert instructing residents to shelter in place. The school entered lockdown, with students and staff barricading classrooms using desks and waiting in fear for more than two hours.

Police found six victims dead inside the school, with a seventh dying en route to the hospital. The suspect, described in the initial alert as a “female” wearing a dress with brown hair, was discovered dead at the scene from an apparently self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Investigators later discovered two additional bodies at a local residence believed to be connected to the school shooting. If the suspect does prove to be transgender, the attack would be just the latest transgender school attack in recent years, following the 2023 Covenant school shooting in Nashville, Tennessee, that saw six killed, and the 2025 Minneapolis Catholic School shooting targeting a morning Holy Mass, killing multiple children.

House Approves Nationwide Ban on Transing Kids.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: The House passed a bill prohibiting transgender surgeries and hormone treatments for minors.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) introduced the bill; 216 House members voted in favor, including three Democrats.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The bill was approved on Wednesday in the U.S. House of Representatives.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Most Americans agree that kids just need to grow up before they do anything radical, like a mastectomy on a 15-year-old girl, castrate themselves through surgery, or even take dangerous drugs that have lifelong effects.” – Marjorie Taylor Greene

🎯IMPACT: The bill now moves to the Senate, where similar proposals have stalled in the past.

IN FULL

The House of Representatives passed legislation that would bar physicians from conducting gender-transition surgeries on minors or providing puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones to children. The measure, titled the “Protect Children’s Innocence Act,” was sponsored by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), who is leaving Congress, and it advanced on a 216-211 vote.

The bill would impose severe penalties on doctors who carry out these treatments, including heavy fines or imprisonment for up to 10 years. Greene remarked, “Most Americans agree that kids just need to grow up before they do anything radical, like a mastectomy on a 15-year-old girl, castrate themselves through surgery, or even take dangerous drugs that have lifelong effects.”

Three Democrats—Enrique “Henry” Cuellar (D-TX), Donald Davis (D-NC), and Vicente Gonzalez (D-TX)—voted in favor alongside 213 Republicans. In contrast, four Republicans—Reps. Gabe Evans (R-CO), Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), Mike Kennedy (R-UT), and Mike Lawler (R-NY)—joined the opposition.

The bill targets treatments such as providing cross-sex hormones, including estrogen to males identifying as female and testosterone to females identifying as male. Such interventions can significantly affect fertility, sexual function, and cardiovascular health. It additionally prohibits puberty blockers, which may impair bone growth, along with surgical procedures like genital modifications and mastectomies on minors.

Terry Schilling, president of the American Principles Project, commended the House vote, declaring, “Republicans showed today that they are as committed to protecting children as Democrats are to disfiguring them. Bipartisan supermajorities support commonsense protections for at-risk children, and yet only three Democrats had the moral courage to stand up to a multi-billion-dollar industry that profits off of the misery of American kids.”

Tribunal Finds Socialized Health Service Unlawfully Harassed Nurse Over Trans Changing Room Complaint.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A National Health Service (NHS) nurse in the United Kingdom won part of her employment tribunal case after complaining about sharing a female-only changing room with a transgender doctor.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Nurse Sandie Peggie, Dr. Beth Upton (formerly Theodore), and NHS Fife.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy, Scotland, tribunal hearings in Dundee, with the judgment delivered this month.

💬KEY QUOTE: “I am beyond relieved and delighted that the tribunal has found that my employer Fife Health Board harassed me after I complained about having to share a female-only changing room with a male colleague.” – Sandie Peggie

🎯IMPACT: The tribunal upheld the harassment claim against NHS Fife, but dismissed allegations of discrimination and victimisation, as well as claims against Dr. Upton.

IN FULL

A British National Health Service (NHS) nurse, Sandie Peggie, has secured a partial victory at an employment tribunal against NHS Fife after raising objections to sharing a female-only changing room with a transgender doctor, Dr. Beth Upton (formerly Theodore). The dispute centred on Ms Peggie’s discomfort at sharing the space with a man, and on later allegations by Dr. Upton that Ms Peggie had engaged in bullying and harassment.

The tribunal, held in Dundee, Scotland, upheld Peggie’s claim of harassment by her employer but rejected her claims of direct discrimination, indirect discrimination, and victimization.

In its decision, the tribunal found that NHS Fife had acted improperly by failing to revoke permission for Upton to use the women-only changing room, and by dragging out the investigation into the complaint for an unreasonably long time. The board also made “inappropriate references to patient care allegations” against Peggie during that process, which the tribunal said contributed to the harassing conduct.

Peggie reacted to the ruling saying, “I am beyond relieved and delighted that the tribunal has found that my employer, Fife Health Board, harassed me after I complained about having to share a female-only changing room with a male colleague.”

The allegations against Upton were dismissed; the tribunal found no wrongdoing on his part. Peggie’s solicitor, Margaret Gribbon, described the outcome as “a huge win for a tenacious and courageous woman standing up for her sex-based rights,” and noted the case had been “extraordinarily lengthy and complex.”

The case comes against a broader legal backdrop that has recently changed in Britain. On April 16, 2025, the UK Supreme Court ruled unanimously that, under the terms of the Equality Act 2010, the words “woman” and “sex” refer to biological sex at birth, not gender identity.

The court held that transgender “women” do not meet the legal definition of a woman for the purposes of certain sex-based protections and single-sex spaces such as changing rooms, refuges, hospitals, and women-only services. As a result, institutions such as hospitals, shelters, sports clubs, and other single-sex services now have clearer legal ground to exclude transgenders from female-only spaces.

Transgender Victorious at World’s Strongest Woman Competition.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Jammie Booker, a biological man, won the 2025 World’s Strongest Woman competition in Texas, leading to outrage from athletes and coaches.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Jammie Booker, Andrea Thompson, Rebecca Roberts, and Laurence Shahlaei.

📍WHEN & WHERE: November 2025 in Arlington, Texas.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Transgender women, people born male, should not be competing in the women’s category.” – Rebecca Roberts

🎯IMPACT: Booker’s win has been overturned, with the competition claiming they were not aware that he was a really a man.

IN FULL

The 2025 World’s Strongest Woman competition in Texas has ignited controversy after male competitor Jammie Booker won the title. Andrea Thompson of Great Britain, who finished second, walked off the podium in protest, and many within the strongwoman community later referred to her as the rightful winner.

Rebecca Roberts, a three-time champion, said competitors and organizers were unaware of Booker’s background before the event. In a public statement, she wrote, “Transgender women, people born male, should not be competing in the women’s category. This isn’t about identity or politics; it’s about the undeniable physical differences in strength-based sports.” Roberts reiterated her position that “Women’s divisions must remain biologically born female-only.”

Thompson’s coach, Laurence Shahlaei, also challenged the result. Praising Thompson’s preparation and performance, he wrote, “You worked your a** off for this, and I’m so proud of you,” adding that the women’s category exists to protect fairness in competition. Mitchell Hooper, the 2023 World’s Strongest Man, publicly congratulated Thompson, while three-time World’s Strongest Woman Donna Moore commented that Thompson was the “True winner of World’s Strongest WOMAN this weekend.”

In a YouTube video posted eight years ago, Booker admits he is transgender, complaining about living under the “rule” of religious parents, and it is alleged that he has a public history of appearing in transgender pornography.

Ultimately, the competition overturned his win amid public backlash, upgrading Thompson to the number one spot and claiming they did not know he was a man.

Policies regarding transgender athletes in women’s sports are shifting across the United States. Earlier in 2025, President Donald J. Trump signed Executive Order 14201, directing federal agencies and U.S. sports bodies to ensure that women’s categories are limited to those born female. The U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee subsequently adjusted its athlete eligibility standards to comply with federal directives.

Federal immigration authorities have also adopted new visa guidance treating participation of transgender women in women’s athletic events as a negative factor in visa evaluations. The Department of Justice (DOJ) has filed a lawsuit against the state of Maine, arguing that its policies allowing transgenders to compete against girls in school sports violate Title IX by granting an unfair competitive advantage to male athletes.

Transgender Lawmaker Stacie Laughton Pleads Guilty to Child Exploitation.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A transgender lawmaker admitted to child sex offences after receiving explicit photos of children from a daycare where his partner worked.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: New Hampshire state Rep. Stacie Laughton and his partner Lindsay Groves.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The plea occurred in November 2025 in Boston. The offences took place between May 2022 and June 2023.

🎯IMPACT: Both Laughton and Groves face up to 30 years in prison, with sentencing scheduled for February.

IN FULL

Stacie Laughton, a former New Hampshire Democrat state representative, pleaded guilty in federal court this week to charges of sexual exploitation of children. The charges were brought after Laughton—who is transgender and a biological man—requested his partner, Lindsay Groves, to send explicit photos of children from the daycare where Groves worked.

Groves, who was employed at Creative Minds daycare in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts, took the photos of children during routine activities, such as bathroom breaks and nap time, and sent them to Laughton. The images were taken between May 2022 and June 2023 and included at least four sexually explicit photos of children aged three to five.

The Nashua Police Department launched an investigation after receiving a tip, leading to Laughton’s arrest in June 2023. Groves had already confessed to taking and sending the images to Laughton, who was serving as the first transgender elected to a state legislature at the time.

Laughton has a history of legal issues, including arrests for domestic violence, sexual assault, making bomb threats, and misusing emergency services. Despite this, he was elected for a second term in 2022, but unable to serve due to being jailed on stalking charges.

Trans Teen Confesses to Planning Valentine’s Day Massacre at High School.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A female-to-male transgender has confessed to plotting a mass shooting earlier this year over Valentine’s Day.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Transgender Trinity Shockley, Morgan County Prosecutor’s office

📍WHEN & WHERE:  Shockley admitted to planning the mass killing at an Indiana high school.

🎯IMPACT: The case involves yet another transgender who has either plotted or carried out a mass shooting in recent years.

IN FULL

An 18-year-old Indiana student, Trinity Shockley, who also goes by Jamie and identifies as male, has admitted to plotting a Valentine’s Day massacre at her high school. According to the Morgan County Prosecutor’s Office, Shockley is expected to plead guilty to felony conspiracy to commit murder in exchange for a maximum sentence of 12.5 years in prison and five years of probation. Authorities said police were alerted in February after receiving a tip that Shockley had obtained access to an AR-15 rifle, purchased a bulletproof vest, and had become fixated on mass shootings.

When investigators searched her home, they discovered what was described as a shrine to Nikolas Cruz, the gunman responsible for the 2018 Parkland, Florida, school shooting, along with references to other mass killers. Officers also found detailed evidence suggesting she intended to attack her school on February 14, coinciding with the anniversary of the Parkland tragedy. As part of her plea deal, Shockley will be permanently banned from researching school shooters. Her electronic devices will be monitored through specialized software, and she will be prohibited from ever owning a firearm.

The case has drawn national attention amid a series of high-profile shootings involving transgenders. In March 2023, Audrey Hale, a 28-year-old transgender, carried out a deadly attack at The Covenant School in Nashville, Tennessee, killing three children and three adults. Hale left behind a manifesto and extensive planning materials.

In February 2024, Genesse Ivonne Moreno, also known as Jeffrey Escalante, opened fire at Houston’s Lakewood Church, the megachurch led by pastor Joel Osteen. The suspect, who was initially reported to be a transgender migrant with pro-Palestinian sympathies, used an AR-style rifle marked with the word “Palestine” and reportedly praised Osama bin Laden. Conflicting reports later emerged regarding the shooter’s gender identity.

Another shooting occurred in August 2025 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, when 23-year-old Robin Westman, a transgender who had legally changed his name from Robert, killed two children and injured many others at Annunciation Catholic Church and School. In his writings, Westman expressed regret about undergoing gender transition, stating, “I only keep [the long hair] because it is pretty much my last shred of being trans. I am tired of being trans, I wish I never brain-washed myself.”

Ken Paxton Just Made a Doctor Who Transitioned Kids Surrender Her Medical License.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Dr. May Lau surrendered her Texas medical license after being sued by Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) for prescribing dangerous drugs to minors.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Dr. May Lau and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.

📍WHEN & WHERE: October 24, 2025, in Austin, Texas.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Doctors who permanently hurt kids by giving them experimental drugs are nothing more than disturbed left-wing activists who have no business being in the medical field.” – Ken Paxton

🎯IMPACT: Lau is permanently barred from practicing medicine on minors in Texas, with ongoing legal proceedings against her.

IN FULL

May Lau, a doctor subject to a lawsuit by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) for administering “gender transition” drugs to children, has surrendered her medical license. Previously, a so-called Rule 11 agreement ensured that Lau ceased practicing medicine while the case was ongoing. Now, a press release published by Paxton’s office has confirmed that she is permanently barred from “experimenting on children in Texas” from now on.

“Doctors who permanently hurt kids by giving them experimental drugs are nothing more than disturbed left-wing activists who have no business being in the medical field,” Paxton said. “May Lau has done untold damage to children, both physically and psychologically, and the surrendering of her Texas medical license is a major victory for our state. My case against her for breaking the law will continue, and we will not relent in holding anyone who tries to ‘transition’ kids accountable.”

The legal proceedings against Lau continue as she faces accusations of violating state law by administering cross-sex hormones to minors illegally.

Canada’s Infamous ‘Wax My Balls’ Transgender Is Wanted by the Cops.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A warrant has been issued for Jessica Yaniv, also known as Jessica Simpson, and born as Jonathan Yaniv, in connection with a criminal harassment charge.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Jessica Yaniv, a controversial figure best known for suing beauty salons to try to force staff to wax his genitals, and the Calgary Police Service.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Alberta, Canada; warrant issued as of October 2025.

💬KEY QUOTE: “I feel [Yaniv] took advantage of me,” said Jessica Rumpel, alleging inappropriate communications when she was 14.

🎯IMPACT: The warrant has drawn renewed attention to Yaniv’s controversial past and legal issues.

IN FULL

A warrant has been issued in Alberta for infamous transgender Jessica Yaniv, also known as Jessica Simpson, in connection with a criminal harassment charge. Authorities are investigating whether the warrant applies in British Columbia, where Yaniv is currently based. The Calgary Police Service has not released a public statement, and court records related to the case have yet to be made available.

Yaniv first gained national attention in 2018 after filing complaints against multiple beauty salons that declined to provide waxing services for his male genitalia. As the services were intended for women, Yaniv argued the refusals were discriminatory, based on his gender identity. However, a British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal eventually dismissed the cases, ruling that Yaniv had filed them in bad faith and engaged in improper conduct. He was ordered to pay $2,000 to each of three salons named in the complaints.

Since then, Yaniv has remained in the public eye through a series of controversial incidents. In 2019, he was charged with possession of a prohibited weapon after displaying a taser during a livestream. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) later seized two stun guns from his home. He received a conditional discharge.

That same year, allegations surfaced from Jessica Rumpel, who claimed Yaniv sent her sexually explicit messages when she was only 14. “I feel [Yaniv] took advantage of me,” Rumpel said in a 2019 interview. She also released screenshots that appeared to show messages from Yaniv’s verified Twitter account. Yaniv denied knowing Rumpel and claimed he may have been impersonated.

On social media, Yaniv has also made claims that gynecologists refused to treat him, which he described as “shocking” and “hurtful.”

This most recent comes at a time when public scrutiny of transgender activism has increased. In the United States, a series of incidents involving trans activists has drawn national attention. One 2024 report described a trans individual, Venus Andromeda, allegedly threatening a U.S. congressman, telling him to “prepare to die.”

There are also reports that the U.S. Department of Justice has considered reviewing gun rights specifically for transgender individuals, though no official policy has been announced. This came after a transgender shot and killed several children at a Catholic church in late August.
