Convicted Pedo Avoids Prison Twice Because He’s Trans.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: A transgender pedophile has managed to avoid prison twice despite violating the initial terms of his release because he is transgender.

👥 Who’s Involved: Convicted pedophile Peter Selby, Judge Robert Adams.

📍 Where & When: Selby was initially convicted for child abuse material in 2022, was arrested for violating the terms of his release in 2023, and was let go yet again on June 3.

💬 Key Quote: Selby would “undoubtedly be at risk of physical or sexual assault in custody because of [his] presentation in a male prison,” claimed Judge Adams.

⚠️ Impact: The case is just the latest to see a transgender pedophile avoid prison in England, while people who posted “hate” on social media remain behind bars.

IN FULL:

A convicted pedophile has managed to escape imprisonment twice despite possessing over 125,000 child sex abuse images and videos and breaching a sexual harm prevention order, because of his transgender identity. A British judge initially convicted 71-year-old Peter Selby in 2022, sentencing him to just 14 months in prison, despite the maximum sentence being up to 10 years, suspended for two years.

According to the judge in the case, Selby risked harm behind bars and would be safer living in his local community with some restrictions placed on his behaviour. Selby was placed on the sex offenders register, according to the news website Reduxx, and was restricted from downloading VPN software, which could hide his Internet usage. These restrictions were to last at least 10 years.

However, just months later, in 2023, Selby was visited by local police, who found that he had already violated the restrictions placed on him as a condition for his release by downloading VPN software. During an appearance at Newcastle Crown Court on June 3, Selby claimed to have been unaware of downloading the software.

While the police found no additional child sex abuse material (CSAM), the downloading of the VPN was a clear breach of the terms of his release. Judge Robert Adams acknowledged that Selby had violated the agreement, saying it was in place to make it more difficult for Selby to re-offend.

Judge Adams did not activate Selby’s suspended sentence and put him in prison, however, saying that Selby would “undoubtedly be at risk of physical or sexual assault in custody because of [his] presentation in a male prison.” Instead, Selby was given another 10-month suspended sentence and a paltry fine equivalent to $135.

Transgender pedophiles have avoided jail in the United Kingdom before, including a case in 2023 in which a man who dresses as a woman was caught with dozens of CSAM images. Due to his transgender identity, the court could not decide to put him in a men’s or women’s prison and eventually let him go with an order to attend 30 days of rehabilitation, pay victim surcharges, and be added to the sex offender register.

The two cases are a stark contrast to that of Lucy Connolly, a woman sentenced to over two years in prison for a social media post during the Southport anti-mass migration riots last year, merely for saying she would not care if migrant hotels were set on fire.

Kash Asks Public for Tips on Doctors Performing Trans Mutilation Surgeries on Kids.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is asking the public to report facilities or individuals performing surgeries on minors under the guise of “gender-affirming care.”

👥 Who’s Involved: The FBI, FBI Director Kash Patel, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and President Donald J. Trump.

📍 Where & When: Announcement made via social media on Monday; the issue has been addressed in executive orders and memos earlier this year.

💬 Key Quote: “Help the FBI protect children. As the Attorney General has made clear, we will protect our children and hold accountable those who mutilate them under the guise of gender-affirming care.” — FBI statement.

⚠️ Impact: Federal law enforcement is signaling a focus on investigating and holding accountable those involved in controversial medical practices on minors.

IN FULL:

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has called for public assistance in identifying individuals or facilities allegedly conducting surgical procedures on children under the guise of “gender-affirming care.” In an announcement shared Monday on social media platforms, the agency emphasized its commitment to protecting minors.

“Help the FBI protect children. As the Attorney General has made clear, we will protect our children and hold accountable those who mutilate them under the guise of gender-affirming care,” the FBI’s post read.

The announcement follows broader federal initiatives, including an executive order signed earlier this year by President Donald J. Trump titled “Protecting Children from Chemical and Surgical Mutilation.” The order declared it is federal government policy not to support or fund procedures aimed at transitioning minors and pledged to enforce laws limiting such practices.

In April, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced that it had already taken steps to implement the executive order, including setting up an extensive review of existing literature regarding best health practices for children with gender dysphoria.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has echoed these sentiments, stating in an April memo, “The Department of Justice will not sit idly by while doctors, motivated by ideology, profits, or both, exploit and mutilate our children. Under my watch, the Department will act decisively to protect our children and hold accountable those who mutilate them under the guise of care.”

SCOTUS Sides With Trump Effort to Ban Transgenders from Military.

The Supreme Court handed the Trump administration a major win on Tuesday, overturning a lower court ruling that blocked his ban on transgender people serving in the U.S. military.

Back up: In January, President Trump signed an executive order that banned transgenders from serving in the military. In March, U.S. District Judge Benjamin Settle issued a nationwide preliminary injunction blocking the enforcement of this order.

The details: In a brief order released Tuesday afternoon, the Supreme Court granted Trump’s emergency request to overturn the lower court ruling, after the administration argued it hindered the U.S. military readiness.

  • The three liberal justices—Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson—would deny Trump’s request.

What Americans think: A recent poll found that most Americans, 54 percent, approve of Trump’s ban on transgender troops.

What happens next: Litigation over the constitutionality of Trump’s order will continue. But while that plays out, his ban can go into effect.

Why Trump’s right on the issue: It is longstanding Department of Defense policy that service members are “[f]ree of medical conditions or physical defects that may reasonably be expected to require excessive time lost from duty for necessary treatment or hospitalization.” The military isn’t an office computer job. It’s the literal line of defense between us and our enemies. There is no room for radical gender ideology.

Transgenders Banned from Women’s Soccer.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: The Football Association (FA) in England has issued a decision to prohibit transgenders from participating in women’s soccer teams.

👥 Who’s Involved: The Football Association, the governing body of soccer in England, and male players who claim to be women.

📍 Where & When: England; effective from June 1.

💬 Key Quote: “Transgender women will no longer be able to play in women’s football in England.” — Football Association.

⚠️ Impact: The ruling affects participation in both grassroots and professional women’s soccer, requiring adaptation to a recent Supreme Court ruling that women should be defined in terms of their biology for legal purposes.

IN FULL:

The English Football Association (FA) has announced that transgenders will be barred from competing on women’s soccer teams. This decision, effective from June, follows a recent ruling by the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom. The ruling clarified that Britain’s equality laws are founded on “biological sex,” and that female-identifying males do not meet the legal definition of women.

The FA’s policy shift is part of a broader movement among various organizations to comply with the Supreme Court’s judgment, directing all public and private bodies in Britain to comply regarding the access they provide to single-sex services and spaces.

This new ban affects grassroots soccer, regional leagues governed by the FA, and professional-level competition. The ruling has also prompted changes in other sports organizations. The Scottish Football Association (SFA) has announced that competitive girls’ and women’s football will be restricted to biological females beginning in the 2025-26 season.

The move comes after the London Marathon refused to ban biological men from competing as women in its mass participation category. Transgender athletes were prohibited from elite-level competition, but still able to record their race times as women in the mass participation race.

Trans-Identifying Male Dominates U.S. Women’s Swim Nationals.

A biologically male swimmer identifying as female swept gold in five individual events at the U.S. Masters Swimming Spring National Championships.

The details: Ana Caldas, who has also competed under the names Hannah and Hugo Caldas, competed in the 45–49 women’s division and won every event he entered.

  • He won by margins as wide as four seconds—which is considered a blowout in elite short-distance swimming.

The rules: The U.S. Masters Swimming competition allows biological men to compete against women as long as they can show proof that they’ve received hormone therapy to reduce their testosterone levels.

Reality check: We know that there is no level of testosterone suppression that can undo the physical biological advantages that a man naturally has in sports — bone density, lung capacity, muscle fiber density, skeletal structure—especially for a man his age.

What Americans think: A poll from earlier this year found that 79 percent of Americans oppose letting biological men compete against women—including 67 percent of Democrats.

The last word goes to comedian Rob Schneider, who wrote on X: “Michael Jordan at 60 years old could suit up today and be the best ‘WOMAN’ in the [WNBA] and maybe THEN the stupid people in the U.S. Masters Swimming National Championship would SEE THEIR OWN INSANITY!”

Federal Departments Are Implementing Trump EO Against Child Surgical and Chemical Mutilation.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: President Donald J. Trump issued an executive order banning the federal funding and facilitation of puberty blockers, hormone treatments, and surgeries for minors.

👥 Who’s Involved: President Trump, Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of Justice (DOJ), and the World Professional Association for Transgender Health.

📍 Where & When: United States, Executive Order signed on January 28, 2025.

💬 Key Quote: A Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) alert emphasizes that providers must “follow the highest standards of care… especially as it comes to America’s children.”

⚠️ Impact: Federal grants supporting related treatments have been rescinded, saving taxpayers $477 million, and further actions are underway to ensure adherence to the order.

IN FULL:

President Donald J. Trump’s executive order banning the federal government from funding transgender surgeries or therapies for children has now been implemented on several fronts. A White House report released April 28 details what measures have already been implemented since the order was signed in January.

This directive, Executive Order 14187, calls for agencies to reverse policies based on the World Professional Association for Transgender Health’s (WPATH) standards, which are criticized for lacking a scientific foundation. A notable element of these earlier policies was the absence of age restrictions for surgeries, influenced by health lobbyists.

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is set to conduct an extensive review of existing literature regarding best health practices for children with gender dysphoria, assembling an expert team to ensure scientific accuracy.

The National Institute of Health (NIH) is tasked with promoting accountability across taxpayer-supported research to uphold data quality and transparency. This includes rectifying the nondisclosure of study outcomes that have been withheld due to political reasons.

With the order’s implementation, HHS has already terminated federal grants supporting medical treatments involving child gender modifications. This has reportedly saved taxpayers approximately $477 million, including substantial funding previously allocated to entities such as the Center for Innovative Public Health and Boston Children’s Hospital.

As part of enhancing medical safety, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a cautionary memo warning providers about the risks of these interventions. “It is of the utmost importance that all providers follow the highest standards of care and adhere closely to the foundational principles of medicine, especially as it comes to America’s children,” the memo states.

London Marathon Says Biological Men Can Still Compete as Women.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: London Marathon organisers will permit biologically male transgenders to compete in the mass participation female category despite a recent Supreme Court ruling.

👥 Who’s Involved: Hugh Brasher, race director for the London Marathon; World Athletics; Glenique Frank; Mara Yamauchi.

📍 Where & When: Announcement made in London, England, on April 23.

💬 Key Quote: Race director Hugh Brasher stated participants can compete in certain categories based on the gender they identify with.

⚠️ Impact: Transgender athletes can partake in certain races, though this decision is not yet aligned with recent legal clarifications by the British Supreme Court.

IN FULL:

The organisers of the London Marathon have confirmed that biologically male transgender athletes will still be able to compete in the women’s category of the main mass participation event, despite the recent legal ruling in the United Kingdom that gender corresponds to biological sex.

Hugh Brasher, the race director, stated on Wednesday that runners could compete in line with the gender they identify with for the mass participation segment of the race. However, the eligibility for female races in elite, championship, and “good for age” categories will remain restricted as per World Athletics’ guidelines from 2023.

“We are clear about what we have done and we are really clear about the competition element—anywhere where there is competition, and that includes good for age, has to be your biological birth sex,” Brasher said. However, while elite-level athletes will be unaffected, biological males competing as women will have their times erroneously logged among women in the mass participation race.

This decision comes in the wake of a Supreme Court ruling that defined sex based on biological criteria under the Equality Act. This judgment might impact the future inclusion of transgender individuals in single-sex spaces, including sports, possibly restricting their ability to file discrimination claims if excluded.

The London Marathon’s organisers have opted to maintain the current policy while awaiting advice from the Equality and Human Rights Commission and Sport England regarding the Supreme Court decision.

Other sports governing bodies like British Cycling, British Rowing, the Rugby Football Union, and UK Athletics have already implemented restrictions for transgender athletes in their events.

Children’s Home Leaders Instructed to Adopt Gender-Inclusive Language Over ‘Boys’ and ‘Girls.’

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: The Care Inspectorate in Scotland has issued new guidance directing children’s home managers to use “gender-inclusive language” to avoid offending transgenders. Staff are advised not to refer to residents as “boys” or “girls” and to use gender-neutral terms to ensure inclusivity.

👥 Who’s Involved: The Care Inspectorate provided the guidance. It impacts staff at children’s homes across Scotland.

📍 Where & When: This guidance applies to children’s homes in Scotland and was released by the regional government last week.

💬 Key Quote: A spokesman from the Care Inspectorate stated, “Every day, the staff of these services must, and do, find ways of helping all young people to feel supported, loved, valued, and respected.”

⚠️ Impact: The Scottish government agency contends the guidance aims to create a more inclusive environment for all young residents. However, critics contend the language policy only affirms false perceptions caused by mental health issues.

IN FULL:

The Care Inspectorate in Scotland has issued new guidance directing children’s homes to adopt “gender-inclusive” language to ensure all residents feel respected and valued. According to the latest guidelines, children’s home staff should avoid calling residents “boys” or “girls” and encourage language that does not risk offending transgender patients.

Officials for Scotland’s devolved government—roughly equivalent to a U.S. state government—claim the move follows requests from child services seeking assistance in accommodating the needs of young people who identify as transgender or non-binary. The instructions indicate that phrases like “come on, boys and girls” no longer align with recommended practices for supporting LGBTQ individuals.

A representative from the Care Inspectorate explained, “Every day, the staff of these services must, and do, find ways of helping all young people to feel supported, loved, valued and respected.” The guidance states that staff should “try to create an environment that feels safe to explore identity and enables young people to change their mind in the future if they wish to do so.”

The Care Inspectorate guidance comes just months after the British central government, now led by the leftist Labour Party, decided to maintain the previous Conservative government’s ban on prescribing puberty-blocking drugs to minors in England. Announcing the move last December, Health Secretary Wes Streeting emphasized the lack of evidence for the safety of child gender transitions: “Children’s health care must always be evidence-led. The independent expert Commission on Human Medicines found that the current prescribing and care pathway for gender dysphoria and incongruence presents an unacceptable safety risk for children and young people.”

Increasingly, medical studies are finding that so-called “gender-affirming” treatments do not reduce the demand for mental health services, indicating that the procedures fail to address underlying psychological issues associated with transgenderism.

Globalist Canadian PM Backs Sex Changes for Children.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney has vowed to defend sex changes for children as part of his election campaign.

👥 Who’s Involved: Prime Minister Mark Carney, the Liberal Party of Canada, Albertans, and Canadian children.

📍 Where & When: Canada, on the campaign trail on April 9.

💬 Key Quote: “Access to healthcare in Canada is not a business; it is a fundamental right, and we will defend it for all Canadians, without exception.” — Mark Carney

⚠️ Impact: The pledge is the opposite of President Donald J. Trump’s policy on transgenderism, which attempts to ban medical professionals from transitioning children.

IN FULL:

Globalist Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, leader of the Liberal Party, has stated he supports sex change treatments for children ahead of this month’s federal election. Carney defended transitions for minors, calling them a “fundamental right.”

Canada is a mosaic; people can be who they are, they can love who they love,” Carney said this week on the campaign trail. “Access to health care in Canada is not a business, it is a fundamental right, and we will defend it for all Canadians, without exception,” he added.

Some Canadian provinces are looking to block minors from being subjected to puberty blockers and hormone therapies, such as Alberta. While socialized healthcare in Canada is mainly under provincial jurisdiction, the federal government can use the Canada Health Act to override the provinces in certain circumstances.

Alberta’s Bill 26 bans medical professionals from performing sex reassignment surgeries on children and requires parental approval for hormone treatments on anyone under 16.

Prime Minister Carney became leader of the Liberal Party earlier this year following Justin Trudeau’s resignation. On the international relations front, the former head of the Bank of Canada and the Bank of England initially promised to retaliate against tariffs imposed by U.S. President Donald J. Trump. However, on April 11, he caved and asked to negotiate.

Carney has also been embroiled in a foreign election interference scandal, with reports that a major Chinese Communist Party (CCP) account on the platform WeChat supported his election campaign.

Trump Halts Biden Funding for Transgender Animal Research.

The Trump administration has announced the termination of taxpayer-funded grants for transgender experiments on animals, according to the watchdog group White Coat Waste Project (WCW). Initially awarded under President Joe Biden’s government, these grants were directed to Harvard University and recently ended by the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

One grant, valued at $299,940, was designated for research on “Gender-Affirming Testosterone Therapy on Breast Cancer Risk and Treatment Outcomes.” This project aimed to explore breast cancer risks associated with testosterone therapy in “transmasculine” individuals by conducting experiments on female mice, which involved administering testosterone and removing ovaries. The study, which began in September 2023, was initially set to conclude in August 2025 but was cut short by the Trump administration.

Another grant, valued at $442,444, focused on the “Molecular Mechanisms of Hormone-Mediated Sex Differences in Wound Healing” and was slated to receive $2.2 million through 2029. Beginning in September 2024, this project’s funding was also terminated. The research involved experiments examining wound healing in animals treated with exogenous hormones, aiming to understand the impacts of transgender hormone therapy.

Anthony Bellotti, President of WCW, praised the Trump administration for cutting these grants, describing the move as a victory against wasteful taxpayer spending on animal experiments. WCW reported that nine such grants, totaling over $8 million, had been slashed.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer reported in February that $241 million in taxpayer funds had been utilized for transgender animal experiments during Biden’s tenure.
