Students Plan Walkout Over Trans Athletes in Girls’ Sports.

High school students across New York are organizing a statewide walkout on October 24 to protest the inclusion of transgender athletes in girls’ sports. The Coalition to Protect Kids is spearheading the ‘Walk Off for Fairness Day’ event. The Catholic Church and conservative groups have also announced their support for it.

The demonstration comes amid debate over Proposition 1 on the November ballot. This measure, known as the Equal Rights Amendment, would codify abortion into the New York State Constitution but also includes language that could allow male-born athletes identifying as females to participate in girls’ and women’s sports, disadvantaging female athletes.

Ayesha Kreutz, spokeswoman for The Coalition to Protect Kids, emphasizes that ‘Walk Off for Fairness Day’ offers a platform for young women to voice their concerns. According to Kreutz, many female athletes feel pressured to remain silent on the issue.

New York Republican Party chairman Ed Cox states that Prop 1 would undermine Title IX protections. He notes it could potentially impact scholarships and opportunities for female athletes.

The walkout comes just months after a judge in Virginia ruled that a transgender male could join the girls’ tennis team at a school in the state after a local school district attempted to prevent them.

Biologically male athletes have routinely demonstrated advantages when playing against females, including at this year’s Summer Olympics, when the women’s 145-pound boxing gold medal was won by a person who previously failed gender tests.

CBS Refuses to Air Ads Critiquing Trans Surgeries.

Paramount Global-owned CBS refused to air political advertisements criticizing Democratic nominee Kamala Harris for supporting the use of taxpayer money for children’s transgender medical procedures. CatholicVote is airing the ads in Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin—but CBS is refusing to carry them.

“CBS and Paramount have been particularly aggressive in pushing transgenderism in mass media, so why would they be afraid to discuss what that means in reality for everyday families whose kids are receiving their pro-transgender messaging?” remarked CatholicVote President Brian Burch. “Either CBS is covering for Kamala Harris, or they are too scared to tell the truth about what’s happening,” he added.

The CatholicVote ads note Harris’s support for transitioning children and Medicaid data suggesting that, in Pennsylvania, $16.7 million in taxpayer funding has gone towards transgender mutilation surgeries for minors from 2015 to 2022. These include 97 double breast amputations and 14 hysterectomies performed on minor girls. The ads for Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin list similar details for their respective states.

Harris is presenting as a moderate Democrat for her snap run at the presidency. However, she previously positioned herself on the extreme left of the party regarding trans issues. For instance, she has bragged about securing taxpayer-funded trans treatments for prisoners during her career as a state-level politician in California. Harris also committed to taxpayer-funded surgeries for criminals and illegal aliens in government detention nationwide during her failed attempt to secure the Democratic nomination for the 2020 election.

Trans Migrant Granted Refugee Status Despite Pedophilia Conviction.

An Algerian migrant, referred to as Medhi F., has been granted refugee status in France despite a past conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. Medhi F., who identifies as transgender, had been sentenced in 2019 to four years in prison for the crime against a 15-year-old.

In 2020, Medhi sought asylum with the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons (OFPRA), arguing that returning to Algeria would result in persecution due to his transgender identity. OFPRA rejected the application, but Medhi appealed the decision to France’s National Court of Asylum (CNDA). In 2023, the CNDA overturned OFPRA’s decision, claiming Medhi no longer posed a threat to society despite being a convicted pedophile.

OFPRA escalated the matter to France’s Council of State, but it upheld the CNDA’s ruling in July, declaring that being a convicted pedophile provides insufficient grounds to refuse or revoke refugee status by itself.

Former President Donald J. Trump has frequently lamented that “France is no longer France” and is warning against the U.S. following its path as a society ahead of the November elections.

“We’ve seen what happened when Europe opened its doors to jihad. Look at Paris, look at London; they’re no longer recognizable,” he said in May, adding, “We can’t let that happen to our country.”

Christian School Assistant Fired For Critiquing LGBT Curriculum.

Kristie Higgs, a former pastoral assistant at a nominally Christian school in Fairford, England, has initiated a Court of Appeal challenge in London against her dismissal. In 2019, the Farmor’s School, run by the Archbishops’ Council of the Church of England, terminated Higgs for gross misconduct after she shared Facebook posts criticizing the introduction of LGBTQ relationship education at her son’s school.

In a 2018 post decrying “brainwashing” in schools, Higgs criticized government moves to make “Relationships and Sex Education mandatory,” warning that “children will be taught that all relationships are equally valid and ‘normal,’ so that same-sex marriage is exactly the same as traditional marriage and that gender is a matter of choice, not biology so that it’s up to them what sex they are.”

Higgs said this would mean that “expressing and teaching fundamental Christian beliefs, relating to the creation of men and women and marriage will in practice become forbidden—because they conflict with the new morality and are seen as indoctrination into unacceptable religious bigotry.”

She further said this would mean that “freedom of belief will be destroyed, with freedom of speech permitted only for those who toe the party line!” The school responded by firing her.

CHRISTIANS SILENCED.

In 2020, an Employment Tribunal upheld the dismissal, which she challenged as infringing on freedom of religion and expression. In 2023, an Employment Appeal Tribunal ruled her case had not been appropriately handled. Still, it referred it back to the lower tribunal for a fresh determination instead of ruling definitively in her favor, prompting her to take the matter to the Court of Appeal.

“This is not just about me. It cannot be right that so many Christians are losing their jobs or facing discipline for sharing biblical truth, our Christian beliefs,” she said outside the Royal Courts of Justice on Wednesday. “I am not alone to be treated this way. Many of the others… have faced similar consequences,” she added.

School BANS Parents Who Protested Biological Male in Girls’ Soccer Games.

Several parents have been issued “No Trespass” after protesting a male student being allowed to play in a girls’ soccer game. The parents attended the game wearing pink armbands marked “XX” in protest against the inclusion of a transgender player on the opposing team, aiming to support their daughters from Bow High School, New Hampshire.

The parents had previously expressed concerns to the school’s athletic director regarding their daughters playing against a male in a physical sport like soccer. However, they were told that the school could not take action due to a federal judge ruling that the term “girl” includes males who identify as female.

In response, several parents donned pink armbands to show their objection. This led to their receiving “No Trespassing” orders enforced by the police. “My daughter’s playing in the homecoming game this weekend, and I’m banned until the 23rd,” parent Anthony Foote told local mediaI can’t watch her play in homecoming—which is ridiculous.”

According to the order signed by the district’s superintendent, Marcy Kelley, the pink armbands were deemed a violation of the school’s policy against “threatening, harassing, or intimidating any person.” However, videos from the match reportedly show that people upset by the armbands caused the only disruptions.

In August, a federal judge also ruled a Virginia school district could not prevent a male from playing against girls’ middle school tennis teams.

Male access to sports teams and spaces previously reserved for biological women and girls is opposed by GOP presidential candidate Donald J. Trump. However, President Joe Biden and Democratic candidate Kamala Harris are pushing hard to make “gender identity” rather than biological sex a protected class.

WATCH: Kamala Brags About Securing Trans Surgeries for Prisoners.

Vice President Kamala Harris bragged about securing access to transgender drug therapies and surgeries for criminals as California‘s Attorney General during her run for the Democrats’ 2020 presidential nomination. During their recent election debate, former President Donald J. Trump said that Harris “wants to do transgender operations on illegal aliens that are in prison”—a claim dismissed as ridiculous by liberal commentators despite being demonstrably true.

“When I was [California’s] Attorney General, I learned that the California Department of Corrections, which was a client of mine—I didn’t get to choose my clients … they were standing in the way of surgery for prisoners,” Harris said in 2019.

“And there was a specific case. When I learned about the case, I worked behind the scenes to not only make sure that that transgender woman got the services she was deserving… I made sure that they changed the policy in the State of California so that every transgender inmate in the prison system would have access to the medical care that they desire and need.”

Also in 2019, Harris filled out a questionnaire for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), asking if she would implement various far-left policies. On the question of taxpayer-funded transgenderism for criminals and illegal aliens in custody, she confirmed she would use “executive authority to ensure that transgender and non-binary people who rely on the state for medical care—including those in prison and immigration detention—will have access to comprehensive treatment associated with gender transition, including all necessary surgical care.”

Harris also committed to imposing sweeping cuts to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Time Magazine Forced Into HUMILIATING Climbdown Over Kamala Harris.

TIME magazine has had to issue a humiliating correction after asserting that Kamala Harris does not support taxpayer-funded gender transition surgeries for illegal alien prisoners. In its initial coverage of Harris’s debate with Donald Trump on ABC News, the magazine had asserted that Trump “falsely claimed that Harris “wants to do transgender operations on illegal aliens in prison.'”

Trump’s claim was not false. In 2019, Harris really did tell the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) that she would use “executive authority to ensure that transgender and non-binary people who rely on the state for medical care—including those in prison and immigration detention—will have access to comprehensive treatment associated with gender transition, including all necessary surgical care.”

“It is important that transgender individuals who rely on the state for care receive the treatment they need, which includes access to treatment associated with gender transition,” Harris explained. “That’s why, as [California’s] Attorney General, I pushed the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to provide gender transition surgery to state inmates.”

Harris also told the ACLU she supports decriminalizing illegal drug abuse and huge cuts to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) funding and operations, including an “end” to all immigration detention.

“The original version of this story mischaracterized as false Donald Trump’s statement accusing Kamala Harris of supporting ‘transgender operations on illegal aliens in prison,'” TIME wrote in its correction.

“As a presidential candidate in 2019, Harris filled out a questionnaire saying she supported taxpayer-funded gender transition treatment for detained immigrants,” the magazine admitted.

Podcasters Face Over $276k Fine for Misgendering.

Two podcasters have been forced to remove an episode of their show from the Internet by court order after they used male pronouns to describe a balding transgender “woman.” They also face massive fines or even prison.

German podcasters ‘Hoss and Hopf’—said to be sympathetic to the populist Alternative for Germany (AfD) party—referred to Laura Holstein, formerly Nicholas, as a man following several stories about his attempts to access women’s spaces.

Kiarash “Hoss” Hossainpour described the pair’s legal troubles on X (formerly Twitter), writing that the Frankfurt am Main Regional court demanded the removal of the podcast episode in an “expedited procedure” without any oral arguments at all. The court claimed that the “misgendering” is a violation of Holstein’s rights.

“It is noteworthy that the court saw an ‘extraordinary urgency’ here—as if using biologically correct terms represented an immediate danger that could not be delayed. One inevitably wonders whether other, perhaps genuinely urgent cases had to take a back seat for this,” Hossainpour wrote.

The podcasters now face a possible €250,000 ($276,414) fine and up to six months in prison if they cannot pay it. They face two years in jail if they repeat the supposed offense.

Germany is not the only European country with laws against “misgendering.” Last year, Britain’s Labour Party, which is now in government, promised to make misgendering a crime carrying a prison term of up to two years.

In the United States, Michigan’s House of Representatives also passed “misgendering” laws last year, proposing sentences of up to five years for violators despite constitutional free speech protections.

Major American Medical Trade Association Will NOT Recommend Gender Surgeries for Minors.

The American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) is breaking rank with most U.S. medical associations over its stance on surgical procedures and hormone treatments for minors seeking gender transition. ASPS, with over 11,000 members across the United States and Canada, announced quietly in late July that it “has not endorsed any organization’s practice recommendations for the treatment of adolescents with gender dysphoria.”

ASPS’s decision effectively rejects the current consensus among medical trade associations—which many critics argue are captured by proponents of gender ideology. The trade group decision comes amidst member concerns regarding the lack of information on the long-term impact of gender transition surgeries and hormone replacement therapy. According to ASPS, there is “considerable uncertainty as to the long-term efficacy for the use of chest and genital surgical interventions.”

Additionally, the group states that “existing evidence base is viewed as low quality/low certainty.” The move comes amidst the release of the state-sponsored Cass Review in Britain, which contends the current medical consensus on gender dysphoria and minors is not based on scientific and medical expertise but on the opinions of non-governmental organizations like the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) which pushes gender ideology as part of its mission.

Following the Cass Review and several medical studies, numerous countries in Europe abruptly ended gender transition procedures for children. W

There is growing evidence that the procedures do not produce the mental or physical health outcomes purported by those who push gender ideology, and growing concern in the medical community about the long-term risk o malpractice suits.

The legal impacts of transition procedures—especially if additional research suggests little to no medical positives—could see additional associations join the ASPS.

WATCH: Another Male Boxer Beats Up Female Opponent at Paris Olympics.

Male boxer Lin Yu-ting of Taiwan battered female boxer Sitora Turdibekova of Uzbekistan en route to a one-sided unanimous decision win at the Paris Olympics on Friday. The victory for Yu-ting, the favorite to win gold at the competition, follows another male boxer forcing a female boxer to quit just 46 seconds into their bout.

Both Yu-ting and the other male boxer, Algeria‘s Imane Khelif, were previously disqualified from the World Championships by the International Boxing Association (IBA) for failing sex chromosome and testosterone tests. However, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) insists the IBA’s decision was “arbitrary” and has caused unfair “aggression” towards the male boxers. The IOC also disputes that they are “transgender,” despite being biologically male, as they were supposedly assigned female at birth.

Testosterone is not a perfect test. Many women can have testosterone, which is in what would be called ‘male levels’ and still be women, and still compete as a woman,” claimed IOC spokesman Mark Adams.

“I hope we’re all agreed we’re not calling for people to go back to the bad old days of sex testing, which was a terrible thing to do and I’m sure we all agree that’s not the way forward in this situation,” suggested Adams, who was best man at the wedding of leftist British prime minister Sir Keir Starmer.

Reports indicate that while the IBA determines gender through sex chromosome tests, the IOC goes by whatever gender is listed on a competitor’s passport.
